I bought a Laptop from Samsung On 11 July 2013 at that time there was an offer going on that you will get 7000 off on galaxy tab 2 pn purchase of the series 5 laptop. The offer required that i register my laptop with my serial no on their website and after confirmation they will send me a coupon which i have to use to place the order from their website.it was stated the confirmation process takes 7-10 working a days.After repeated calls and mails to their customer support i got the coupon code on AUGUST 29!!!. The mail said i had to place the order before September 15 but the product was OUT OF STOCK till then.I called up customer care they told me to click on notify mail we 'll notify when the product is available even after september 15 and your offer would still be valid. On september 19 2013 they mailed me that they are upgrading my offer to tab 3 and that i have less than 24 hours to place the order So i placed the order and after placing my order they tell me that the Tab 3 is also out of stock and it will be shipped to you when it is in stock .This i got to know after repeated calling customer support for weeks they had no intention to notify me by mail. Finally on October 11 2013 i received the email i was waiting for from Samsung that my order has been shipped from bluedart(logistics).I tried tracking it from bluedart but their site had no such info about this tracking no.So i called up bluedart customer support on 15 October they told me that they returned the shipment on the next day to samsung because of some issues related to the value of the product.I called up samsung they told me that your product has been shipped we dont know why blue dart is telling you this we have registered your complaint and your product will reach you on time. On 17 October i called up bluedart again they gave me the same response and samsung is not replying .I have absolutely no clue where my product is. I want this ordeal to end and what my product ASAP!!

I contacted the Chennai Customer Care and they informed me that the Mother Board was at fault and needs to be replaced. They also escalated this to the Delhi office as per the their process. I received a call from Suman representing the Delhi office who confirmed that mother board is at fault and needs to be replaced. I asked him for a replacement of the phone since mother board is the heart for any device and I'm disappointed with the nature of problem in my mobile. I see that this is a manufactuing defect from Samsung end and I'm not agreeing to change the motherboard alone. I would like to have a complete replacement of the phone since its just 4 months old. I beleive Samsung will prioritze the customer's satisfaction and agree to my concern. I have seen many of my friends struggling with the Samsung mobile phone’s performance after the service and I don’t want to be one among them. You claim that Samsung repair process is good and the performance will be very good after the service, however I would like to highlight that the new Samsung product was not reliable and not sure how reliable the service process would be.     Had the same problem...terrible customer service! My phone was not dropped or in any sort of water or liquid. Woke up one morning and the phone was black. Tried to reboot and the phone showed green lines so i sent it back. Prior to this the phone was giving me an error message saying Sim card has been removed when the card is in the phone. Have to reboot everytime. Samsung states corosion on the motherboard and will not cover or replace my phone which is only months old. The phone has been very well protected and cared for yet this has done me no good because some guy at samsung states corosion. It must be a manufacture defect as this has happened the 100's of other customers. Samsung doesn't care, just tell you to buy another phone! It will NEVER be a samsung...nor will any of my electronics! Shame on Samsung...they should fess up to this faulty phone...dont buy it...numerous problems!

      I have purchased samsung Primo (SCH-W279) on 8th august 2013.

      I got issue with battery it drains very fast and takes long time to charge, I went to service center in my locality they said we need to check and asked me to wait for 15 mins but no one comes up with reply I tried to ask them about progress they told we are working and finally I waited for one hour after that they still wanted to check few more things and told me may your contacts and messages will be deleted and asked me to submit the handset, I'm surprised why they need my handset if the issue is with battery and they don't have any idea about how much time is required to check the things. And above all their behavior is very rude they don't give clear instructions and wasting time of customers.

          SAMSUNG GALAXY smart phone IMEI no 356637/05/184370/3 & 356638/05/184370/1 bill date- 31.05.13 having charging related problem & went to company service centre at home science college road JABLAPUR (M.P) thrice & they chaged connector but the problem temporarily shorted out & now it has enhanced & now has chargign as well as soft ware related trouble also the service centre people not giving job card details.

              I am posting this to alert the Public and Company about the Samsung Mobile and its Services.

              My mobile Samsung GT-S7562 within the 5 month of the purchase the gadget has been to the service center 5 times thrice with the Service Request Letter and twice with the Service Request Letter. In the 5th month of the purchase Mother Board was replaced, sooner after the replacement the new problems took birth along with the old problems. Again the device went to different service center and I was been told that the replaced materials are faulty and needs to be replaced again. The device is filled with huge technical problems with the worst services and liers. To add to this, the executives and floor supervisors make fake promises. The device and your service has caused series of losses and pains. Currently internet is also not working properly. Thrice the senior escalation team promised to resolve the issue and call back, never kept the promise, emailed the customer care and CEO Office no replies.

