I have been facing this problem since last 6 months with my Samsung LED TV which was purchased in August 2011. There is a black line covering half my screen and hence unable to watch the upper portion of my 40 inch LED TV since September 2012. Initially this line would go off post 15-20 min of switching on the TV but post few month this line became permanent. In May 2013, I had an engineer visit my place and he very bluntly concluded that we need to change the panel and the same would cost Rs. 24, 000. This is not reasonable as in just 18 months of purchase, I need to spend Rs. 24, 000 for repairs! Later the customer care called and stated that they can get it repaired for Rs. 20000, giving a discount of Rs. 4000 with no guarantee for the new panel! This is definitely a case of selling a defective model. I am just ready to pay max 25% of the repairs only.

      Respected Sir, I bought samsung led 3d smart tv on[protected] from sales india ahmedabad bill no.78653. recently my tv colour change, I complaint for it, so service engineer visit and reported your led panel problem and replace it estimated around Rs. 25000/-. Most of people who bought led tv samsung suffer a same problem so company's led tv panel is faulty. In very short time how this led panel down? so company's responsibility to change my faulty panel and establish a trust with samsung. I hope you reply very soon for satisfaction and establish trust.         After repeated emails and interactions with the Samsung teams, what they have done is again asked to submit the mobile to technical centre and now they are telling that it got corrected and experiment one more time. why should i accept back the product which is faulty since manufacturing and had created lot of issues in short span of time. Samsung should give the customer friendly solutions. However they are not listening the customer voice Support team samsung: Please refer my detailed email below wherein I have mentioned how many times my new instrument has faced the issues. This clearly show that it has manufacturing problem since beginning and your services centres have not only been able to resolve it but have in the process damage the dispaly and touch of the product. Kindly note that we have lost all our patience and even after the huge spend, deprived of the product. Immediately arrange to replace the instrument with the assurance that product will work without issues and no other resolution is acceptable to us. Kindly revert us on the top most priority and utmost urgency as we have been deprived of the resolutions till date and everytime we have had initiated contacts. Please confirm how soon the replacement product would reach to us. Nikhil Gorasia [protected] Cheater Samsung: We had purchased Samsung Galaxy S3 with the hard earned money after the market survey of 3 months. Salesmen always had given the committment that services of the samsung is the best. However, what we have understood that one should not buy and Samsung brand products in their entire life. Please find the kind of trouble that has been faced till date: 1) Firstly in the 3 months itself, we faced the problem in mobile charging, the battery will not get charges. We visited Samsung service station and they said there is some manufacturing defect with the charging socket or there is problem in the data cable in the mobile and hence we had to submit the mobile. Unfortunately at that point of time, we should raise that why should we bear as there was manufacturing problems. After submitting the mobile for few days we get the same back telling that issue is sorted out. Cable is changed for the charging. we had to again use it 2) Same problem occurred again and we found that batter would not charged. Again visited centre and again the same story. This time they said that still there is issue and inspite of 12 months warranty again asked to purchase the data cable which was purchased, but problem has not been cleared. 3) again this month on 11th October 2013, same problem occurred and service station again take the instrument for the checking and telling that they will retain it for the software upgradations and checking and once handover the instrument has never shown the proper display. However in the process the display has been affected so touch is not working 4) again visited service station with the complaint that display and touch has been affected. now this time, they came out with the new story that there is problem with regard to screen guard. however even after removing the same display and touch as the issues. 5) Again on 19th we faced similar issues that display has been closed and mobile stopped working. The instrument is still with the service centre. Now they said of another issue which we fail to understand We fail to understand, why the data cable should affect the charging. Why never the problem exact has been identified. Why the display has gone without the reason. Please note that the instrument shipped is faulty since beginning and carried some manufacturing defect. We do not need any further servicing or repairs and instrument which carry the defect from day one should be immediately replaced. Please note that we have faced tremendous pressure and wasted our time and if the instrument is not replaced in next 3 days we will have no option but to logged the complaints on consumer forums.           My Mobile IMEI no. got corrupt when i update the software in my mobile from SAMSUNG authorised service centre.
          Now They are saying it is due to my fault.Although my mobile is out of warrenty but still i want to know how can it possible?

          IMEI no. of mobile is security concern it got corrupted by itself How?
          They explanined me it is due to use of pirated software.

