I had purchased of Samsung S Duos (GT-S7562) on 01.05.2013. The Phone faced a problem of auto Shut Down in the Very First month. I doubted it to be my own mistake or not charging the phone. In the second month, it occoured more often. During the Third month, It happened on every instance of standby. This time i submitted the phone at the Service Centre (Phonecity @ Kalbadevi, Mumbai), with a STRICT WRITTEN INSTRUCTION on the Job Sheet mentioning, NOT TO MAKE ANY HARDWARE CHANGES EXCEPT ANY SOFTWARE ISSUES OR SOFTWARE CHANGES OR RE-INSTALLATION. Despite of such a Strict written note over the JOB Sheet, They replaced my MotherBoard without my concent and without informing me. My Phone was a BRAND NEW PHONE, and I expected to maintain it in the same way. But these guys at the Service Centre ignored my instructions and Replaced the MotherBoard of my Brand New Mobile Phone. It has been 3 Months that i am asking an explanation for their act, which they are not replying to. The Mobile phone still lies with the Service Centre. I want to take Strict Consumer Action on this act of theirs. HOW CAN THEY PERFORM REPAIRS ON ANYONES ASSET WHEN THE OWNER DOESNT WANT TO DO SO. Please Advice the Best Person and the Best Possible Way to handle this Issue. I WANT MY PURCHASE VALUE BACK. I DONT WANT TO GO FOR A SAMSUNG HANDSET ANYMORE. I DONT EVEN WANT TO SPIT ON THEIR PRODUCT. Samsung has no proper Contact Details of various Departments except for the Call Centre, where you get one simililar answer, that they will arrange for a Call Back. Due to this, I have spoken to various Executives (around 12 by now), I have send various Emails (around 15 by now), but not a single reply to my Question or an explaination of who has given them the rights to perform repairs over my phone even after my written Instruction to them. Every time they call and say, that my phone is ready, please collect it. without a reason to their negligence and ignorance. Kindly, Provide me with the Best contact of Consumer Lawyer who can positively handle my issue and get all my expenses paid by Samsung.

Samsung customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Samsung must be shown their way to Punishments for harrassing Consumers who spends good amount thinking that they are buying a Branded product and not any chinese product. Whereas the Fact is that a Cheap Chinese road side product lasts much longer than a SAMSUNG PRODUCT.

