I would like to bring to your kind notice that the service of your products at Mangalore are very poor which makes it difficult for us to function. My refrigerator is once again in a bad shape where it does not cool and your mechanic has seen and gone but there is no reply on the defect or the part to be replaced. hope you will take immediate action or I will have to take alternate action.

I Would like to bring to your
kind notice the service rendered to me, by the authorized service centre in
Mangalore, Prabhath Infocaom, Divya
Enclave, Jai Road Mangalore 575003.


I contacted toll free no. on 28/08/2013 at 9.30 am. Ms Vinodini
answered the call, there was no response.

Once again I called on 29/8/2013, I was attended by Ms. Soundarya. The service engineer visited my place on
30/08/2013 at 11 am. He informed me that the compressor of my fridge was not
functioning and it needs a replacement. He promised me to supply the part by 2nd
September.

As there was no reply from your
service engineer till 3rd,

I contacted my dealer, Ms
Sulakshana Agencies in Mangalore . They gave me the Main supervisor for service
Mr. Roshan No. [protected].

I contacted him, he gave me an assurance to look into the matter and
revert back to me in 5 minutes. He failed to reply.

Once again I contacted toll free no, I was attended by Mr. Shrinivas,
after a hold on call for 15 minutes he tells me that there is no indent from
Mangalore service centre.

I had to call back Mr. Roshan who promised me the spares on 6th.

As there was no reply on 6th from the service centre, I once
again Contacted Mr. Roshan who gives me a reply saying that I am only an
Mediator and not the supplier, Hence I will not be able to help you and banged
the phone on my face.

I had to call the toll free no, once again, Mr. Srinivas comes
on line and tells me that he will try his best and gives me my old complaint
No.With all this dilly dallying me around, from pillar to post, finally I get the service
on 12/09/2013 at 12 noon.


As an esteemed customer of M/s
Samsung products in Mangalore for the past yrs.Without a fridge for 15
days, The torture and trauma that I had to go through, by purchasing your
product of such a high range, wasting my precious time, energy and money.

I have lost faith in your product.

It gives me a second thought in future, in my purchases.

    Hello samsung team plz help me I am using galaxy S2 still 2 years ago. But now my mobile get heating in the primary camera side(back)..plz i dnt no why .. my warrenty also expired wht do. when get heat my mobile my battery also get low charge.. Whn iam on the data netwrk or wifi mobile get full heated..plz help me plz help

    I booked a
    handset Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 (Model No SM-G7102) on 10th March-14
    through your websitehttps://samsungindiaestore.com under B2B
    (CORPORATE) OFFER to Airtel Employee. And got the delivery on 13th March-14(Thursday).


    Since beginning
    I am facing the heating issue in handset after 10 to 20 minutes while browsing
    any apps or playing games. Moreover handset and charger both are also getting
    overheated while charging.


    In this concern I also raised the complaint
    ([protected]) at call center and visited to Samsung store twice with this issue
    in my office timing. And also marked several mails to all senior authority ('danields.[protected]@samsung.com';
    'bd.[protected]@samsung.com'; 'hv.[protected]@samsung.com'; 'shefali.[protected]@samsung.com'; ‘chita.[protected]@samsung.com’;
    ) and request them to intervene because after multiple mails follow ups the
    service guys(Mr. Neeraj &amp; Mr. Chita Sahoo) are just declining the issue
    stating that the heating is normal.


    They are not taking my feedback, even are not
    ready to accept and compare this phone with another phone of similar
    specifications. And I am being threatened to collect my phone as it is otherwise
    they are not responsible for any loss.


    Please intervene and help me in getting
    concrete resolution. else I will have to file
    a case against company in the consumer court. “UNDER
    CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.”

      I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S Duos smart phone from their dealer. From the very begining itself the hanset is not functioning properly. When I try to contact somebody frequently it is displayed on the screen that "NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK". Two times I have taken the phone to their authorised service centre. But the problem is not yet resolved. I understand that this is a common problem with the samsung Galaxy hand sets. If we search on the internet we can see the details about this complaint.

