Feberary 14, 2013, I bought a Samsung 60-inch LED TV. The use of less than five mouths there have been quality problems. My TV has sound but no picture, during which two times repair. The maintenance records as follows: The first replacement screen, the new screen has a dark line in the Middle of the screen. The second time replaccement screen too, there is sound but no picture. The same model, there were three screen quality problems, Samsung's products testing realty doing it? Stability of the product reliable ?

    This is regarding a phone I purchased on 06/07/2013.I purchased a Galaxy S 4 with IMEI no-[protected]. Within two moths o[censored]se the mobile stopped working.It automatically gets switched-off.The battery also became pathetic and I have to charge on hourly basis for normal use.I gave approached customer care center in bapunagar ahmedabad and they did not something and returned the phone.But soon after my phone is hang and heat .Till now I have given it two times of going to service centre but your care is no book my complain and called to me your bettery is blow so no warranty and garranty phone. The device is folty. I want my money back either replace my phone.This is a pathetic attempt of your company to sell defective piece of hardware to customers.If you don't take immediate action then I 'll have to take legal actions.       Dear Sir,

      It is a matter of great regret that being a reputed company you cannot keep your commitment and cannot handle the corporate customers for further prospective business. I have booked one Samsung Laptop, Model no. SNP-300E5EA03, 1 pc @ 32000/- on 04.09.2013 from Samsung Plaza, E-Mall, 6, Chittaranjan Avenue, Kol-782. The sales person was Mr. Somnath and his senior colleague Mr Sanjay Sen, they had advised us to book the laptop immediately with a token amount to hold the stock and when the cheque of 32000/- will come they will return the booking cash and deliver the laptop on that day. As per their commitment we have given a token amt of Rs 500/- and received a proforma invoice copy having the advance amt confirmation. Now my cheque has come today from Sintex Industries Ltd, Kalol, Ahmedabad, Head office but now they are telling that they cannot supply the material in old booking price. We have to pay the increased amount.
      But our question is why this thing happen when there is no clause in the invoice copy regarding the validity of the price. Moreover they have confirmed us that when the cheque will come after a month we can collect the material. This conversation was made in front of our DGM- Sintex who accompany me on that day.
      But we are really astonished of their bluffing. They are literally cheating us on this kind of issue. They have not given us any intimation in between these days.
      So this is my earnest request to take this matter on urgent basis and take necessary action to get the material as per the commitment and proforma invoice which is enclosed herewith for your kind reference.Please revert.

            on 2-7-2013 i complaine about ref is not working properly many technicians visited but there is no result,

              Dear Sir/Madam, On 26th Sept we have lodged a request for servicing of window 1.5 ton AC which was bought in Aug'2008. The request number is [protected]. Your service engineer visited on 28th (Saturday) afternoon and after checking it, he said that there is some gas leakage due to which the cooling is not happening. He said that we need to take it to service center in Faridabad (where we stay) and the next day being Sunday (holiday) so he will pick it up on Monday morning. We recd a call from your call center regarding the same on Sunday...saying that it will be done on Monday morning. Nobody came on Monday morning so I again called up call centre and asked about the status. I was told that somebody will visit on Monday. Again nobody came on that day. Today morning I again called up the call center and after apologizing about the delay I was told the same story that service engineer will pay a visit definitely today. But till now nobody came. Just wanted to know what kind of servicing you are offering. Is there anybody who will look up to the matter and try to resolve it asap. I have a patient there at home and AC is not working.                   Dear sir/madam, i bought a samsung 3d led tv from dammam, saudi arabia on 2nd of september 2013 bill no.43/266286, product: UA32F6100 32in serial no: 2YBX3MG9400062. however the tv display got damaged during transportation. i took the TV to the nearby authorized service center here in trichy, but, the service engineer without even asking for bill details told repairing cost will be Rs.25, 000/- approx. i even called the customer care, they told me the service engineer will call us. the service engineer (trichy) branch called me and told the same. i would like to inform you that i have paid my tax at the Chennai international airport as per the new law implemented by the Indian Government. i just want to know if it is not the display, what will cover in free service warranty. please reply. regards, benoy

On registering complaint, One of your reprsentative Shri.Desai visited to rectify the problem. On checking he informed that LED Panel of TV was faulty and total expenditure for replacement of same to be around 14, 500/-.                       II given my samsung digital camera model no PL100 for serviceing on 4/9/13.After three weeks they informed me that the problen is due to camera barallel and this part not avilable so they cant service this.I purchased this 2 years before, and this had a complient of lence before three months and got sevice .Now they said that they cant service this.kindly do the necessary action.
                      Samsung customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      Before one month I given my digital camera( model pl. 100) for serviceing, which had the problem of barrel. But they return back without servicing by saying that the complaint part is not available. I purchased this[protected], I already registered a complaint again this and they informed me that they will contact when the part available, but still I didn’t get any information.If I get service or not?.

