dear sir. this is the third time i have submitted a complaint. no feed back as yet.
on 30th of august 2013 i signed for a 18 month contract with o2,
with this contract i recieved a galaxy samsung fame mobile.
over the weekend i noticed a small crack on answering a call tapping the phone the screen shattered.
this phone had not been dropped, knocked, and mistreated in any way . i have never had a problem with my mobile before.
o2 sent it to there workshop for repair but would not do it under the warranty. the phone is only six weeks old.
they said i would have to pay £73 .
i feel this is very bad service, they advised i contact samsung. i only hope you can help me on this issue .
i cannot afford to pay £73, i rely on my mobile due to severe back problem.

    there are about 15 stray dogs in my street,
    Vaishali sector 4, Even we have adopted two of them just to help, there so many others.
    We are not able to go out of our home . They follow us every now and then. Life has become mess because the two I adopted are females.

    I request MCD to help me as soon as possible

      i made a complaint for my samsung frig on 23rd july 2013.. since then many people from the company came and they were not able to understand the nature of the problem, said we need to take the frig to service centre n observe it, since then many phone calls have been made but nobody has turned up so far to take the frig.complaint number [protected].

          Mobile no and battery number[protected]/05/222346/4 & 352986/05/222346/2 brought on 18/11/2012 has undergone 5 services at Samsung Mathura Authorised service centre at Bhuteshwar, Mathura including multiple software updates, motherboard changes still hanging and the service centre along with Customer care are leveling the blame on applications we upload which are not uploaded at all. But the phone is meant for application upload and it must work well within range of storage data it is meant in specifications for. The Samsung Service centre and Customer care are squarely leveling blame on us for causing the problem and not accepting that phone is faulty.

            i bought new samsung ac worth 35000 from paras traders, karnal, haryana on 30 may 2013.and from the very first day it is not cooling.there is some gas issue in it..nd i compalint in samsung many times.they just visit and fill d gas.they r not ablle to find the leakage.the product is defective.i haveuse this ac til now.bcoz of cooling issue..the company is not replacing the product..they said they just fill the gas till its warranty period.its gas leaks immediately after fillinf the gas.plz do something to replace this product.. rohit garg phn no - [protected] ac model no - ar18fc3eaunnna serail no - E290ppid400014z

              I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S4 on 16th June 2013 from Samsung Smart Cafe, HSR Layout, Bangalore. Suddenly since one week, I am facing a strange issue where the phone gets restarted automatically and when it comes after the restart, it shows the battery level at 0% no matter what was the battery level it had while going for a restart. I took it to the shop from where I had purchased this phone. That guy opened the backside of the phone and found that the battery of the phone has swelled. He immediately put a blame on me that I would have charged it overnight or for long hours. But, I have genuinely never charged it beyond 1.5 hours and that too when the battery level would have reached to ~10%. I have always taken care of letting it discharge properly before putting it on charge since it helps to improve battery life. I have never used any other mobile's charger to charge my phone and have been using the one which came up with the phone. In short I have taken care of my phone like a baby. Still if the battery gets swelled in such a short time span, it is really not acceptable for such a high range phone. I want this issue to be taken care in the warranty and want a replacement of my battery without having a blame on me to not handling my phone properly.
              This issue is being faced by many people. So, Samsung must take care of this problem. Here are few links proving this:

