I had purchased the Samsung LED TV-UA32f5100 on[protected] and this TV stopped working on[protected] reported to seller on the same day. A complaint registered on 5/5/14 as per the guidance of the seller and the complaint register no. Is [protected]. In accordance with the complaint registered, technician checked the TV and told us that the pannel board needs replacement and the cost comes around 12800/-. Please note, it s only 1 year and 15 days completed from the date of purchase i.e 15 days exceeded from the warranty period. This much of amount I cannot afford right now. Please consider the extra days under the warranty and inform the service team in Thrissur, Kerala to replace the Pannel Board.     I have purchased my new Note 3 on 6th October 2013. Then from the end of the November i am getting different kind of issues till 8 March 2014. In the time interval i visited the service centre several times. But i don't get any resolution of the problem. At last a have captured the screens and make the videos of the problem that i had faced. Than on 8 march 2014 service centre take my Note 3 for the replacement. Then after that they told me that it will took around 1 month to get the replacement. Now even after the 1 month and 28 days i didn't get my phone back. Every time they told me it will take more 2-3 days. So when i will get my phone back. As samsung consumed my 2 months warranty. I need the fast track resolution now.

      Hi, I purchased my Samsung Note 2 mobile in June 2013, In March LED of my mobile was broken as it fell down. I went to Tirumala communications and got it replaced by paying rs 6500/- Not, after months my LED/display is not working again, when i went to Tirumala communications they are saying there is some issue with my LED and they have to replace it and they have asked me tp pay rs 6500/- again I just got it replaed in marhc and then again i have to get it replaced and pay from my purse How is this possible, how will LED stop working automatillay without any damage. I think they have not given the original LED when i actually got it replaced before and that is the reason it is not working now Please look my issue and kindly get ti fixed Thanks & Regards, Khader Shaik

        Dear Friends, I Have purchased Samsung split air conditioner (1.5 ton model no AR18HC3TYUR) from better deals electronics(P) Ltd, B1 BLk, community center, Janakpuri, Delhi -58 on 03 May 14 and registered a request for installation on the same day. The customer care executive told me that timeline for installation of AC is 24 Hrs. after that my nightmare started with this worst samsung company. I have not received any call from their side regarding my request and I am continuously calling their customer care and no body responding with proper solution they transfer my call to another department where nobody answer the call. They told me that they are trying to contact service department but not able to do so. If this is the condition of there customer care then you can think how a customer can contact their local service center. they are giving me a contact address and contact number of their area service installation centre but that number is out of service and I have also visited their service centre physically but I have found no one expect one lady who told me that the samsung company had not cleared there last year dues and how they can work this year. I totally don’t know when I am going to get my ac installed. But I hope they will installed the ac before this summer gets over. I am also going to file a legal consumer case against them so the people will get aware of their pathetic and poor service which does not consider consumer welfare, they just want to sale their product by any means even though they don’t have proper infrastructure to maintain their current customer base.           Dear Samsung team, this is to inform you that I lodged a complaint on 1 st may 2014 on customer care services, com no is [protected], and was attended by a person named vikas he came to my home and said that machine was too hot to check and promised to cone in second day. On second of may another engineer mr salmaan came and said that its relay might be damaged and said that he do not have the relay so he will come tommorow and will replace the relay on 3 rd may, 2014 but nobody appeared to check the status of the machine inspire of 10 calls .once again I made my call to customer care they put my call for hold for more than 1 hr and then they said that you will get the call from Allahabad service centre.but till date no call is there . Today is 4 may is a Sunday and no work will be done and if things will go like this 5 may will also pass like this without any proceedings . Will anyone tell me the exact time you people will take to find the exact problem of the machine and get into the matter and get the things solved .as this kind of service is not acceptable from you Samsung people .             We ordered samsung ac from satya agencies on Thursday may1st. We informed the agency people that we will not be available on May 2nd after 12 noon. So requested them to deliver the AC before that.Agency people committed to deliver the ac by 2nd may Within12 and install the AC by Saturday(May 3rd). But they failed to deliver it on time.they finally delivered the ac on 3rd may Saturday around 2:00 PM. For installation, they made us wait the whole day leaving all our important commitments.When checked with agency regarding installation they said it will be done today without fail.Even when we called them at 9 PM they mentioned the same. In other side the Samsung AC engineers called us around 3:00 PM and said they will be available in another one hour for installation.But there was no response from them after that and not even picked the call.Actually couple of AC engineers called us and they have disputes between them. My mobile balance also got drained.The whole day I was behind both of them.I am not sure what drama they are going to play tomorrow.They have spoiled my weekend. This is one of the worst customer service we have faced.This very worst service from Sathya Agency, Tambaram, Chennai and Samsung Service center. Kindly take some action to prevent such service for future customers.

