Dear Sir
My washing machine has been having regular problems since the time of purchase. I had logged a complaint reference no. [protected] on 14th august. On 16th August, samsung technician visited my place an removed the parts, however they have not replaced the parts and/or fixed my machine since then.
I will really appreciate, if my problem can be resolved at the earliest.
I am hoping if amount of repairs done in recent past including warranty period <available in service records of customer care> can be reviewed for evaluating the build quality of the machine sold to me and Samsung can and provide me with a free replacement.
I have made this request earlier as well during warranty period ere is nothing wrong with the machine. However subsequent breakdowns and delay in service for current issues proves otherwise.

Dear Sir
Post my email, I got a call from local service centre representative, who assured me that parts for my washing machine will be delivered by Saturday and same will be repaired wither on Saturday (14/9/2013) or max by Monday (16/9/2013),
Unfortunately, the machine has not been repaired, despite the assurance.
I will once again request you to look into this matter and get my machine repaired asap or provide me with a replacement.