                To The Managing Director, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Dear Sir, With great anguish I would like to bring to your notice that the poor state of service support from your authorized service centre. I was using one Samsung Mobile (Model : GT-S3770K) from 3 months more than 1 yr.. it has some unusual things going in it i gets switch off by itself and does not start and now the condition is such that it is not starting at all and it has been switch off by itself ... i have given it to near by samsung service center for software upgradation but now also the same problem is coming n the biggest thing is that when i got my phone back from service center and put my Sim in it it is not receiving network...while when i am putting my Sim in other phone it is running very well with full network ... i don't know what to do. I want my money back. This type of carelessness will create bad impression. And if this problem is not solved soon I will surely publish an alarming article in the national daily newspaper about the bad service of Samsung phone which will make customers to think before purchasing Samsung products.                     I first logged the complain on 19.9.2013 for my Samsung refrigerator model no. RT31HCLB1/CTL as it was not working properly (seems to have compressor problem & is under warranty). Everytime I called the customer care they just kept assuring that they are forwarding the complain to the concerned deptt. and even after one month time the problem has not been solved. The complain no. given by Samsung customer care is [protected] (dt. 19.9.2013). So, I just want to get my problem solved and if Samsung is not able to do so even then they should tell frankly so that in future no one come across this sort of problematic product / companies and shall easily switch to the better ones who can provide door step services. If Samsung is not attending the prolem of their warranty period products then what they will do if ones warranty gets over.                       Highly unsatisfactory performance of samsung s duos.
                      Bought the phone just 15 days back.
                      *The battery backup is just of 2 hrs.
                      *the phone gets heated on charging when plugged in, and when I say gets heated I refer to the immense heat produced.
                      *small applications like subway surf takes 4-5 min to load.
                      *the screen of the phone becomes blank and does not resumes back till the the phone is switched off and on..
                      *the charger is very loose, it keeps on connecting and disconnecting every now and then,
                      I'm damn sure that I am given a defective piece, the service centre ppl are asking to repair it, but am sorry am not ready to use a brand new defective piece, hence I want it to be REPLACED.

                        To whomsoever it may concern, , I had purchased Samsung Note-2 on November 26, 2012 from Raju Japan, Ahmedabad. Intially it was working fine, now my concern is its not even 1 year from the purchase and i’m getting one after other issues with Note-2. The Samsung Galaxy note-2 logo showed up when the phone was turned on. I contacted Samsung care - Krishnabaug, Maninagar, Ahmedabad to express my concern. They told we cannot solve this issue and quoted me Rs.7593 mentioning some issue with circuit even though it was under warranty period. Then i went to Samsung care - Shivranjni, Ahmedabad. They had a good check of my phone and its with them since 4 days (sincace 11th October 2013). According to them, its a major issue with Motherboard replacement. Now even after replacement, i don't have confidence that it will work properly, so i am raising my concern with you for a replacement of my phone. Kindly help me in getting proper justification. You can find the Mobile details mentioned above. I have been a loyal customer to your brand but with the issues i have been facing in recent times is making me loose the confidence in your brand. I am looking forward to your prompt reply on the issue as i am mobile-less since last 4-5 days. AT The time of purchased company offered me a additional gift that was S-View cover after the purchased it was claimed that I got this at my postal address within 45 days but till now it is 3 months 14 d Aug days spent but I did not get this regarding this I had launch a complaint against this to samsung company but I did not got any of solution by them sir I am sending u this request with so many hopes pls.help me and request u to please release my additional gift from them.                             I had purchased samsung lcd tv 40inch on january 2009. within a period of 1 and half years ghost images were seen on tv. contacted samsung service centre but no response till I wrote a mail to them and since then I have been mailing but all they claim is company is not responsible any thing happing with their product after the warranty period. I am from any Army background and feel cheated for the hard earned money I have spent in purchasing a high end product of a MNC. Today I have decided to take up this issue to consumer forum with immediated effect and also booking charges against the company for selling defective manufactring product and then asking for unreasonable amount to of Rs 40000 to rectify the defective sold product.                               Hello I am Amanpreet Singh, owner of samsung s duos 7562 . Last year i have purchased that mobile on 29 october 2012. From since i have purchased that mobile, that mobile have gone to service center 7-8 times. Every time they say software problem. It takes a week to get my mobile repair. But in month of july my mobile charging jeck get repaired from authorised service center, after a month same problem arises and when i gone to same service center, they told me some liquid has entered in mobile and we will charged for that. I said not to repair it... next day i visited different authorised service center. They accepted that mobile without any issue. Now i dont want that defected mobile, after 10-15 it will be out of warranty. If any problem occur they will huge amount from me.. But now i have talked with higher authorities of samsung. Still my mobile is with samsung service center...

