    Dear Sir, I have got repaired my LCD on dt.25.01.14 with reference to my call No.[protected]. My LCD set serial No. is 123632NSC00152M & Model No. is LA32B480Q1MXL. On Mr.Vipin Mishra (Mb.No.[protected]) from TECHNO CRAFT 221, Ist Floor, Behind Joyti Complex, Bisarya Complex, Zone-I, M.P.Nagar, Bhopal (Ph.[protected] has been repaired and install software worth Rs.1300/- Labour Charge Rs.600/- Service Tax Rs.75/- thus Total amount Rs.1975/-. He said that the warranty will be one month. Today on dt.14.03.14 my LCD is not working properly, half part of screen is showing white and another part of screen black. My questions are that: Shall I have get it repaired quarterly once in a year? Is there any process to get it repaired free of cost? Shall I & my other colleagues have not trust the Samsung product in future? What shall I do?

      My name is manish i am from ulhasnagar (maharashtra) having samsung galaxy S duos 7562 this complaint is regarding the internet issue which i m facing since day1... The issue is when i use both sim cards(dual sim mode) the internet connection gets disconnected frequently...i visited the samsung service centre four times for same issue but they just updated the software everytime and handed it to me but the issue is not resolved yet... well there is issue with whatsappp aswell when i receive a message with hindi text font it works very slow... i have approached the customer care for the same but they are not entertaining me now as warranty is lapsed ... however i have approached them for the same since my warranty period and now they are telling me to pay for the issue... please assist me what do i need to do now...         I have purchased Samsung Note 2 on 5th November 2013 from Samsung E Store website, commitment have been provided for 10% cash back and it will be provided till 5th Jan 2014.It almost two months from 5th Jan and after numerous followup cash back has not been provided. They are selling products on their website with Unethical Practices( Incorrect advertisement).

          i have purchased a samsung galaxy handset gt-i9082 it is making some problem in device the voice is not coming. i have sent the handset three times to the service centre. they do not solve the problem i am very worried about it. the voice is not coming . it is totally muted i want to repair my handset and change my handset i only want this.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I have been a loyal customer of Samsung since many years now. I am however facing a terrible time with my latest acquisition (Samsung Galaxy SIII). Given the brand value of the Galaxy series and the SIII being a flagship product, I was convinced to get this product. Apart from the general lag and sluggish feel of the phone, I discovered a terrible flaw in the model I received. My SIII accumulates dust inside the camera lens which does not let me click any picture. I gave the phone for servicing and they replaced the camera (under warranty), however, it happened again within a span of 1 month. This time again they have replaced the camera but on enquiring about the reason for such rapid occurence of the exact same problem, the Store Manager blamed the 3.5mm jack or the earpiece of the phone and having many friends using an SIII, and a little technical knowledge, I argued about the apparent design flaw. On debating about the issue, the store manager went on to blame me for the problem saying after 10 months I cannot blame the phone. If such is the case then why do you provide us with a warranty of 12 months? This is utter nonsense and the least we expect from a reputed company as yours is basic courtesy. If a store manager of your service center can talk utter nonsense to a girl and then storms out of the room in the middle of a conversation, then I have nothing but utter disgust for Samsung. I do not wish to gain anything from this complaint but would just like to notify you about the daily happenings in your service center. I leave it all to you now.               This complaint is regarding the misbehaviour by the Samsung Headoffice Delhi towards me after the complaint made by me for my mobile phone getting hanged problem in your website (www.consumercomplaints.in). The way he had conversation with me is very rude and disrespectful. We had the following conversation : He told me to courier the mobile to South India. When I told him that it would be inconvinient for me to sent the handset to South and asked him to suggest some other convinient way or nearby service centre, to which his reply was very rude as he told me to roam about the whole Kolkata and when tired to call back him and to sent the phone to South India. This type of behaviour from such reputed company's employee is not expected. I want an immidiate action against the company and the person talking to me.                 Samsung fridge is still in warranty period and compressor got failed, for changing it company is asking Rs 1600. If compressor is faulty then how gas charged are on our head. If they are required to make fridge OK then they required possibilities. We have tried about 10 times but I am getting proper response. If anything can be done for me will be better because last 31 days fridge is in idle condition.

