Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to inform you that I Paritosh Jaiswal customer of your company purchased
Samsung phone on dated 13/09/2013 where I am facing major problem in my phone as the silver
nickle of my phone got damaged which is a company product Quality Service problem where the
Silver Nickle got removed as I like to add on that my phone is under warranty period.


As I would like to inform you that I have purchased my phone from Paras Traders{Dealer of Samsung, Karnal Haryana}


So, hereby I request you to kindly return me my money back on urgent basis
until& unless I am going to move consumer court against company.

Dear Sir,      

As I am to inform you that I paritosh Jaiswal let you know that i have received a call from top level official of Samsung from gurgoan [protected]at 11:28AM, where he had a discussion and asked for my problems where he told me that we are going to give a call after getting touch with my service centre where still i didnt received any call from them as i would like to infofm you that as i would like to add on that iam not satisfy with the Quality of samsung as you know that my phone had crossed only 3months and the problems get started with the set as we every one knows now a days every individuals getting spends huge amount on the phone to get best quality on phones but I didnt got. And we also get planned to use a expensive phones atleast 2-3year, but I get starts problem after 3months.

As I am also the user of Blackberry from past 5years where I never faced such types of problems which iam get facing with samsung its a manufacturing fault not only this but also we cant get access two different mails in my phones as you that we have to access different mails on daily basis on officials uses. As I like to add on that iam not ready to get change the silver nickle cabinet part because it will be a replaced part not a real one as get purchased a phone for to run for a long time but what will I do if it creats a another problems.As I had spent Rs.10, 000 for this phone because of to get ultimate service to me but it can't stand according to my expectation where from begnning i get facing a problems and iam not able to get tolerate more my phone. Its service is worst .

As i would like to inform you that at the begninng it start to create a lots of problems for me as a major problem is a Silver Nickle problem as it get hurted me badly.I really get fedup with poor Quality Service of Samsung India Mobile.One another worst service which i had faced in this phone is that it gets hanked frequently. Not only this but also its memory is not capable to get handle a maximum softwares such as whats up. Games. Etc.

So, hereby I request you  to ask the company to get return my money back within 4-5days. Until and unless iam going to move to a court case against company and going to send a legal notice.Sent from Samsung Mobile

As I would like to inform you that I Paritosh facing problem regarding my phone issue as I have already provided entire details regarding my issues on the same mail as givrn below. As I would like to inform you that I have received till 2-3calls from Mr.JITENDER who is a official and dealing my issue through HO(Gurgoan) level whose No is [protected], where he asked me to go to service centre of karnal, haryana where he has taken an estimate of the silver nickle body part of my phone which already got damaged where also asked the service centre employee to click the snap of my phone and send to him(Mr. Jitender) where the service told me that its estimate of your damaged parts is Rs.1300. As I would like you let you know iam going to used the damaged parts replacment things and neither iam going to pay. As i already told you again and again that I need my money back. I really got fedup the poor service& Quality  of Samsung phone. I again request you to get return my money back.

I cant tolerate more. Please please please support me. Iam a person who always worked i a private sector where i always used to worked very honesty. And on those amount of rupees from which i have purchase Samsung phone is from my salary part.

So, ask company to get return my money back within 2-3days. I want to utilise those Rs.9400 on best Quality phone service.

Sir, one thing more if with 2-3days its a deadline company will not get return my entire money back than positively iam going to launch an FIR against company head office.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

As I would like to inform you that I Paritosh Jaiswal as the customer of the samsung India get starts facing several major problems in my phone those are-

1. Phone Hanging Problem
2. Email surfing Problem
3. Software Problem
4. Phone getting switch off automatically

As I would like to let you know that i had already faced a major problem in my phone abd today a day has came when i get started facing aforesaid problems in my phone which mention from 1 To 4 Points.

As i would like to add-on that on the previous issue i get support the company but on this time iam not going to support the company.