          But my Question is from Samasung for Androide phones they are providing soft/Appl. by SAMSUNG APPS. and GOOGLE PLAY store.
          How can i use pirated software?

          if it is pirated then why they are providing it?

            I purchased a samsung mobile model GT-S5312RWAINS from poorvika shop on vinayaga chathurthi day 9.9.2013. From the very beginning the phone screen is not working properly, ie, there was a problem in swipe. the phone was hanging. We took it to the poorvika shop for repairing. After a week when we collected, it was still not working well. They directed me to approach samsung service center to set right the problem by correcting and reloading software. Then I went to samsung service center at Nungambakkam, Chennai. They kept for a day and reloaded the phone's software. Again the next day it was not working when tested in service center itself. They took one more day and uploaded Advanced software. Even then the next day it was not working for the service men too. Then they said the mother board has to be replaced and asked me to come after a week to collect my phone. It has been 3 weeks so far, still they have not repaired my phone.

            The samsung company and poorvika shop are responsible for selling phone in good condition and both failed to attend to the customer care. Every time I complained about the bad condition pointing out the defective piece, they were not ready to replace the phone. The customer care and show rooms are ready and particular in selling even the defective pieces to customers. We believed the brand names of them to be a good one, but we were shocked about the attitude and negligence to hear and rectify the grievances. They simply don't care to even repair my phone that is brand new and is on warranty. I was told that my phone will be ready in a week. I gave the mobile for repair on 7.10.2013, but even after 3 weeks, it is not ready. When i enquired about it over phone, the customer care people say that the board is on demand and I will be informed when it is ready. I invested my money for samsung unneccessarily, which does not serve any purpose, waste of money, waste of time and I am very much depressed. How will these ppl compensate this? I need my phone to be immediately replaced/rectified.

              We were very happy to buy a samsung LED 40d5500 last year, but as days passes we started to face some problems in the TV, we have under impression that this might be the problem of cable operator or our DTH problem. we have bought our new DTH also but the problem remains same or i can say it increases a lot. Some times Audio got muted and some times TV's display doesn't work. We have also called to dealer and company executive for the same, by this time our warranty nearly expired. the technical guy from samsung suggested us some options but he also not sure about the solution. WE REALLY SURPRISE TO SEE HIS REACTION HE SAID : I DON'T GURANTY THAT AFTER REPLACEMENT OF POWER CONNECTER YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED. we had also paid Rs. 1124 for his visit. then he left, our TV was started again. but only after a half n hour the problem appeares . we had called him once again . the guy came and told us that NOW HE COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM AND HE RETURNED THE PAYMENT TO US. Now we are at the same stage.. wher we have started.. OUT EXPENSIVE LED IS NOT WORKING WE CAN HERE THE VOICE BUT CAN'T SEE THE SCREEN OUR DEALER SUGGEST SOME EXPERT ADVICE OF COMPANY WE ARE SEEKING ANY HELP. Waiting for any reply or suggetion what to do?

                I have purchased a Samsung GTI9082 Galaxy Grand Duos phone and it is under warranty period.

                I have configured active exchange server email. It is working fine in all features except one particular feature. To give you an example, I have received a email from Mr.ABC of Samsung India Ltd and this is lying in my inbox. I want to forward to this mail to my friend Mr.XYZ. So I opened the mail and clicked "forward" and sent it to my friend Mr.XYZ. My friend Mr.XYZ received the mail but he cannot see the email ID of Mr.ABC though the name of Mr.ABC is visible. I mean, only name is visible and not the email ID. It is essential that Mr.XYZ is able to see the email ID also, so that he can make further communication with Mr.ABC directly. In such a scenario, Mr.XYZ writes back to me to provide him the email ID of Mr.ABC and then I have to manually copy the email from the original mail and forward it to Mr.XYZ. These are all cumbersome and inconvenient.

                I also own a Samsung Note 510 and configured the same email in this Note. Surprisingly the above mentioned issue was not found when the mail was forwarded from my Note.

                I also tried installing alternate mail applications like Maildroid etc and with these also I did not observe this kind of issue.

                I have cross verified the settings in my Grand Duos and Note 510 and everything seems alright. I don't understand what is the problem with the email app in my Grand Duos.

                I do not want to use alternate email application like Maildroid because they are neither secure, fast nor feature rich. I am comfortable with the inbuilt email app in my Grand Duos but this issue is causing me a lot of inconvenience.

