I bought Samsung Split AC in June 2012. As per the Samsung company policy, the customer is entitled for 2 free services in the first year of purchase.

As per the above policy, in April 2013, I request for the free service for the one AC in warranty and 3 other split ACs which were bought 2 years ago.

The Engineer Executive from the Samsung company, Mr. Sajid (Mob: [protected]), came and did the service for 3 split ACs and told me that one of the old split AC would need the AC gas to be refilled. But, when I checked all the ACs, the service was not done properly, especially the outer unit was dirty like it was before the service.

I asked the executive, Mr Sajid, to do the service properly, otherwise, I will not pay the charges. He refused to accept that the service was not done properly and refused to do it properly and thrashed the bill of his service charges and scolded me and left.

I have complained Samsung about his behaviour and requested to arrange for an alternate engineer. But, nothing has been done from their side.

Samsung AC — not working

    i had problem in refrigerator, for that i registered complaint on 4th may 2013 on toll free: [protected], ,in return service man visited my place and told me that compressor had failed. it will take 2 days and will charge Rs.5500/. i agreed. but since than i have call samsung customer care toll free and samsung local service office (+[protected] everyday 6-7 times. but in reply they just were just fooling me and making excuses and non-sense reasons saying engineer is not here, he will come by today evening at your home, he is on way with compressor. as on today i.e 9th of may 2013 there is no person taking responsibilty. again than i called toll free number to ask who is the local service head person. i came to know its Mr.JIGNESH TAILOR (+[protected] i called up again and i ask the operator at local office, that can you pass the telephone line to your senior or head person Mr.JIGNESH TAILOR, operator replies, he is lunch, than again, he is not in office. i asked for his contact number. operator says we are not allowed. i asked for the number for engineer also but they did not gave any number.

    Samsung service centre is Making Fool of the Consumers and in surat, gujarat its for sure.

    why am i so sure, because this is my second time. i am suffering from the same company and same product.

    Samsung — no service

    I have bought a samsung 400 lts frost free refrigerator and a 42 inch plasma tv and there is a dent in the fridge and the dealer is not replacing saying no stock and the tv no demo has been given inspite of reminders everyday. the Tv also has a problem that it blacks out for few seconds with the sound running. Kindly advise how I should go ahead with the formal comlaint.

    Samsung — No service centre available

    There is no service centre available in jamnagar. The service centre address and phone number give samsung help line is absolutely wrong and irrelevant and their customer care department is unresponsive.
    The sale of samsung mobiles in jamnagar should be banned and the dealer "MOBILE PLUS POINT" should be banned selling mobile phone as they are unable to provide any service.
    Same having with me with Videocon Refrigerator.

      I am Debojyoti Chowdhury ,resident of Belghoria Kolkata ***** . I bought the new Samsung Galaxy Grand on 6th of May ,2013 from Samsung Plaza (FUNDAMENTAL ELECTRONICS PVT.LTD) PHN# +[protected] in City Centre Mall,B-8,DC Block ,Sector 1 ,Salt lake ,Kolkata and within a day of buying i am facing a big problem with my handset.I am extremely dissatisfied and disheartened as to how my case was handled by the Samsung operatives(both the dealer and the Service centre) and i am now pondering over the idea that whether i should take some legal action against them or not.

      I am having a vibration problem in my handset.I have disabled all the vibrations on my phone but still when i long press any icon or drag a button to recieve or decline a call i am getting a short duration vibration which i really dislike. I have compared my handset with some other new users of Galaxy grand but it seems they are not facing such an issue. I have checked for the software patch that is installed in my handset and the details are the same as that of the other users.I do not want my new phone which i bought of 21k to have such problems in one day. I want an immediate replacement of my phone as i have not tampered or done anything that would violate the warranty policies.

