    dtd 16 april purchased samsung tv 32-f5500 from reliance digital show room andheri saki naka times square bldg. tv was installed dtd 20th april. 14th may exactly after 25 days tv got mistaken, on my complaint samsung person visited my place dtd 15th may & said display/panel needs to be changed. i visited reliance digital 2 times registered complaint under the ref#[protected] & [protected] registered complaint with samsung dtd 16th may under reference#[protected]. i need tv to be replaced since this was just 25 days purchased. or part to be changed immedaitely without any delay. this tv was financed by BAJAJ, i have no intention to hold their payment. i will spread the news not to VISIT RELIANCE VISIT RELINACE DIGITAL, as they were not helpful when visited showroom. together will speard news for samsung as well if i dont get replacement. rgds/santosh gupta [protected] / [protected]

      Purchased an AC Product no AR12FC5UAEB MODEL NO: E209PPID300593, Sl no: E210PP0D30D364 from Shiv Mani Electronics Nimpura /Kharagpur -721304 Mobile No: [protected] E-mail ramesh.[protected]@gmail.com Paid Rs 31000/ ( INCLUDING FITTING CHARGES ) -through bearer cheque on 22.04.2014 whereas Bill issue for Rs 22000/ under exchange offer though no exchange was offered. The show room owner applied Hot Summer offer and got message to win a samsang care voucher worth Rs 3000 . I approached to the show room owner for the same but he replied nothing can be happened after 48 hours but he will try to arrange the same by take up the matter with higher Sam sung authority. The Same AC is available from other show room @ Rs 24500/- I do not know what to do except to file a case in consumer court.

        Last November I got Samsung galaxy S3 mobile, Which was working fine for 1 month. Later I Battery back up became poor. Full battery didnt last after 5 hours, even though there were no internet and long calls etc. Gave service 5 times in last four months. But of no use. Also response given by the samsung customer service centre was so worst. They are blaming the service provider for Battery performance. My mobile number is +[protected]

          My Complaint number is [protected], and I put a request during my complaint that your representative must come before 1230 hrs and after that we would me in a situation to allow your representative to come and repair my washing machine. But the customer care is not ready to listen my request and the representatives are calling after 1300 hrs and refused to come before 1130 hrs. I requested customer care to connect to your team leader / manger they refused to do so and put my call on hold / transfer the call where no one picks up the call. I am unhappy with services and unprofessionalism.             To whomsoever it may concern, I bought a 40” LED TV in Samsung Digital Plaza, Omega Electronics, Porur for Rs.53, 500/- on 31/10/2013 (Billed for original rate Rs.55, 900/- attached). After exchanging my old Samsung TV for Rs.2000/-, the amount I need to pay came Rs.51, 500/-.I wanted to convert this amount to EMI with 0% interest & 0% processing fee. I enquired with Mr. Alfred (Mobile No. [protected]) who is in charge & he assured that there will be no interest for the EMI conversion, since it is swiped in dealer owned EMI machine. So we tried swiping the amount of Rs. 51, 500/- using my HDFC Credit Card, but the amount got rejected for the TV model we selected. So we tried with a higher price model of Rs. 61, 900/- & they returned the difference in balance of Rs. 10, 400/- in cash. But the EMI slip was mentioned as 5% cash back (Rs.3095/-) and the remaining amount of Rs.58, 805/- I need to pay with 13% interest rate in 12 EMI’s (EMI slip attached). Per month I need to pay Rs. 5252.30/- + Service Tax & Cess Tax which comes around Rs.80/-. This means at the end of 12 months, I will be paying an amount of Rs.63, 987.60/-. My question is why I need to pay an additional amount of Rs. 2087.60/- (63, 987.60-61, 900) giving false statement about EMI without interest? I would have bought some other brand in other shops with 0% interest. I even raised a query with Mr. Karthik (Mobile No. [protected]) who is Area Sales Manager on 23rd December 2013 once & again I reminded him on 30th December 2013 about this issue. He told that he is waiting for the reply from Head Office. Please look into this issue at the earliest & try to revert back my extra amount of Rs. 2087.60/-

