ADD.SHOPE.GANJ BAZAR, RAJGHAR (M.P) New refrigerator of Samsung company, i have perches double dicker both the handles broke within warranty.Even after complaining multiple times to different touch points.and i have call in [protected] but any proper response and no any responsible company attorities i m saying in customer care executive please transfer the call high attoriities like executive name kirshna, robin, sachin but there no any provied proper resolution provied. Suggest the company takes this seriously & not just focus on selling mobiles. The company should look at quality apart from quantity.Ensure good quality material for long durability. Our other fridge of LG & Godrej has not given such a problem.

    सर मेरे द्वारा सैमसंग स्टोर (अपोलो ), पटेल प्लाजा नीमच से एक एल इ डी टीवी ख़रीदा गया था। जिसके साथ स्क्रेच कार्ड स्कीम में था वो समय पर नहीं दिया जो कि मेरे द्वारा ८-९ दिन पश्चात् जाने पर कहा गया कि कार्ड उपलब्ध नहीं है और फिर बार बार निवेदन करने पर मुझे कार्ड दिया गया तथा टीवी का इंस्टालेशन भी समय पर नहीं किया गया। बार बार आपके सुपरवाइज़र को कॉल करने पर भी कोई नहीं आया और कोई आया भी तो उसके दवारा इंस्टालेशन सही नहीं किया गया। महोदय से निवेदन है कि उक्त शिकायत का निवारण करे और भविष्य में ग्राहक को उत्कृष्ट सेवा देने का प्रयास करें।

      I made a complain on 7th regarding my ac is not working.My complain no is [protected].I have call two times to the customer care no.First i have called on 8th morning that no body has visited my home or no one has called me the customer care officer told that witihin half hr your call will be attend but till evening no one has called me, after that in evening i called once again to customer care centre and some one has called me you have to call untill and unless some body has visited your house, we cant say anything.

      I have very dissatisfid with the service and the way that samsung is approaching to me.

      I Pawan Kumar Singh, Address : Holding no.7, Beside Buddh Bihar Complex, Garabasa, Shiv Dham, Telco, Jamshedpur has registered a complaints against my Air Conditioner after complaining, several times your Engineer has visited and said that its has condenser problem & now the parts is not available with us and within 2-3 days parts will be available and we will repair it. But the problem was not solved then after talking with the engineer after 4 days. He said that the model of the AC is old & the parts are not available. So, we will not be able to repair it. I just want to say that, if the product parts are not available then why selling such products. Then, I filed complaint to the customer care on dt 07.05.15 & 17.05.15 complaint no. [protected], but still no action has been taken yet. I'm calling customer care everyday and they give me their usual "we regret for the inconvenience" dialog. I'm getting a new contact number everytime and most of them are not reachable or the person does not respond promptly. I'm completely fed up of this. I am having rest product (TV, AC, Refrigerator, washing machine etc) of Samsung in my house and by looking at your service I think that I have to replace all of your Electronics & Appliances. So, therefore I request you LOOK INTO THIS MATTER & please take action as I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