                I have contacted Samsung Customer Care but they are not able to solve the issue.

                Is there anybody to assist me in resolving this issue? Your assistance will be of great help to me as I am finding it difficult to manage the office mails due to above discrepancy.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a fridge (Samsung model no. RT23AVMS1/XTL)in January 2008 and soon after I was attacked with Kidney failure and rushed to CMC, Vellore in March'08. I underwent a kidney transplant at the age of 32 and was there for a year. When I returned I stayed in different places to avoid pollution and I wasn't able to use my fridge. Now when I finally settled down in my flat I started using the fridge in September and it functioned well for a month and then suddenly stopped with complete stoppage of cooling. I called the engineers and they said it has to be taken to the service centre (Serial no. 030147AP901013L).They reported that gas was leaking and it cannot be repaired. I am surprised that the fridge which I bought for more than Rs.15000 is beyond repair and has to be sold as scrap. It is still in their warehouse and I am totally shattered. I have to keep medicines and other essential goods in it. My mother is also a heart patient. How can I afford to buy a new fridge? How can a company which I trust the most (I use your mobile phone also) can manufacture a fridge can be beyond repair. It officially lasted for 5 years (for me it it is only 4 months that I used it). It still looks new. I don't know what to do? People advised me to seek redressal from consumer court but I still have faith in you and want your intervention and fair justice considering my predicament.                     i had bought new Samsung mobile GT-S5282. within one day from the date of purchase its touch screen&netowrk stops working properly. when i go to samsung service station mobile arena(howrah). they denied to replace it and require it. So if i buy product and it does not funtioning properly and i have to put it for atleast 15 days for repair then SAMSUNG should not lunch such dilapidated product. there is no right to cheat the consumers.

                      Sir, i had purchased a battery no.-AB46365/BUC/NU[protected] from a shop(Bambi Communication, Faridabad) on dated 16.06.13 but now this battery is not getting charge or after full charging, back up is upto in minutes. I went to your service centre in Faridabad & they said, this battery is out of stock & you will get this battery after 3-4 days. Now you tell me, why should customer bear for your manufacturing fault, you have to arrange alternate for this type of problems. No body can switch off their cell for 3 - 4 days.                       Respected, i purchased a samsung grand quatro 18522 on date 21.01.14. within this period battery condition is very poor although i maintain properly. i am very depressed abut grate brand SAMSUNG. so i kindly request you please help me about my battery as early as possible. thanking you.
                      I purchased Samsung Galaxy S4 in the month of January 2015. I have got the heat and battery problem in my mobile. I visited customer centre here in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana within just 5 days when purchased my mobile but they format the mobile and said now problem is resolved. The reason they give is that my memory card is corrupt. I don’t know who made them mobile repairer as when memory card is corrupt it doesn’t store anything and what is the relation between battery and memory card. Free space in my mobile is around 1GB in phone and 4GB in memory card, But still I am facing the same problem. I usually charge my mobile 3-4 times in a day. And when I use camera just to click one or two photos battery goes down 10-15% and mobile starts heating. I kindly request you to look into the matter. I’m facing a lot of problem.

                      I have purchase a mobile Samsung GalaxyGrand Neo last year. But the battery of the set is giving problem. Battery presently working Only 1-2 hours. If I know earlier that Samsung battery is so week then I will not purchase the set. Kindly solve my problem

                        I purchesed this mobile on dt 7/6/12. Two time I repaired this phone from Kiran mobile care .when thired time this phone has a fault on dt 13/10/201 then I went to care centre. After the testing of set the reception madam says the mother board is faulty. The repair cost is Rs 2800/-. I ask her to any other fault in this phone.She says no othier fault in this phone.(For your's information that time I received the call, s from this phone set but the screen display was dead, I tell about this position to the madam.) Then I tell her to repaired the set. She give me a service request no.67 dt.14/10/2013 time 12:20:13. In this request the defect description was phone is dead(handset scratchey). I asked about this description to the madam s he says this is the office language. On dt. 26/10/13 when I ask about the mobile they tell me a new storey of mobile. they says mobile's mother boared changed but now your's mobile's LCD faulty & you pay more Rs1600/- for this.Now total repareid cost is Rs 4400/-only. I pay this amount if I received the answer the quastion given below.Otherwise I donate this set to your's service centre & going to consumers cout. 1. Your's engineer's are not capable to locate the fault/estimate. 2. Why a worldwide company's mobile created three major fault in 16 month's. 3. Why your's service centre ask each othier to how repaired the phone/fault' 4. Why your's service centre staff tell about the fault properley (after waiting 90 mintues) 5 .The cost of set is Rs7000/- & repair cost is Rs4200/- after 16 month's(two repaired free in this period.(1)display faulty (2) software faulty) Thanking you if my problem solved by you, Otherwise I don't belive in SAMSUNG products.

