I would like to bring to your kind notice that the service of your products at Mangalore are very poor which makes it difficult for us to function. My refrigerator is once again in a bad shape where it does not cool and your mechanic has seen and gone but there is no reply on the defect or the part to be replaced. hope you will take immediate action or I will have to take alternate action.

I Would like to bring to your
kind notice the service rendered to me, by the authorized service centre in
Mangalore, Prabhath Infocaom, Divya
Enclave, Jai Road Mangalore 575003.
I contacted toll free no. on 28/08/2013 at 9.30 am. Ms Vinodini
answered the call, there was no response.
Once again I called on 29/8/2013, I was attended by Ms. Soundarya. The service engineer visited my place on
30/08/2013 at 11 am. He informed me that the compressor of my fridge was not
functioning and it needs a replacement. He promised me to supply the part by 2nd
September.
As there was no reply from your
service engineer till 3rd,
I contacted my dealer, Ms
Sulakshana Agencies in Mangalore . They gave me the Main supervisor for service
Mr. Roshan No. [protected].
I contacted him, he gave me an assurance to look into the matter and
revert back to me in 5 minutes. He failed to reply.
Once again I contacted toll free no, I was attended by Mr. Shrinivas,
after a hold on call for 15 minutes he tells me that there is no indent from
Mangalore service centre.
I had to call back Mr. Roshan who promised me the spares on 6th.
As there was no reply on 6th from the service centre, I once
again Contacted Mr. Roshan who gives me a reply saying that I am only an
Mediator and not the supplier, Hence I will not be able to help you and banged
the phone on my face.
I had to call the toll free no, once again, Mr. Srinivas comes
on line and tells me that he will try his best and gives me my old complaint
No.With all this dilly dallying me around, from pillar to post, finally I get the service
on 12/09/2013 at 12 noon.
As an esteemed customer of M/s
Samsung products in Mangalore for the past yrs.Without a fridge for 15
days, The torture and trauma that I had to go through, by purchasing your
product of such a high range, wasting my precious time, energy and money.
I have lost faith in your product.
It gives me a second thought in future, in my purchases.
