Samsung 600 Ltr RS21HSTPN1/XTL Side By Side from day I took it it not working good and poor sevice man can not solve the problem just vist and drink tea and go never thought this thing with samsung company it's 80, 000/- then also company is doing like this. From last 25day there r returning my cheque to me . And now the shopkeeper is ask 5000/- Rs if I want the cheque I never hope all this from a samsung company. Is samsung is sleeping or what ?? Is Samsung company is BIG or small acting like small vendor

    Dear Sir, I am one of your Pioneer Customer of Samsung & using almost all the Category of Samsung Brand & was getting Very good Quality of Product as well after sales Solution. Here I would like to draw your attention that recently on 26th May 14 I purchased Galaxy S-5 Black Model G-900 (IMEI No.[protected]) through United Electronic. After purchase of very next day it was notices that there is an issue of intermittent hang & over Heating while using the set for voice call conversation & not downloaded any other video application till date. Since I was in up country town hence visited your service centre on 30th May & reported the problem after checking the same they wanted to update the software for which I denied & requested to replace the Set since issue arrested very next day….. On which they said let us have the word with their Area Manager & will revert but after waiting a 2 Hours no response given by service centre & finally I took the set & dump the set at Dealer. Here my concern, Service centre totally ignored the Fact & without even checking thoroughly declared that there is no problem & you may speak to anybody this will not be replaced…. Could you please explain why should I allow for even software updation which was just purchased 4 days ago? As mentioned I never had such bad experience of Service support in past hence strongly request to please replace my set to have Trust in Samsung as Best Product with Good after Sales Support.       Dear Team Samsung, I have purchased this washing machine almost four years back and it was running fine, until recently, I am facing a lot of trouble with the knobs (water selector and spin dry timer). The water selection knob is automatically shifting from one mode to other, resulting in water getting filled from dry tub to wash tub. And the spin dry timer knob is not working properly. Also the water in the wash tub is getting drained out automatically. For the said problems I have tried all your service numbers given in your booklets. I also tried to seek help from the authorized dealers and other agents of Samsung, but all gave deaf ear to all my requests and did not turned up to resolve my problem. I never expected this kind of post sales service from such a renowned brand like Samsung. Hope you will look into my request with a good eye and help to get my problem resolved.         I purchased a Samsung washing machine (model-WF0702WKN) on 29/09/2012 from M/s.QRS Ltd, TVPM (Invoice no.[protected]. The machine is not working since 24/05/2014. I lodged a complaint on 26/05/2014 and got the regn. no. 1-46960. One technician Mr.Manu called on 29/05/2014 and asked for a convenient time for him to come. I informed that I will be available on 31/05/2014. He asked me to remind him on 30/05/2014 evening. I promptly reminded him. Then he asked me to remind him again on 31/05/2014. I called him on 31/05/2014 morning by 10.00 am. He agreed to come by 3.00 pm. Since he has not come by that time I again contacted him. He told that he was attending another work and agreed to come at 5.30 pm. Though I have waited for the whole day, he has not come. When I tried to contact him again, his phone was switched off. I never expected such an irresponsible behaviour from the Technician of a reputed Company like Samsung. Though almost one week is over, my complaint remains unresolved. I request you to arrange for rectifying the defect without further delay. Gopalakrishnan.D.S.

            I purchased a Samsung LCD TV (LA32D481G4) 2.8 years back for Rs.30000.00, 6 days back suddenly there were sound but, no picture so i called the techician who opened the LCD after few minutes of checking he said that it is the panel problem. and told that the panel has to be replaced and will cost me 11000/- for a new panel. I have came to know about many problems regarding Samsung LCD and if i knew it earlier i would have never booked samsung LCD . but I swear I will never purchase any Samsung product in future. Why should I spent 11000.00 rupees on my 2.8 yrs old LCD.after spending 30000.00 rupees.samsung should have provided any better opetion on this . On the other hand if we they are giving 1 year warranty on LCD and after 1 year if the LCD is down they are making have money on each and every LCD by provinding cheap quality Pannel. It's a eye opening warning for those who are going to buy Samsung LCD. Request you to please help me in this. Tushar [protected]

