i have purchaised a Samsung ref RT 26 FARZASP on[protected]. my compressor got complaint for the second time and there was no response from any customer care (Chennai).even the names those who i spoke itself was fake. three executives spoke to me with all fake names . keep up your valuable service like this !!! not even the retailer and your dealer are worth holding the position.

    gear- set damaged

    i have Samsung washing machine WT 7600 , at present , the disturbed sound comes from washing tub , i inform the Samsung service center , Jabalpur ,service engineers comes and saw the gear-set and says it is old model and its gear set is STAR type , at present QUADRA type available. so it is very difficult to repair or replace it. i requested you to send the gear-set of Samsung Washing Machine, Washing Tub Gear-set of Model no....

    TO THE SAMSUNG LTD. my laptop purchase in 9 months running and sum problem in my laptop. I going on Samsung service center but do not solve my problem. the laptop sum problem of "dont format on using pendrive(flash drive)" ,"driver working out of some days of formating, and another problem . please solve my problem.
    you are right.
    Samsung service center is not good, very bad service of Samsung ltd.

      I have purchased samsung galaxy s4 mini mobile phone on 6/8/2013(dd/mm/yyyy). My phone is under warranty period. I was facing some software related problem with my phone so I went to samsung service center, they examine my phone and confirmed that it is software related issue and it will be done today only. They took 5 days to solve my problem and now they are saying that it is the problem related to motherboard. So demanded to replace the device but they refused to do it and said that we can only repair your phone, we do not have replacement policy. I explained them the whole scenario, I explained that it was you who said it was software related issue and now you are saying it is motherboard related issue, but still they are not ready to give me replacement of the pone.

        Following problems i am facing from very frst day i bought he phone 1. Mostly it comes out of reach whenever called. 2. Company claim that phone has 2 GB internal Memory. phone gets extremely slow or hang out if spcae covered gets more than 400 MB. i am unable to understand why you call it smart phone if i am unable to access the applications. i bought phone on june 23 2013 and form that day onwards i have visited three times service center in usage of three months i am providing the details the job sheet Bill NO [protected] date 18-9-13 [protected] date 31/8/13 [protected] date 9/7/13). Service center address:- Durga Communication SCO 23 first floor sec 18 D CHD Service center# [protected] The handset is having hanging issue with it, 3 times software was updated but all in vain. This time a new issue with the operating system of the handset, the call register is reflecting with 2 missed calls, however, there is not any missed call in actual. I shared the problem with service center (sec. 18 chd) they again told me to update the software for the fourth time.I have no spare time to visit your service centers twice or thrice amonth. If the issue cannot be fixed, please replace my handset, i am annoyed with the poor services and products of Samsung. Please provide the final resolution for the issue.           I purchased Samsung LED February 2013. (6 month ago). But after 4 month a huge problem came in LED. No power came in my LED. I saw it Service center. Samsung center repaired it, But after two month same problem again with my LED. i Complained. But they gave me no reply and problem as it is. After some time Service Center closed in Rohtak.           Dear sir
          I belong to middle class family I saved monthly Rs 3000/ for one year to purchase led tv model 32H5100 worth Rs 36500/ on 2nd April 2014 But just after one year tv's control panel damaged reason best known to quality of samsung, engineer has suggested to replace control panel which is worth Rs 12000/ which i cannot afford and am totally disturbed that samsung being the best company have cheated me I request your goodself to kindly replace my tvs control panel so that i will regain the trust of your company

            I have bought 40 inch LED television through Vijay Sales which was delivered on the 1st July 2013. Upon installation, which was carried out by the company technicians I have faced challenges in the picture which started giving trouble, After my formal complaints the same was attended and the technician has recommended some changes in the connectivity for better viewing. ever since I have some challenges are other however managed all these days Recent past (around 3 months ago) we have noticed a BLACK SPOT on the right side (left side while viewing) and constant. Though i thought due to monsoon or the cable operator faults which were ruled out the spot remained. I have formally lodged service request through the call center bearing [protected] and the same was attended by the technician yesterday. He diagnosed black-lit panel and said after due consultation he would communicate the details. Today I am indicated through his office that the cost is for total change of the panel and it is Rs.25418.00 (including speaker which seems have torn-ed and need replacement). I am surprised that such a HIGH END TELEVISION which I have paid closed to Rs.63000.00 I have to face a challenge and need to spend equal cost of new television. I am wondering why the television has not gone through the quality check for the sustainability of the such high end item and how can it go off within a year and 9 months period.             Based on my input to the CEO's office at Sumsung customer called to say the complaint was considered and offering to service with a meagre amount as discount while the cost of replacement of panel is exorbitant.

