Dear Sir, I have purchased a Samsung galaxy S4 on 28 Dec 14 for 32690 Rs after very normal uses on 14-APR-14 (within 4 months) the display is been not working when I was carrying the phone in my pocket & 5 mints before all were Okay & suddenly I shocked when the display was showing with attached image.When I went for replacement warranty care center executive were saying it is physical damaged & we can replaced it on cash replacement which will not come under warranty(The cost is 7000/-).They were saying it will not come under warranty as due to physical damaged.When I ask them to show any scratches on it they were showing internal scratch on it.I told them I have never dropped a piece until & they were saying it might be due to some pressure(As you will not get any of scratches on it). Now at the same time if I am using my another mobile (Nokia) from last year which is not having any issue. I need to say how they are manufacture any device with that much high cost & no warranty over issues faced by customer.     Hello, Please find my account no. [protected] for my service history I had changed the motherboar recently on 9th of August 2013 due a faulty motherboard, after replacement within 2 days again it was replaced due to faulty functioning of the motherboard. But now recently the software got upgraded when it was connected to Wi-Fi and the Touch screen stopped working after that when I contacted the service centre they said its a problem with the motherboard and it has to be changed. I didnt understand the point on how can a software update stop the motherboard working? I need a clear explaination on How can software upgrade affect the Hardware unit, if it so why does Samsung launch new upgrades. Is the life of the Motherboard just 6 months. After Paying a huge price for a smart phone and getting the motherboard replaced thrice is a pain. I am a Electronics Engineer and I need a detailed explaination on the issue.         Ipurchased Samsung galaxy lll Gt.-i9300MBDINS Imei:-[protected] from ArceeElectronics, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on 22/10/13 vide bill no [protected]. Withinthree(3) months o[censored]sage the mobile mobile display automatically went off. At that time I was travelling, soI couriered the set back to home and I left for overseas. When my family wentto Arcee Electronics they flatly refused to help out. Finally we landed themobile at Nerul, Navi Mumbai Samsung service center but they refused to honourthe guarantee. However, they have said they can repair if I pay them aboutrupees six thousand five hundred( Rs 6500/-). Myfamily has two more samsung handsets in use, have invested so much in yourbrand and as such I feel betrayed by theattitude of your after sales service. I filed my grievances with Samsungcustomercare also Complaint No [protected] but they said it is LED black ot andit is not covered under guarantee terms. I am not technical expert but how cana mobile’s screen can go off . It did not fall anywhere and even service centeraccepts there are no signs of external damage, scratch etc. My other friend’salso S3 went out if order within a few months o[censored]sage and Samsung toldmotherboard is gone and is not undertheir guarantee. I wonder then what is covered under guarantee? I feel there is some problem with this S3model.           I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 06/02/2014 under a offer of a scratch coupon with purchase. But it was already more than 2 month passed we have not received any scratch coupon even after so many visit to the outlet from were i have taken. I think there is some leakage in system.             