As We all knows that we make expenses huge amont of rupees on the advanced phone to get provide a smart work regarding official as well as personal too. But should I doo when iam not getting smart work from the company smart phone, not only this but also iam also a user of blackberry where right now my phone is having an access of 4different mails(2Official&2Personal) where I never face such types of issue.

I as a user/customer/consumer facing such types of major problems, as my phone also getting gamper my official work and bussiness due to getting switch off my phone when I am having a discussion with my clients and official members too.

so, hereby I request you to ask the company to get return my money back. Its a third class Quality Phone. I totally got fedup with this.

One thing more that on previous time I had a discussion with Mr. Jitender top official of the companythat we are not going to get return your money back, coul'd I know the reason. Its a manufacturing defect not a my fault. Tben why should I bear the same. As I had already invest Rs.10, 000on this phone but i didnt receive any good Quality of service.

So, hereby I request you to help me out to get resolve my issue. I need my money back. Until iam going to sue against company on local court of consumer till thursday.

As I would like to inform you that today I get visit to service center of Samsung 02:37:37 PM as I have received a top official Mr.Jitender call{SAMSUNG INDIA} AT 2:00 PM where he asked me to go to service center regarding to my phone problems where I meet Mr. Atul service Manager of the Service Center where he told that their no any problem in your phone but I had already told him I as Customer facing a problem and I never said a lie that I am facing a problem, but its truth Iam facing a problem.

I also get access my mail id of company as well as personal mail id where Mr. Atul said that you are having a problem in your mail.

As I request you to ask the company that my both the mail id is running in good condition and also I have tried the same both of the mail id { OFFICIAL & PERSONAL} in my blackberry, where it is running very smoothly. Why the problem getting faced in the Samsung phone because it a manufacturing defect.

Second, As I like to inform you that Mr. Atul also get access my Play Store in my phone which is a owned Copywrite company software where the same problem also get faced the software didn't get opened, where the reply came from Mr. Atul that you are having a problem in your SIM your Sim is having a 2G Service.

Again I request you to ask the company that which phone is available in market whose 2G Net surfing will not getting worked.

Why only the problem is getting faced in my phone and in the samsung phone also.

As I would like to add-on that in every condition Mr. Atul is blaming to me by giving several excuse that You are having problem in your Mail & in your Both of the SIM {IDEA & RELIANCE}.

So, hereby I request you to kindly ask the company that don't get me mentally harrased as I have already get mentally harrased by the company behaviour and ask them to get return my entire money back.

Dear Sir/Mam,

As I customer of your company facing a problem in my phone where I had already send you a different mail but you and your entire team is not ready to get follow up and taking my matter into serious.

I would let you know that on tomorrow I am going to handover my phone to service center and on the same time I am going to sue a consumer complaints on the local body of the consumer district court, as I know that local body consumer district court will going to take a legal action your company.

You all of them are having thinking that customer is a stupid individual person who is having its no other personal & official work, he/she is only depend your company to move from home/office to your service center to get resolve their problems.

As I am a person who is totally get harrsed with the poor quality of of your product, as I had already used several brands in phone but I didn't face such types of problems.

So, hereby I request you Please let me know till Sharp 11:00 AM tomorrow that are you going to return my money back.

Dear Sir/Mam,

As I would like to infrom you that I Paritosh Jaiswal customer of Samsung India
Mobile facing a different problems in my phone where I had already informed to the service
centre of samsung as the entire details are available in this mail which I had already
discussed with the Samsung team but today several days had been passed but I didn't get short
out my problem as the company is getting me mentally harrased and giving me a mental torcher to
me.

As I would like to inform you that from 25th Jan, 2014 to till 11th Feb 2014, continously
getting a mailed to company but company is taking my matter very lightly. Instead of getting me
a support.
As I would like to inform you that I have already mailed the entire details to TRI, TRAI&
Consumer Forum also, but still the company is not getting me any support.