          Sir, I purchased SAMSUNG Trend 7392 cell phone at Poorvika modile pvt ltd, 4th Avenue, Shanthi colony Chennai-40, for Rs.7, 700/- on[protected]. But just completion of one month my set became defective that whenever receiving/making the call the water goggling sound is coming. I totally fed up of my cell and given nearest autherised samsung service centre at Ambattur. They returned back the set after one day and informed that they reset the software version it will be ok. Again I experienced the same fault handed over the set for rectification. I dont know what they going to do? But I very regret about the set such high cost mobile getting defective not even completion of one moth service. I purchased the mobile by availing the loan from the department. Therefore kindly replce the mobile with newone please.

            I had purchased 40"led tv(model no.UA40EH5000) in the month of May 2013.but from last week there is blue clo our line in the centre of screen.i had registered a complaint at your customer care centre.after that your engineer has visited to check but I was surprised to listen from your engineer that this is not in warranty.and you have to pay Rs.26000/- I had shown him the purchase bill. As per detail which I am aware the warranty stands for at least one year.so you are requested to look into it and do the needful ASAP.

              I have paid 15000 for microwave owen on 15000 and samsung executive promised me to deliver product in a few hour to my door. After 2 hour executive call me and said that desired product was not in their queue, so I have cancelled my purchase. The payment was done by credit card and they promised me that they will claim for transaction. But after one week the amount is reflected on my account and also cnfrm with bank. Bank informed me that the amount has been claimed and deposited to merchant account. Now on confirming that with merchant he told me that the amount was never claimed. And even merchant is saying that even if they recieve the amount they will deduct 2.5 percent as transaction amount. Now the product which was never been delievered to me, so why to bear 2.5 extra charge. Please resolve my matter asap.

                , Anish Kr Gupta, HR lead, Hiring – Deloitte, with deep pain &
                anguish, am sending this complaint to you. I purchased Samsung 40 inch LED with
                details as UA40D5000R - Serial No. 19963ZNB601022Y on 10th July ’11 from
                Samsung Plaza, Ramakrishna Teletronics Pvt ltd, Kondapur, Hyderabad for almost
                Rs 56, 000/- complete down payment.


                Since Mar '13 I am having issues with the colour panel as half the screen
                becomes black. This is really shocking that after investing ...more than half a
                lakh for esteemed product, I am facing challenges after 1.5 years when I was
                promised that you would never have any issues as it is world class product.
                Post logging complaint, your engineer said there is problem with LED screen
                & repair will be almost RS 25, 000/- This is gross negligence & inferior
                product performance amounting to customer dis-satisfaction & negligence.


                I sent an application requesting to waive 75-100% of the repair charges &
                replace/repair my LED TV however it was declined. I expect & request better
                services & complete assistance with no financial obligation from my end. Do
                you really expect a customer to shell out 25K or even 15K as repair for 56K INR
                LED investment in little more than 1.5 years? .


                Looking forward for complete repair/replacement with no cost from my end. Close
                this with me ASAP as else I will be forced to look for other alternatives like
                Consumer forum & RTI grievance cell. I am sure you will have it replaced
                with zero cost from my end. Thanks for your understanding & feel free to
                connect up if need any additional information.