              The air conditioner machine was purchased on 09th 0f may 2013 from Mittal Electronic, Rishra, Hoogly (WB). The description of A.C machine is AR18FC3UAUQ.
              Since last five days the A.C machine was not creating any cool atmosphere and when we made a complain (Ref no [protected]) the engineer comes at 6 pm at my absence and closed the call by giving the reason that there is no gas in the machine and when we asked him about the cleaning of outer unit on phone he replied that he can not reach the place where the outer unit is placed.

              Thus my complain is how a complain is closed when the problem is as it is and who will service the product within the warranty/guarantee period and how

                Hi, i have visited more than 3 times in Samsung service centre-Guwahati-BIR ELECTRONICS PVT LTD.My mobile handset just stopped vibrating. But even after four days vibrator parts is not available in guwahati service centre. This is ridiculous. As advised by service centre team i submitted my mobile but even after four days they says vibrator parts is not available. Than why did i submitted my mobile. It is useless even after visiting more than three times and they could not order for a small parts than its better i repair my mobile outside the service shop. Even my mobile is under warranty. Whoever will receive this mail pl. do the nnedful. Parts should be availble in service centre because who knows what happens when with the electronics.

                  To, Samsung director, A-25, Ground Floor, front tower, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate New Delhi Subject – Complaint Regarding Samsung S-3 Dear Samsung Team I had purchased handset Samsung S-3 (serial no, RF1D359GEVD). I start facing difficulties from Dec 2013. I had submitted this phone to Rohini center (claim no [protected]). They told me that this phone got dead and they change hardware, display and charging jack of the phone. After one month I again faced same problem and I submitted it to the Ranibagh center (Claim no. [protected]). They submitted my phone for 3 to 4 days. Ranibagh center people told me that this phone is dead and require hardware change. They return my phone after 3 or 4 days. After changing the hardware I again start facing the same problem. The phone got stuck after Samsung comes. Then this time I showed this phone to Ashok Vihar service center and they told me that there is a liquid in phone charging jack. They told me an expense of about Rs. 400 and I approved the same. After two hours I got call from Ashok Vihar service center (Claim no [protected]) and they hold me that your handset requires complete change of hardware, display and charging jack and it will cost me around Rs. 7200. They call me after 10 mints and this time they said that we are covering your handset under warranty. They take my phone for about 4 or 5 days but they don’t provide any stand by to me. After getting back the handset from Ashok Vihar the handset again switched off and it’s not starting I went to Ashok vihar service center, they check the phone in their system and they said the handset is in repeat so job sheet will not be created. So they check the phone on my mobile bill and ask me to wait outside in customer area. And after 20 mints they told me there is liquid in your handset so it will not covered in warranty. And before 4 days they had changed motherboard, jack and LCD, I am also electronic engineer and I have the knowledge for the same that where there is liquid the components turns to black. And the material was not black it was something else (i.e. chunna), Its seems that these service center people are doing fraud with me. I have word with technical person and ask them to brush the area and if black components come then I will pay charges and if the components not turns into black then it can be covered within warranty. But technical head refuses to brush the area. Its seems there is some fraud and if there are sure then please ask some technical person to check my phone in front of me. This phone got in problems many times. I had a word with “Mr. Amit” in head office regarding to show the footage of the repairing of my handset. I went to service center and they refused me to show the footage. I again check the handset in front of me and they check the handset in front of me and at that there is no liquid found in my handset then why they people told me that there is a liquid in my handset and they submit my handset again for mother board. And last week they had changed display and mother board of my handset. But my display is remaining the same. I don’t have any idea where they had put the new display. I ask a question regarding this but they don’t give any answer. And I don’t find any solutions from Mr. Amit in your head office branch. He just makes excuses for 7 or 8 days. He makes me mentally disturb. And I don’t understand when there is no liquid in my handset then why they told me that there is a liquid in handset. I just want to say that if Samsung offer such an expensive mobile phone in market then I believe the service must be equivalent capable to solve people problems. I purchase the Samsung phone with a lot of hope and wishes. But my experience regarding Samsung is very bad. Now I decided that I don’t want to use Samsung handset and I want my refund. And this phone is not according to my wants and I will not advice any one to go for Samsung mobile. I now want to go for other companies handsets. You can contact me on - [protected] (Monu Sharma)