        Hi, I bought a mobile (Samsung S7582) on 3june 2014 but some days ago i faced a problem of switch off again & again so i went to samsung service centre on 26 september 2014 & put my problem there.He kept the mobile for one day & returned me next day & told me that the problem is in software.I recieved the mobile & faced again same problem so i went again to samsung service centre on 7th october 2014 then they said to me that the problem is in pins which touch with battery & spoke to me they have solution but it will be chargable so i am complaing with u & i hope that my problem will be sort out by you.So please take action as soon as possible.             Pathetic Cheap quality Cell phone Hi, After several visit to samsung service center still I am facing problems in my cell phone. I regret why did I buy samsung cell phone? Since the very 1st day I am facing problem in your handset . It looks like cheap quality cell phone made to scham people in the name of samsung brand. Have send several emails to your CEO office but those stupid dump executive are good for nothing just giving big mouth talk nothing else.Also would like to inform you that I have visited more thn 25 times to your service center since the very 1st day I have purchased this phone . Its simply wastage of time and energy apart from visiting your service center again and again we have lot of other works to do . Enough of your trouble now .               I have posted the complaint on samsung facebook page. It is given below for reference - Complaint number - [protected] (Washing machine) [protected](A/C) -- this is more than 6 months old. the complaint number gets prioritized whenever we call even though no action would be taken... Account number (a totally useless thing) - [protected] could see lot of complaints on the samsung facebook page.. my post is as below --- Samsung service centers at Trivandrum help you save money and electricity. If you have a defective washing machine, they help you reduce weight as well. This is my personal experience. My A/C stopped working in February 2014. I raised a request and the service personnel came and inspected the machine. They said they would come back with the machine part. In spite of frequent calls / reminders/complaints, they never turned up or showed the courtesy of informing the status. At one point of time during summer they said the request has been cancelled. I am still unaware why and how it got cancelled. I raised a request again 2 months back. The same service guys came and said (again) that they’ll order the spare part from Samsung and replace it within 15 days. After 15 more days, I started calling up Samsung customer care and they keep sending /reviving/prioritizing this service request to the service center (Top coolers at Trivandrum).I believe the service centers neglect these requests. The service center guys avoid picking my call and they don’t update me on the status either. The other reason could be that Samsung spare parts are unavailable. That is exactly what the service center guys say. They said that the delay of almost 8 months is because the machine part is a metallic one. RIDICULOUS!!! .. Is it that heavy and do they have to carry it manually from the warehouse to service station? I had a similar issue with my Samsung Washing machine too. After all the hue and cry, It took 3 to 4 months for the service center to replace the PCB of the machine. Now this stopped working again. This time it is the motor. They said it is easy to get a motor and this would be rectified within 10 days max. It is 15 days since they said this and every time I call they would ask for 2 more days. Perhaps, Samsung does not support the machine after it’s a bit old. This would lead to serious problems for Samsung buyers. In fact, almost all appliances (and phones) in my home are Samsung. I am extremely concerned and worried about the service of Samsung products. If this is how customer is cared, I would suggest all people I know, not to buy Samsung products. In fact, I know people using other brands and the service they get is good. Nonetheless, you save money and electricity since the machine is not working. Washing clothes manually burns up some calories too . Thank you Samsung for the value of money we pay

                I have purchased a samsung 32" LED TV having model No. 32F5100 and S/No. MQWG3PBD306794. on dated 29.10.2013. Just after two months, its panel becomes defective. I have lodged my complain through your customer care . My panel has been changed on 03.01.2014 and assured me that such type of problem does not occurs in future. On dated 02.10.2014 again the same problem occurs. I have again lodged my complain through customer care and my panel has been again replaced. I have requested to your customer care that please told your service centre to check the set properly, so that such type of problem does not occurs in such very short time. But my request has not being taken seriously and your service centre has not given proper response on my request. I again request you to please check the set properly and if it found defective replace by new one.                   Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Mobile of Samsung Galaxy S Advance (Model :- I 9070) prior 2 years. But now the Battery is giving low period of Standby backup so that I am looking Original Seal pack Battery manufactured by Samsung Company After Visited more than 10 authorised Service center and Dealer, they told me that the Mobile production has been stopped before 1 year and now the original battery is not in stock so you could purchase a new one. Secondly I have called samsung customer care but they respond the same and ask to me visit on https:/samsungestore.com even after I have not received expected Original Battery seal pack I am not getting if Samsung is branded 1 organization. The company developed more than 10 Mobile piece in a every year but not maintaining accessories stock and not supporting very well which is the responsibility and comes under "After sales policy" The Company not treated very well to old customer the company has crucial /Fraud Business Strategies/Policies Personally I request to you, please support in this matter and give me expected Right Judgement.                   I too faced this kind of problem with Samsung product. After using Nokia mobile for 10 years without much problems, I bought Samsung SDuos in Jan 2013 for Rs.14k . But the mobile failed (Dead) suddenly in April 2014. Reached Samsung Service Centres who confirmed failure of Mother Board and asked for Rs.4000/- Contacted Direct Samsung CEO office and asked how come reputed samsung brand fails in just 15 months period. But they are not able to give any reply. They are not able to understand the pain of customer. I requested for discounted price for replacing the Board in my mobile and they have not considered my request at all. I got fed up with the product. My hard earned money got wasted in samsung product. Now i owned Nokia Windows Phone. I also decided not to go for any Samsung product and gone for Sony LED TV in latest. Got good lesson.