                  Repested Sir, I am Mr. Ronen Moses Gadkar. My mobile number is [protected]. I have purchase Samsung Galary Grand 2. On[protected] for Rs. 21, 500/-. On[protected] within 15 days i found display problem. When i press mobile display. Black spot is appear on screen. That i went to samsung service centre. I contact Mr. Sandeep (Service Executive). He has keep my mobile repairing. He told me that they are giving me mobile on[protected]. They have given me mobile on[protected]. When i receive my mobile. I check my problem. I found again my problem in my hand set. Then Mr. Sandeep Have given me all explaination. He has told me that they have change my display. I am checking my handset. But the problem didn't solve. Then i request to Mr. Sandeep "Sir Please Replace My Mobile". They Ignore me. With 15 days my handset having some problem. This problem is from manufacture. They have given me Defective model. Sir i want replacement. So, finally my friend Mr. Sandeep Kasalkar advised me that just post your complaint to the Consumer Complaints, they will definitely solve your problem.                       This is regarding complaint number [protected]. I am fed up following up with samsung but no response. I purchased TV on 3rd May 2013 in Dubai and its under international warranty. Now Samsung is saying warranty is rejected by team as purchase date is 5th March 2013 and warranty is already over. How come they can assume purchase date without cross checking in system and bill provided to them. I hope their system clearly shows purchase date of each item, if not they can check from Jumbo Electronics from where I purchased TV. Me and my wife are fed up following up with samsung guys and no one is responding properly. Everyone from call center and service center is saying that they cant do anything and they cant also give details of head office. Also our TV bill is with one of the service engineer who did not bother to return it back. Date is clearly written on the bill. and can also be verified with Jubmo Electronics Dubai (From where I purchased my TV) This is the pathetic experience I have till date with any consumer goods company.

                      I feel i did a biggest mistake by selecting Samsung LED TV. Its not working and Samsung India is not giving warranty benefits also. This is the worst experience I have till date with any consumer goods company

                        Dear sr, we have purchased Samsung double door fridge model no. RT-26/ 2009 (FROST FREE- 250 ltr) here at Patna in 2009. we had well well satisfied with the working of fridge since last 4 years. Suddenly, about 2 months ago, The fridge was not working and seems dead. we call to customer care and the service man came to our home. He find the fridge offcourse, dead. he suggested us that you have to send the fridge to our service centre and also said that the PCD & Relay have to replace. We agree with him and allow him to go ahead. After three days, we recd our fridge at our home after repairing the said fault with a bill of Rs 2500. But since then, we found that our fridge is not cooling well and the vegetable in lower box got fridged. We again complaint to customer care and the service man again came to us, we told him about the problem, he again changed the one more part. But, we are facing all the problems in fridge what facing earlier. Now, we again call him But, he always says the fridge is working properly. Sir, we are not satisfied with the service tendered to us, after so much expending the money and time the problem still the same. We request you to pls send the proper service man to chk our fridge otherwise we have to approach to consumer court for the redressal of our problem.                         Waited for our appliances to be delivered for a month. So excited and sadly disappointed. The guys who delivered squeezed the fridge through my front door scratching our brand new door and the entire front of the new fridge. Of course I didn’t realize until afterward when they already left ( two screaming curious kids in the midst.) our new stove had a huge noticeable gash on the top which I though was just tape. We were told that our fridge wouldn’t be a shiny black but a Matte black ( kids fingerprints) and it was of course shiny. Samsung will only offer to come out and replace the doors on the fridge and replace the stove but won’t let us choose a different color. On top of it we paid for install of our dishwasher when they said that we didn’t have the right hook up to do it. So now there’s a dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen. 😡

                              Myself Gaurang Pairkh from Ahmedabad, Gujarat I bought samusng double door freeze in march, 2013. on 18th march, 2013 I complained on their toll free no. because our freeze was not giving freezing propoerly. They forward my complain to their service engineer and was giving next days appointment. This engineer is very duffer and I don't know what he was done in freezer and said it's motor was down.so, you Have to buy it new from them at Rs.1000 and said don't open freeze for 24 hours. but I checked personally at night and shocked to see that he broke our freezer layer plat and didn't inform to me and also went from our place without took their charges. i again complained in samsung company but they took that service engineer on phone line with us and that service engineer said it was done mistakenly and advice me "this crack will not giving any problem in future just tapping on crack and it will work properly." I told them, "this is not the solution but I want my freeze in complete condition which we have." at that time their service head co-ordinator told me that, that is not in their policy to replace the plate. and also said that their engineer is excepting their fault, it was done mistakenly. This is the service of samsung company. I advice to all people don't buy any product of samsung because they are very careless for their clients in after sales service and also have not menores to talk with their clients.                                 Dear Sir/Madam, I am literally a frustrated customer who is being tortured by SAMSUNG INDIA team day by day. In November 2012, i had purchased a SAMSUNG 3D LED TV of Rs. 1, 24, 000 from JUMBO ELECTRONICS Gurgaon, Haryana. Within warranty period of 1 yr we had started finding the TV problems in 9th month from the date of purchasing. They had changed our TV PANEL for 2 Times. Now our TV has stopped working even we had extended our warranty by paying Rs.6500. Samsung had not rectified the issue and even without diagnosis the issue they are doing their non-sense practical over our TV. Now i am getting frustrated as they promised us to give our money back by deducting 17% depreciation. But again they had shown their false commitments and deny to give it to us even after submitting my Account Details and all. I want your help as i want my money back without any deduction.because it was my precious money from which i had purchased it on EMI. Please contact to me on my details which is given below.                                   My TV is again having problem of speaker and woofer, your engineer has visited on 13th Mar and found TV speaker and woofer has faulty again which was recently replaced, today when i called to customer helpline they said i have to to again charges of Rs.3145/- towards replacing the speaker and woofer.

