This is to inform you that i purchased grand on 6th may 2014 i am facing
Problem that some times while making incoming outgoing calls i m unable
To receive sound and also mic not working i have reinsert the sim and
Restart it i have faced problem from the time of purchased at that time i
Think that i have not inserted the sim properly but after some time
Problem came again and today also problem came than i vsisted service
Centre they have opening the phone physically and said there will be
Software problem. I have given my hard money to buy a brand new set not
Form defected set so i request you to provide me doa or i have to take
Legal action against your company also requested you to call me a soon
As you receive my request for brief details
Also having hang problem

Customer care/ service centre says its already 20 days we cant help you

Please help me to solve the issue

    I, Mohit Bansal has purchased a samsung split ac 3 star, 1.5 tons from big big bazzar, ambience mall, gurgaon on 3rd May 2014.

    After doing several calls on samsung call centre they sent a person for installation on 10th May 2014 after 7 days.

    During the installation installation person took 3420 Rs. Exta for copper wire & Rs. 700 for ground stand of outdoor .

    Once they installed the AC they informed that cooling will be done in 1-2 hours and they left .

    But cooling was not done . So I registered a complaint to samsung on 12th May 2014 with complaint no - [protected] . After that samsung engineer visited 4 times from 13 may to 17 may and every engineer has just given different excuses . And finally they told that your compressor is damaged.

    Then they sent a product specialist but he checked nothing and just asked problem from me and talked with previous visited engineer and then informed that your outdoor is damaged .So I can not understand why he is product specailst if he has not to check anything .

    Now that product specialsit has taken docs ( cancelled cheque, my id proof, invoice copy ) on 17th may 2014 and they informed that I will get a new AC either in 3-4 days or will get my money back in 5-7 days .

    Now from 17th may these samsung person has asekd 10 times docs from me in last days and has visited home without taking any appointment.
    They did not call anyone and direclty go to home to ask for the docs . for one doc they came 10 times .

    They are not replying for mails .They are cutting my calls . They are not giving any response .

    Seriuosly they are the worst in service .

    I need my money back as soon as possible or they replaced my ac with a good one.

      Hello There, I have Samsung Galaxy Note 2 phone. My phone's ringer was having very little problem (sound was cracking). So I had submitted phone on 19-Apr-14 to Samsung customer care for repair, under warranty period. Customer care engineer had changed my phone motherboard (PBA Change + Ringer change) without informing me. Phone was also upgraded with android version 4.3. My phone was returned to me on 28-Apr-14 Once I received my phone, it started having network problem (no n/w, caller get switch off notification when phone is on), WiFi and other problems. I visited to same Samsung customer care shop. They again upgraded android version to 4.4.2 but it did not work (since I feel it is h/w problem with replaced part). So I have again submitted my phone on 24-May-14 I am worried as now warranty for my phone is expired. It looks like phone repairing was not done properly during warranty as I was not informed for motherboard change during repairing, and it was informed while delivery. Since I was not in favour of replacing motherboard. How can I escalate this to Samsung so that I can get appropriate solution. They are also not ready to replace new motherboard with old motherboard (that was working) Can you please help me on this. I HAVE BEEN USING YOUR MANY ESTEEMED PRODUCTS FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS AND PRESENTLY SOME OF THEM ARE AS UNDER__ 1 AIR CONDITIONER 2 FRIDGE ( TWO ) 3 WASHING MACHINE ( 2 ) 4 MICRO WAIVE 5 LED TV I HAVE PURCHASED AN AIR CONDITIONER IN JUNE 2012 WHICH WORKED ONLY FOR TWO SEASONS . I HAVE COMPLAINT TO LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDER WHO IN TURN SENT THE SERVICE ENGINEER . ONE ENGINEER FOUND THE PROBLEM OF GAS LEAKAGE AND WENT BACK TO ATTEND THE SAME FOR FILLING GAS WITHIN 2 -3 DAYS BUT AFTERWARDS ANOTHER ENGINEER CAME AND HE FOUND OTHER PROBLEM OF COOLING PART ALSO AND TOLD ABOUT EXPENDITURE OF RS 11000 TO 12000.               I had purchased a Smart Phone Samsung Galaxy Star Pro yesterday, however, in the same APP's are not getting installed. It is taking hours to get APPS installed. When I talked to the Dealer from where the set was purchased, they asked me to contact SAMSUNG, when I asked SAMSUNG inTollfree Number they asked be to contact nearest SAMSUNG Service Center and when I contacted the Service Center, they are saying Star Pro does not support 3G connection. Hence, download the APP's using 2G connection and it will be done. Please take up the matter seriously, either provide solution or replace or refund the amount of Purchase