              WORK ORDER NO HTSK0817012 DATE 17/08/2013.

              We had purchased Samsung mobile on 08/04/2013, but it got repaired (Display was not working) and being in the warranty period we had given this for service to HI TECH SOLUTIONS which is a AUTHORISED SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE, address: old no M9B, New no 83, Anna Nagar East, Chennai 600102, PH 42317014.

              The service Centre representatives have deliberately postponed the repair and every time we call they say collect it on Friday / tuesday. They have also not behave properly.Its been one month now.

              Request you to pls take action against them and get our mobile back.

                Hi, I Raveesh Kapoor bought your samsung Galaxy Grand Duos Cell Phone in which I am facing a problem of Network as none of the sim is giving me any network on it. I am unable to use any telecom GSM sim in it. And I submitted it to one of your Service centre in Moti Nagar where they lost my original Bill of my Samsung Cell Phone and after that they are asking me Rupees 4,000 to fix it and its still under warranty as a continuos user of Samsung Products and Cell Phones I donot want to register a complaint to Consumer Court thats why I am preferring to keep this thing in your notice that I am facing all these issues there kindly replace my cell phone or refund my original cost of cell phone which is Rs 21,500 inclusive of Taxes else I have to take the necessary steps to get my money back after claiming your product and your service centre to file a FIR or to go to Consumer Court.                   I had applied for electronic coupon for Samsung Smart Duo Offer (Serial Number- JAKY98FD3A3V7RP) on 17th July 2013. The e-coupon was supposed to be generated within 15 days. After 3 months, now the status is showing request rejected. When I contacted the customer care, they said that the Invoice was not proper. What does it mean that the invoice is not proper? Required information was uploaded on the website as well. In last 3 months, I contacted esupport and CEO office several reminders,just to hear that the issue has been forwarded to concern department for further review & action and currently they are looking into the matter and working on the same and I should wait for it. I want to understand what took so long to process this. Further,I am tired of writing emails to seek your attention to the inconvenience cause due to your negligence.                     On Wed, Sep 11, wrote to Samsung Customer care: Dear Sir My washing machine has been having regular problems since the time of purchase. I had logged a complaint reference no. [protected] on 14th august. On 16th August, samsung technician visited my place an removed the parts, however they have not replaced the parts and/or fixed my machine since then. I will really appreciate, if my problem can be resolved at the earliest. I am hoping if amount of repairs done in recent past including warranty period <available in service records of customer care> can be reviewed for evaluating the build quality of the machine sold to me and Samsung can and provide me with a free replacement. I have made this request earlier as well during warranty period ere is nothing wrong with the machine. However subsequent breakdowns and delay in service for current issues proves otherwise.                       Our newly purchased Samsung Refrigerator Model: RT55KZRSL1 blasted blowing up 3 rooms of our house. I am adding pictures with this complaint. Even after 4 weeks of such a serious incident customer service has not turned up yet with any positive solution or compensation. This could have been life threatening if anybody o[censored]s were at home during the incident. This has caused severe losses to us both monetarily and mentally to my old parents who survived this blast just because of they were not at home during the incident.

                            Hi i have a SAMSUNG Galaxy S1 phone which was not working. so Gave it to samsung service center in Bangalore jayanagar office. they checked and told the LCD display need to change which will cost arround RS.6200/-. So i asked them to go ahead and repair it. They next day they called from service center and informed me that my Phone is ready and please visit to their service for delivery. after I reached to service center they kept me waiting for 2 hrs. and last they told the parts is not yet come , so they will deliver next day. during my 2hrs waiting I observed almost 80% of the customers whom they promised to deliver their handset all are false. I would like to request please stop this kind of Service center.