                                  Sir, My concern is a company SAMSUNG which is No.1 brand in the market and still consumer like me need...

                                  I purchased two split ACs of same model on Sept 28, 2013. Thereafter, there has been gas leakage on two occassions from one AC - once during warranty and once in November 2013 (for which I had to pay as product was out of warranty. The second AC required one chan ge of condenser(?) and change of wiring. The condenser change was during warranty and the wiring change after warranty expired and was paid for by me. On last time I also told that the products are defective and should be replaced. Senior executives at call centre assured that I should pay on gas charges and service would be free. Now the same problem has happened with the same AC. I am seriously fed up with this scam. The company officials insist I should pay Rs.5304.50 for defective condenser and gas charging. Since the company is not interested in solving the problem but only wants to keep making money by service charges on defective product, I requested them to kindly take away both AC as free gift from my side and install it in their India Offices. They say this is against company policy so I should either live with non-functional AC or pay them for getting it repaired. I asked them what is the guarantee that the product will not malfuntion again. they say they are liable only for 90 days after repairs and if the product malfunctions again, then I have to get it repaired on cost basis. I am feeling trapped and cheated. please help

                                    Hi Samsung, I have purchased my first smart phone S II mobile of world's topmost smart phone producer Samsung with lots of dreams. All those have become nightmare because of the worst and feasible product from you. I never expected such a case from samsung product. And product lifetime is just 1.4 years and major part of phone i.e. Motherboard has gone. Though the warranty period is only one year now it costs 8000 for replacement . Such a worst of its samsung kind. And the reason given by service center it has happened due to application installed only. How come a software installed will crash the hardware. If its true then the product is that feasible that a software damages the hardware. Silly reason and worst part of samsung. Nevertheless i am totally disappointed because of samsung.

                                      Samsung, How would you feel if you pay a lot of money to buy a Samsung TV which last for only an year and then you have to pay more than half the amount to get that repaired. The product gets repaired you don't get the Warranty on it and then again the next year the same thing happens and then you have to pay again the half the amount of the product. Exactly this is the case with me. I had bought the Samsung LCD TV considering the fact that this is the best brand in TV manufacturing but it last for 11 months and then started getting color lines on the display. Samsung quoted me 18000 Rs to get it repaired but I was lucky enough that the TV was repaired since it was under warranty after struggling for about 2 months. I paid the bare minimum labor charges which was still around 2000 and got the TV fixed. But the problem doesn't ends here. After 1 year again the same thing happened, the same exact issue and now Samsung wants me to pay 18000. What is the guaranty that after paying the amount it will still work, We pay lots of money to buy a nice product assuming that it will last for a longer time but that doesn't happen. Samsung is a brand name I don't expect the products to die within an year. Now Samsung wants me to pay 18000 for the product to be repaired which is half the amount of the product. I am not even getting Warranty on the replaced product. I escalated this to Samsung CEO and got the response that if I agree to pay 18000 they will replace the entire panel and give me 1 yr warranty, but exactly that's my point is, it works well for 1 yr and then die. I am not happy with Samsung product and will not recommend this to anyone in future. Complaint number is:- [protected] Alok