              I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 21 Dec 2013 from Tata Croma Store.After the purchase as there was winter season freeze usage were minimum and when i started using properly in the Month of February 2014 i faced the following issues :- 1)No cooling in the entire freeze. 2)Ice were not getting frosted. 3)Foods were getting spoiled. 4)Excessive sound. After that the Technician visited from the service centre and recommended that the freeze Gas is not working so need to fill the gas and the same was filled in the month of March.After that on the same day after few hours i noticed that there is excesssive cooling in the refrigerator and the sound problem was also still there.Again i logged a complaint then the Technician visited and asked to go for the replacement for the thermostat and other part as well and when i refused and asked for the replacement or the refund then the Samsung, Customer manager Pankaj Talwar ( p.[protected]@samsung.com) called me and conveyed that we will not be repalcing the refrigerator and you can do whatever you want.they have threatened me over call. After that one of the Executive called me & told that they will be sending the Expert from their team and the repairing can be carried out, The expert came and recoommended to replace thermostat and other relevant parts and same was replaced on 8 May 2014 after which again issues arised after 2 hours and again case was logged on 9th May 2014 and the technician visited and found that there is no cooling in the entire refrigerator and he recommended to again go for the gas filling.After that he told that you will be getting a call for further action plan. After that also i didnt get any call from any team and my refrigerator is completed dead. In this case my concern is that the refrigerator is having the multiple issue then why the samsung is unable to refund or replace the refrigerator. Why the Customer Manager Pankaj Talwar having email id p.[protected]@samsung.com is threating and arguing the customer but not taking up the issue with the concerned higher management & providing the permanent solution. Due to this case my personal life is very much distributed as they are providng the correct foolow up and solution so i am unable to go for the new purchase as well. I have purchased the refrigerator with cash payment without any discount from Tata Croma, DT City Centre Mall Gurgaon.Even the Tata Croma has also recommended the Samsung team to refund or replace the product if they are unable to provide any fruitful solution but there is no proper action being taken by the Samsung Team.

              On 13 May 2014, samsung team again conveyed the samething over mail and argued over call.
              They are not at all concerned with giving the proper solution .they are just arguing with the same point and there is no fruitful result with that solution.
              Request you to please take up with the higher management so that proper resolution can be provided.

              Please help to get my issue resolved as i am no getting proper response from Samsung team.They don't have any solution and simply arguing in a call.they are doing the same action plan multiple times, already tried all of the possibilities from past 2 months but there is no fruitful result.
              Kindly help me to get the product replaced or refund as my product is only 2-3 months old.It was purchased on 21 Dec 2013 and the issue started from Feb-March 2014.
              Samsung is not taking up the concern with the higher management so that they can solve it out.Kindly escalate the issue to the top management for correct diagnosis and solution.

                Since a long time my hand set is getting auto switch off and i went to service center 5 times and maild @ samsung 6th times and after all they are not being able to repair my handset hand set hence I want my money back asap.
                They have changed my mother board twice with in 20 days. still the problem persist

                  There is a problem with my device "Grand 2". There is a problem of blank display. I purchased my device on 16/4/2014 and within the 7 day replacement warranty i have informed the Samsung service center about the problem (on 19/4/2014), but not having solution (reason the update was not available) they gave me the other date and told to visit us on 22/4/2014 still the product was under replacement warranty. Visiting there they have updated or (formatted) my phone 3 times but still there is a problem of blank display. 1st time after using it the problem still exist even the 2nd time there was no solution and the 3 rd time the told me to keep the power saving mode off and keep the auto brightness at the level of 5. but even aftre doing so the problem is there . why should i do this?? had i bought a defective product i would be using the product at my convenience level. As I would like to prefer to use it. Now the mobile is with the company from around 8days (2nd of may) causing a lot of inconvience and trouble. There was a regular vist to the samsung service centre but still.the resonse was negative. The complain is registered in the name of Akash Burad at surat samsung service center located at Majura gate. I have purchased my mobile from Bhatia comm. and retail (INDIA ) pvt ltd. having IEMI : [protected] Kindly help me out with the solution .

                    dear sir/mam i have problem of network problem in my mb. from the purchase of date 19/10/2013 .i deposited my mb.4-5 times in the samsung care center but same problem persists. the mother board of my mb. changed and i took back from center but mb. shows again same problem continuously from date 05/04/2013 even after change of mother board .i spend much money rs.23000. company do not solve the problem even i deposited my mb. many times company wasted my much time and my causal leave by depositing mb. in care centers again and again because the centers are 30 km away from my home. i am a govt. employee i have some job sheet no. the job. sheet no.                     also samsung employee sima radhe call me, then i told him please replace my mb. with a new unit i[censored] can not solve this problem. she said me that she can not do this, u have to go to our care center even problem takes many times. i told him that if the different problems are occurred i must go to ur care center even many times but the same problem persists, so why i go to ur centers many times? i have not enough time only for this i am not a free man that i continuously do go-back practice for gave and take back my mb. from ur centers.

                    so sir/mam please replace my mb. with a new.i shell thankfull to u for this.