    I bought new Samsung Smart TV (LED)Rs. 1 Lac 29 Thousand on 9 September. After two three days TV got damaged and I lunched complaint in Samsung Customer Care and They said You will get the call from our concerned department. But I did not get any call from Samsung after three four day again I called Samsung Customer Care again they update my complaint number. Then after 2 days I got the call from Service Center, Samsung Guys came at my home at checked every thing then he said you will get call from Samsung regarding this issues. But I did not get any call from Samsung Again I called Samsung Customer Care and Tell them Entire Story again then they Okay Sir I am forwarding your issues to my head office. After ten day I wrote email to Samsung CEO in India and Hong Kong. After That I got the call from CEO Office. He said you will get refund or replacement but nothing happened Again I called then Samsung Guys Came to my home and Collect my entire documents.Again I got call from Samsung office and she said you will get your within 4 days but its not 4 days It will take 5 days to replace. Finally I got the replacement. Then I am waiting installation. Again after 7 days I called Samsung Customer Care and Tell them my entire story. it will be done as soon as possible finally I get fed-up I decided I want my money back still I am not getting my money Please check mail "Dear Mr Roshan Sonkar, Thank you for writing to us and regarding the recent purchase of your Samsung LED TV. At the outset, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience you had to face regarding the replacement and installation of this TV. We have reviewed your case at the Samsung Head Office and we would like to inform you that a refund for this product won't be possible. However, we would setup the installation of the TV as per your convenience. Please do reply to this email with your decision so that we can arrange for the installation accordingly. Then I replied "Dear Mukesh, I do not want installation. I will planing to go consumer court with my entire Hospital documents. This is final decision for that. If you are not able to give me refund How can I take refund I know very well and one thing I will promised you Samsung will provide double money. It will take around 6 month to settle this case and I am not in hurry position then see you on court. Thanks and Regards, Roshan Sonkar" Today 23 Oct 2013 Still I am in faced this problem.       I own Samsung Galaxy S4 purchased on 16th June 2013. After 3.5 months o[censored]sage, I came across a problem where phone was getting restarted at any time and at any battery level. Once it was coming back, it was saying 0% battery and was again going for a restart. After opening the back of the phone, I cam to know that the battery has been bulged. I went to Samsung Mobile Service center situated at BTM Layout (Nr. Water Tank). They gave it back the other day saying that they have upgraded the firmware in a way that the phone won't restart now. Moreover, they said, you have to change your battery since the battery has been bulged. When I said that's what my complaint is, they simply said that you must be charging it overnight and hence it has been bulged. But, I sweat to God, I was not charging the battery for more than 1.5 hours a day and was regularly discharging-charging it at full extent to increase the battery life. When I told them so, they told me to drop a mail at support.[protected]@samsung.com. I mailed them and got a call from Customer Experience Executive Ms. Meenakshi Arora. She told me to drop my mobile at service center once again and to provide her the job sheet number so that, she can talk to the Manager of that branch in order to resolve this issue at any cost. I did so and mailed her the job sheet number. Since then, she is not replying me back. When I checked with service center guys also yesterday, they said that, they have not received any such call from anyone. I again mailed her but, no reply till date. All this is after an authentic report that more than 30% customers of S4 are facing this problem and hence Samsung has given a word to replace such faulty battery free of cost.         Recently I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini from Estore India. With in the last 2 months the phone has developed 3 cracks on the screen. I was not able to take it to the service center when the first crack developed as I was out of station. for 3 weeks. But with the 3 another 3 cracks developed on the screen. Today I took it to the service centre at Pune and the center told me that this is a external crack & therefore will not be covered under warranty. To my shock the service center at Pune made me feel that I was lying to to them about the cracks and they said it was my fault of not properly handling the phone. As a customer I would mot lie and would have kept the phone with me with out a complaint if there was only one crack. The cracks are slowly developing one after another and after some time between each crack. The phone now has 3 cracks on the screen. The service center has point blankly refused to consider this manufacture defect and nor does the Customer service Centre of Samsung care for the product they manufacture. There are a few arrogant CS service reps on the phone who are hanging up the phone when you request to speak to a Customer service manager. Mr Vikas was the rudest of them all at the CS center India. NEVER AGAIN A SAMSUNG PRODUCT. WE SPEND A FORTUNE TO BUY A GOOD PRODUCT AND FINALLY IT IS DEPRESSING WHEN YOU GET A DEFECTIVE PIECE AND THE CUSTOMER HAS TO DEAL WITH PRODUCT AND LOSS OF HARD EARNED MONEY. THIS IS A PIECE OF ADVISE TO ALL ELECTRONIC BUYERS SAY NO TO SAMSUNG THEY HAVE NIL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU CAN EXPECT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER TO HANG THE PHONE ON YOUR FACE IF WE ASK FOR ANY QUERIES. TOTAL LOSS OF MONEY & TIME WITH SAMSUNG. THERE ARE BETTER PRODUCT THAT IS MUCH BETTER & DEFECT FREE WHEN WE SHOP ONLINE. NO SAMSUNG THEY CAN CHEAT YOU AND THEN DO NOT CARE. THEIR GROUND STAFF & SERVICE CENTER IS FILLED WITH PEOPLE WHO DO NOT RESPECT CUSTOMER AND ALSO CALL YOU A LAIR IF YOU APPROACH THEM WITH A PROBLEM. SREEKUMAR MADETHATT BOPODI PUNE.           I have bought my Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile on 25th March 2013. Mobile Serial No. [protected] Model No. GT-I9300RWDINU One month after my phone started restarting itself. After 3 months my phone's Back and Option buttons became invisible. I have visited Samsung service center. They told like this problem is not under warranty and they charged me 340 Rs. to fix this problem. After 6 months from purchase date, My phone began to show error as "No Sim Card Error". For this problem Samsung Care employee told that motherboard of this phone would be replaced and asked for 7000 Rs. I have not repaired my phone there and sent an E-Mail to concerned Samsung E-Mail Support. In reply they sent one Mail asking the Invoice and all other receipt for proof. I have Emailed them all the documents but I did not get any reply from Samsung side after that. Now my phone's screen is also giving problem like it is pure black now. My phone is pretty much under warranty even then i am forced to face all these from Samsung side. Please ask Samsung to repair my phone ASAP without any charge.