Dear Sirs, I had bought the Samsung Tablet Model GT-P3100, Serial No.RF1D400LMVA on 22nd April, 2013. Surprisingly, within a month of its purchase, the device broke down and I took this for repair to the Samsung Service Centre at Rohini, Sec 8. I was told that the mother board had given away and this was changed. Thereafter, again, after a few months (Jan 14), the device broke down and I took this for repair to the Samsung Service Centre at Rohini, Sec 8. The Service Centre formatted the device and returned this to me. Recently, on 3rd Apr, 2014, the device broke down again and I took this for repair to the Samsung Service Centre at Rohini, Sec 8 (waiting ticket No. I49). I had the most confusing experience this time. To elaborate, my device was taken and I was asked to wait saying that they needed to check what was wrong. After half an hour they said I can leave and they will update me on phone. After about an hour, I received a call from Ms. Bharti and she said that they would have to observe this for a day and I would get a call from them the following day as to what was the problem. There was no call from the Service Centre the next day. However, I called to enquire on the status when Ms. Bharti told me that the battery had to be replaced and it would cost Rs. 2000/-. I was surprised since there was no problem with the charging and when the tablet stopped working, it was fully charged and I told her so. Further, I told her that the device was under warranty hence, I am not liable to pay for the battery replacement. On noting that I would not pay, she said that she would call me back. I called her again when she told me that the device did not need a battery replacement, and they had fixed the issue. I immediately went to pick up my device. I met Ms. Bharti and she said that the device had been formatted and that solved the problem. When I asked as to why did she suggest a battery change, worth Rs. 2000 earlier, she said that was a mistake! They did not charge it properly and when they did, they found no problem with the tablet. I suspect foul play. It is clear that the service centre had mala fide intentions and was trying to swindle me into paying for a new battery when the existing battery was fine. When they realised that this device was under warranty, and that, they might not be able to charge me, they changed their stance. In fact, Mr. Pankaj of the service centre said that he had not opened a job sheet for this activity. However, when I insisted on a reference number, he gave me a number which happened to be my Job Sheet No. for the first repair in January, 2013. This, in plain language, is called “cheating”. I request Samsung to look into this and provide me a clarification regarding such deceptive, fraudulent and harassive behaviour as soon as possible. Further, the device is less than a year old and I have been facing innumerable problems. In fact, as described above, this had to be taken for repair thrice in less than a year. It is evident that the device is inherently defective. My warranty is to expire soon. In view of the fact that the mother board had to be replaced in less than a month of purchase, and even after that, the device breaks down frequently, it is evident that this device has strong manufacturing faults. I request Samsung to explain as to why a faulty device was sold to me and to replace / change the device immediately . Please respond to this matter urgently. Yours sincerely, Sundeep Bhatia Ph.               I bought Samsung 6600 LED TV in 2011 for 126000, suddenly my TV stopped display and only sound was coming, I raised a complaint last week( 2nd April 2014) they replied to me a week later and said that Reliance(where I bought the TV) would get back to me, Reliance took another 4 days, and said that it is Faulty Panel and would have to be replaced which will cost 35K .

