Dear team, i have purchased samsung 40 inches led on 3rd april 2013, then in aug 2013 remote cencor of led stops working, because my led was in warranty period samsung person has changed the remote cencor and assured that it will not happen again, but now again remote cencor has stops working and your customer care team is saying we cant do anything.


This is my humble request that please replace my led or i have to move to consumer court because i m very frustated by your services.

    Hi, I have been facing problem in my samsung grand GT-I9082 for the past two months. I have been visited samsung service center in Tagore Garden ie Mehar Communications for six or seven times. They just updated the software everytime and replaced the mike once. Also they kept my mobile phone under observation for two days twice. They told me not insert memory card on your phone, not to use skype or other voice calling applications. I tried evwrything but nothing works out. Still I am facing the same issue, the voice recorder is not working. Since I dnt get any solution from the service center I visited, I lodge a complaint in CustomerCare to the escalation team. I talked to each n every senior person there, Mr Vikar Siddique, Mr Dipanker, Mr Anurag, Mr Sumit, Mr Mayank. They are not able to provide the solution. Then I talked to Supervisor Mr Nikhil and then the floor manager Mr Nitin of the Samsung customer care. Nothing worked out but they transfered my request to Samsung head office. After escalating my request to head office, I got a communication that it needs to be repaired again and I need to visit the samsung service center again. But tell me one thing why should I visit the center again as I have visted six times and no solution has not been provided to me. I have told them to replace my phone as its still in waranty. But they are not providing me thi solution what I asked for. I am continuously following with the customer care executive s but it seems it does not bother to them. Can you please help me in getting my mobile phone replaced as the product I bought is not upto the standard quality. I have spent 20000 rs on this phone and continuously following up from past 2 months., but unfortunately the issue still persists and I am not getting solution for the same.         Hi Team, I bought a new Galaxy Note 2 on October 2013 and I have updated my phone to latest software 4.3 which is released by Samsung on March 2014.After the Upgrade my Battery backup is not lasting for more than 2 hours.Even I put in charge for 7 to 8 hours continuously charge will not go beyond 30%.So I came to situation where I need to carry my charger all the places where I am going to keep my mobile alive. Today I went to my nearby Samsung Service Center ( West Tambaram Chennai ) where I got shocking response that this software upgrade will use most of the battery and nothing can be done.is this is the good response and also do I need to continue with the drastic situation of carrying mobile with less than 20% always? I am attaching some blog links where they explained about this issue.           Dear Sir, purchased an automatic samsung washing machine WA 82 VSL (SL NO- W1035ZCS802557J) on 16th NOV 2009 from ROY VARIETIES, LAKE CHOWMUHANI, AGARTALA with 60 Months warranty. Now suddenly on 8th April 2014 the lower rear circuit of this machine caught fire while in operation. Samsung service center at AGARTALA (RAFCO) received the WASHING MACHINE to repair on 10th APRIL 2014 but not responding now & also not accepting warranty card bearing 60 months warranty.             Dear All, This is to inform you that, I bought the Samsung 40 inch LCD TV (model no: LA40D550K1RLXL and Sr no: MPZP3PB13902674L) in november 2011, Unfortunately from last few days VERTICAL LINES started appearing on half of the screen and I called a Samsung technician regarding this issue and he said that it is the problem with PANEL which can only be rectified by replacement of the panel and it is a very expensive affair. The cost estimation is given approx. Rs.17, 800/-. This is most unfortunate, this television is just 2.5 years old and I am facing a major fault with the TV set which involves changing of complete viewing panel. I bought this TV in 49000 and now it is worth nothing . I have never expected such low quality product from SAMSUNG, I am very disappointed and depressed as I don't have that much money for new panel It is a product defect and certainly Samsung should take responsibility for the screen, On this above context, I am requesting / appealing to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS to take up this as an exceptional case and replace the PANEL at minimum cost as it is just 2 and half year old TV. It is my expectation from you, to look into this and show a way out, to solve the issue cordially so that the customer satisfaction is highly appreciated. I am writing this post with lots of hope.               I have bought samsung A.c on dated 20/06/2011.Only after first year it started making problem time & again.Model number of A.c is as185bbd s.no e069ppib 201425. I just wanted to know that after first year of purchased why it started making trouble. Some time it sudden start smoke and after getting repaired by samsung next problem got start like gas is leaked or anything .after filling the gas next year same problem start by saying that valve is not working.I m just fed up of these kind of excuses.I have bought number of thing from samsung time and again.If qualty of product will remain same the then even i am not going to think about it.My old complaint number is [protected] and the new one is [protected].Please look to resolve this without charging this.