                I had purchased a Samsung Star Pro Mobile yesterday from your SH Mumtazuddin P Ltd at RN Mukherjee Road KOLKATA vide Invoice Number 03676 for Rs.5550, however, in the same APPS are taking hours to get installed in 3G connection. However, when I talked to the Dealer, the Dealer says to contact SAMSUNG and when I contacted SAMSUNG tollfree they say to contact Nearest Service Center. Please look into the Matter seriously, either replace the New Handset or refund the amount.

People pay large sums of monies for what we believe is state-of-the-art, innovative and technologically superior products. But, that is FAR from the truth where, Samsung is simply interested in getting you to BUY their products and then simply LEAVE you to ROT as the products degrades and literally disintegrates. Personally I believe ‘Apple’ and, in fact, many other Indian Brands perform far better than the incompetent Samsung range. ALLow me to share my experiences thus far (As on 24th May, 2014, @ 1023 hrs) - On the 19th of May, 2014 I placed a call to the Samsung Toll Free Line –[protected]. - I spoke to a female executive, who basis my mobile number actually shared my details. I liked that and it gave me a sense of comfort. - I shared to the person that my Samsung Refrigerator’s Lower Freezer has stopped cooling. I told the person that I am scared as the several thousands of rupees worth of meats would begin to rot and stink up the place. - I was rather pleased when the lady said that she will treat this as an emergency and have an engineer call me in 10 minutes… - Bang on ! Within 10 minutes I got a call from a Samsung person, who unfortunately was not the engineer. Instead he was calling to confirm my postal address and enquire for a landmark I shared the details vide sms. The call came in from the number [protected]. In about an hours time, another person, Lokesh by name called me and asked me to give him my postal address, which I again did vide sms. He told me that he could visit the following day (20th May, 2014). I asked him why he could not visit the same day and he said that he has already got his trip sheet (Journey Plan) and hence couldn’t alter that. I was forced to agree and oblige. - The next day he (Lokesh) calls me from the number [protected] and tells me that he will visit at noon. - Nobody calls and when I call at around 5pm, Lokesh tells me that he had to cancel the appointment with me because when he dialled my number I did not answer my call. I was forced to accept as I just needed someone to fix the fridge and freezer. Lokesh tells me that he will visit the next day (21st May, 2014) at 4pm. - Nobody calls and nobody comes and so at 415 pm, I call Lokesh. Now Lokesh tells me that I am supposed to register a complaint with the toll-free number. AT this point I lost it and I told him to do whatever has to be done, but get here and fix my fridge. - Obviously he doesn’t, but on the 22nd May, 2014 (Remember it is now 3 days since I told Samsung that the meats in my fridge would spoil), he calls me and visits my home at around 5pm. - “Whew” my sigh of relief was rather short-lived because, Lokesh comes in and then tells me that Samsung had got the model of the fridge all wrong. While my fridge is the high end model, I was listed as having a lower product. Now Lokesh told me that he was not qualified to handle this fridge and he asked that I again speak to the Samsung Call Center. - I was fuming but I obliged and spoke again to another lady (Each time you call Samsung, you talk to a different person and cannot request for the person you first spoke to – This means re-inventing the wheel and sharing the history, pain points etc all over again). I spoke this other lady who proceeded to generate a fresh complaint and this time with the correct model and serial number of the product. She said that the next day which is the 23rd May, 2014, a new engineer will visit. - On the 23rd of May, 2014, nobody called, nobody visited and my refrigerator began to stink up the place. So I called the Samsung people again, speak to a different person, give him the whole run-down and guess what he says ? He says that I need to re-register a complaint. When I asked him the reason, he tells me that the complaint I registered twice now, has actually not been registered… - I yelled at him and he just hung up (My fault for yelling, I guess) - I call the number again and connect to a Ramya and I had to give her the story all over again and she says the courteous ‘SORRY’ thing and asks me to hold while she gets her boss to speak to me… I hold onto the phone for 15 minutes and I had to disconnect. - I call the Samsung center again and now speak to a person by name Ashok. He hears the story again and simply disconnects the line… - I call again to the Samsung center, and this time I speak to a person whose name I just couldn’t follow. Now this guy tells me that his higher-ups are busy but his boss will surely call me in 4 hours… “4 hours” I scream. Is that how long I have to wait, since I have already waited for so many days… - Anyways, nobody calls and so I have to call again. This is in the evening of 23rd May, 2014. I speak to a Samsung person and he apologizes and tells me that the engineer will visit before 1030 hrs on the 24th May, 2014. - It is now 1046 hrs on the 24th May, 2014 and nobody has called, nobody has come and hence writing this. - Another entry: AT 1120 hrs I call the Samsung Customer Care and I speak to a female who simply hangs up - I called again and speak to another guy, whom I have to brief again. He now tells me that he will call me back in 20 minutes. SO here I am waiting for Samsung to get up from their perched asses… Like I said before, ‘SAMSUNG’ is the worst Brand that I have encountered thus far. I paid Rs. 1, 68, 000 for that refrigerator and it is really not worth . Samsung are just out there to screw you of your money and then let you deal with the stench, stink and CRAP, while they are out to cheat and con some other poor unsuspecting customer in India. SAMSUNG please get your act together and don’t think o[censored]s Indians as monkeys ! Fix my fridge immediately and be accountable for the grief, stress and pains you have caused.                     Their estore is offers pathetic service. They say that their delivery time is 3-5 days but even after the 7th day the order is not dispatched yet. I just bought it from there because my company had a discount. When I called the customer care, he asked me to call back in 2-3 days, how lame is that. He told he can not connect to anyone from dispatch department also. What are they, some stone age people? Never buy from there. Flipkart would have been thousand times better but unfortunately I could not order from there.