Where I had already asked the company to get return my money back because their is a
manufacturing defect in my phone and also I had visited several times to service centre, where
the Service Manager naming as Mr. Atul getting agrument with me instead coperating me. where he
& his company Manager name as Jitender totally getting me a blame that its only your fault, you
are not having any problem in your phone but I am highlighting the Problem's with You those
are:--


1. Phone Hanging Problem
2. Email surfing Problem
3. Software Problem
4. Phone getting switch off automatically
5. Internet Problem{PLAY STORE-SURFING PROBLEMS}

As I would like to inform you that I totally fed up with the Service & Quality of Samsung
Company.

Here the company is Looking his own Profit nor Looking Up my Problem. I am totally got fedup
with them.

So, request you take an strict action against company. And I am going to launch case against
company. Here company is getting by pass the value of RTI/TRAI& Consumer Forum. He is giving
his own value he is not giving the value & Service to their customer.

    My Comaplaint No - [protected] Please go through all the complaints i have registered for the past one month As discussed with Samsung South India Manager Shushma(sushma.[protected]@samsung.com) and With Mr.Hari (Chennai Service Person) and intimated by her yesterday(22.01.2013), I allowed the service person to do the service work. I want to reiterate few points as shown below. 01. At early of December month -2013 I faced a System error ‘ DE’ error. And Samsung service team replaced with a new PC board. 02. After 2 to 3 days I faced a severe vibration problem and the same person who came earlier told the screws beneath the Washing machine are missing. I really shocked actually he didn’t replace the screws when he came for the first time. I am also a technical person as a safety point of view it is not advisable. 03. After 1 week I found another technical hardware problem and this time with a new Error called ‘4E’ error. This time they took my washing machine to the service area and the service team told they replaced the board. As they didn’t give any hardware replacement bills, I am not aware whether they really replaced with the new one or not? 04. After 3 to 4 days after replacement of New PC board, to my surprise there was a leakage in the backside of the washing machine, and this time the service person who attended told there is a problem with the dispenser (Which they didn’t notice at the time of checking in the service area) I am totally disturbed both mentally & physically due to this irrelevant response from Samsung. As is told her through phone communication, it is very straight and clear I want a new replacement of whole machine in case if I meet the same problem in the near future i.e any hardware problems like the problems I stated above or any new hardware related problems. I hope at least by now SAMSUNG would have understood my situation and help me in these regard. I want a firm commitment and concurrence for the replacement of my washing machine which already told to me by Sushma through phone as a reply to this mail. This is the final chance for this issue otherwise i will proceed legally for my mental & physical disturbance caused by samsung to myself and my family. I am trying to put fullstop for this issue and not to make a situation to make a comma. Regards S.Vimal Rajan

      I have buy samsung n9000 note 3 white sr.No [protected] on 1/11/13 from star mobitel ltd. Frm last 3 ry days i m finding problem in charging of my phone many time i have called to samsung coustemer call but have not get any response.Because of this problem and not getting any back call from company i m in vain pls replace my phone or give me my money back otherwise i m going to court.

        To, Dear Sir /Mam my name is vikas chander. i want to say that i had bought a sumsung mobile of model no. galaxy core I8262. on 25/09/13. on 6 jan14 i got a problem with mobile that the voice of other person i could hear but voice of mine other person could not hear .( basically MIC problem ) so on 7jan14 i deposited my handset on samsung service center(H.D.Associate) after 10 days they returned my phone without fixing it and told me to look after other service center. so i deposited my handset other service center(Agarim Technologies). where they told me that charge of fixing my mobile will be Rs.1800/- while my phone is in warranty i apologising for buying your handset. so it is my request kindly take your phone and return my money as soon as possible. and in future i will not buy any SAMSUNG product. thanks & regard vikas chander [protected] service request no.(1)[protected] (2)[protected]