                        I bought samsung Core in Sep-2013 and from day one I faced issues with it. The phone will switch off suddenly no matter how much battery life is remaining. It happens atleast twice a day and when I took it to service center on 28-sep-2013 I was told that I will get phone call within 2 hours. I received a call from service centre and they said to call on sep-30-2013. I tried to call them on[protected] and no one was bothered to answer. I called then Samsung number[protected] and the executive gave me another number [protected] and that number was out of service. I am not able to contact service center and I am suffering. I paid aroung 13300 INR for this phone and what I got is faulty phone. Why can I get new Phone or refund. Why consumer has to suffer

                          Dear Concern, I am one of your irate Customer . I had purchased Samsung LED 32" T.V. Model NO. : 32 EH 4000 recently. 1.While unpacking the same i could not find the wall mount. 2. Upon calling the customer care, i found that the mount will be made available by samsung as of their technician will install it. 3. After booking a docket no :[protected], i found that the same would be installed at charable basis of 814/- Rs which i found horrible. 4. Customer care told me that the installation is free till 1 month from the date on purchase which no one communicated to me while buying the TV which is again horrible and terrible. If it is so then some one should take pains to communicate to end user.Else there is no fun of selling the product . Hereby i will not purcase any samsung Electronics iteam henceforth and will not recommened to any one. with lot of pain Darpan Grover [protected]

                            Sir,
                            I purchased a 42" wall mounted Samsung TV in the year 2007. Recently when there was a power dip at home, the TV went off and after that is not working. On powering on, the screen flickers. Called Samsung service centre at Chennai and informed about the problem. They said that they will send a service person but there was no response. Called them again a couple of times and they send a service person. He came and checked and informed that he cannot say whether the power supply board or the mother board is having the problem. He said he has to check on the availability of spares and call back. More than 10 days has elapsed with no response. Called him back last week he said he is still waiting for spares. Today again called him and he connected me through a conference call to one of his superiors who happened to be a lady and straightaway I was told that there is no spare available and they would depreciate the value of the TV for the number of years I have used and said they would pay me and take the TV back. I had to remind them that in the first place, I had called them for servicing the TV and never offered them to give back the TV. One of my relatives who also owned a Samsung TV had a similar experience and I was told that for non-availability of spares, Samsung had taken away the TV back by paying him Rs.1000/-.
                            I had purchased my TV for Rs.70000/- and for non-availability of spares, why should I give my TV back to Samsung? The Vendor cannot support the spares even for even 10 years? I need a redressal on this please. I am not sure whether the spares are really not available or is it a racket to loot customers?

                              I had purchased samsung galaxy s3 mobile in june 2013 which costs 30, 000 rupees. The day one onwards I noticed that phone is not getting charged normally. It was taking entire night to charge 80 percent battery. And strucking in the middle of applications. I had given it in samsung service center at aundh in pune on 21st sep 2013.withihn one day they called to collect phone.They did nothing except installed os again. Because of their mistake EMEI number was diappeared and phone is not able to register on the mobile network. next day I returned in service center. Since 7 days they are not at all giving any responce except that it will take time. I have visited service center 4 time and still they did nothing. Guys samsung service center is very bad they don't know how to repair the phone except os installation, that too they perfectly don't know. My case is live example for that. By installing OS themselves created new problem for my phone. Dont purcahse samsung products.

                              Guys samsung service is very bad...
                              Now the service center people damaged the body of the mobile and still the original problem exists.
                              They are speaking very rudely. Samsung has very good brand name, But because of service center people samsung decreasing it's fame.
                              Still the phone is with them only.
                              Ask for replacement or refund. Else tell them that next call will be taken care by Consumer Court.

After 8 days I am going to service center service center person tell me mobile is ready, I have received my mobile and come to my home next day mobile coming same problem then again I am go to samsung service center ( S.S. Enterprises) he tell me I will check & call you . This problem last 1 month six time facing ( six time I am going to samsung service center ( S.S. Enterprises) ) but now problem is not solve.                                     i bought a samsung galaxy tab 2 for rs 16490 on 1562013 from vijay sales at kohat enclave delhi.after just 2 months tab got some issues like restarting, display and network .i went to customer service center in rohini delhi sec 8, 5 times every time they just do the formality and while asking that why the same problem occur again and again the guy misbehaves also and said i didnt tell you to brought that tab and all.i completely fed up of all being a girl i cant travel weekly to there i have invested money in a good multinational company's product but itz all went in vain you were my only hope left.

                                      I have been facing this problem since last 8 months. There is a black line covering half my screen and hence unable to watch the upper portion of my 40 inch LED TV. In May 2013, I had an engineer visit my place and he very bluntly concluded that we need to change the panel and the same would cost Rs. 24, 000. This is not reasonable as in just 18 months of purchase, I need to spend Rs. 24, 000 for repairs! This is definitely a case of selling a defective model. Last month the customer care official called and offered me a discount of Rs.4000. Still that is asking for too much. Request you to please suggest a cost effective solution for the same. I have been using Samsung products and have due respect for the brand. Hope you care for your customers and believe in providing reliable products and services. Look forward to your response on the same.

                                        samsung plazma tv model no -ps51E8000 sno-MQM33pcc900150 was purchased on 12-11-12 and have still in gauranted period.Since the day of purchase it was not working properly and many complaints have been lodged with the local dealer m/s Vishal Sales, Dehradun(UK).Being agerived, the complaint in this regards was lodged in the local dealer as well as with the samsung.It is regretably mention the fact that inspite of the complaint the out of order tv was not attended for three month by the samsung with the pretex that the part of tv was not available.Some days back, after visiting 10 to 15 visit at my home, they repaired the tv with the assurances that now the tv will work properly.But today dt 29-9-13, the screen of tv shown completely darkness and not shown any picture on the screen.Now we want the complete change of this tv set.
                                        Samsung customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Kindly confirm the comlaint tha thet tv was not working at the day of purchase.In the nut shel, the complaint is 100% genuin and true.