      I had visIted the Samsung store from where i had bought my mobile yesterday and explained to them in detail the problem i was facing and that i wanted a replacement of my phone as i was certain that there was some problem in the hardware of the handset. The Store manager was quick to interrupt my plea and instruct me that they will not be in any way replace my phone and that it needs to be taken to the nearby Samsung service centre for repair. I visited the Service center ( CD -7,Sector 1 ,Near City Centre Kol,ph [protected],[protected]) and explained them the same and that i needed an immediate replacement of my mobile as it has been reporting problems in just one day and that i did not want to give my phone away for a software patch upgrade.I was informed that the Samsung service center will not be able to replace my handset and that i have to give it to them for repair and they cannot give any deadline as to when they will give my phone back. If the phone after testing comes out to be faulty they will try to replace it.Simultaneously , i had also given a call to the Samsung Customer care toll free number[protected] and lodged a formal complaint(Complaint no:[protected]). The Samsung call centre executive told me that there is a replacement process agreement that they have and it is present with all the service centers of Samsung.When i wanted to see that certificate form the service centre executive here in Kolkata, i was told that they do not have it and the only option for me is to leave back my phone with them for testing and they will let me know later what can be done.

      I have never experienced such unprofessional and unfriendly behavior from operatives who are working for such a huge concern. I am really unhappy and i am willing to go any lengths to escalate this issue. I do not want to put by one day phone under the knife but i want an immediate replacement so that my faith in buying Samsung products remain untarnished.Apple provides an immediate replacement of their products if found faulty at an Apple Genius bar so not why Samsung.?

        Dear Samsung,

        I Have purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand on 9th of April 2013 & started using from 11th of the same month on 29th of the same month it got automatically got switched off when i visited "BIG C" from were i purchased the mobile one of the executive said to visit samsung service center so that they will give a letter so that we can change the handset, when i visited samsung service center and asked for letter he said it is not possible to give a letter as it is 20 days old handset and said we can only repair and give i argued with him for almost 2hrs and agreed to open the handset in front of me, after opening the handset he said it is just a loose connection near the on/off button which is fixed it was on 30th of April 2013, on the same day i was going to Goa for vacation in the night when i took the handset to make a call it was switched off again the same problem entire tour i was not able to take a single photo as i depended on my mobile & i was not able to make some calls as entire phone Number was in phone book, after returning from trip i gave it to service centre on 4th of may 2013 still on today i dint get the phone nor they have provided alternative phone.

        Hope you look into it and provide me a new phone.

        Samsung — mobile not power up

          I am forced to write on your FB page not because I like your products but because of the recurring problems that I have faced by commiting the mistake of buying a samsung airconditioner. I bought this samsung ac in the year 2009 and since then have been facing problems with the product. You can see my level of patience that finally I am writing on your FB page when I am completely frustrated and h...ave no hope left that Samsung cares for customer satisfaction. Since the time of purchase till date I have changed the compressor, gas, etc etc you will have all the details. During this process, I have been forced to deal with unprofessional call centre excutives who are not trained properly and at times rude as well and your so called 'service engineers'. I would like to make a speacial mention of your so called manager Mr rakesh Chauhan whose number I was provided by Mr Arif stating that I should speak to him. Without even listening to my problem, he handed the phone to a guy who could hardly speak professional langauge and sounded like a uneducated rude guy. If this is the way your manager(customer support) behaves, I would be foolish to expect more from the executives. I do not know if this post would be read, deleted but I am a complete dissatisfied customer and harassed by Samsung to the extent. I do not expect that my ac would be repaired and even if it is, the problem would recur maybe after a few days........that is what the history is. So request that you do not talk about customer service if this is the level of frustration that you can inflict on your customer

            I had asked samsung for reinstallation. And it was not done properly, which was higlighted to customer care.

            After 10 days of it slowly cooling level went down. Again put a complaint, since the improper installation lead to gas leakage due to which some more parts got damaged.

            Again After 10 days of shouting they picked the unit for 3 weeks and delivered without repair sending different persons for asking to fill the gas which will be chargeable. Service Person now only found crack. i have got photo for evidence.
            During this period the unit got out of warranty.

            Unit was purchased on 30/03/2012. And reinstallation done on - 20/03/2013 from when the problem starts.
            Even one time long before i have called then for service and asked the engineer to check the gas level. But he avoided since if it is less then they have to fill it as per their policy. So after 45 days of continuos asking to customer care of samsung, still the unit is in faulty state only.

              I bought two Samsung tab phones - one on 29 Dec and second on 30 Dec from Pitampura, Delhi. As per the Samsung promotion, I was to receive Samsung blue tooth (by courier) within 15 days, once I register for the same on Samsung site which i did on 31 Dec itself (for both tabs), i mean the registration.

              I have been chasing for the blue tooth (2 nos) since Jan and untill now, I have not received the same. I have sent numerous mails and made several calls but to response.