                    I bought the Note 3 on 27 march 2014 as I am being using Samsung phones for a long period and all the family members using Samsung smart phones as well as Samsung home appliances .I was happy to buy this phone. However, when I started using it I found multiple defects in the phone. So I reported the issue to your customer care team they advised me to visit the service center. I visited the service center and they checked the defects in the product and changed the motherboard of the phone. I received the phone within 10 days. So, I started using the phone again. However, after few days the product is defective again as the below defects arises again in the phone. 1) Heating problem while charging, using any application or surfing/browsing and gaming. 2) Speaker issue: I am unable to here the person calling me and vice versa. 3) Phone hangs a lot. 4) Network issue. 5) Display flickers on numerous occasions and it suddenly blanks out the screen. I visited the service center again they updated the software of the phone. However, the issue is not resolved. Though the service center used their all efforts to get it resolved. I appreciate the work done by the service center and the services provided by the service center. I also contact with the Samsung customer care center lot of times for the same but till now i am not getting any support from Samsung customer care as well as from CEO Mailing Team they people transferred my call into the escalation department and when i contact with them they also told that they will arrange a call from head office who will help me out for the same and also told that the person who will call he is the decision maker. after that on 18th or 19/sep/2014 I received a call from Mr. Amit, as per him he is the decision maker and he insured me that he will get back to me with the final decision within 24 Hrs, but i did not receive any call from him side till now. Again i called to customer care center on 22/sep/ 2014 for the same and they people again told me that they will arrange a call. After that on 22/sep/ 2014 i received a call from Mr. Pankaj Talwar, after a long conversation with him he told me that he will rectify my phone from the service center and upgrade my warranty by 3 months. i denied for the same and told him i want my money back as i am facing lot of issues in my phone and i don't have enough time to launch a complaint for the same. Then he commit me me that he will call me on Tuesday (23/Sep/2014) with the final decision. but till now i am not getting any revert from samsung as well as from Mr Talwar. I am very disappointed by this type of a behavior. i never expected that i will get this type of false commitment from the good brand like samsung. I am mentally harassed by this type of a behavior by the samsung.Here, I would like to say that the phone itself has these defects and I am not at all happy with the phone and now I am not willing to accept this phone and would like my money to be refunded. As I have faced enough issue. I have spent Rs. 47000 approx for this defective phone. So, it is my humble request to refund my money ASAP. Regards, Ankit Gupta Ph. No.- [protected]

                      Dear Sir, I would like to register a complaint here regarding my refrigerator RT31HCUX1 bought on 13th May 2012 from Reliance Fresh Limited, Crown Interior Mall, Mathura Road Faridabad vide bill no. C-2648 for Rs. 25, 480.00 . They had sold the refrigerator to me by saying there is one year exclusive warranty and 5 year warranty for compressor. Today there was some abnormal sound coming out from it and on my compalint a technician visited my place and told its compressor is damaged. I am shocked and equally surprised how can a compressor of a refrigerator got damaged within such a short span of time. It proves that they are using inferior quality and cheating the public in large. Another thing is Samsung is asking me to pay labour and gas charging expenses around Rs. 1200.00 for replacing the compressor which is in warranty. Furthermore their service centre is not having stock of compressor to provide a immediate resolution to my complaint. With this I am feeling samsung has cheated on me. I am looking forward for your favourable reply and also request you to take appropriate action against Samsung. Regards Santosh Nair

                          Dear Sir/Madam, Previous 2 Years I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S advance, Model No. I 9070 but at present I am not getting Original battery of the same Cell Phone. I am not getting that in a one year Samsung developed more than 5/6 Model of handset and after that 1-2 years accessories not available for the same product. In short the company wants to every customer should purchase mobile every year and increase their profit's which is not possible for common man. For the Battery I have visited more than 10 Authorised Service Center/Dealer but they prominently answered the respective mobile production is stopped before 2 years. Now you can purchased another 1 New cell. As per customer care representive talk, I have visited www.samsungindiaestore.com but I have not received expected battery as well better response.                             I Purchased Samsung Grand mobile around 11months ago from Mobile Planet, Milap Chowk(Luv-Kush Chowk) Jalandhar. The phone was quite costly and was used very carefully despite that the chrome coating on it is peeling off and now I feel like using a second hand phone. I am a very die hard fan of Samsung Mobiles from the times of Guru mobile phones, and I have used that set too for years. Kindly intervene to provide me better solution Please !!                               Sir I give my phone to Samsung service care Sriganganagar, rajasthan for repairing earphone jeck in warranty period and they say that motherboard mistake and they changed the motherboard but when i recieve my mobile i see that again a very big problem of caller speaker it does not working properly amd they say that again motherboard mistake and asking for giving 5500 rupees << in warranty period >>