                              I bought Samsung Duos handset and its camera got dead within 3 days of purchase and exhibit hanging along with all sorts of problems. I lodged several complaints not only to the local level but to the highest authorities also, but this SHAMELESS COMPANY did not do anything. Sadly my handset is still with me unused.

                                Hi its Roli Srivastava from Lucknow I bought a Samsung Galaxy Star Gt-S5282 on 15 Aug.2013 fom Best Price.i am having lot of problems like the phone hangs too much even when there is no excess data on it.There's processor problem as the applications get started very late after touch.Many a times i cannot see the display when there's an incoming call.so most of the times the call gets disconnected and gets Missed.The call does not disconnects even after several tries.Please consider my problem and get my phone replaced.

                                  Samsung Sold Defective Smart Phone Need Replacement.Already been to Service Center 10 times and Multiple Parts Changed Hi, I bought Samsung Galaxy Note Phone last December 16th, since then it is giving me frequent problems, like Phone get’s heated up very quickly; it gives very less battery backup and even sometimes does not get charged, it shut down unexpectedly, even sometimes get hanged. Samsung is not able to resolve the problem, every time they will change some other part of the Phone and still problem will never be resolved and will re-occur. If you ask for the replacement you are being told some or other stories. Also their customer Service is really very bad and they don’t even know how to talk to the Customer. They even say sometimes that there is no problem in the Phone, where as in reality it will keep on giving you problems. Please help me in getting the Replacement for the same.Every time I need to rush to service center and they will take my 30, 000 Rs worth smart phone and will give me a basic standby phone of 2000 Rs. In last 10 months I already been to Samsung service center for nearly 10 times and every time they will change some other part and format the phone.Till now they have changed mother board, battery, charging cable, pcb curcit .But some or other problem will re-occur every few month/weeks.Last month only I have given the phone to service center and same problem has re-occured now again.Every time they are asking me to take defective phone back.Currently also phone is in Kukatpally Service Center Hyderabad and Ref number of my complaint is [protected] and [protected]. They asked me to submit the phone in Service Center for replacement which I did and after that they did something and they are now telling me that Phone is working fine now and problem will not re-occur, as usual.Which is happening since last 10 months.                                     I own a Samsung note 2 phone and it got water damaged. I took it to the Samsung service center on the 3rd of Oct 2013. The very same day I got a phone call from the service center that my phone's screen is damaged and the total estimate is 6500. I confirmed if the mobile will work fine after the replacement and there are no other parts to be replaced, I was told no other problem with the phone (I asked this 3-4 times). Well the other day i.e. on the 4th Oct 2013, I made a call to inquire about the delivery date, the operator told me that she would revert in 10 minutes. I got a call within 10 mins and she told me about the estimate which now they inflated to 15650. I failed to understand how is this possible? I went to the service center the same evening. The technician there had no convincing answer. Also he opened the phone in front of me and said that it is not working. Without putting the battery and other equipment to test what was he trying to do I don't understand. Well, I asked them to give me in writing that the previous estimate was 6500 and now it is inflated to 15650, they blatantly refused to oblige .Also, my screen was not replaced till then, so how can they even come to know about the other faults in the phone. Now comes the interesting part, I brought my phone home. When I tried to switch it on, I hear the turning on tone. Then I put my sim and called the number from my other phone, I could hear the ringtone with vibration. It is not dead. I connected my phone to the laptop; I was able to access the phone memory and the card storage. Also I found a crack at the bottom left corner of my screen and my back button light is not working. Something is really fishy. I hope you could understand my plight and take some corrective measures. On 7th Oct I reported this misconduct (Complaint Id- C[protected] on the company’s website but till now I haven’t got any acknowledgment. The supervisor name is Sophia and the technician is Subhash.                                         My Refrigerator has over cooling problem, samsung is not able to solve this problem. I have registered complaint with their customer care atleast 4 - 5 times within one year, but still the problem remains the same. They are not able to rectify the issue. Service engineer comes and takes their service charges. They deliberately delay the visit so that the defined duration of one month gets over before their second visit and hence they can charge the amount.