              The invoice and IMEI numbers are as below:-

                Dear Sir,

                I am using Samsung phone Model S6102. For the past few days i went to the Samsung T-nagar Customer care centre in Habibullah road, near to Vidhyodhaya School in Valluvarkottam. But today only i was able to meet the manager over there, but he was denying my complaint on the ground that the silver coating was not covered under warranty. My phone is only 9 months old. The reason he gave me for the fading and coming out of the silver coating was not acceptable by me, because he was telling because of my body temperature and other conditions only it happened. He was not accepting that its because of the low quality of the material used. Then i showed him my NOKIA mobile which i was using for the past 4 years and now also i am using it. My Nokia phone also have the same silver coating, but nothing happened to that till now. After seeing it the manager didn't tell anything, he was telling it is not covered under warranty so he cant do anything.
                Please help me to solve this issue and change the silver coating which has faded and coming out.

                  I had spoken with the Samsung customer care executive and he gave me a complaint number: [protected] and said that I will get a call on the same day or next day, but till now there is no response from them.

                  Now it’s been near about 10 days and I have not received any call for the complaint which I had registered.

                  Samsung — Unattended Complaint

                  I have been using Samsung for several years and I should say that the company's customer commitment has decreased a great deal. Or, is it, that Samsung is not bothered to check how their service centres in mofussil, outlying areas treat their customers.

                  My wasting machine has developed problems. I lodged a complaint and I was given a reference no.[protected]. Nothing has happened even after a month.

                  The customer care centre is a joke with people there speaking to you as if you are a pest. Why are customers treated as shabbily as this?

                    I lost my mobile phone Samsung Galaxy Grand GT-i9082 when i was on board in the train Patna-Delhi Special train on 19 April 2013. When train reached at Buxar (Bihar) railway station at around 7 p.m., someone entered inside the coach and snatched mobile (Samsung Galaxy Grand GT-i9082, cost 21000) from my hand and ran away. I chased him and informed to the TTE. I have at once blocked the phone number and filled FIR (no. is 63/13) for snaching and tracking my mobile by proving IMEI no.[protected]. This phone is equipped with GPS and all other facilities Since my mobile (Samsung Galaxy Grand) phone contains policy & confidential research documents which may be misused.

                      My name is Deepansh Daga, I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S3 in Jan 2013 and recently got the problem of DISPLAY White on[protected] in the same phone. I have submitted the phone in Samsung Service Center and they promised me to deliver the phone with fix in 3 days but after 3 days they extended the delivery date to Saturday evening i.e. 4th may 2013 and when I called the service center today problem has been changed from display white to motherboard circuit issue now. They are saying motherboard needs to replace which means it will take more time to fix i.e until next Tuesday evening.

                        I have purchased a Samsung LED TV from Indra Sound at Indra Square Market in Bangkok on 3RD DECEMBER 2012 It was working fine for 4 months but now there is a blue dotted line coming on top and right of the screen . I registered a compaint in samsung they are saying you dont the complete document i have also registered the product with the samsung . If the warranty document is that much necessary then y dont the INDRA SOUND provide the customers with the proper documents. This the fault of the shop and samsung and not of the customers.

                          Hi This is Priyabrata Nayak. I have one Samsung Washing Machine model: WA78K1/XTL. Most of the time when we call the service desk one service engineer Mr. Rajendra Biswal calls us for service but he doesn't do complete service all the time. Now it seems like he is unwilling to take the call and my washing machine is not functioning for last couple of months.

                          As per the service engineer suggestion we have changed the water pipe now for last one month I am chasing this guy but no luck.
                          Now I have decided to take the service from some local service providers at least they take some more money but visits home without complain.

                            I am prince sachdeva...my number is [protected]...i am using samsung galaxy note. ..and my handset is showing problems evry month...its motherboard is changed by the company...the phone hangs...the phone switchoff on its own...i want to file a complaint against samsung for not clearing my doubts in 1 go...i have to rush evrymonth to service centre and give my phone for 4 5 days evrytime...