                          I purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on[protected]. After using I noticed that it gets heat up even during normal use like browsing the pictures gallery. It gets over heat up during battery charging. And the battery lasts only for 2-3 hours after a full charge. On[protected] I went to 'The Samsung Plaza' from where I had bought this phone. They advised me to clear RAM after every use which I was already doing. They told me to do it for one more day, but it was of no use. I was facing the same problem. On[protected] I called them and then they told me to visit the Samsung Service Centre. On[protected] I visited the Samsung Service Centre where they reinstalled the Operating System, but even that didn't solve the problem. The company gave me a phone with a hardware defect. I invested my Rs. 48, 000 in a phone and I got a phone that is defective. Now Samsung is refusing to replace the phone. Please tell me what shall I do?

                            l bought samsung s4 on 28/08/2013 in İstanbul, Turkey . l always used s4 with screen protector and case but on 09/10/2013 green strips appearaed on my screen after one hour all screen controls lost. Then i gave the phone samsung service, i was sure that the phone would be changed in warranty but they said that there was a milimeteer size scratch on the inner screen. I am sure that i never fell the phone or the phone never got shocks evenThere wasn't any scratch on the phone.I asked them how it could occur they only said the scratch could happen when the customer carry the phone in the pocket. But samsung never warned me the phone was sensitive and i never carried the phone hip pocket or tight pocket. I spent 1000$ for this phone to buy but now they want me 250$ for repairing. It wasn't fair i lost all my trust to samsung. Finally I want to report to samsung international because samsung turkey never trust the customer.

                              Hi I made a complaint of the water dripping issue on 13 Sept 2013. The inside back wall of the refrigerator has water droplets accumulating and dripping. The trays and the vegetable basket too have water condensing on, as well as inside it, resulting in water dripping onto fruits, vegetables and rendering them stale. We have to keep small utensils all over the refrigerator to ensure it doesn’t drip on injections/ medicines and other eatables that become gooey because of this problem. Your engineer came on 14 Sept 2013 and told us to shutdown the refrigerator for 2 days and assured us the problem would be resolved. We did the same but to no consequence. We lodged another complaint and the engineer came on 7 Oct 2013, cleaned the drain pipe, asked us to shut down the refrigerator overnight and again assured us that the problem will be resolved. No change. Lodged a complaint again, the engineer again came on 9 Oct 2013 and same hollow promises. I thereafter submitted a complaint at your website, after which an engineer visited my house, took some pictures and apparently submitted it to Samsung. Thereafter another engineer visited us on 21 Oct 2013, took photographs of the refrigerater, acknowledged that there is “moisture” problem (when he clearly saw puddles and droplets of water dripping……..strange that he would call it “moisture”!!) and offered to refund the cost of the refrigerator after deducting 44%!!! It is clearly evident that there is a manufacturing defect and the engineers are just taking me for a ride. The refrigerator is maintained at -15 and 4 degree Celsius constantly. The refrigerator is only 2 years old, an expensive gadget purchased for Rs.46, 222 (VAT 12.5%). The one I purchased 15 years back is still functioning (God bless Godrej) and Samsung has become dysfunctional in 2 years!! I demand nothing less than replacement of the faulty refrigerator; refund after deducting 44% is not acceptable to me. How did Samsung arrive at this amount? What is the logic? Why should I as the consumer bear this loss when I purchased this refrigerator expecting it to function for many many years? I am forced to approach consumer forums to get a replacement for a very expensive gadget that has now become a headache, with no response from Samsung. The vegetables are rotting, there are more water collection utensils than food inside, there is no humidity control, water dripping all over!!! It's a joke!!