Salecha 1, 2 Stringers Apartment, Stringers road, F-3, III Floor Periamet, Chennai -600003 Ph:[protected]/[protected] Date:[protected] TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN Sir, Please be informed that as a consumer of your product under Electronic Home Appliance category, my son Abhishek.R from Chennai had lodged a telephonic complaint stating the Refrigerator was not cooling enough especially in the vegetable box area beneath. Please read below the stages of events that had occurred since then:- I was initially asked to change the temperature of the refrigerator verbally over phone & observe the change in cooling and revert. Unfortunately this trouble shooting method did not impact in anyway. Gradually it also went dry and the cooling or chillness at the freezer area too went zero. We made a second call the next day & were assured that a service agent would turn up to look into. I had confirmed my residence address along with specific mention of landmark near my area, when I was asked. I did receive a call from the service agent stating that he was indeed at the said landmark & was seeking further guidance to turn up to my address. Hours passed by and me and my family members were amused that he still did not turn up. I then made a call directly to the service agent’s mobile number to seek his where about and was shocked at his refusal to turn up and hear his reply. He said since my residence does not fall under his/service company’s authorized/appointed jurisdiction he cannot attend to my issue. This is insane to deny or decline a consumer request. We were then informed by one M/s Jayam Agencies, Chennai that an engineer would turn up at my place to look into the issue on priority basis which he eventually did but as per the service company’s convenience on a Sunday morning, 24th of May 2014. We pleaded earlier to look into it on Saturday the 23rd as things kept in the refrigerator were beginning to get spoiled. That day a litre of milk got spoiled because of the delay incurred. On his arrival, all he did was clean the bush from behind as it had accumulated sufficient dust. Post he completed his task, he said he would keep the refrigerator under observation for the day and also changed the temperature level. Moreover, he himself refused to take the service charge and said that he will collect that the next day. This was 24th of May 2014. The next day, 25th another service engineer had come and had just inspected the refrigerator casually and said all was OK with it. My refrigerator now makes a loud wobbly noise because the first engineer seems did not shut something properly & we do not know what is amiss. I strongly condemn the attitude of the service agents & its employees. It’s a shame that I’ve been taken to the dogs and made literally beg to attend to my issue since then. My family has been tortured and harassed every day since then till date on false assurance of seeking immediate remedy to the complaint stated. We are been taken for a ride whenever we have complained to the concerned authority over the phone. I have since then made numerous calls to the service agents but they refuse to come to attend my problem just because they are not sure of my area or the area does not fit into their scheme of things & make wild allegations that I refuse to pay a service fee of Rs 281 or so and the area is not under their scope of work. CSR over the phone too do not speak properly with us & treat us as if we are any miscreants’ up to some mischief. We are unable to escalate this issue over the phone as the agents refuse to even give the line to the next level of contact. As a consumer we fail to understand that when a complaint is made to Central dedicated complaint number, how on earth a consumer/complainant know to which area does he fall under for the service agent to cater. Should we now choose our area of residence per the convenience of the service company? Is that now our look out to see the feasibility factor of the service agent/service company? I hereby inform that this e-mail along to you, a hardcopy has also been presented to National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and District Consumer Forum (DCF). Please find below my details first up to get an insight into my case of MISHANDLING, HARASSMENT & AUDACITY TO REFUSE TO SERVICE my Samsung refrigerator.                       Respected Sir/Madam,
                      I purchased a Samsung Smart LED TV on 28-March-2014 from
                      Dawar Samsung Plaza M.G. Road Gurgaon, within 15 days TV display issues
                      Occurred and I raised a complaint in Samsung Support Center, while
                      raising I asked them to replace my TV with new one and they told me that
                      you can even request for full refund of money but let engineer see the
                      problem first, engineer came to house and saw the problem, I asked
                      engineer also to replace my TV but He repaired something and TV display
                      was resume and he told me that this problem will not happen again and if
                      so we will replace it, I went on leave for 20 days and when I came back
                      and saw the TV the same problem is occurring again and again, display
                      is too much irritating and again I raised the complaint no. [protected]
                      and ask them to replace my TV they said let the engineer visit, I
                      received a call from engineer and he said, we need to repair it and we
                      will not change it.

                      After buying costly product and paying Rs 60, 000/ + we don't get proper
                      product and they have delivered faulty product, so raising complaint
                      here with a expectation for a quick help. Please help me out to resolve
                      my issue.

I called service center & mechanic told he need some drainage motor to resolve the issue & than after 8-10 working days after repeated reminders they told us that now the machine parts are available.                           complain no [protected], Sir Very sorrilly informing you that last year may 2013 my refrigerator stop working on complain local service center checked my refrigerator and diagnose internal leakage and advise me for refund by that I purchase a new samsug refrigerator .Since then the samsug people making me fool they took three to four time photograph of my freez two times my cancelled cheque and done nothing.Samsung is reputed company world wide and this type service shows some where poor management.