                  Greetings! This is the final call for my complaint for my mobile phone Samsung Grand GT I9082 and I won’t accept any apology from the company as it has already been done a lot but there is no solution to my problems. I’ve bought Samsung Mobile Grand – GT I9082, SSN – 19082 GSMH, FCC IO – A3LGT 19082, on 24/04/13 from Dealer : ASTEL SYSTEMS, C – 7, Gandhi Nagar Mod, Tonk Road, Jaipur – 302015, Rajasthan. I bought this mobile in April 2013 with loads of good reviews and excitement but it all turned into disappointment and irritation. In these past months I've lodged my complaint n-number of times but every time I receive a mail saying “We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you!” Then they give me a call saying send you’re mobile to the nearest service center and we’ll resolve the issue. But every time I spend my time in taking back up of phone and sending it to the service center but even after keeping my phone in observation for 10 days the condition remains the same. When I call them again then the reply I receive from there side is: “Sir, we have kept your phone under observation for days but couldn’t catch the problem, it’s not visible to our technical team.” I don’t understand this. Either the technician of the company is not equipped enough or maybe they believe their customer is lying. I’ve been patient for quite a long time believing that a Company like Samsung will care about its Customers but I was wrong. They don’t! I’ve contacted the CEO’s office twice but still my issues are not resolved. I demand an urgent replacement of the Mobile or total refund of my money as I’ve tried all my guts to resolve the problems. It is sad to say but if my Mobile won’t be replaced then I’ve to move to the Consumer Court. I’ll post my reviews about the poor services, ill customer relationship and satisfaction of Samsung on my blog, social networking platforms and other e-commerce websites. The following are the problems I’m facing for months: • The Touch doesn’t work too often; • The processor has turned very slow in working and efficiency; • Sometimes the display of the phone doesn’t respond while making calls; • The vibration of the phone starts automatically and I’ve to remove the battery to resolve this issue; • The mobile phone gets hung while working; • Even when the SIM card is inserted it shows No Network Available while the signals are visible and incoming and outgoing calls get barred; • When the SIM card is ejected then also signals are shown; • While the conversation is going on, the front keys and volume keys stop working and removal of the battery is the only remedy left at that moment. • During Incoming Calls the display of the screen often doesn’t respond neither do any button responds and when the phone gets disconnected automatically then the Mobile reboots itself; • The time displaying in the Mobile phone often depicts advance hours to the current time i.e. if the current time is 9 am then it might show 3 pm.                     This complaint is regarding my Samsung mobile phone Grand I9082 purchased on[protected]Bill No. 207) from Spice Retail Ltd, Howrah(West Bengal).The problem with my phone is it gets hanged when I used to open any folder and processor is not working even when I am using the device without external memory card. I have visited service center 3 times in last 1 month regarding this problem but the company is uanble to resolve my problem and all the time he just formatted the phone and gave me back. Still the problem persists.It is getting very difficult for me to use my mobile and this problem is hindering my work also as I am unabe to take any call whenever the phone gets hanged.                       In my entire life i have never come across with such a substandard phone and service...i bought this phone (S4 - one of the most updated phone) in Nov 2013..and since then there is a problem with the phone in-terms of charging, battery drain and performance issue. In Dec 2013 only i changed it USB at the service centre and it again in Jan 2014 it started showing problems...so i again went to service center on Saturday (Feb 1) they made me wait for 1 hour without any solution. The service centre then asked me to keep the phone and come back after some hours, I did the same and i went back, they told me the phone has charge connector issue...i don’t understand the phone which is 3 months old how can it have so many issues...the service center asked me to deposit phone for 1 week to sort its hardware issues without giving any replacement...the phone was repaired finally at the service center...however some internal problems have again surfaced from Feb 28 (yes the phone was just repaired a week before the recent problem which arised)...and the team is asking me to again to go to service center...can any1 imagine going to service center every 15 days...what is this...I dont have any other work but to go to Samsung Service center

