I have purchased SAMSUNG MOBILE GT-18552 on[protected], on 21st November my phone showed a complaint of not receiving and sending calls. The phone was submitted at the nearest Samsung service centre in, Kaloor, Kochi
on[protected] with service request no: [protected], after one week i was informed that the phone cannot be repaired on warranty as they have found some liquid inside the phone, but as far as my knowledge there are no chances of liquid to be found inside the phone, later after 2 days i went to the service centre and showed the warranty card and the purchase bill, so they agreed to repair in warranty, after one week i called up, the statement from them was' need some approval' wait for another one week, again after one week i called up, the statement was 'part is not available' wait for one more week, finally they have told me this cannot be repaired under warranty, i have to pay...
what injustice is this, I have paid Rs.16800/- for this phone, and phone is lying at your service centre since[protected] waiting for approval and spare part,
Request your good self to look into and do the needful to repair my device under warranty,
