Hi,

I am complaining about a Samsung Galaxy
mobile I had through a Orange contract since last October I have advised them of the issues.


I have followed instructions provided by their technical team, to reset it and identify the problem

the phone has been sent off buy Orange twice for repair the issue still exists.

I still have 10ile months remaining on my contract...

When I switch my Samsung S3 on Vibrator mode, when any call comes other than vibration voice there is another voice comes intensly like any short circuit. I have shown my cell in customer care they have told that they have to replace vibrator and it will take atleast 6 days and also there is no proper response or help from samsung customer care executives at the center.