          S K MADHOK S-530 GREATER KAILASH-1 NEW DELHI-110048 CELL: [protected] Dear Sir. We lodged a complaint to your call centre for our Samsung TV on[protected] Model No. DTV LA32R71BM/XTL having Serial No. 06563ZDL700532A. Your engineer Mr. Tikko visited our site and found fault for change in main PCB board and gave the estimate for Rs 5500/00. We requested him to submit the estimate for the same in writing. After three days of telephoning we recd the estimate[protected] for RS 9300/ for PCB and added SMPS board (estimate enclosed) We fail to understand the penalty being asking him to submit the estimate in writing. The estimate jumped from 5500 to 9300/ without fault o[censored]s. It was wrong unethical and arrogant attitude of Mr. Vijay as he is obliging us to submit the estimate. His behavior is unwarranted and abusive. Further we requested your company to change the parts. Your engineer Mr. Tikko visited us and replaced the parts. Cash payment for the same made to them vides receipt no: 097256 dt[protected] for Rs 9300/ The T V did not work and he assured us will visit tomorrow i.e on[protected]. Next day again calls were made to him; it was informed only wires are to be replaced from one socket to other to make it functional. He visited again on[protected]. Without checking he said the main board is to be replaced which will cost us Rs. 13000/00 and left in haste without listening to the ladies present in the house. We tried to sort out he matters with your service staff but we were threatened “ whatever you want you can do it, we are not afraid of anyone. We have a TV of 32” To spend this amount 9300+13000= 22300 is not worth and beyond imaginations. This cost is even more than the cost of new TV available in the market. We feel we have been cheated by your company 9staff)when he knew the fault why he took the payment from us; he should have refused to repair. Your engineers have befooled the ladies at home and took away the payment with one pretext or the other. He should have straight away told us the fault and the expenses to be in occurred by us. Our feelings are hurt by the unethical behavior of your company staff. We request you to pl. Remove your parts and refund us our payment of RS 9300/ to close the chapter. In case if we don’t hear from you soon, we will assume your self are not interested to resolve the matter. Then we will be free to act as per our choice.             Respected Sir, I had purchased one double door refrigerator in May 2011 from that day i am contineously login complint for different reasons all the time company engineers visits on their wince & fences and repaired temporary and again 1 or 2 month the same complint will raised but they told us different solution and falls resolvence they snacheng 1200 to 3000 cost as reparing in this modas operandi company service station owner as well as are manager both are involve they told me do whatever you wish to do we are lyk this always.so i am not worrieng about my money which i lost in last 2yrs but i definatelty have fellied for your such a reputed brand that the guys you had recrueted is bloody shamless people they dont care about your brand value, so if possible do take step to correct your companys image.my complint id is [protected]. i had logged complaint locally arround 10 times and i have not received any bills for that added to that they told me as a company will not given small amount of bills lyk 1000/ 2000. we only issu bills on 5000+ amount so i dnt have the same to proove my point.

              i have purchased a moble with samsung estore Order no: 1195669 Order Date & Time: 10/14/2013 4:48:50 PM Total Amount: Rs. 37151 Order Status: Successful They said i would receive the cash back on 5th of Jan and still date i have not received the cash back. I have the mail sent from samsung estore, i think they are making false promises to sell their products. When i contacted the customer care there is no proper response . Pleae help in getting my cash back .

                I have purchased a samsung referigerator DC RR-2115TABBL on 23/10/2012 from Sargam Electronics, Delhi for an amount of Rs. 15500.. The refrigrator has liner problem. I have ignor some time and lastly I have complain on 13/10/2013 and the reference number No. [protected]. The same has attended by their mechanical enginer twice or thrice, in between one year has been lapsed and the company has refund only Rs. 10500/- vide cheque No. 9747 dated 24/12/13 as the time is over one year, and the same is refused by me. My submission is that the liner problem, I have complained within one year and the same has not corrected, and the company is refunding the money as the company is not able to correct the liner problem in refrigrator. Hence, the company shall refund the whole amount of Rs. 15500/-.