                              My name is SAURABH KHANNA and living in Patiala City-147001 (Punjab). This is to inform yout that I had purchased a Samsung Mobile (from a DEALER) model GT-I9082 of Rs 18000/- on 09th August,2013 at Patiala but after 25 days mobile started giving problems like it frequently Hangs, Bluetooth stopped working, Speaker Phone got dead. I went to the Samsung Service Centre, Patiala (XPERT COMMUNIATIONS, CITY CENTER PATIALA) for the resolution on dated 07/09/2013. I got returned my mobile after repair within a week But mobile is till giving the same problems. Moreover, Mobile OS and Processor have been changed as speed has become very slow and whole internal system of mobile has been changed. I am very much disappointed for spending good money on Samsung Glaxy Grand Phone. I have purchased Samsung Phone for the first time.
                              Please help me in replacing the phone as it seems there is some manufacturing defects in the phone from vary beginning. Please help me. I shall be highly thankful to you.

                                Dear Sir/Mam I have bought a new Samsung Galaxy S Advance(GT 19070) phone on[protected] from a retailer of our locality in INR 14,200 and the reason behind choosing this model are as follows : 1) Latest Andriod Version (Jelly Bean) 2) AMO Led Screen 3) IN Budget But after purchasing i went to '' Authorised Service Center '' M.G TELECOM REPAIRING CENTRE Near S.B.I,Shanti Bhawan Road, Makatpur,Giridih Jharkhand asking to update it to J.Bean and they did but after that update my phone hangs a lot means i can`t even perform the simple tasks with the help of this phone not even receive a phone call or make any, so i went there again and they said ok we should downgrade it to base version means old version of Andriod so the hanging problem will be solved but what i am saying is why would i use that old version when i had only bought this phone because it is up-to-the-date and believe me the last time i was using that phone it was downgraded and yet it hangs but now i cant let it be as it is, i have paid for that because i want to use upgraded phonee not to use older so please help me i have got 2 of the copy of the job sheet which was given to me in exchange of that phone and unfortunately i didnt kept any records of earlier, in the last 2 month i have visited samsung care 4 times but yet my problem is not solved so please guide me what should i do? and wait horror story does`nt end here my phone which belongs in my pocket is in that particular facility from[protected] because it charges automatically and of course because of it hangs a lot and when i went to get it back on 14-09-13 they were delivering the phone with broken L.C.D and when i refused to accept it they said it was cracked since you have got this one on 09-09-13 but when frustrated me showed the copy of job sheet they believed that it was not my fault because there was no mention of any broken L.C.D on that job sheet and it`s all common sense when it is broken from inside how can i do it for doing so i have to open the handset and if i were done that they don`t accept it but finally they agreed to repair and the committed that they will deliver my handset on 18-09-13 but not on voice they just said so,so can you please help me get what i have paid so and i am sick and disturbed by the experience i had being a customer of Samsung please help me out.                                   I have bought Samsung 40’’ LED TV UA40D5900 Apr 2012 for Rs 60000. It was the worst ever product i bought. The TV started giving trouble just after the warranty period was over. Now a black line appears on the center of the TV. Upon complaining the service person finally came after 4 days on repeated calls. When they came they right away say usage was not proper without seeing the TV. Seems like this is a common issue with samsung LED TVs. They have this readymade answer. To fix this, the service person was suggesting to change the complete display which cost around 25000 Rs and there is no warranty for it. I am just putting this post just to share my experience with samsung and alert people to considers these problems before purchasing a LED TV.

                                      5 days before in my home i was charging my samsung mobile phone (s7562) and after sometime when i checked my phn was off and there was some burnt smell ........but my mobile was working fine and aftr sometime i plugged again but it didnt charge so i went 2 the samsung service centre and showed it and they told me that the circuit has burned and the motherboard needs replacement and 3000 rs would be the cost ... so its within warranty and its not customer fault for this type of failure .... my mobile is 3 months old .... if it turns out like this why the hell should i pay money for .... so please kindly look into the matter and reply me asap ....