                                I had registered a complain (No# [protected]) on 20th of Oct'13 for the replacement of my Samsung refrigerator Model#RT26FARZASP purchased on 2nd Feb'13 (Invoice attached) from Reliance Digital showroom.

                                1st Instance: I had raised a complain in April'13 when I found that freeze cooling was not happening. I had requested for replacement that time as well. But service center people have convinced me to keep freeze after they did some repairing.

                                2nd instance: I had found again there is lot of noise and cooling was not happening on 20th of Oct'13. I had reported out to customer care at Gurgaon[protected] on same date and they have told me Service engineer will visit your place and do the formality for replacement. Service engineer came on 22nd Oct'13 and inspected the product. He is the same service engineer who visited my place when I had this problem in April'13. He told me that "Sir I have told you last time also to go for replacement and you didn't do it" same problem is also this time. I will go and update at office you can go for repairing or replacement.

                                However, I told upfront that I won't go for repairing this time as the product is defective. I can go for either replacement or refund.

                                I have been chasing the customer care last 6 days and requesting them to look after the matter but no body provided any help. Every time I was put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes which very frustrating I received a call from this number today[protected], they forced me to go for repairing which I denied.

                                Today I went to consumer court and met with my layer and explained everything. The kind of cheating and harassment I have faced for this. I will be sending a legal notice as I am being cheated and harassed by the Service center and customer care people. Even though I have many products of Samsung like Phone, LCD and Microwave. I will sale those off causerie of this worst experience ever.

                                I will go tomorrow again to meet my layer to finalize the case and send the legal notice for this harassment and cheating I faced. I was forced to go through the legal route.

                                  I have purchased a laptop (SL No. JCEG91RD301946E) on 21st July 2013 and was assured of an offer to have Galaxy Y mobile at 3800. I registered online on 22nd July at Samsung Estore and did the needful to avail the offer. After a follow up for almost 2 months received the coupon but no details where to go to avail this offer. I am fade up of doing this follow ups on a daily basis as i dont have any other work. They are just sending one liner reply that their sales team is looking into this. I am seriously looking into options to take this to consumer forum. At least let me know that you guys are a bunch of cheaters and dont want to help. I am really regretting my decision to buy your product as you are real froudsters.

                                    Bill Number [protected] Dated 22/10/2013 GT-N7100WDINU Serial Number-[protected] I had to visit your services station at UG-26, A Somdutt Chamber-1 Bhikhji Kama place New Delhi-66 for the problem of charging and battery drain for the above mentioned Galaxy Note-2 (Serial Number-[protected]). I was delivered the set the next day with visible scratches on the screen (Guard) and on the front panel which was not present when I submitted the mobile set. On raising the issue the technician Mr Sonu at the centre not only misbehaved but also denied his negligence and ridiculed my concern and my humble demand to change the panel and the screen. I sincerely request you to take appropriate action against such employees and partners and change my mobile front panel which has been damaged by the negligence of the service station's employees. I also demand as a customer of Samsung that I should be informed of action taken and stipulated time to initiate action and procedure for change of font panel.                                         own Samsung Galaxy S4 purchased on 16th June 2013. After 3.5 months o[censored]sage, I came across a problem where phone was getting restarted at any time and at any battery level. Once it was coming back, it was saying 0% battery and was again going for a restart. After opening the back of the phone, I cam to know that the battery has been bulged. I went to Samsung Mobile Service center situated at BTM Layout (Nr. Water Tank). They gave it back the other day saying that they have upgraded the firmware in a way that the phone won't restart now. Moreover, they said, you have to change your battery since the battery has been bulged. When I said that's what my complaint is, they simply said that you must be charging it overnight and hence it has been bulged. But, I sweat to God, I was not charging the battery for more than 1.5 hours a day and was regularly discharging-charging it at full extent to increase the battery life. When I told them so, they told me to drop a mail at support.[protected]@samsung.com. I mailed them and got a call from Customer Experience Executive Ms. Meenakshi Arora. She told me to drop my mobile at service center once again and to provide her the job sheet number so that, she can talk to the Manager of that branch in order to resolve this issue at any cost. I did so and mailed her the job sheet number. Since then, she is not replying me back. When I checked with service center guys also yesterday, they said that, they have not received any such call from anyone. I again mailed her but, no reply till date. All this is after an authentic report that more than 30% customers of S4 are facing this problem and hence Samsung has given a word to replace such faulty battery free of cost.