                  I had purchased A Samsung galaxy tab in the month of October 2013. After a day or two it gets hanged up and not showing any movement in the screen. I have to shut down the device for this. I also rebooted it twice or thrice but same problems persists. I visited to your service center and they told me that its a software problem and we will fix it. For couple of days it works well but again same problem starts. I again visited to the service centre and they kept my tab with them for 4 -5 days. After that there is no improvement in that and same problem starts again. please look into the problem at the earliest as I don't want to visit your service center again and again and also I didn't want this Tab now.                       This complain is regarding Samsung Tab 2 - P3100 Promo Offer in which they have agreed to send us Bluetooth Headset by registering on their website . I have sent several emails to [protected]@samsungpromo.in and tried calling them in there help-desk for this issue but they just gave false promises and haven't replied over emails. Over samsungindiamarketing.com/tab2 website it is giving false tracking status ( In process always ) and it has never responded several times. One day when I spoke to one help-desk representative he consoles that they have registered there complain and they will send us product soon . But it didn't happened and they haven't send any single acknowledgement email either. I need my Offer Headset asap and want to take strict action against the poor support service of samsung India.                         Dear Sir, I am Pradosh, i brought a Samsung refrigerator 220 Litres (Double door and freezer) around 09 years back. Model no- RT26AVMS1/XTL and Serial no- 00074ZAX301151T. The refrigerator is working absolutely fine, but both the handles of freezer and main compartment are broken and it is uncomfortable to open and close refrigerator. To solve the problem i call up samsung customer care booked a complaint about the same (service no- [protected]), after few days i got a call from service center Kannur asking for model and serial nos, which i forwarded immediately and after that there was no response from their side in spite me calling up several times. With utter displeasure and discomfort i again call up customer care again after one month and they connected me to service center, to get a reply from them that no spares are available. I requested them that they can at least see the refrigerator and decide whether any other model handles fit and solve the purpose, which they have never bothered to respond till date. My point to samsung is that spares are generally required for slightly old consumer products and not brand new ones. Service centers like this is only going to spoil reputation of samsung and please do something to solve my problem.

                          i buy a tv from reliance digital at dated 12-12-12, but i used tv on[protected], my tv disply is gone on[protected] . i informed to samsung costmer care, those people will come at next day, technician said there is major problem, you will go to kukat pally service centre, , then i will take unit and gone there, after tha technician said disply pannel is gone you have replace it, cost rs 16200, u pay amount then we will do it other wise we cont do any thing as per bill warent is over as per bill, you should pay amount they said like that,
                          when i am buying product relisnce digital people said you will pay rs 4000, we will give extra 2 years warrent but i am not taken because samsung product will not come any problem,
                          but now i am facing problem, plc try to help me, now i am not able pay to that much amount, i purchased on emi basis ta credit card,

                            have purchased a ‘SAMSUNG’ Monochrome Laser Multifunction Printer (Model CodeSCX-3401/XIP)vide invoice No. 167 dt.30.05.2013 from Mr. Tinu C Mathew, Unit Pluz, Chenkalathu, Umayattukara, Kallissery PO, Chengannur-689124.(Phone [protected],[protected] and I understand M/s Skyline computers, Changanassery, Kerala ( is the dealer/marketing agency. Based on a complaint of printing paper getting stuck up the proprietor had removed the printer on[protected] and reportedly taken to Kottayam for service/repair. He had on the same day telephonically informed me that the system doesn’t call for a repair for the said defect and what is necessary is that I change the paper used for copying.He said that only 50 GSM and below paper should be used. I had been using paper of TNPL copier paper- Platinum which is a standard company. I had been using this paper in my other printers in past and at present also.Hence this explanation felt to be typical and unwarranted to me. When asked whether this direction is included in the manual of the manufacturer he replied in negative. When asked whether any copying paper manufacturer market A4 size 50 GSM paper, he said “JK Papers”. I doubt the veracity of this contention and feel that it is just to hide the manufacturer’s defect. I had been contacting him on mobile but he is not lifting phone. I had called him at least 10 times. Frustrated, I went to his shop/residence probably on 03.1.14 when he informed that the printer will be installed next day. So far he has not installed it. Since this printer is to be used on daily basis I am loosing money regularly. I doubt in collusion with the dealer /manufacturer he is complicating the issue and creating a situation when I would request him to install the printer anyhow. You are requested to interfere and take immediate steps to re-install the printer and compensate my incurring losses for taking printout/scanning etc from outside till the date of installation psninan mob.[protected]