              I have searched on Internet and saw that many people are facing similar issue . Samsung has some Design flaw in TV' s


              Please let me know how to proceed on this...

                The laser printer sl no. ZEFRB8GD4C006KZ is not functioning from ten days. The complaint in this regard was lodged by the office(EPFO, SRO, Bareilly central govt. deptt. under ministry of labour and employment) on 01.04.2014. the complaint no. is [protected]. after this an engineer of SAMSUNG visited the office and he took the printer with him after checking. the printer returned by him on 09.04.2014 and said that it is working properly but after one or two hours the printer again not working. I rang the engineer many times but he did not receive the phone. the office is a reputed Govt. Organisation and lot of work held up due to fault. A lot of printing work is pending for last ten days. so please remove the problem immediately. Address: Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Sub-Regional Office, , Nidhi Bhawan, 111, Civil LInes Bareilly, UP. Near Siddhi Vinayak Hospital.

                  Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I had purchased one 365 Litrs Fridge on[protected] from M/s. Khalsa Electronics, Kolkata. Unfortunately, the Fridge got spoilt during the Month of June-July 2013 itself. The problem was of non cooling. Again in the Month of January 2014 it got spoilt with the same nature of complaint. Both the times I was shocked to note that your Service Engineering came after 3 days of my complaint. Now coming to the worst part, the Fridge again got spoilt with the same reason of non - cooling on 4th April 2014. After making a complaint, the Engineer visited us on Friday around afternoon and after checking the same, asked us to close the Fridge for 12 hours and told us that he will come on Saturday. As you are well aware that it is too hot in Kolkata these days and I have a small grand daughter in my house, hence I requested him to kindly come in the first hour on Saturday, which he agreed. It is needless to mention that we had to accommodate our Fridge material particularly my small baby's eatables with our neighbours. When your Engineer did not turned up till 1P. M., I gave a call to him and asked him about his whereabouts. He informed me that some other Engineering shall be visiting our place in the afternoon. After waiting for another two/three hours, I contacted the new Engineer who finally came at around 4.30 P. M. or so. After inspecting the machine, he informed us that our Fridge is fine and switced It on. He told us that it will become after one hour or so. Till 8 o clock the Fridge did not got Cold. Finally I again called up the Engineer who in return told us to lodge a fresh complaint and the Engineer will visit only on Monday. As there was a Sunday in between, we had no other option but to wait till Monday. On Monday I received a call from some Ms. Gayatri from your centre and informed me that an Engineer will visit on Monday but I am shocked that till the writing of this mail, no body has turned up to our place and WE ARE WITHOUT A FRIDGE SINCE FRIDAY. I am really shocked to note that the service department of a World Renowned Company is so horrible. Since it is only ten month that I have purchased the Fridge, I request you to give me a replacement of my existing Fridge immediately without any further delay. Also please send me the E-mail I. D. Of the C. E. O. or equally positioned Authority ASAP.

                    We bought a Samsung fridge Samsung Ref: RT 41 MA 400 (RT 41 MCMT as written on fridge), initially it was working fine but then later it stopped cooling. We have complained 5 (FIVE) times in a time span of 1 year for the same, the service centre executive comes, makes a useless bill and goes back. The problem still prevails and they are not helping at all. Complaint number: [protected], dated: 12/7/2013, 02/11/2013, 15/12/2013, 07/1/2014, 07/04/2014. After spending around Rs. 3000 on useless services and 1 year of harassment and mental pressure the fridge does not work well and there is no one to help for the same, the technical team from samsung say they can't help us. All they do is sympathise that we got a defective fridge even after paying full price. We requested for a change in compressor but they didn't change it as it was in warranty and it would have costed the company. This was never expected from a multinational brand like Samsung, this leaves customer with a very unpleasant and sour feeling for the brand.

                      Hi :

                      I bought Samsung LED TV UA32F5100ARL XL from ADISHWAR INDIA LTD.New Bowenpally, HYDERABAD on[protected].

                      Today around 4pm suddenly picture ( video) disappeared and we could hear only audio. I have contacted TATA SKY and their service technician came to our house in half an hour of our complaint.After checking the set top box, he told us that set top box is fine.HE HAS CONNECTED SET TOP BOX TO OUR STAND BY OLD SAMSUNG TV, AND WE CAN SEE PICTURE AND LISTEN TO AUDIO PERFECTLY !!

                      Then I called up your helpline[protected] and spoke to Ms.Zudith.Initially she told me that my Tata Sky box is faulty, even without listening to me fully.When I told whole story, she agreed to take my complaint, and put me on hold.After 2 mins.she informed me that she can take my complaint only on THURSDAY, as technicians are not available.Only after I told her that she can take my complaint and send technician at the earliest.

                      Reluctantly she agreed and my complaint SERVICE ORDER NO.S .O [protected].

                      I DO NOT UNDERSTNAND YOUR ATTITUDE. EITHER YOU SHOULD HAVE ENOUGH PERSONNEL TO ATTEND TO COMPLAINTS, AND ADHERE TO YOUR TATs.OR FOR NEXT 5 yrs STOP SELLING TVs etc.SO THAT THESE FEW AND MEAGRE NUMBERED TECHNICIANS WILL NOT HAVE MORE WORK AND THERE WILL BE NO SHORTAGE.

                      I REQUEST YOU TO INTERVENE AND PLS.INSTRUCT YOUR HYDERABAD SERVICE TEAM TO BE MORE RESPONSIBLE AND SORT OUT MY ISSUE.

                        I purchased a samsung fridge from anant electronics( 12/505, ground floor, sec-12, vasundhara, ghaziabad) dealer. I had samsung discount coupon with me and faced below issues:

                        1) while doing payment dealer has asked for 2% extra charge if i pay with credit card. I was not able to understand why should i pay 2% extra and just because of that i did cash payment.