                    Dear Sirs, My complaint # is [protected], which was initiated on 16th April 2014 with Samsung India. Subsequent to this complaint, we visited the service center as requested and the service center found the HDD to be defective which was replaced and installed with a pirated version of Windows 8. During our visit, we had also reported that the laptop's keyboard panel is loosing color and is coming off to the screen's panel instead. The service center and Samsung was very worried when we reported the Winndows issue and they requested us that we should bring the laptop back to them immediately, we insisted that we would want to have a resolutiion for the kayboard panel as well, for which we were put on a call with Mr.Sunil Kumar Bansal of the Samsung customer Experience team. As per Mr. Bansal, we had to take the laptop back to the service center and there they wanted to carry out the check whether the laptop was physically damaged, if not then they assured that the right action would be taken. When we went to the service center in Okhla, we were greeted by the Manager Mr. Ramandeep Singh and he immediately took the laptop from us and re-loaded the Windows and gave the laptop back to us statsing that Samsung refuses to honor any Warranty on the keyboard panel, though the laptop is very much under the warranty. Sirs, I bring to your notice that I have been duped and cheated by Samsung the "Muscle Power" by selling me a dubious quality laptop for Rs. 46, 000/- (approx). amd now are refusing to honor the Warranty and asking me to pay Rs.3, 550/- for the repairs which has occurred for no fault of mine. I would request you humbly to help me get the rightful at the earliest and bring justice. Regards, Sumeet Sud

                    Mr. Jitender Singh contacted me through the email from the Samsung Customer Experience team and inists that we should pay Rs.3, 550/- to get the defect repaired, though the system is under warranty and there is no physical damage done to the system. The complaint is still pending and a sure, Samsung does not believe in resolving this either, since they are BIG MUSCLE Power!

They provided the installation for the same but there is annoying sound coming from AC, when we call to dealer they say this is a problem from samsung guys will come and check and then they say problem in installation and these things are keep going on. We are suffering a lot just because of their behavious no body wants to take responsibility. We are suffering a lot. kindly take an strong action against dealer reliance digital express, Jaipur and samsung as well.                           Me, Rakesh Kundu. I use samsung E2252. It has a big problem. After 2-3 months, it's internet connectivity GPRS automaticslly activated. Also, automatically deactivated. As I have no internet pack for my service provider. Automatically balance got deducted. Per day it consume Rs. 1 - Rs. 3. I delete all the internet settings. But, nothing. Automatically GPRS is going on. Please do something.