BUT WE HAVE GIVEN 2ND TIME COMPLAINT JUST 3 DAYS BEFORE (COMPLAINT NO:- [protected]), TECHNICIAN CAME TO RECTIFY AND HE NOTICED THAT SPEAKERS PROBLEM AND HE REPLACED HTE SPEAKERS TODAY. AFTER THAT THE PROBLEM IS INCREASED NOW, BEFORE REPLACEMENT OF SPEAKERS, DISTURBANCE IS IN (70 LEVEL) VOLUME AND AFTER REPLACEMENT THE SPEAKERS DISTURBANCE IS IN (20 LEVEL) VOLUME.                   Dear Support, Please do the needful for my Query as I am facing lot off issues with Samsung Service centre, Gayathri Enterprises, Vadodara, Gujarat, Fateh gunj area. I purchased a Samsung Laptop Model (NP350V5C-A02AE) last year in the month of December in UAE and it is still under warranty. At the moment my Laptop is in India and my family members had been to the Samsung Service centre of Gujarat State, India, Vadodara -- Fatehgunj branch, However the people in Samsung Service centre is not repairing unless they get an approval from Samsung. As per them they sent an email to Samsung Head Quarters in UAE. I have already contacted Samsung UAE and as per them they need to know to which email id and contact person they sent an email to ? also they are strictly saying that the approval is not required at all..But the Samsung in India Gujarat says they need an approval. I request you to please look into this matter ASAP, Co-ordinate with Samsung in Gujarat Vadodara--Fatehgunj branch and get the issue to be resolved ASAP. I don't want the Warranty to be finished which is in the month of December. When I called them today and asked them to which email id they have sent an email, they are saying that its an internal and they cannot tell us. However I asked them the name of the person, they are not telling at all. Why Samsung India service centre is troubling us and not giving proper response at all???                       Samsung India has the worst mobile devices and services. The handling of mobiles at service center front desk is horrible. Promises from the customer support team sr. executives and escalation department are never fulfilled. Purchased GT-S7562 on 15 April 2013 in the third month the device went to the service center, after 2 months again went to the service and the Mother Board (PCB) was replaced, the very next day the mobile started acting with additional problems. Again went to the service center and the update is that the replaced Motherboard is faulty. Within 6 months of the purchase 1 month the device is at service center and till the device is laying with the service center without updates. Sahana, Nikhil Shiv Prasad, Karthik R, Pramod Kumar Sing, Akash D, Prabath Floor Supervisors promised a call back and calls from HO. Apart from these members many time executives promised call back but never had received any. Number of emails sent to CEO Desk, no proper reply. Huge loss of money waste of time and big head ace.

                        Myself, Zakir Hussain From Nagpur, Maharshtra, India. Recently I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 model T3110 on 9/10/2013 costing of Rs. 24000. The tablet had too much problems in it from the first day. It hangs after running a while, sometimes half display got Blackish, the phone voice is also not so cleared & gives problem to hear. Also the device gets heated within a half an hour o[censored]se. For this problem & its solution I went to the Samsung Service Center here in Nagpur, Maharashtra. But as usual the service center did not gives me proper responce. When I asked for the replacement i.e. DOA letter, they missbehaves with me & wasted my precious 2 hours of time, they passed me from one table to another many times, after all this suufering they told me to wait for 2 days, for testing purpose. Now after 2 days when I called them they told me that your set is repaired now & working finely. When I asked them that Why I should considered repaired only after 5 to 6 days of purchase I have the rights to ask for a new set then the personal told me Aapko lena hoto thik nahi to ham kucch nahi kar sate, & cut off my call. What a it is, there no value for customers money, Now I am in trouble that what to do or not to do, May I go for something leagal or give notice to Samsung, Also suggest me that How I shall logged complaint regarding Samsung at Consumer court.

                        5 days had gone still no response from samsung. Now I decided to file a complaint at consumer court. Also I ask claim for the loss & harashment I suffered. Shame on you Samsung.

