I have purchased the Samsung galaxy tab 2 device back in July 2012. In Mac 2013 the device could not power up. I sent it for repair at the Authorized Samsung dealer in Gardens Midvalley. They say the motherboard has failed and got it repaired/changed. After a few month now in August 2013, the same issue happened where I can't start up the device. Sent it again for repair in the same center and they sat the motherboard again has failed....

I am writing this complaint to convey to anybody intending to buy a Samsung refrigerator NOT TO buy it to save you years and years of pain. Especially in Bangalore, the Samsung service centres take the customers for a ride and dupe them giving very flimsy reasons. I shall give you one example. This is the gas recharge scam. your refrigerator would need a gas recharge every 2-3 years and you would be charged around Rs 2000/- every time....