UA32EH4003 and Serial no. 22833ZEF200851 form Radhna Krishna Electronic Mordabad Uttar Pradesh and the same packed was brought to my residence C-101 Shastri Nagar Meerut-25004 Uttar Pradesh. The dealer assured that You may installed the device any where in India with the support Sam sung Network without cost, today we request to install the same at samsung call center the unskilled person came to install the device he tried to install the device but the voice is not coming in the device only picture coming the person return without solution and taken signature on job card by family member.please resolve the same to secure the credit of the company and take action within 24 Hrs.

                              but after 2 days they refused and said we will change your motherboard and your problem will be solved.. after 2 days again they called me and said your cellfone is not heating anymore.. i rushed to the service centre, and wen i cheked my fone there only the fon was getting heated more than before.. and afterwards the service centre manager mr. patanjali refused to his words, , and said this is companies problem u have to take this fone as it is ..

                                Dear Sir, I have purchased a LED TV model 32FS100 on 10th of April 2013 with the dealer Girias in Chennai. 10 days before the television audio got fault and gruadally the picture is also not be visible and last week it is totally out. I have a registered a complaint on Sunday the 27th April 2013 and the representative came on 28th and told the picture tube has gone and also cautioned that we have the pay the charges of Rs.13000/- as replacement of Picture Tube. Is it logic for a customer who has bought a television for 38500/- and with in one year we have to pay again Rs. 13000/-. I will not live this matter. It shows the poor quality of manufacturing and also a reputed company like Sam sung should not react like this and ask the customer to pay 13000/- for repair charges. I will take this matter to consumer court and let them decided about the poor manufacturing quality and performance of the product. If the action is not taken with 24hours after publishing this complaint I will take this matter to consumer court.

                                  Dear team, i have purchased samsung 40 inches led on 3rd april 2013, then in aug 2013 remote cencor of led stops working, because my led was in warranty period samsung person has changed the remote cencor and assured that it will not happen again, but now again remote cencor has stops working and your customer care team is saying we cant do anything.


                                  This is my humble request that please replace my led or i have to move to consumer court because i m very frustated by your services.

                                    Hi, I have been facing problem in my samsung grand GT-I9082 for the past two months. I have been visited samsung service center in Tagore Garden ie Mehar Communications for six or seven times. They just updated the software everytime and replaced the mike once. Also they kept my mobile phone under observation for two days twice. They told me not insert memory card on your phone, not to use skype or other voice calling applications. I tried evwrything but nothing works out. Still I am facing the same issue, the voice recorder is not working. Since I dnt get any solution from the service center I visited, I lodge a complaint in CustomerCare to the escalation team. I talked to each n every senior person there, Mr Vikar Siddique, Mr Dipanker, Mr Anurag, Mr Sumit, Mr Mayank. They are not able to provide the solution. Then I talked to Supervisor Mr Nikhil and then the floor manager Mr Nitin of the Samsung customer care. Nothing worked out but they transfered my request to Samsung head office. After escalating my request to head office, I got a communication that it needs to be repaired again and I need to visit the samsung service center again. But tell me one thing why should I visit the center again as I have visted six times and no solution has not been provided to me. I have told them to replace my phone as its still in waranty. But they are not providing me thi solution what I asked for. I am continuously following with the customer care executive s but it seems it does not bother to them. Can you please help me in getting my mobile phone replaced as the product I bought is not upto the standard quality. I have spent 20000 rs on this phone and continuously following up from past 2 months., but unfortunately the issue still persists and I am not getting solution for the same.                                         Hi Team, I bought a new Galaxy Note 2 on October 2013 and I have updated my phone to latest software 4.3 which is released by Samsung on March 2014.After the Upgrade my Battery backup is not lasting for more than 2 hours.Even I put in charge for 7 to 8 hours continuously charge will not go beyond 30%.So I came to situation where I need to carry my charger all the places where I am going to keep my mobile alive. Today I went to my nearby Samsung Service Center ( West Tambaram Chennai ) where I got shocking response that this software upgrade will use most of the battery and nothing can be done.is this is the good response and also do I need to continue with the drastic situation of carrying mobile with less than 20% always?