                        Hi. I would like to submit my complaint against SAMSUNG. I purchased a LED Television from Dubai on[protected]. After 8 months of moderate use the Panel gone bad, since it is a manufacturing defect I contacted SAMSUNG Call Center and registered a complaint for in warranty repair. A technician visited and he advised that they need to send the Bill copy of the purchase and warranty card to International warranty team and they will send an approval then the repair will be carried out. But to my surprise they informed me that the International Warranty is not applicable as the records are not matching. However, in the warranty card it has clearly mentioned that International Warranty is applicable in INDIA as well. Also there is INDIAN flag on the BOX of Television where International Warranty is accepted. I request the Authorities to look into my grievance and help me get the repair done. Regards, Salam

                            Customer no : [protected] Fridge Specification : Single Door Fridge Model no : RR2115TCARX/TL Fridge Sr. no : 094142AD702709J Purchase date : 07/09/2013 My Fridge has Noise issue from Day-1. I have raised complain many times but issue is not yet fixed. Please fix the issue or replace the Fridge. In first visit of Engineer at my place, Engineer told that Noise is coming from compressor due to compressor attached (cooling) wire got bend cause of shifting issue. He did something in Fridge back panel and told that it’s got fixed and left. We realized that Noise is more compare to previous state. Again raised complain with Vivek showroom Fridge is making noise not yet fixed. In Second visit of Engineer at my Place, Engineer again did something on Fridge back panel and left. Engineer told that this is normal noise. My family got frustrated as per Engineer comments. We are thinking we made wrong choice to buying Samsung Fridge. I discuss with my office colleague who have Samsung fridge Single door & double door, found that compare to my fridge there is very less noise. Again raised complain with Vivek Showroom Fridge issue is still not resolve, due to that we are getting Headache. In Third visit of Engineer at my place, Engineer told that Noise is coming from compressor, Compressor need to replace. He told that I am going to inform/arrange Compressor Engineer to replace the compressor. Engineer visited Yesterday(25/02/2013) and replaced the compressor. But it’s not make any difference. Again raised complain with Vivek showroom Fridge issue is still not being resolved even compressor is replaced. Vivek showroom executive told that, you need to escalate to Nitin[protected]. I tried to reach Nitin, he told that, he is on leave will back on Monday. Reach to Vilas[protected] he will help you. In Fourth visit of Engineers at my place, Engineer try to identified the cause, and did some changes in Fridge back end to fix that. Engineer advise change the position of fridge. We have change the position to observe that sound. It’s reduced or not. Found that sound is more compare to previous day (I strongly felt that we made wrong choice). In fifth visit(Today) of Engineers at my place, Engineer has did some changes and try to fix that. Today observation, sound is less compare to yesterday noise But still noisy(Similar to day 1).                               Please read replay from different offices of samsung.Even when the same matter is escalated to different offices of samsung, no one has any clue has what they will do with the upgrades. Absolutely a waste, no one knows as who will upgrade android, when will they upgrade, why they should upgrade, what they will earn by upgrading android, why should we care for the customerthis is clear samsung has no answer to upgrades. They are interested in cheating and making new customer and then customer should suffer for their life.Good bye samsung for ever. I brought s duos for my wife at rs 18000 and its android never get upgraded and cheater samsung launched s duos 2 with the latest android at rs 9000.Again i brought galaxy tab for my kid and andriod is not upgraded for her. And cheating company samsung launched tab 3 neo with the higher android version at cheaper price in less than 3 months.How can you reply on brands like this who does not know their software upgrdation plans. With this it is clear never buy samsung products.                                 I Have bought 40 inch LED TV from Samsung and noticed thin lines in top of the screen from 8th month onwards, thought of it could be due to voltage fluctuations as the lines was very thin, but after 12 months once warranty expired we could noticeably big lines when we called up customer care they said it is a LED Panel issue, we were shocked and surprised as we pay ed 61 thousand brand new tv failing in few months usuage.day by day the lines are becoming bigger which is intolerable, then decided to call up customer care and asked them to fix the issue by providing free service for the fix of panel issue for which they are insisting me it is no where related to them, as already warranty period is got over, we need to pay 24 thousand now to fix the issue. i am not happy with their suggestion. Could you please help me to get this fix, as we could the see the lines from the 8th month itself but we were confident on the product and the lines were too small which made us not to call them during warranty period. Hope you understand it and do the needful.

