Sir I give my phone to Samsung service care Sriganganagar, rajasthan for repairing earphone jeck in warranty period and they say that motherboard mistake and they changed the motherboard but when i recieve my mobile i see that again a very big problem of caller speaker it does not working properly amd they say that again motherboard mistake and asking for giving 5500 rupees << in warranty period >>

my samsung led tv becomes complaint and i called for samsung service centre to repair my TV.i registered my complaint on feb 14 (reference number [protected]).one person from your company came and checked my TV and said that tv panel is complaint and will replace the panel within one week.
But i didnt get any response after one week.Again i called to repair the Tv.no response from the authority.soi raised the complaint again and i got a call from chennai service centre.they said that they will transport the panel from chennai and will repair the tv within 3 days...STILL I DIDNT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM YOU.
I THINK U WILL CONSIDER THIS COMPLAINT...

    Hi Team, I have Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 which I have purchased last year. From the past few days, I am seeing bubbles in my screen (when i touch the center screen only) hence I went to check the same in Samsung service center. They first told me that it was because of my phone cover the display is getting affected and concluded that their is no issue in the phone. After removing the cover also, I see the bubbles still there, hence i again visited that store and asked them to seriously check. They kept the phone for 7 days around and yesterday they returned the phone to me saying that the issue is resolved but still when I check my phone it is still there. On telling the same to them, they told me that its a normal behaviour you will see bubbles when you touch the screen. I am using the phone for last 9-10 months I have not seen any time, its just the few days I am seeing the bubbles in my screen. I want to know how come its a normal behaviour . I have talked with the technician and tried to explain the same but they are telling its a normal behaviour and asked to me take the phone. For the last one month I am visiting the store and asking for the resolution. My warranty is getting expired soon and this issue has occurred within the warranty time. I wanted to make sure if my warranty expired still the issue should be treated within the warranty. Also, I am a corporate guy and it is not feasible for me to visit the store again and again. Now can you tell me how I am going to deal with that. I believe Samsung doesn't manufacture defect pieces (as mentioned by the technician). I was using blackberry for the past years, this was my first Samsung phone I purchased thinking of good customer service and good quality but the kind of support I am getting its really disgusting.       Sir, Today morning my Samsung Double Door Refrigerator stopped working. i immidiately logged in a complain at 11.00 am . They gave me a complain number and assured me that the technician is going to come to my place by today before 8.00 pm. When I called them again at around 2.00pm, they told me that the tech will call me before coming to my place. At 6.00pm when I called them to confirm if some one was coming or not, they tell me that the tech will come on Monday as he is busy with other customers. I repeatedly requested them to arrange a urgent visit, but they were very stubborn and disconnected the call. Please help me.

        Dear Support team, Your service centre located at borivali east provided pathetic / ridiculous service, I am incredibly disappointed from the service. They doesn’t knows how to talk to customer or they don’t even know hoe cooperate with the customer. I will ensure I am not buying any Samsung phone in future due to your pathetic after sales services. Please refer below the list of problem I faced at your service centre located at borivali Eats: · They made me wait for 45- 50 Minutes, as there network was not working · I requested them to give me a manual receipt, then your executive responded very unsympathetically · I requested them to give me a spare handset as my phone is under warranty, they said No we cannot provide, I requested them then also they were least bothered to help me out · For a small defect of change of touch Pad they asked me to come after 3-4 days. · They replied misbehave and told me you go from here. Sorry for my language, but crux is your after sales service is BAKWASS, I will not recommend any of my friends to buy Samsung phone. Regards Sanjay [protected] [protected]

          I purchased the phone on 8th May, 2014 and with in 2 months it started to give problem it used to get disconnected in the middle of any call I gave to the service center thrice, two times they simply did software format and gave back to me with any repair, third time when I gave for the same problem and I wrote some mails to the complaint id then they sent to their technical department and later agreed that there is some technical problem in the phone and now its been more then 15 days still no updates from them. Very much harassed and upset by the pathetic service given to me.

