COOLING IN REFRIGERATOR
Dear sir,

I am Manoj chatly, a chartered accountant by profession had bought one refrigrator double door 240 ltrs from samsung company retail dealer in ludhiana. From the next very year it creates cooling problem around four years back and every year it creates cooling problem. Now from last six months i have been complaining around fifteen times to samsung customer care. There are so many representatives visited our home and once it has been taken to company's workshop, but its position remains same and no cooling there. I have been complaining again and again and now the company's personnel are not responding and saying that its goes out of warranty. Its shame on the part of company that despite trying each year there products goes out of warranty and its not properly working now. I am really frustrated, so i reached the forum to kindly sort out this matter. I am not interested at all to repair the product again and again. I want to change my product or refund the money, I had paid many times as service charges for which i have the slips.
So i want complete resolution of my matter and please arrange to replace it immediatley or refund the money. I dont want to repair it at all. Otherwise for my harrasment i shall claim damages on the company.

kindly sort out this matter as early as possible and oblige.

Samsung Refrigerator — Cooling Problem

dear sir,

we purchased 310 ltr Samsung Refrigerator from Tirumal Music Centre, Hyd. in the month of April - 08
& observed that Cooling is not getting.

kindly do the needful.

Samsung — refrigerator not working six months

I have purchased a refrigerator from Navrang Electronics vide model no –RT31HCRR11, S.R.No –R0464TAB300632J Samsung in the month of September last year. With in two months of date of purchase we started facing complaints at your service centre. Your engineers visit our place and claim that they have rectified the problem but the problem is still there and as you know in summers things like vegetables,milk,cooked items are getting spoiled due to non functioning of the refrigerator .I think either your engineers have not been able to find the exact problem or the refrigerator is defective. Your engineers have visited us in the month Jan 2012,March,April,June and thrice in July 2012 but still it is not functioning properly You are requested to do the needful at the earliest because we are suffering a lot due to this. On 19-7-12,20-7-12,22-7-12,24-7-12 your engineer has minutely examined the entire refrigerator with no success and later assured us that he will discussed with seniors and get it replaced as it is not going to rectified, as this particular model is always problematic

    On 22nd April during a call, I was talking to someone, my note 2 starts heating at earphone side and within 30 seconds,
    it heat so much that my ear burn and turn red. The top Nickel plated steel (whatever metal it is) bent and swollen.
    I called the customer care they immediately arrange for pickup my phone.
    On 22nd they collected the phone and give me assurance for replacement,
    but since then I am waiting for my phone.
    Every alternate days I keep on calling Samsung Customer care at[protected]
    they keep me on hold and after 3-5 minutes they apologize for
    unable to give status of my complaint.
    I also write to "Email to CEO's Office given at http://www.samsung.com/in/info/contactus.html". After submitting I receive the call. On first call i get the information that my hand set is ready kindly collect from the service centre. When i call the service centre, they said your phone some part have been replaced and some part we had ordered. As soon as the part come you can collect. Next day when i again submit my request on "Email to CEO's Office given at http://www.samsung.com/in/info/contactus.html", they give me a call back and state that the part is replaced kindly collect. Again i called at the service centre, they said again the part not yet come. 3rd time i repeat the submition of my query at "Email to CEO's Office given at http://www.samsung.com/in/info/contactus.html". they call me and state ye the part is ordered and you get the phone soon.
    When i ask what is the problem, since 22nd April 2013, it is 30th April 2013. you are telling the part has been ordered, why it is so much delay. they simply said "sorry for the inconvenience caused". you will get the phone soon.
    My basic questions to the samsung people
    1) When i ask customer care to give any senior persons contact no to discuss my issue, they said we are unable to give.
    2) I only contact them through emails from "Email to CEO's Office given at http://www.samsung.com/in/info/contactus.html"
    3) The collecting person clearly seen my burnt ear and mentioned the same in report that he make and
    4) There should be an immediate replacement of my handset, not the repair
    5) Replacement is too far, i have not yet confirmed the status of my phone.
    6) I spend 37000 in samsung galaxy note 2, does this is the way customer treated.
    7) When i ask the service centre people on 30 morning, they said if you are in a hurry then take the phone, it is not heating now. When the part come we can replace that part.
    8) I have not moved to the police for my ear burning by using your phone, nor i yet visited any news media. Does this is the right way to get the treatment from your side.

    I HAVE ALREADY LOOSED MY FAITH IN SAMSUNG, NEVER BUY, ALSO RECOMMEND PEOPLE NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG.

