Dear Sir,
1) As per given mail I am following below steps and
then check the same and found as usual same
problem.
2) last day (date 14.09.2014) telephonic discussion
with Technical
Support Team member of Samsung i have gone to samsung service centre and
checked with another same mobile model but i found problem in my mobile
had no result is coming out.
3) then we tried contacting you on _quot[protected]._quot on _quot14th September_quot at
_quot3:30 pm -4:08 pm_quot but your numbers are coming busy and no one
not received my called you but still no response.
so please i request either you resolve my problem or give me the mail id
and phone no of your INDIA business head of sales other wise i can go
through forum.

We thank you for taking out time for sending this E-mail to Samsung and making us aware of the issues you are facing with your Samsung “SM-G7102”.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.
This is to inform you that we tried contacting you on “[protected].” on “12th September” at “5:50 pm” and [protected] at _quot 5:51_quot pm but your both numbers are coming swtiched off due to this we were unable to reach you. In order to resolve your product’s issue, we are in touch with our “Technical Team”.
In the interim, we request you to bear with us as you will be contacted on “[protected] and [protected]” within next 24 hrs. Also, you may send us an alternate contact number and convenient time to speak to you.
However upto that time we request you please follow given below steps and then check the same.
Performance of handset depends on various factors any third party application, memory card or Software glitches may cause the trouble. Kindly perform the following steps tom overcome the issue:-
1) You can check the handset performance in “Safe Mode” of your handset. Device can be booted up in the safe mode to check if the problems with the device are being caused by some applications added newly or not.
>Make sure that your device is turned off. Press and hold the Power/Lock key to turn on the device. Press and hold the Low Volume Key until the screen lock appears.
>Or, there is another way to run the safe mode: Switch on device > when Samsung logo displayed, tap and keep tapped option / menu key.
>When the Lock screen is displayed, Safe Mode will be displayed in the lower left corner of the screen.
If the problem is still continuing in the Safe Mode as well, then there might be some issues in the device. To Exit from Safe Mode, kindly restart the device, or switch off the handset, uninstall battery and install it in handset after 30 to 60 seconds.
2) In case you’re facing the same issue, even after following the above mentioned instructions, then please take back-up of whole important data which is saved in your phone internal memory then perform “Reset”.
To take backup we recommend you to kindly install Kies software & driver in your PC from the below link:

Reset Setting: - Menu> Settings> Accounts> Backup and reset> Factory Data Reset.