                            Please don’t buy Samsung LED TV, the service cost is too high I have purchased a Samsung 40” LED TV for Rs. 58000 on 14/04/2012 from Viveks Adyar. The model no. is VA40D5500 and the serial no. is 2001 3ZNC200681B. I found panel compliant on this LED TV after three months from purchase date and it is replaced free of cost by Samsung. I found the same panel complaint again after 14 months from purchase date and Samsung asked me pay Rs. 24542 to re-place the panel. It is around 43% of the total LED TV cost. I am expecting feedback & free service from Samsung. Contact no. [protected]

                              On 10th October, 2013 I had gone to repair my Samsung Grand. My phone's screen was broken. They said that they will give the phone back on 12th October, 2013. On the contrary yesterday (17th October, 2013) they still said that my phone was not repaired. I had to travel out of town so I told them that I needed my phone back which was anyways delayed by 4 days from their side. After reaching back home I realised that my phone is still not working, and it is getting shut down in every 3 to 5 minutes.
                              I am a HR Manager for a reputed organisation in Maldives and I have no intentions of just misguiding anyone. My sincere advise to all of you, please do not go to any of their outlets as they will cheat you. By the way they will charge you INR 4000 for repairing which is still okay for me but they just dont repair the phone & make it fuurther worse so that you cannot use the phone.
                              Please donot go to this shop, they are cheats!

                                Guys help me out! Please beware of Samsung products I purchased Samsung smart TV 3 months back @ Dubai, the product is still under warranty period, Myself has went to Tiruvallur Customer care Centre regarding automatically restarting 40 inch LEDTV, I file the complained, so they ask me to provide all those necessary bills to replace the product, I submitted as well two weeks ago, but nobody resolving my issues to till date, if we ask what is the reason for delay started again to say Bla.. Bla…Bla. i don’t want to anymore here that, which is very stupid reasons (I HAVE ALL THE PROOF), even if they are not ready to support for high cost products within warranty period, how could we trust Samsung products. I am requesting all please help me out, how to move further to solve my issue, I have all the details which is required to file complaint file against Samsung company.

                                  I gave my cell phone to Authorized service center for sixth time last week for the problem of system crash and application crash like contacts and music player, executive at service center have flashed my cell phone 4 times and did the same thing last time. But nothing is working and my handset is facing the same problem, even the service center executive is behaving very rudely, it is clear that samsung is having the force of illiterate people at service center. Once I went there with the live error on my cell's screen, they took cell phone in service, flushed the memmory and returned it to me. After wasting my time on this issue, still I am using a defective handset. Still Samsung is not giving me replacement and I have also complained online to their executive but they always called me and arrenging call back for the issue.

                                    Dear Sir, I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 having its Model No. : SM-T2110ZWAINU and its IMEI No. : RFID737LD7P ([protected]) on dated:[protected] from Zalani Collection, Santacruz – West, After a few days I have got a problem in functions of its Hanging & automatically power off, so I went to an authorized service center of Samsung Address: Unit No.13, Lower Ground Floor, Santacruz – West, Mumbai – 400054. to claim for repair against warranty. the executive just give me a reason that there is a problem in set and you can get it service at our service center in two to three days, after returning back from service center when I went back to home I started facing same problem, then on 23rd September I went back to Samsung service center with same problem and executive give me a same reason and it repeats twice, then again on[protected], I went back to Samsung service center for the 3rd time with same problem now the executive Mr. Rajesh (Technician) he said there is a problem in tablet motherboard, will replace your motherboard within 4 days, Mine is just a few days old phone and such a part replacement is not expected at this early stage of purchase. I have requested Mr. Hasmukh Gallo to replace the same hand set with new one but he is refused. I have handed over the tab to the said service center staff on:[protected] by 16.30. I was told to get back my tab within 4 day but till date[protected] I have not got my cell from the said service center of Samsung, apart from it whenever I have tried to talk with concerned authority Mr. Hasmukh Gallo of that service center or other contact number for asking about my cell, but they disconnect the phone or not ready to talk with me. now every days I am visiting Samsung service center, and one of them was saying that come tomorrow, they are neither cooperating me nor can able to say, about surety to give back my cell with rectifying the problem. I have made several complaints on customer care No. [protected], Complaint No. [protected] I am really very upset with Samusung service. I am requesting to your goodself considering it as a priority one & rights of a consumer do kindly initiate necessary disciplinary action against the said service center, so that I can get back my cell with repair or replace the same hand set with new one.                                       For a consideration of Rs16, 500/- paid in cash dated 24/7/13.
                                      The said goods are suffering from the following defects:-
                                      (i) Battery Drain
                                      I have reported the above matter to you several times (Bill No : [protected], Complaint Number : [protected]) but despite all my pleadings you have not made good the defect in the goods which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like.
