sir,
i bought a samsung galaxy tab 2 for rs 16490 on 1562013 from vijay sales at kohat enclave delhi.after just 2 months tab got some issues like restarting, display and network .i went to customer service center in rohini delhi sec 8, 5 times every time they just do the formality and while asking that why the same problem occur again and again the guy misbehaves also and said i didnt tell you to brought that tab and all.i completely fed up of all being a girl i cant travel weekly to there i have invested money in a good multinational company's product but itz all went in vain you were my only hope left.

    I have been facing this problem since last 8 months. There is a black line covering half my screen and hence unable to watch the upper portion of my 40 inch LED TV. In May 2013, I had an engineer visit my place and he very bluntly concluded that we need to change the panel and the same would cost Rs. 24, 000. This is not reasonable as in just 18 months of purchase, I need to spend Rs. 24, 000 for repairs! This is definitely a case of selling a defective model. Last month the customer care official called and offered me a discount of Rs.4000. Still that is asking for too much. Request you to please suggest a cost effective solution for the same. I have been using Samsung products and have due respect for the brand. Hope you care for your customers and believe in providing reliable products and services. Look forward to your response on the same.

      samsung plazma tv model no -ps51E8000 sno-MQM33pcc900150 was purchased on 12-11-12 and have still in gauranted period.Since the day of purchase it was not working properly and many complaints have been lodged with the local dealer m/s Vishal Sales, Dehradun(UK).Being agerived, the complaint in this regards was lodged in the local dealer as well as with the samsung.It is regretably mention the fact that inspite of the complaint the out of order tv was not attended for three month by the samsung with the pretex that the part of tv was not available.Some days back, after visiting 10 to 15 visit at my home, they repaired the tv with the assurances that now the tv will work properly.But today dt 29-9-13, the screen of tv shown completely darkness and not shown any picture on the screen.Now we want the complete change of this tv set.

      Kindly confirm the comlaint tha thet tv was not working at the day of purchase.In the nut shel, the complaint is 100% genuin and true.

        I had purchased Samsung's Galaxy Core 4 month back. I was informed that Samsung is a reputed brand and the phones work very well. But it is very disheartining to inform you that I am not satisfied with the quality of the product. Every now and then there are charging issues with the phone. I had once got my data cable changed from the Samsung's service centre and the phone started charging since then. Now, again the same arised and when I went to the Samusng's Service Centre - Minto Park Branch, Kolkata, I was informed that some sulphur element are present in the charging section of the phone due to which there are issues regarding charging of the phone. The Samsung Service Centre employee informed me that the same requires replacement and the same shall be chargeable inspite of the cell being in warranty and gave me an estimate of Rs. 1, 800/- for fixing the phone.