                SPLIT AC BOUGHT ON April 2nd 2014 not working from the second day, samsung wants to recharge the gas but I need a factor fresh AC for which I paid and not what is going to be rectified at my place with out any promise for a replacement
                I have waited for 20 days running from pillar to post but no use from the customer care guys.

                    i have purchsed samsung galaxy SL 1003 on[protected] and after six without any critical issues (breaking, water damage etc) my mobiles touchscreen stop functioning, then went to service centre they asked for 7000/-. for repairing . wat a crap company . friends dont ever purchase samsung mobiles. secondly the vendor "pai electronics" russel chowk -- dont purchase any mobiles from this shop . people there dont have manners to talk with the customers. holy crap samsung and pai electronics .

                        Hi Sir, I bought samsung AC in 2012 year.now its almost reach 1.9 months. When My AC under warranty I complied so many times and I request them replace the Unit.But they never take care my words. Complete warranty time their service engineer provided temporary solution.Enen they never ask how their service and evry information their mainting and they are not ready to provide any slip or copy what they done at service time, if I asked this way they told this their company role. When i raise request through customer care, they will keep open issue for long time, again they provide temparary solution. Even when my unit under warranty, that i written some words like i[censored]nit give issue again they need to provide replace, this form also they dont provide, just they take my singnature, just left my houe. NOw my AC is not working, again i called customer on 17th April 2014. Please see comments customer care. 1st time Conversation . Me:I had issue: with AC from last two years, when it warrarnty, i request you replace the unit, I am not ready to pay money.if it is possible then send your service and if your going send service enginner, then its resolved for long time not short period, becasue i had same experince you guys from when i purshed. Customer care:Yes sir definatly we will help you on this, we will send service engineer. Me: Please maintain my comment, i am not ready pay, if it possible then send other wise i will go through consumer court. Customer care:You don't worry we will help you. Me : Thanks. Next day 18th April 2014 I got call from Service enginner. Me : hello Service engineer:Hello, we got request from customer care.how many months old your product. Me:its near 2 years. Service Engineer:You neet to pay service charge. Me: No, i already discuused with customer care, i am not ready to pay money.if you want charge from my side please don't call. Service engineer: Ok i will check with custmer care. Me :ok. Again i made call to customer care: Me: Can check my request and please tell me my comments when i raise request. Customer care :Your are facing cooling issue with your AC.So we assigned service engineer for this. Me: When i raise request i told i am not ready to pay money, becasue when my unit under warranty i request you gusys, replace unit, but you people never take care my words. Customer care: No sir we will help you, we will send service engineer. Me:if it is free service. Customer care : Ok After few hours i got call from service center from Mohali His name is rahul. rahul: hello Me :yes Rahul:i am calling from samsung service center. Me:Ok Rahul:how many months old you AC. Me:near 2 years Rahul: you need to pay service charge: Me:No Rahul:If you are not ready to pay why you are calling customer care(he is blakmail me) Me: i have right, because when i purchae AC from samsung, if you are owner of samsung then ask this question, then i give reply to you. Rahul:Ok Me : plese don't call if you want service charge. After some time I again call from bombay office(samsung) Here i told whole from starting of issue. Then she told you want replace the unit, ok i will take higher manager level.i let you know the satatus.i will get back to you. Again after some time. Sir today i already working done my side, so i will contat you monday.then i said Ok. Monday(21/04/14) Bombay manager(Same person ):we are going to service enginner and you need to pay money. Me:What you told on satuterday(19/04/14), you are going to replace unit, again you saying i need to pay service charge. Bombay manager(Same person ):Ok sir i will check on this i get back you. Me:Ok After some time again she called me: Bombay manager(Same person ):Here i can't take desission on this so i am going to forward to higher manager. Me :Ok, Today:22/04/2014 Lady from bombay: samsung :I am from manager department, here you need to pay charges. Me:First you check my record, with in warranty time, i request to replace unit, but your side no response on this, just provided temparrary solution. and more your service engineer balkmail me why you making calls to customer care. Samsung :Sorry for bad words from our service department and you need to pay money. Me :if this is case, then when its under warranty, wehy you people not take this unit, when i raise so manay times: Samsung:no words Me:If you say this way then i will go thriugh consumer court. Samsung:Ok Me :thanks calling, please don't call again. Samsung:ok If see history They are just paying with customers, if they are not are ready to repalce, then why keep interaction with for long time.unnessarly they timepassed with me and they are same position.the sanme case happen when i am under warrarty. For them, consumer complaint is nothing, it will come to our favor only, so they feeling this, when i had experince with them. So please help on this below point Why they didn't care My unit under warranty? Why they are not provide copy service what then done under warranty? Why they playing games with customer?                             We had bought a samsung s4 phone on 03/10/2013 from model town, jalandhar showroom. the phone has a warranty of 1 year. on 20/04/2014, the phone started facing charging problems. the charger does not get inserted properly in the phone anymore and remains lose and the phone does not get charged. we took the phone to the service center of samsung in jalandhar and told our problem. they did not listen to us and started saying the phone is out of warranty and the repairs will cost Rs. 1200. When asked the reason, they started misbehaving and did not listen to us. even after asking them again and again, they refused to help us completely. in the showroom, we met another customer who had the same problem. He told us that he had the same problem once before also and the service center repaired the mobile including replacement of parts in warranty.he was not charged anything that time. but after some time, he started facing the same problem, but this time, the service center refused to repair the mobile inside warranty. when he asked the reason, the service center even said that the phone is out of warranty now since the phone has been opened once. although the phone was opened only boy the service center and not by any outsider. though he had 5 months of warranty left, they said that the phone won't be repaired inside warranty. the service center people don't know how to talk to customers.. our phone cost us Rs. 27, 200. for a brand like samsung, this is completely unacceptable. they just say that warranty of 1 year will be provided but actually, this is just way of getting money of customers because when there is actually a problem, they don't repair it inside warranty and ask for money to repair the phone.