                              I purchased SAMSUNG Galaxy Wonder GT-I8150 IMEI # [protected] in SEP 2012 from Muscat - Oman.
                              Performance of this particular handset is not upto the mark. This phone hangs a lot. Many a applications gets stucked in between working.
                              I have also formatted this handset twice but not beneficial at all. It is as same as it was.
                              It is extremely unacceptable from well known firm like SAMSUNG to produce & manufacture such models.
                              I lost my BILL also in Muscat & now I am back to India.
                              Is there any solution to this type of problem, can ANDROID version be updated in this handset.
                              Suggestion is highly appreciable.

                                Dear sir,
                                I bought Samsung led 32" from Dubai on Dec 12, last week I make a call to Samsung costumer care for installation and wall hanging, they said me Agra engineer or dealer may contact u as soon as possible, on very next day his engineer call comes to me and he demands Rs. 5000 on the name of installation fees. when I complaint to costumer care they told me u have to pay these charges because u purchased from out of India.
                                I don't know company engineers demanding bribe to me or its just a rule because neither company promote charging of installation nor they written in any documents like (bill, led box, or other accessories). so why I pay to them.
                                if company will not install in free then company should pay me back with fare charges of my Dubai trip.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I purchase Samsung 40" LED Model no va40d5003br on dated 15.10.2011 Approx. price Rs. 60000/-. But 4 months before we found a technical problem for screen and also we complaint the same. On visited of concerns from SAMSUNG, replies that the panel of LED needs to change and it required Rs. 25000/-.and the said cost will suppose to paid by me bacause of warrenty period is expired 2 months before. The thing is that we purchase LED on Rs.60000/- and after 14 months we needs to pay of of Rs. 25000/- for service.
                                  My comliant is -
                                  What is the life of your expensive product? and why we suffered for the same?

                                  So please resolve the problem earlier without any cost.

                                  Same thing has happened with my 40" - 5900 D model of Samsung LED. Again teh remedy told was the replacement of the pannel costing Rs.25000/-

                                  LED is considered tio be having a life of 1 Lakh hours, enough to last for 15 - 20 years with average watching.

                                  cost is prohibitive and THE REPAIR COST IS ABSURD.

                                  Inspite of writing at various levels, yet to get the replacement.

                                  there seems to be serious issues with their technology and they are getting away scotfree.

                                    My Mobile Screen (Touch Pad) for Samsung Note-2, got damaged, due to mobile got slip from my hand.

                                    Upon visited service center at Gurgaon on 26th April 2013, i was told that the spare part (new touch pad for note-2) is not available/

                                    Its surprising, What kind of service center it is with no spare part that too in such a big city like Gurgaon. ....what service they will be providing in small cities, that can be imagined from this....

                                    Anyways, i paid them Rs.1,000/- as token amount to the center and they promised i can come in 2 days time & get it replaced with new one.

                                    Till date, 1st May 2013, evening at 6:30, customer care is still not able to provide the touch screen.

                                    If one has to expect this kind of service from Samsung, then at least i won't spend Rs. 35,000/-++ for a phone from Samsung.

                                    If such will be services for to be expected from Samsung.. i am sure, they will fall to earth in same pace as they gone up in sky.

                                        I am bought a Samsung I509 CDMA smart phone on 15-Mar-2013. I am getting in Phone in Just 15 days related to Auto Network Signal Down/Very Low Network Signals/Phone Battery Power running just 3 Hour/ Charging time of Phone battery 6 to 7 hour. I Submit my Phone in Samsung Service Center on 08- Apr-2013. I visit this service Center 7 times after Confirmation Repaired Completed every time. But all the time my phone was in same condition that I given to them. Each time they want take some more time I says next time your phone repaired. But after 25 days I am not getting any solution yet now. I spend about 200 rupees every time I visited to service center as my expenses. I take half day leave in office for visiting service center. I am facing lot of problem due to this phone issue.
                                        Please help me.

                                        Samsung Mobile — battery problem

                                        hello sir

                                        As i buy Samsung mobile model no s3500.
                                        The mobile battery was problem the charge is not standing more then 3 to 4 hrs with out any working. So i was complained to Sam sung service center in t.nagar, chennai, Tamil nadu. on last 1 month so no response. he said battery problem he said at present no stock. he kept in service 2 days he changed my battery cover an NW mobile strip problem, an speaker noice also stated also problem, he cant attn my call also, i called call center he gave deleter manager (vanktesh) mobile no, an area manager (gopi kumar) number. he also no response, i suffering lot an my buss nus order also losing . kindly check out my problem.