            I have samsung galaxy core mobile... it is often hanging and touch is not working daily 3-4times for 15-20 mins... i have serviced the mobile in samsung service center 4 times... 1 time they changed the touch and the remaining time they flashed the mobile software... till i haven't get any solution for the same... in 1 month the warranty period exceeds... after that i have spend the money to repair the same orelse i have to throw the mobile to dustbin

              I bought the Note 3 on 27 march 2014 as I am being using Samsung phones for a long period and all the family members using Samsung smart phones as well as Samsung home appliances .I was happy to buy this phone. However, when I started using it I found multiple defects in the phone. So I reported the issue to your customer care team they advised me to visit the service center. I visited the service center and they checked the defects in the product and changed the motherboard of the phone. I received the phone within 10 days. So, I started using the phone again. However, after few days the product is defective again as the below defects arises again in the phone. 1) Heating problem while charging, using any application or surfing/browsing and gaming. 2) Speaker issue: I am unable to here the person calling me and vice versa. 3) Phone hangs a lot. 4) Network issue. 5) Display flickers on numerous occasions and it suddenly blanks out the screen. I visited the service center again they updated the software of the phone. However, the issue is not resolved. Though the service center used their all efforts to get it resolved. I appreciate the work done by the service center and the services provided by the service center. I also contact with the Samsung customer care center lot of times for the same but till now i am not getting any support from Samsung customer care as well as from CEO Mailing Team and the head office department. Customer care and CEO mailing team transferred my call into the escalation department and when i contact with them they also told that they will arrange a call from head office who will help me out for the same and also told that the person who will call he is the decision maker. after that on 18th or 19/sep/2014 I received a call from Mr. Amit, as per him he is the decision maker and he insured me that he will get back to me with the final decision within 24 Hrs, but i did not receive any call from him side till now. Again i called to customer care center on 22/sep/ 2014 for the same and they people again told me that they will arrange a call. After that on 22/sep/ 2014 i received a call from Mr. Pankaj Talwar, after a long conversation with him he told me that he will rectify my phone from the service center and upgrade my warranty by 3 months. i denied for the same and told him i want my money back as i am facing lot of issues in my phone and i don't have enough time to launch a complaint for the same. Then he commit me me that he will call me on Tuesday (23/Sep/2014) with the final decision. but till now i am not getting any revert from samsung as well as from Mr Talwar. Only wrong commitment by samsung head office. Mr Sahoo also from samsung Head Office called me and told that we will provide you the service only.. I am very disappointed by this type of a behavior. i never expected that i will get this type of false commitment from the good brand like samsung. I am mentally harassed by this type of a behavior by the samsung. Here, I would like to say that the phone itself has these defects and I am not at all happy with the phone and now I am not willing to accept this phone and would like my money to be refunded. As now my phone is not getting on. I have spent Rs. 47000 approx for this defective phone. So, it is my humble request to refund my money ASAP. Regards, Ankit Gupta Ph.                 I purchased Samsung Note 3 cell from Chroma Surat on 5th April 2014. It started giving problem from the month of August 2014. I had given for servicing. They replaced LCD and Vibrator. I asked for replacement but Samsung told if the problem occurs again they will replace it. Soon after 10 days again it started the same problems. I have given it back. Now they replaced mother board. But still not replacing the cell. Again same promise that if any thing goes wrong they will replace it. I dont understand why i should use factory fault handset which had so many problems in just 6 months time. I have attached the picture of service report in which they had replaced LCD and Vibrator. Now they claim they have replaced mother board. Just imagine in six months time all the major parts are replaced. And it clearly indicates that it is having factory fault.

                I have not received any call from samsung center. Please guide me how shall i take legal actions against them

                  Dear sir, We had purchased a 28189 Samsung LED TV 32 UA32F4100 on 23/03/2014 from LOTUS (A unit of CPR Distributors Pvt Ltd, Indore (M.P). But we regret to inform you that, before the completion of one & half year, the said TV has a problem of sound variation. We have complained your customer care and a workman visited us and checked the TV. As per him, the speaker of said TV has been damaged due to dust and suggested to buy new speakers. Sir, kindly note that, we are service class people, and have paid Rs.31900/- to purchase this T.V. and we are not able to pay nearly Rs.2500/- at present.                     We purchased Samsung LED 40" TV model No UA40F5100ARMXL in last year on 8th Sept 2013, we were observing a slight colour strip at the top of the screen even within warranty period, we assume it as signal problem or due picture quality and we assume it as normal course, when it remain persistent we call the toll free number to lodge the complaint vide reference No [protected] dated 27th Sept 2014. Technician visited us and reported that their is problem of panel and given the estimate of huge amount around Rs 18000/-. We with utter surprise on quality of Samsung product just completing around one year such problem arises. It is requested to consider this as a technical issues and cover it under warranty for repair.