                                  I am complaining about a Samsung Galaxy
                                  mobile I had through a Orange contract since last October I have advised them of the issues.

                                    When I switch my Samsung S3 on Vibrator mode, when any call comes other than vibration voice there is another voice comes intensly like any short circuit. I have shown my cell in customer care they have told that they have to replace vibrator and it will take atleast 6 days and also there is no proper response or help from samsung customer care executives at the center. I have purchased this cell on 3rd feb 2014 and within 10 days this problem starts occuring.And to replace vibrator its taking 6 days which is not bearable.If 25000 rs cost mobile of samsung is giving hardware problem within 10 days which is not acceptable at all. Its the big question mark on samsung mobile quality and service provided by customer care. I want the replacement of the mobile. Please provide proper help as early as possible.

In first visit of Engineer at my place, Engineer told that Noise is coming from compressor due to compressor attached (cooling) wire got bend cause of shifting issue. He did something in Fridge back panel and told that it’s got fixed and left. We realized that Noise is more compare to previous state. Again raised complain with Vivek showroom Fridge is making noise not yet fixed. In Second visit of Engineer at my Place, Engineer again did something on Fridge back panel and left. Engineer told that this is normal noise. My family got frustrated as per Engineer comments. We are thinking we made wrong choice to buying Samsung Fridge. I discuss with my office colleague who have Samsung fridge Single door & double door, found that compare to my fridge there is very less noise. Again raised complain with Vivek Showroom Fridge issue is still not resolve, due to that we are getting Headache. In Third visit of Engineer at my place, Engineer told that Noise is coming from compressor, Compressor need to replace. He told that I am going to inform/arrange Compressor Engineer to replace the compressor. Engineer visited Yesterday(25/02/2013) and replaced the compressor. But it’s not make any difference. Again raised complain with Vivek showroom Fridge issue is still not being resolved even compressor is replaced. Vivek showroom executive told that, you need to escalate to Nitin[protected]. I tried to reach Nitin, he told that, he is on leave will back on Monday. Reach to Vilas[protected] he will help you.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have bring to light the bad cutomer care attutide which we recently experiecend with SAMSUNG Repair Center Thane.

                                        We have purchsed new mobile SAMSUNG Galaxy S Duos in month of July, 13 from shop infront of Thane station east. SInce we have purchased we never used its wifi option in device.

                                        But recently when v got our WIFI device and trying to use the same we came to know there was some issue in the hardware of the handset.

                                        The shopkeeper from whom we purchased the handset asked us to visit to SAMSUNG Service center in Thane (W).

                                        On our visit, we were asked to keep the handset for 5 working days since the handset has hardware issue and wanted to replace the same.

                                        We have asked for alternate peice but they denied and told us they dont have.

                                        After we demanding for the alternate handset they agreed to give us simple handset.

                                        But we cannot get the contacts details in simple mobile because of its memory capacity.

                                        When I spoke to service center manager he straight away told me if you want to complain pl complain he will not able to help us in this regard.

                                        Also he told me pl dont give your mobile right now pl complain and once you feel your complain is not resolved then you come to us.

                                        I was iterally shocked on his remark and thought is this guy is so confident that we will not get positive feedback from SAMSUNG if we complain on such behaviour and service.

                                        I was forced to write in this forum against SAMSUNG and if still they feel that they stand for quality then pl call us and register our complain against ur employee and provide us proper service for which we are liable.

                                        If we dont get any response from your end we will really feel its not employee comment it is comment from SAMSUNG Side.