Telephone no- [protected]. the product has manufacturing defect which was noticed on the very first day . complaint made under number [protected] on 1-1- 2014 . The engineer visited and concluded replacement of screen panel . It is requested that instead of replacing of screen panel the complete product may please be replaced immediately without further loss of time

                                I bought a Samsung laptop in march since the the laptop had several issues and has been to the service centre 5 times in 8 months
                                the item replaced in my laptop since purchase
                                1. motherboard
                                2. hard disk ( gave me a blank hard disk without the proprietary os ) 6 months have passed since several complaints but no response from Samsung side
                                3. hinge
                                4. keyboard ( twice )
                                5. touchpad hanging prob.

                                Samsung replaced the hard disk of my laptop without having an os which came preinstalled, the laptop hinge has now given way (which actually lasted for years in my old laptops ) and Samsung is forcing me to charge and even the engineer visit is not being done since 1 month even after lodging complaints.

                                I used to work as a part time interior designer which I quit after loosing all my data in the harddisk which was corrupted by the Samsung technician at service centre itself.

                                I asked Samsung several times for replacement even prior to this issue but they refused and now they even don't care about my complaints.

                                  I purchased a Samsung LED TV from GIRIAS, Marathahalli Bangalore on 16th Oct, 2011.

                                  Model no is UA40D5000PRMXL

                                  Serial no is 19973ZEBA00332k. Cost is around Rs.55, 0000

                                  For the past 6 months there is shade coming horizontally on the top half of the TV Screen.

                                  We contacted the samsung customer care thrice and after their visit, they asked us to pay Rs.22000 for repairing the above said problem.

                                  Since it is not worth to pay so much for a problematic television, we request the intervention to provide an amicable solution for the problem.

                                    I purchased Samsung 32 GB Micro SDHC Card Class 10 from www.ebay.in on 04-Nov-13. Seller ebay id is elante_one, and he shipped a fake/unauthorized item. And also he did not ship any valid invoice bill for the same. The packing of the product was faulty. The card did not work from the day I received. I contacted ebay regarding this issue, and I was told to contact Samsung authorized service personnel. I contacted samsung service center where I was told that without a valid invoice bill warranty cannot be claimed and nothing can be resolved. Again I contacted ebay, they told to contact seller directly. I tried to contact the seller on phone and through ebay mailing, but of no use. The seller did not response to phone call and emails. On july 10th midnight when i was sleeping i saw my battery was 13-14% only i thot of charging in the morning. But when i woke up i saw my fone dead, i tried chrging that but it was not getting charged and turning on.
                                      I request you to replace my cell and revert.

                                        This is the complain with the reference no. [protected]. facing a lot of problem due to non availability of cell phone. already mailed for this issue but problem has not been resolved yet now. as i don't have cell phone to use. in proper responses by service center. there were a lot of question where were to be answered.

                                        question were as follows..
                                        1) why my cell phone shows repair complete status whereas its not completed yet now?

                                        2) why service center authorized people fails in there commitment?

                                        3) what action were taken against the service center?

                                        4) why people were not co-operating with me?

                                        5) when higher authority will take action this issue?

                                        6) will i get refund or replacement of my handset?


                                        waiting for your co-operative support for this issue & i am really being sorry to say that i am being fade with this service.