                      Its been an worst experience with Samsung Service Center.
                      Siva communications / Velachery / Chennai.

                      I dropped my mobile by mistake and touch display got broken.
                      then i approached Samsung service center for quality service,

                      Initially they promised me that they will give my mobile in 2 days and it will cost around 7 thousand for touch and broken glass.

                      No proper response on that 2 weeks over phone communication and then i visited Service center 2 times a day in these 2 weeks, but their constant reply was " today evening give u" or 'tomorrow morning give u"

                      They wasted my 2 weeks time and finally their output was we are unable to seek spares for your mobile.

                      Buying 30 thousand rupees costly mobile and SAMSUNG could not provide proper support then whats the point in running a reputed brand and their service centers.

                      If my mobile not gonna be repaired in 1 week time defintely i will file a complaint in consumer court on SAMSUNG as well as on SIVA COMMUNICATIONS Velachery.

                      My Samsung Refrigerator was not working called service centre and they came next day to check what products needed for repair then I waited for 3days to get products and technician came and tried to fix. After 3 hours of service he said wait for 3 hours to check if it works but after 3 hours the Refrigerator still didn't work. Called technician and the phone was switched off. Called service centre and informed that repair wasn't successful they said they will send technician before 8PM but waited 4days no technician arrived even after multiple follow ups. I called them like 1000times and then no one picks the call. I have wasted my weekends because of this worst service by Samsung. I am raising complaint against Samsung service. Worst experience ever
                      . No one bye Samsung products. The employee with I have spoken are Preetu, Kavita so called supervisor, Shilpa, Shivananda Sheik and Lohit so called technician head. Harsha so called supervisor again no resolution yet.. I raised complaint on 23rd April and today is 30th April. Even after multiple follow up no help received I have paid full amount. Atleast refund the amount.

                        hi this is in continuation to my earlier mails regarding the service of my samsung refrigerator[RT2735TNBBL]purchased on[protected] from police canteen trivandrum, kerala.i had registered for a service and they gave me a code too[[protected]].this was about 2 months back and still, shamefully, my request has not been attended to. every time i sent mail regarding this i have got phone calls promising immediate action and apologizing...even if you guys bother to receive this mail please dont call and waste any more of my time..I am using appliances of other brands too and i wish to mention here that you have the most pathetic service..i know this might not make much difference to a company like yours, where customers are not valued at all, but i would never ever buy a samsung product again in my life nor would i advise it to anybody i know...thank you for being very irresponsible and insensitive.

                          I am Pragnesh shah, my mobile GT-N7100 battery was charging down or fully charged automatically when I power of mobile and start.I complain in samsung care they was not responding that time my battery in warranty.I am re going but they was told me battery was out of warranty.if they was not changed my battery I will not purchased any product of samsung and tell other.