                  I had bought a SAMSUNG LED TV model # UA32EH5000RLXL--Serial# MQE13PBCA00632R on[protected] from an authorised dealer S.C.Shah&Co located at No 146/328, Royapettah High Road, Mylapore, Chennai-600 004.( Tel #[protected]/92). The product is STILL under WARRANTY. Around 20.00 hrs on[protected], my TV started malfunctioning. I was getting display of the channel # and programme time and title in the bottom quarter of the screen and the programme itself was not coming up with the upper three-quarters of the screen remaining blank.That was also disappearing after 15 seconds. I called up the SAMSUNG call center[protected] at around 7.00 hrs on[protected] and placed a request for service. I was given a complaint # [protected] and told that a service person will call me up BEFORE 8.30 p.m. and do the needful. I took the opportunity to tell them my previous experience with them that on an earlier occasion about two months back it TOOK FOUR DAYS FOR A service person to visit me though THERE WERE NO INTERVENING HOLIDAYS. As expected nobody called me up till 19 hrs.WORST WAS TO FOLLOW. I rang up the call centre several times to get connected to persons with names Ms Monica, Ms Pratiksha( may be Ms Preetika or Ms Pratyusha) etc. Each one was repeating like a parrot my name, address, telephone # etc and promising that they will conference me with the service center but failed to do so. They also promised that a supervisor will call me up WITHIN half an hour. That never happened. Ms Monica did not also know that the service centre winds up at 19 hrs!!! This morning at 6.15 hrs[protected] I rang up the call centre and repeated my tale of woe to Ms Neetu. She said that the service centre will open ONLY at 10.30 hrs and she will call me up AFTER 11 hrs and tell me( WHAT?). It was an open ended time frame. I told her that I have to leave my residence at 12 hrs to catch up with an appointment in a hospital. She could not tell me clearly if she could arrange or otherwise a visit by a service personnel before noon. The authorised dealers do not bother. I asked a person Arvind[protected] referred by the authorised dealer. He also drew a blank. He had to be at the mercy of the SERVICE DEPARTMENT which I am also dependent on. God save the customers from this PATHETIC APATHY of SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS( INDIA ). When will they UNDERSTAND that the CUSTOMER in the final day will have the LAST LAUGH?                     Hi, I have given my Samsung camera for repair to Samsung Authorized service center on 07/09/13. But, I am really disappointment with Samsung horrible service center, since they have not repaired it yet and not responding well to my phone calls. they are just destroying the Samsung Brand.                       dear sir, i have purchased a samsung galaxy fame s6812 from samsung smart cafe sirsa (haryana) near about a month ago after five days it was not working properly when i reached at care for the registration of complaint they said due to of software problem your set is going to be hang but after three day the same problem arises so again i went there for talking to them but again they do the same but this time they are saying that we have changed the charging jeck after that i say it will be ok but after one week they had give my set but after five days the mobile is not able to accept the sim card then again i went to the care centre they had done the same job means they again change the mother board after it same problem take place !! i again went to coustmer care they again said that it is due to of software i said that in this month i have purchase this set and again and again problem is going on why u can't change our set but they refuses to do so when i said that you changed our motherboard but they again refuses and saying that i had not done this job means i had not changed the mother board they denied they r so irritating us please sir as soon as possible take strict action against him !! yours faithfully sourav sachdeva [protected]

                          I had submit my samsung hand set Galaxy Note-2-N7100 on 27th September 2013 to Samsung authorised service center at VijayVergiya Enterprises, 1st floor V. M. tower Neelam, Faridabad with Bill No. [protected]. & they told me to return me on the next day(Dated- 28th September 2013). From that time to till date I am regularly follow the center through phone & physical visit but thy are not responding me well.If I counted the total commitment given by them is 6 times and all are failed.Today again they told me to wait maximum by 24 hours with a complain no[protected] . But as per their past performance I could't belive them more. Please give me the solution otherwise I go for the legal procedure as per the Indian government rule.                             I have purchased Samsung S duos in Rs 9700/- on 10 September 2013 but after one month i have many problems with it.The charging port is not working so phone is not charged properly. the speed of phone is very low and HD video also not play in it( i also install required App for it). AFTER WORKING 13 MONTHS WITHOUT PROBLEM BUT A BUT AFTER 30 MIN IT BECOMES O.K.                                 Complaint No. [protected] Had registered a request for installing an AC in my newly rented room. I recently shifted in this apartment and the owner had provided us with an AC that needs to be installed. I had been following up with the care centre, and the only response I get is, someone will attend me soon, or the address i mentioned is beyond the installation person area of service. At times the request got closed without my notice. I am not sure, how genuine response this post would get. But it is highly discouraging for me to invest in Samsung anytime in future.

                                  Rohini, Avantika, Sector - 1, Delhi . our television is not working properly. its screen have patches and sound is also not audible.I have complaint many times at customer care but all in vain. I am really frustrated by Samsung. From last month i have complaint at least 10-20 times at customer care but no satisfactory result found . your company engineer visit our home to repair it. sometime he took the television to the workshop and return it after 3-4 days but no satisfactory report found . The problem in television is remains the same . i am really sick of your services and advise other not to purchase any Samsung product. Do repair our television at earliest.

                                    My s3 is only 4 months old. And it has all the problem in the world a mobile phone could have. It is abnormally heating up after use of only 10 minutes. It is charging very slowly. I put it on charging whole night and it charges upto 50 to 65% only. I have visited service center several times every time they take my mobile but couldn't solve the problem. They only promise that the problem will be solved but they don't do anything. I am so frustrated with my phone that I almost spend 1hr a day to tell people not to buy Samsung products. It is so frustrating that I have invested my hard earned saving into this carp.

                                      Hi on Sept 15th I bought a Samsung galaxy S4 and within 15 days the screen cracked in my pocket without any pressure whatsoever. I am even using a protector case which costed me 1000 Rs. There is no damage on the phone screen but internally the LCD was broken. I dont understand how it was possible.The service tech told me that i bent the phone while it was in my pocket. I assured him it was not the case and that my pants are very loose and how did it break internally? When I left office it was fine and when I came home it was broken. I had to pay 7000 Rs for this screen replacement.