                      My refri-igrator was not working sice 15 days and i daily contacting the local servicing centre on phone no. [protected]. They were simply telling that we are going to send technician. 7 days back atecnicial has come and attended the repairs and charged rs. 1500/-. But refrigirator not functioning and all ther materials stored were damaged. I am daily ringing up to the above phone, they were telling that today the technician will come and attend. Till date no one has come and atended. My family is suffering a lot because of non-availability of refrigirator and damage occured to the stored food. Requested to send tecnicial immidiately and take action on local servicing centre for bluffing the customers. My recent complaint no. [protected] dated. 22.05.2014.                         Sir 1. I purchased Samsung Galaxy core 18262 blue, serial no [protected] @ Rs.12000/- including tax vide their bill No CA502 dt 13 Apr 2014 from Metrom Mobile, Shop No 6, Niyoshi Park 2, Sanghavi Nagar, Aundh, Pune-411007, their email address is [protected]@gmail.com. 2. I have already been purchased flip cover the above mentioned mobile hand set for Rs.800/- vide their another bill No 1947 dt 13 Apr 2014. Now I want to clarification about the rate of the mobile phone and flip cover. As the same cover is available at snap deal @ Rs.389/-. I thought that the above shop has selling excess amount and cheating to customers this is not right to selling huge amount. Shop has received excess amount Rs.411/- from me.                           I Parcha Rahul, made a repair to my mobile Samsung Galaxy Y duos Lite (GtS5302) in samsung Authorized showroom(S, V. Electronics, H.No. 10-2-111/1, Srinivasa complex, 1st floor, Opp to Pavailion ground, khammam, Andhra Pradesh Phone No : [protected]) in khammam, the spare part which replaced was not in proper condition, which I came to know by rechecking same with in one month with another Sumsung authorized showroom in Mehadhipatnam -Hyderabad. Even though I went to authorized showroom in hyderabad I didnt find the solution and in response they asked to get repair only in khammam service center, then what is the propose of getting repaired even after warranty in authorized service center, even though they charge more cost than outside service centers? Damage caused to me due this issue was - One working day, Travelling expenses of to and fro between Khammam to Hyderabad. I request you take proper action who are response to this kind of problem.                             I have bought double door refrigerator from samsung. Post warranty period, refrigerator is over cooling and freezing all vegetables and fruits. I complained to samsung three times on this issues. Technicians came and changed all the parts worth Rs 3500 to 4000 in three services. But problems not resolved. Samsung does not care post warranty issues. Refrigerator from samsung is highly unreliable. My Service requests are given below. # [protected], Dated 26.04.2014, [protected] dated 20.05.2014 and one more service request given on the same issues. Technicians are looting money every visit they make. They are not diagnsing the problem properly and cheating customer with their in adequate knowledge.                               I have purchased a Samsung Referigerator last month and cooling is very low. I have registered the complaint 4 times and complaint reference number is [protected] .Local service center is not able to solve the problem till now. They are not qualified enough to solve the issue. And Samsung Customer Care is not listening at the issue.