                        2). As per discount coupon and samsung policies delivery charges should be bear by dealer but he asked me to pay that. I paid for delivery also.

                        3). I have clearly told him atleast 10 times that i want a fresh piece not the one which is in display. He told me that fresh fridge is available do not worry.He promised to deliver fresh piece only but he did not. When i ask him to refund money and take the order back he refused to do that.

                        Please suggest what should i do.

                          Hi Myself Nadeem Ansari I booked a handset Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 (Model No SM-G7102) on 10th March-14 through your websitehttps://samsungindiaestore.com under B2B (CORPORATE) OFFER to Airtel Employee. And got the delivery on 13th March-14(Thursday). Since beginning I am facing the heating issue in handset after 10 to 20 minutes while browsing any apps or playing games. Moreover handset and charger both are also getting overheated while charging. In this concern I also raised the complaint ([protected]) at call center and visited to Samsung store twice with this issue in my office timing. And also marked several mails to all senior authority ('danields.[protected]@samsung.com'; 'bd.[protected]@samsung.com'; 'hv.[protected]@samsung.com'; 'shefali.[protected]@samsung.com'; ‘chita.[protected]@samsung.com’; ) and request them to intervene because after multiple mails follow ups the service guys(Mr. Neeraj & Mr. Chita Sahoo) are just declining the issue stating that the heating is normal. They are not taking my feedback, even are not ready to accept and compare this phone with another phone of similar specifications. And I am being threatened to collect my phone as it is otherwise they are not responsible for any loss. Please intervene and help me in getting concrete resolution. else I will have to file a case against company in the consumer court. “UNDER CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.” Regard….Nadeem Ansari Airtel Corporate office Gurgaon.

                            I bought galaxy s4 last year on 4th of may. few days before my display wasn't working and i noticed a internal crack in display. their was no external damage. I went to the service centre and i was charged Rs6480 for changing display. I said i have not damaged my phone than why i am charged. And how can it happen itself only without any external damage. I got the answer that as you keep your mobile in jeans and jeans are tight it creates pressure when you sit or do any other activity. And so its a damage and therefore my warranty is not applicable. I am really feeling cheated as this very common problem of s4. By searching through internet i came to know people have filed this problem and samsung is giving ADH in 16 countries for S4. But not in india. If we buy so expensive and then also this is the product quality than I must say samsung was my wrong choice. I was thinking of buyingS5 for me and my sister. But we won't cause after seeing this product quality and service. I am really feeling sorry for buying this product and recommend everyone not to buy samsung as their quality is very poor.                               sir i have purchase a mobile in 26 oct 2013, on 2nd day the mobile dispay not working properly regarding this problem i m visit sumsung service centre 3 times, but my mobile problem still same for that issue i request the service centre manager (Mr.retish)to replace my handset, after 3rd time when i m visit the service centre but manager say its not our policy to replace the mobile phone because it is warranty not guaranty . so please help me for that.

                                  It is around three and a half months that I bought a Samsung Smart Phone ‘Samsung Galaxy Star Pro S-7262, [protected]’ from an outlet namely ‘Arora Home Collections, H-14B, Kalkaji Main Road, New Delhi-110019, Ph. No.[protected], 26226655 ‘ with a bill and I was told that the bill would suffice for availing 1 year warranty on the phone for any problems.

                                  The very next day the battery got exhausted in 3 to 4 hours even after 100% charging of the same and even without having made any use of it, be it for a call or for playing music or games, etc. The battery got replaced from your one of your Service Centres namely ‘SRS Telecom Services, Kalkaji, New Delhi’ in around 4 to 5 days from the date of my purchasing the handset.