                      Hi, I always perceived Samsung as an organization which was well run, with service centers to cater to the wide variety of products and their issues. I have an split AC model of 1.5 tons which is out of warranty. Ever since I have purchased this AC, barring a period of few months it has never ever run smoothly. The problems of noise, frosting, uneven cooling, and compressor burning out; all these events occurred in a period of 4 years. Compared to my other AC's which are of Carrier, Voltas, LG, and most recently Hitachi make, I had lots of issues with samsung alone. To offset these problems, I expected at least prompt service when I am paying for the service visits. I don't get visits as per the times outlined, nor the problem is resolved, nor do I get clear/partially clear feedback regarding when I can expect any results. The Indore service center (EXL tech) management/reception attitude is offensive, with them telling me to call up the maintenance engineers myself and follow up with them on a daily basis to be assured of a visit. As a saving grace, at least the maintenance engineers and technicians are pleasant and nice to interact with. However, whether they are overloaded or what exactly is the problem, I cannot say for sure, but this should change as it is tantamount to mental harassment. This augurs poorly for samsung, as it has definitely changed my perception of Samsung and its products, which heretofore I thought as being reasonably priced, and good value for money while offering overall good quality. But because of incidents like these, I personally have taken a decision not to buy any Samsung product until I get assurance of strong service and support.

                        engineer came to install led he open the led from carton box he it wall
                        mounting stand is not proper i bringing other one after that he did not come
                        back i ring him four time he replied me you go and complaint my any where i

                          I own a Samsung Galaxy S3 white color, It's side silver bezel paint automatically peeled off within months of purchase, when i approached the ****ing service center, they asked me to change the display, because the bezel comes with Display. Am surprised they used cheap china quality paints to get peeled off. But they proudly compete with APPLE, this is hillarious. SAMSUNG, don't compare yourself with APPLE, you're an cheap .

                                  I had purchased the Samsung LED TV-UA32f5100 on[protected] and this TV stopped working on[protected] reported to seller on the same day. A complaint registered on 5/5/14 as per the guidance of the seller and the complaint register no. Is [protected]. In accordance with the complaint registered, technician checked the TV and told us that the pannel board needs replacement and the cost comes around 12800/-. Please note, it s only 1 year and 15 days completed from the date of purchase i.e 15 days exceeded from the warranty period. This much of amount I cannot afford right now. Please consider the extra days under the warranty and inform the service team in Thrissur, Kerala to replace the Pannel Board.                                     I have purchased my new Note 3 on 6th October 2013. Then from the end of the November i am getting different kind of issues till 8 March 2014. In the time interval i visited the service centre several times. But i don't get any resolution of the problem. At last a have captured the screens and make the videos of the problem that i had faced. Than on 8 march 2014 service centre take my Note 3 for the replacement. Then after that they told me that it will took around 1 month to get the replacement. Now even after the 1 month and 28 days i didn't get my phone back. Every time they told me it will take more 2-3 days. So when i will get my phone back. As samsung consumed my 2 months warranty. I need the fast track resolution now.

                                      Hi, I purchased my Samsung Note 2 mobile in June 2013, In March LED of my mobile was broken as it fell down. I went to Tirumala communications and got it replaced by paying rs 6500/- Not, after months my LED/display is not working again, when i went to Tirumala communications they are saying there is some issue with my LED and they have to replace it and they have asked me tp pay rs 6500/- again I just got it replaed in marhc and then again i have to get it replaced and pay from my purse How is this possible, how will LED stop working automatillay without any damage. I think they have not given the original LED when i actually got it replaced before and that is the reason it is not working now Please look my issue and kindly get ti fixed Thanks & Regards, Khader Shaik

                                        Dear Friends, I Have purchased Samsung split air conditioner (1.5 ton model no AR18HC3TYUR) from better deals electronics(P) Ltd, B1 BLk, community center, Janakpuri, Delhi -58 on 03 May 14 and registered a request for installation on the same day. The customer care executive told me that timeline for installation of AC is 24 Hrs. after that my nightmare started with this worst samsung company. I have not received any call from their side regarding my request and I am continuously calling their customer care and no body responding with proper solution they transfer my call to another department where nobody answer the call. They told me that they are trying to contact service department but not able to do so. If this is the condition of there customer care then you can think how a customer can contact their local service center. they are giving me a contact address and contact number of their area service installation centre but that number is out of service and I have also visited their service centre physically but I have found no one expect one lady who told me that the samsung company had not cleared there last year dues and how they can work this year. I totally don’t know when I am going to get my ac installed. But I hope they will installed the ac before this summer gets over. I am also going to file a legal consumer case against them so the people will get aware of their pathetic and poor service which does not consider consumer welfare, they just want to sale their product by any means even though they don’t have proper infrastructure to maintain their current customer base.