                                  Dear Customer support manager, I love Samsung products. So it makes me sad to bring you the report I bring you today. In the month of May 2013 i bought a SAMSUNG LED TV( in the name of my brother Roy Varghese name) model no: UA32F5100ARLXL, one day i noticed that my tv is not working properly, So i contacted the Samsung service centre nearby and they registered a complaint ([protected]). The service engineer told it is problem with the panel and they replaced it. Since it was in the warranty period it didn’t cost me anything. But within a month it started again panel problem, (claim id [protected], under process) Since I’m still in the warranty period it won’t cost me, what if after my warranty expires again the TV fails. We have been using Samsung products like fridge, washing machine and mobiles for a long time and never experienced such a thing. Is there any way that i can get a replacement of the product. How can i again trust the repaired product? I request you to immediate look in to this and straight way replaces my faulty peace with complete brand new TV set. I am shocked that at the time when it was repaired last the LED Screen was replaced by person driving the vehicle (Tempo driver) who came along with LED panel. While fixing the screen I found the fellow was not able to fix the screen properly and i have to guide him to fix the screws properly. I am also a part of CROMA extended warranty for Acer Laptops and providing best services to Acer Customers. Please confirm your action on highest priority and reply my mail.                                     Dear Sir, This mail is regarding SAMSUNG 32” LED(Model no UA32F5100ARMXL) purchased by me on date 20th May 2013 in name of Roy Varghese(my cousin). Within warranty period Unit failed twice and complaint got repeated within one month time. I am shocked that at the time when it was repaired last the LED Screen was replaced by person driving the vehicle ( Tempo driver )who came along with LED panel. I am not expecting this kind of service by brand like Samsung even after buying product worth Rs. 36, 000/-.                                       Hi, Myself karthik [protected] - Not received good response from service center - Aundh - Pune, issue with my display 3 month before i took new one (Feb 1st 2014) got again problem with in 3 month went to the same service center to check but the Technician - Santosh told to bring charger at that time he did not even register my case assured me that he will help in next day on May 3rd again i took along with my charger to check, waitied for around 10 days but did not get response, i went again to check they told display need to keep new one. I requested their manager about my concerns name ( Amol - +91 [protected]) he told he need 24 hours to check but tried few days not even pick the calls, it is very disappointing with their behaviour, when i spoken to manager he told it is not my mistake but money matters. Can you please take action Final Conclusion: they did time pass to charge My Questions: When we are getting ticket generated for Queue why the people did not log my complaint (before my validity) ? why i did not get call from them? Why they are hidding answer when i am raising my concerns? they waitied for more than 1 and half an hour to give this type of resposnes?