                              Hi, I have a samsung sd card 8 gb which comes with 5 years guarantee, The problem with the card is it is not formatting. i contacted samsung care as well as the retailer from where I purchased this product for guarantee, but both are denying for the replacement as well as for the guarantee coverage.                                 I had purchased a galaxy grand over a year ago and till date I have had more problems than its benefits. It seldom works properly and almost most of the times it doesn't respond. I have had more than two major problems with the phone such as the problem with the mother board which I had got to replace and just recent the phone stopped responding. Not expected this from a company like samsung.Very dissapointed.

                                  samsung worst service i purchased galaxy tab p3100 at the time of purchase warranty was 1 year the day 1 i purchased that there was a charging problem then i purchased a charger later 3 times i gave to customer care for not charging problem they have not rectified and they called me and said purchase a new battery a phone which is expensive battery doesnt run for a year... and samsung people advised me to purchase a new battery for rs.1800 already purchased tab for 17000+600 for a new charger and now battery i suggest guys never purchase samsung products they have the worst customer service.they never care for customer i am going to complain the same in consumer forum the product still lying with their service centre since 3 days.

                                    I have bought AC of Samsung in 2011 and my AC is not working since 7 days. I put a complain in CC of Samsung. Some person came from samsung service centre Lake Town Kolkata. He checked and said some person will come and take away the AC to workshop. It has taken 3 days after regorous follow up, some person came and they opened my AC. Than they said some ther person will come and will take away the AC by evening or max to max by next day. But it has 3 days gone, no one has come and when i called the CC. they said that by evening, people will come. But yet no one has come. CC people are also making fun of my query. No that Lady from CC is not responding my calls. Putting that number also here : [protected]. One the worst kind of service i have ever seen in my life. If is there any jurisdiction, pls sort out my issue.

                                      I purchased a Samsung galaxy GRAND in July '13 and from last week I am facing following issue:- My mobile gets switched off automatically and then does not switch on for 12-15 hrs. even after using power button. Then yesterday(15-Apr-2014) it switched off completely never to switch on again. I took my phone to following service center:- System & Services CD-7 Salt Lake City, Sector -1, Near Seba Hospital - Kolkata As my phone was in warranty they made a story that my phone has been liquid damaged (water maybe) and said for this we have to change the part (where USB cable is plugged in phone) and said that I will have to pay. That part was working very fine and my phone was getting charged before the problem. I told them to solve my problem and do not change the part but they said that "if we will insert our USB cable in this part our cable will become faulty" (I do not know how on earth it is possible). I said use my USB cable they said "our computer will become faulty anyways if we will connect with this mobile without changing the part(where USB cable is plugged in phone) " (I was "how samsung trains its engineers"). After all since I had no other option I gave them Rs.380 even though my phone was in warranty. Today(16-Apr-2014), I received my mobile and the problem is still there my phone is again dead. Do never purchase Samsung phone in your life.

                                        Refrigerator Model RT27BDMS purchased on[protected] from Jaipur Rajasthan. No air flow in lower compartment from blower ports resulting in low cooling and stalled food. Complaint registered atleast 6 times since last 4 months, every time technician attends and reports no problem. May be attended by a competent engineer and problem be sort out through proper repair.