I am not happy with the resolution what ever Samsung is giving me when there was a call clarity that there is no issue with Me ( Consumer of Samsung Note 3) mobile. Need justification.                               I have given my Samsung Galaxy Core smart phone for service in 15th Sept 2014 due to Display problem with Work Order no 2671..As per the agreement I'm entitled to get back mobile is on 18th Sept. They returned repaired after 16 days(date 30/09/2014) which was showing same issue and proximity sensor of phone was not working.I frequently calling with service center for the status of faulty mobile which was unsatisfactory response from there end.Now my phone found is completely useless.Please help me resolve this issue. Sir/Madam, Good day, This to bring to your notice that the mobile possesed by me "Samsung Galaxy Grand Z White GT-19082 was purchased by my brother as a gift from him to me.This mobile was purchased on 15th Dec 2013 and was having problem of screen jumping in the first week itsef.Due to my holiday vacation i was out of town and came back in January 2014 1st week and immediately handed over to the service centre in Ghatkopar, Mumbai.Same time i had requested for changing my handset.But they promised it could be done with the touch screen replacement and will not face problem again.The mobile worked fine but again in August 2014 i faced the problem of power key, back key and mobile working slowly.Regarding slow running of mobile was mentioned last time but the service centre informed that it could be due to to overloaded phone memory but it was not so.I however managed to use it with the slow running of mobile.But with this 2 new problems as mentioned above, i am really not happy with this product.I have submitted this mobile on 9th Sept 2014 Bill No [protected].It has been 3 weeks and also no proper reporting from the service centre. Sir/Madam, Good day, This to bring to your notice that the mobile possesed by me "Samsung Galaxy Grand Z White GT-19082 was purchased by my brother as a gift from him to me.This mobile was purchased on 15th Dec 2013 and was having problem of screen jumping in the first week itsef.Due to my holiday vacation i was out of town and came back in January 2014 1st week and immediately handed over to the service centre in Ghatkopar, Mumbai.Same time i had requested for changing my handset.But they promised it could be done with the touch screen replacement and will not face problem again.The mobile worked fine but again in August 2014 i faced the problem of power key, back key and mobile working slowly.Regarding slow running of mobile was mentioned last time but the service centre informed that it could be due to to overloaded phone memory but it was not so.I however managed to use it with the slow running of mobile.But with this 2 new problems as mentioned above, i am really not happy with this product.I have submitted this mobile on 9th Sept 2014 Bill No [protected].It has been 3 weeks and also no proper reporting from the service centre. I request to please replace the mobile with a new hand set or return the money paid for this mobile.Also not to forget in order to protect the screen i have installed scratch guard worth Rs 600/- twice.The service centre phone is always switched off whenever called them.This has caused me personally go there 3 times but in vain as they are still not able to repair this mobile.Presently i am without any mobile and this is causing me lot of inconvinence.Looking at the performance from this mobile it dosen't seem the handset was in good condition from inside when purchased.This has mentally as well as physically disturbed me.Hence please do the needfull as advised.Thanking you in Anticipation, Regards Mr Udayraj.V.Parmaj email Id:[protected]@yahoo.co.in Phone:[protected] Mob c/o:+91-[protected](wife)

                                  Purchased two mobiles bearing IMF No. [protected](Samsung model N750) worth Rs. 28990/- and IMF No. [protected] (Model G-7102) worth Rs. 20500/- from M/s. SAMSUNG SAMART CAFE, Satgur Enterprises, Sheran Wala Gate, Patiala - Pb. On purchase, the dealer promised to supply original mobile cover of Samsung model N750, so far in-spite of my several visits to the show room the same is not provided by the dealer. You are requested to intervene and arrange the original cover at the earliest. A prompt response will be appreciated. S. N. SINGLA

                                    My name is Gurmeet singh. I have purchased a phone from Samsung which has turned out to be faulty in 10 days time. I went upto Service Centre and my phon'e mother board was replaced.But that was not the solution to my problem. Now, the problem still persists and I am asking for replacement to which Samsung replies that it's not in their policy and claims that I am not able to use the phone. It shall be brought to your notice that all together we have more than 10 smartphones in my family. and I alone use 2 smartphones. Kindly address to my issue. My phone is still in the service centre and I will not pick it up.

                                      Hi, I lost my samsung mobile model - I8552 Galaxy Grand Quattro on 24th September at OMR road, Thoraipakkam, Chennai. There was number inside Vodafone - [protected]. I blocked my number same day. Somebody picked up as i called exactly after 15 minutes when i realsed i lost it and there was no switched off mode, it was showing busy ringtone so that means somebody taken out SIM first. I tried to approach Police for file FIR but could not get it as all of you know how they harrase. The IMEA number of phone is [protected]. I asked Samsung customer care to locate but they also said first get the FIR. Don't know what should i do? If someone ( Whoever got my phone) misuses it, what will happen. Request to Samsung company to deactivate it. Regards Vikas Goswami

                                        I have Samsung Ace GT_S5830i and am using it fron last 18 months. I have been facing peculiar problem from last one week that " it is getting restarted twice in the gap of two hours". Kindly let me know what can go wrong in the handset?