                            Day before Yesterday my mobile was functioning very well. Suddenly it got hanged nd switch to restart, nd it was restarting again nd again. For this problem I brought my mobile to Samsung service centre and there instead of solving my one problem thier engineer made two more problem he missplaced/damaged one part and blamed me for that. But its truely wrong, because its my new phone and it never be opened, it is opened today for the very first time, and you can think of yourself if any part is missing in the device then how it could work. ( its not human body that if one kidney is missing, man could be alive with another one). After that I called Samsung helpline no. For the same problem, and he suggested me to show the phone to another service centre.so I took my phone from that service centre. And I found a new problem. That display of my phone had been gone its only white nothing else. And at this point I want to tell that " he didn't told me about lcd damage" I was watching that he was pinning something to lcd to make it work but he failed nd didn't informed me. Later on after a large argument nd conversation he accepted his fault but still he is not accepting that he had missed one part of motherboard . And I am very sure about it that its totally engineer's fault. He misplaced or damaged that part from mother board and blamed me. I want a quick response. Please help me for this problem.

                              i have purchased Samsung galxy tab 3 Model no (SM-t211)Bill number([protected]) on 13 th of may, i used this phone for one day and its start giving me problems(Heeting, Auto restart, working very slow bluetooth device is not connecting)i submit this phone on 14th of may from where i purchased it, they suggest me to go to the samsung care, i visit to the samsung care and handover the phone to them, after three days i called them and ask for the status then they said its working fine but i check the same and i found the same problem on the phone. i called the cx care and update all to them reference number is([protected]). i request samsung to change my handset but they are denying for the same.

                                Hi, My name is Vishal Sabharwal ([protected]), i purchased a samsung note 3 on 28th october 2013. Since last month, i have been having problem with my phone, my phone is under warranty and even been covered for accidental damage for 3 yrs. I have already given my phone thrice to the service centre, and everytime it comes back, it works fine for a day and then again the same problem...Pathetic customer service at samsung service centre. I got my phone back again on last wednesday i.e 02/04/2014, again it worked for the day and then went dead again. This is pathetic the phone has gone to service centre 5 times now, i am so pissed off i paid Rs 48, 000 for this handset and i have not been able to use it for last 1 month, everytime it comes back i upload all my data which takes around 3-4 hrs and after that i goes dead again. Either give me a replacement handset, because your people have not been able to solve. the problem, the handset has been given 4 times. I have given my handset 5th time on thursday i.e 03/04/2014 and still haven't got it back, no one is ready to pick my phone up or to tell me the status...this is just pathetic service. The phone was given 6th time on 24/04/2014, i also have the job number, this is just ridiculous. The Phone has againg gone dead i.e on 26/05/2014 and it wont turn back on again, same problem which i have been facing. I really dont have the time to be in service centre every month, i want the phone to be changed as simple as that. Or else i will have to file a case on samsung for harassing the customer.                                   I bought a Samsung galazy grand 2 fiev days before. I am unable to charge it, also the service center in Ghatkopar is pathetic. Non friendly, unproffesional peole there. TO add to it there no electric power supply in service center from two days!

                                    Customer humble request you to that customers bought freeze date 10/05/2014 samsung company model no. RR1914BCASE/TL, Serial no. 09154ZAF324915X Rs. 11600/- from Rathi and suns new block shivpuri, that is bill no. 502: Customer have guarantee card also but customer could not use the freeze 2 hours. Customer have complained it samsung toll free no.[protected], that's complain no. [protected]. Customer went to complaint it in Rathi and suns company where bought but Rathi and suns company said that you gave money and we gave you freeze now ours work has finished . Rathi and suns company advice me that you should it complain samsung company hence customer complain it samsung company but is company pay not attention customer complain. then customer went to near the lower and lower adviced that consumer form will take time in more than one years.
                                    please tell me what do customer because customer's money waste. Please sir pay attention it because customer have deeply problem for technical problem in freeze.

                                      We were purchase FRIDGE in Sept-2012 & fond problem on 24th of May-2014, than we have register online complaint on dated 24.05.2014 above 10.40 AM, (Complaint No.[protected]), person who come for attend to complaint on dated 25.05.2014 he checked all parameters & declared Fridge Compressor will be change, which is under warranty/ Guaranty.We have request him for change to as soon as possible.Now today 27th of May, but could not received any response from local complaint office Haldwani Uttarakhand (PH. No.[protected]. After taking to local office yesterday, he told that we are looking shortly.We need your help for shortly action.

                                        A Samsung Galaxy Grand DUOs (GT-19082) hand set bearing IMEI No. [protected] has been stolen in public transport city bus in bangalore, India on 19/05/2014. Need your help in blocking the IMEI number of the phone. Reached out to police on the same date and a written statement has been registered with the police.