            Dear Sir, I am very sorry to point that that Customer Care Centre at Dharamsala is not giving satisfactory service. I am holding a double door frees vide its Sr No. 0879 Model No 25SBPS. It is painful story within eight months Samsung Service Centres, Dharamsala charges more than Rs 7000/- from me but the Refrigerator yet to function properly. Samsung Engineer replaced compressor on January 26, 2013 and charges Rs 4000/- under their receipt No 1067 and gave one year warranty of compressor. After that Refrigerator not worked properly and again approach the Engineer to check the Refrigerator (Mobile No[protected] but the person never come back to see Refrigerator. I have contacted Mr Sanjeev Sr Engineer on mobile No[protected] regarding this. Mr Sanjeev visited my residence and find out that high voltage compressor was installed in the Refrigerator. At this time he assured that your problem was solved within a week. But Mr Sanjeev never called back or not attended the complaint. On June 23, 2013 I again registered a complaint vide complaint No [protected]. Engineer who replaced the compressor came and asked its timer is not working properly (during this period Engineer replaced three time its timer and charged its charges) and he replaced the timer and charged Rs 1000/- he did not give any receipt. While collecting the charges he said that he would provide the receipt on next day, but he never come to give receipt. On September 26, 2013 I also registered a complaint regarding the Refrigerator. Engineer who earlier came to repair the Refrigerator told my wife its compressor burnt and you have to pay around Rs 5000/-. Today I have called Service Centre Dharamsala and want to talk Sr Engineer Mr Sanjeev but the Receptionist did not allow me to talk with Mr Sanjeev. Detail of Charges paid to Dharamsala Centres: 25.12.12 Rs 1400/- vide receipt No 1065 26.1.13 Rs 4000/- vide receipt No 1067 25.6.13 Rs 1000/- receipt not provided. Total amount paid Rs 6975/- And now demanding Rs 5000/- As per Engineer gave one year warranty of the compressor so you are requested to instruct the concerned branch to replace the compressor immediately, because the service centre persons harassed me for the last one year. I again request in your goodself that my problem should be solved immediately other wise I have to go consumer court. Hoping an early reply. But shows defect in its display like black spot in dark I try to submit the hand set to Services centre on 22 aug 2013 but they didn't accept any problem. I mailed to samsung CEO office they help me to submission of the handset my complain no. [protected]. On dated 12 sept 2013. But now they are repairing the handset as it was a manufacturing defects it should be replace or refund all amount. My handset is still in the service centre .please help me.                 Hi, I bought a Samsung TV about 2 years ago from Singapore with international warranty. Now I am facing problem with the TV is if I switch on the TV, volume is getting off after 15mins running. I called to Samsung service centre and registered a complaint(ref [protected]). Now service centre people are telling that the charges are INR 5500+tax(service/labor) for representative to visit plus additional charges for spare parts if anything to be replaced. normally it should be INR 1000+tax. I came to know from service centre personal that they are charging more(5500+tax) for imported brands and the policy was implemented in Apr'2013. I have little bit of knowledge on TV servicing, so I had dismantled my TV, checked and fund that the problem is with main board which cost is 3400+tax. Then I called to Samsung service centre and requested them to sell spare main board of my TV model so that I can fix it myself. But they are demanding for service/labor charge around INR 5500+tax for spare parts as well though I have not requested their service. my questions are : Why should I pay service/labor charges for spare parts though I don't need their help in fixing it? If Samsung had implemented a policy on Apr'2013 why they are applying the same for the product they sold it on 2011? Why Samsung is not selling spare parts of LED TVs without labor charge? Now I don't know what should I do? should I pay whatever they demanding or is they any way that I can get some reduction in service/labor charges? Now I feel very bad that I bought a Samsung product. I never suggest to any of my friends to buy a Samsung product. Thanks & Regards, Siva

                Same thing happened with me. my tv is led 46 inches 3d smart tv. it has problem with the left speaker. when i called, they said the same sheet that i need to pay 5500 for free to them + additional labor, spare parts etc. why the hell i should pay them 5500 for free just for a visit. anywhere else in the world, samsung cannot do this to the customer, otherwise they will be dragged to the court. in india, samsung is a cheat!!

                  I have 2 year old Smart TV from Samsung (UA46D6600). It started displaying horizontal lines. It is very disappointing to see such bad quality product from Samsung. There was only one line and after the engineer from Samsung came to repair and made the TV must worst (displaying lines all over the TV). Samsung engg is telling some hardware is defective. I am trying to get this resolved from Samsung and not getting proper response.

                    we have purchased Samsung LED -23 Model no UA23F4003, Sereal no 23543ZND403624X bill no-2850 Dated 09.06.13 from Meera Electronics -Gandhidham Gujarat, in Name of Laxmi Dandwani, Address SVF-29, Adipur, There is some fault in TV since 10th August, have intimated Delar, and Service Center, Rep of Service senter taken TV for repair on 26th August, and After same one time they have Installed (Says Penal Repair) but TV was not started and again they carries TV for Repair, since one month passed, we are not getting proper / satisfy respond from Dealer / Service center, your attention is required, if we dont get proper respond from your end we have last option to go to Consumer Court Thanks Regards Laxmi Dandwani

                      It's just almost 2 month, i have buy the samsung galaxy grand GT-I9082 and i m facing problems like its get hang regularly, 5-10 times in a day...even most of the time google play stop working...its work too slow...i have 2 same cell phones both are useless...even i have heard from many people that this cell ( samsung galaxy grand GT-I9082) is hail...now i think company must stop selling out this useless products...and even the should have some good replacement option to those who have this product without to much loss to customers...