                                  Now to my utter bad luck, some 4 to 5 days back the set got discharged and switched off and subsequent to 100% charging the same, it would not switch on. I mean it attempts to switch on with the initial screen reading ‘Samsung Galaxy Star Pro’ and then the screen reading ‘Samsung’ with a ring around it and it would repeat and the main home screen does not appear. In other words, the handset would not switch on.

                                  I happen to take the set to the seller of the set and get the reply that same cannot be replaced. Later the set was taken to the Service Centre (SRS Telecom) on 02.04.2014 and am told that the service would not be free even if it is in warranty because of issues like the phone being routed or not official or so of which I am not aware. Having spoken to SRS Telecom (Service Centre) the charges told to me for the service is around Rs. 3000/-. Subsequent to telecon had with a Samsung official being connected with from the Samsung call centre, I was told that Samsung is helpless in this case.

                                  Let me be very precise. I am a layman buyer of a Samsung phone and during the purchase I was just told that the phone has a warranty of 1 year for any issues with it. I was not even told to refrain from downloading anything from the play store or so or from any untrusted site resulting to which if the phone stops working, Samsung will not service the phone for free in the warranty period. Now, although I have not done any such downloads which my fellow people using Samsung phones are doing without having a problem in their handset, why should I suffer. I understand that my phone is under warranty and I expect Samsung to get the same corrected for free.

                                  It cost me Rs. 6800/- and it is just 3 and a ½ months now and the phone is useless to me until it gets corrected. I am not in a position to buy another phone or spend some money in this phone. I am without a phone for the last 4 days and facing a lot of problems.

                                  Please intervene into the case for further needful. I need my phone get corrected/replaced without any further hassles.

                                    My 4 yr old samsung 46" LED TV gone busted. I paid Rs 1 lac at the time of purchase. Samsung service is asking for Rs 46613/= for repair. It is not acceptable to spend Rs 46613/ on 4 yr old TV. This is solely due to poor quality product provided by samsung india and I have all rights to demand compensation against repair. This exclude the pain that it has caused me for last 2 weeks and I am not able to watch TV. Samsung should either repair it or take it back and return my money. I will be taking this matter to consumer court.

                                      I requested at samsung service centre to service my split air conditioner...The outdoor unit of ac was transported to the service center and its been 10 days the ac has not been assembled back yet. I have called them more than 10 times and the reply i get is " sir tomorrow your work wil be done"...I need immediate action regarding it as i am incurring heavy loss due to it...

                                        Dear Sir, I had purchased Galaxy Tab 3 on 29th September 2013. I started facing the problem very soon in December we approached the service centre (Aditya infocom pvt ltd. Ashok Vihar) with the complain of * low battery back up * network problem(I used to get the captions like emergency calls only) Agency said will upgrade the software and will be fine, they did the upgardation and we received the mobile after 2-3 hrs. After 2 days the same problems were faced, As i am working and has a busy schedule had gone in January. Agency people said you should get the phone at the very moment you have the problem, i said that's not possible, Agency people said then you should record a vedio clip as a proof. After seeing the mobile they said we need to upgrade the software and it would be fine, they upgraded and also gave me a number and said you should call us immediately the very moment you face the problem. Same problem appeared after 3-4 days, I called the given number, I got a foolish reply that its family time for me and i am not responsible for this now, then why did you give me the number?????. I approached the Agency on 8th march where they tried to satisfy me with all illogical and non-technical explanations. Agency people said you need to keep the phone and we will give you after 2-3 days. I got a call after 2-3 days that the mother board will be replaced and they gave me the mobile on 13/14th March.I had even spoken to the call centre regarding this. Soon after 3-4 days, I faced the same problem, this Saturday 29th March I had again given the phone at the service centre. The agency people had all kinds of baseless and non technical explanation for the same and said we need to check the tab, but then what were they doing in past three visits, if they are unable to rule out the technical problem. I don't have so much time to visit the agency again and again. I am looking forward for a practical solution not a theoritical solution. Looking forward for a constructive solution. Thanks Dr. K.