                              my samsung led tv becomes complaint and i called for samsung service centre to repair my TV.i registered my complaint on feb 14 (reference number [protected]).one person from your company came and checked my TV and said that tv panel is complaint and will replace the panel within one week.
                              But i didnt get any response after one week.Again i called to repair the Tv.no response from the authority.soi raised the complaint again and i got a call from chennai service centre.they said that they will transport the panel from chennai and will repair the tv within 3 days...STILL I DIDNT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM YOU.
                              I THINK U WILL CONSIDER THIS COMPLAINT...

                                Hi Team, I have Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 which I have purchased last year. From the past few days, I am seeing bubbles in my screen (when i touch the center screen only) hence I went to check the same in Samsung service center. They first told me that it was because of my phone cover the display is getting affected and concluded that their is no issue in the phone. After removing the cover also, I see the bubbles still there, hence i again visited that store and asked them to seriously check. They kept the phone for 7 days around and yesterday they returned the phone to me saying that the issue is resolved but still when I check my phone it is still there. On telling the same to them, they told me that its a normal behaviour you will see bubbles when you touch the screen. I am using the phone for last 9-10 months I have not seen any time, its just the few days I am seeing the bubbles in my screen. I want to know how come its a normal behaviour . I have talked with the technician and tried to explain the same but they are telling its a normal behaviour and asked to me take the phone. For the last one month I am visiting the store and asking for the resolution. My warranty is getting expired soon and this issue has occurred within the warranty time. I wanted to make sure if my warranty expired still the issue should be treated within the warranty. Also, I am a corporate guy and it is not feasible for me to visit the store again and again. Now can you tell me how I am going to deal with that. I believe Samsung doesn't manufacture defect pieces (as mentioned by the technician). I was using blackberry for the past years, this was my first Samsung phone I purchased thinking of good customer service and good quality but the kind of support I am getting its really disgusting.                                   Sir, Today morning my Samsung Double Door Refrigerator stopped working. i immidiately logged in a complain at 11.00 am . They gave me a complain number and assured me that the technician is going to come to my place by today before 8.00 pm. When I called them again at around 2.00pm, they told me that the tech will call me before coming to my place. At 6.00pm when I called them to confirm if some one was coming or not, they tell me that the tech will come on Monday as he is busy with other customers. I repeatedly requested them to arrange a urgent visit, but they were very stubborn and disconnected the call. Please help me.

                                    Dear Support team, Your service centre located at borivali east provided pathetic / ridiculous service, I am incredibly disappointed from the service. They doesn’t knows how to talk to customer or they don’t even know hoe cooperate with the customer. I will ensure I am not buying any Samsung phone in future due to your pathetic after sales services. Please refer below the list of problem I faced at your service centre located at borivali Eats: · They made me wait for 45- 50 Minutes, as there network was not working · I requested them to give me a manual receipt, then your executive responded very unsympathetically · I requested them to give me a spare handset as my phone is under warranty, they said No we cannot provide, I requested them then also they were least bothered to help me out · For a small defect of change of touch Pad they asked me to come after 3-4 days. · They replied misbehave and told me you go from here.                                       I purchased the phone on 8th May, 2014 and with in 2 months it started to give problem it used to get disconnected in the middle of any call I gave to the service center thrice, two times they simply did software format and gave back to me with any repair, third time when I gave for the same problem and I wrote some mails to the complaint id then they sent to their technical department and later agreed that there is some technical problem in the phone and now its been more then 15 days still no updates from them. Very much harassed and upset by the pathetic service given to me.

                                        I have samsung galaxy core mobile... it is often hanging and touch is not working daily 3-4times for 15-20 mins... i have serviced the mobile in samsung service center 4 times... 1 time they changed the touch and the remaining time they flashed the mobile software... till i haven't get any solution for the same... in 1 month the warranty period exceeds... after that i have spend the money to repair the same orelse i have to throw the mobile to dustbin