                          Sir/Madam, Two years back I brought an LED TV of Samsung around Diwali time on part EMI basis & 0% interest. from last 14 days there is a line coming on the screen & after repeated calling the dealer they sent an Samsung engineer to check the TV. They are saying to replace the panel which will cost 29000/- & will have one month warranty. I spent 58000 to buy the TV, which within 2 years the panel has to be replaced. I feel this cost is not justified and Samsung is only trying to fleece its customers indirectly. What sense it makes to buy a tv spending 58000 and it cannot work properly for two years. Please take this up with Samsung and help to get the panel replaced. I feel this is a joke on the customers, with such advanced technology, LED tv are not working properly for even two years .Whereas when we invest our savings money to buy such product we expect the life to be around 4-5 years to give value for money.                             Hi, I am really disappointed with the service of laptop and only in 5 month getting problem. the attitude of entire service channel is disgusting and their NO CARE ATTITUDE for customers is worrying. Most disturbing thing is that, even escalating to their CEO's desk, the problem is not attended.I really need attention as the screen of the laptop is broken and its not worth to me now.as in the second month charger got crashed now screen. really don't what will happen next.

                                  I want to complaint against Samsung India Ltd,I had bought a Split AC from Samsung in April 2011 and It has been giving continuous problem.Each time the gas of the AC leaks and the person comes and fills and does not tries to find what is the actual problem.This year again same thing happened on 29th March 2013 and then again on 3rd Sep 2013 ,I got the gas filled for 1500 rupees and then same problem started on 6th Sep 2013 and I logged a complain with complain number [protected] and then again called on 12th Sep 2013 , a technician turns up and says that coil of the AC needs to be changed.I asked him to go back and I will confirm with the Customer Care.I have kept on calling customer care but there is no response.They keep your phone on hold and then do not reply.
                                  I want that an action should be taken against them.

                                    Hello, I am Abilash and my friend purchased Samsung S4 phone couple of months back from Bangalore Samsung Smart Cafe, Bangalore, India. Already, we have given the phone to the service center twice because of severe heating and hanging issues. Both the time, they said that the problem is resolved but even today the phone gets hangs and also the battery goes off suddenly. There are about 4 executives who have interacted with us and the response was pathetic. The 2nd time we gave the phone, they said the problem is with the motherboard. Plz understand that we paid 40,000 INR for this phone and its a huge investment and there were lots of hope when we bought this phone I had a respect for this brand but now, both the phone and the service that we received till date is pathetic and very poor. The worst part is response from your customer care executives. Now again they are asking us to give it to the service center and to be put under observation. I dont understand whether your team doesn't have value for customers or is this how your guys behave with the customers always? Why I should I give it to the customer service center everytime and its just the 3rd month since we purchased this phone. Why don't you accept that the phone has a problem and replace it for me? I dont want this phone now and want my money to be refunded. I have already lost the trust in your brand and dont want things to get worser.

                                    Yes, this phone is really bad. I suggest not to purchase this phone again. Don't think of that only one customer has faced this problem. If you go to Samsung Service center you will find another 2nd person has got same problem.

                                    Last friday, Abhishek calls me from your MD's desk as he claims and says that he will respond by Tuesday and also promises that no one other than him will be callin me till that time. Today again I get call from the service center asking to take my phone back. This is ridiculous.This also means that there is nothing communicated by Abhishek to the service center till now.

                                        I purchased Samsung LCD tv and suddenly it was showing double images. Complaint was lodged ( Ref No-[protected] dated 8.9.2013) and after making at least follow-up 25 calls to service center, service engineer had visited on 11.9.2013 and suggested to change LCD panel. Though complaint is not closed, he promptly collected service charge which he is not supposed to do. We were not happy with his diagnosis and asked service center to send some other engineer. This was not entertained by them, for the reasons only known to them. Due to urgency, i confirmed the changing of panel on 12.9.2013 itself and it was confirmed that panel will come in 2 to 3 days. Still part is not replaced. Ironically, the attitude of entire service channel is disgusting and their NO CARE ATTITUDE for customers is worrying. Most disturbing thing is that, even escalating to their CEO's desk, the problem is not attended. Even today, service center is not confirm the date of part arrival.