      Re:-Bad after sale servicing by Samsung Electronics and Aar Key Electronics(Service centre of Samsung Electronics)

      Respected Sir,
      I have purchased a double door refrigerator of Samsung on 21.04.2009 from ‘Singh Radio Service,Bareilly’ in the name of my mother Smt. Sarla Sharma.In September 2012 the lower gate axel of refrigerator was damaged.I registered my complaint to the ‘Samsung Call Centre.’A service engineer named ‘Mr. Azam Khan’ paid a visit to my home and told about the broken axel point.I asked him about the solution,he told me that the only solution is the new gate.On his advice I went to the local service centre i.e. ‘Aar Key Electronics’ to give him order for new gate.They told me that they have persuaded my order of new lower gate of the same model & same colour to the company.But after few days when the service engineer come to my home with the gate,neither it was of same size nor the same colour.Hence they took it back.I again told them for right gate but nothing was done and finally I had to repair the gate in private in the month of Jan 2013.
      On 07.04.2013 I again logged a complaint in ‘Samsung Call Centre’ as the refrigerator was not working properly.I thought it was due to the gate.On 08.04.2013 another service engineer came to my home.He told us that the gate was properly repaired and the refrigerator was not cooling as the gas was choked and for this the refrigerator must be carried to the ‘Local Service Centre’ and the problem will be removed in few hours.I called the ‘Service Centre’ many times to pick up the refrigerator from my home but they told me that there is no rickshaw at service centre so I have to bring my refrigerator myself to the service centre.Meanwhile they cancelled my complaint also without my consent which was registered by me in Samsung Call Centre.On 18.04.2013 I brought my refrigerator to the service centre and handed them.They told me that this will be O.K. on Monday 22.04.2013.I told them that the service engineer has told me that the problem will be removed in a single day,they told me whichever whoever told but it will not be available before 21.04.2013.I told them O.K. I will pick it up on 21.04.2013.When I call them on 22.04.2013 they told me the service centre is closed due to Sunday.I told them that they have earlier told me that the service centre will be open on Sunday they answered that they don’t have workload so it is not open today.After waiting few more days when I called them on 23.04.2013 they told me that the refrigerator has not been done.I reminded them that they have given me the date of 21.04.2013 and today it is 23.04.2013 they told me that I don’t know anything.When I called the Call Centre and told them about my problem they told me that you have not to deal the service centre directly but I was not dealing it directly.They also told me about the service centre that it has an address of ‘Butler Plaza’ in papers but practically it is in ‘Rampur Garden’.Then I called many times to the call centre and service centre but nothing happened.Meanwhile they sent one other service engineer to my home to check the problem without finding out what the real problem is.Till now I haven’t received my refrigerator.
      Sir,this was what happened with me.Now I want to tell you what the real problem is?In my first visit to the service centre the manager there asked me that from where I have purchased the refrigerator?I told that from Singh Radio Service.They told me that I had to purchase this from a particular shop which belongs to the near and dear of service centre franchisee.I told that they provide the articles costly,they answered that the service will be prior if you purchase from there otherwise you know.They offered me to exchange my refrigerator but I refused.That’s why they just delayed my service.Now I am also in doubt that they have changed important parts of my refrigerator otherwise a work of few hours can’t be delayed for 1 week.
      Sir,I request you for registering my complaint and clearcut action against the ‘service centre’ and ‘Samsung Electronics’ which is maintaining so bad after sale servicing and no customer compliance.Now I don’t want that refrigerator.I request you that a Brand new refrigerator must be provided to me on behalf of the ‘service centre’ and ‘Samsung Electronics’.I also request you for penalize them as I have faced mental distress due this incident.This affected my potential and I am unable to concentrate on my job.Please also keep in mind that this service centre is maintaining false address registered in ‘Samsung Electronics’.There service engineers must also be trained i.e.degree/diploma holder in refrigeration otherwise how can they say them engineer.Please check this also.Your concern can be a teaching to such MNCs which are just concentrating on sale not on service.

      Samsung — very poor serivice

      With due respect that I would like to inform u that i have purchased E250 mobile set and purchased from POPULAR ENTERPRISES at: Gill road opp: Bank Of Punjab, Nr.Vishavkarma Chowk Ludhiana.141003, PUNJAB (Tel #[protected], [protected]@populargroup.net) under retail invoice # 59 dated 08.04.2008 by cash amounting Rs.4700.00

      Sir I inform u that due to fault in memory card slot in my mobile i have handover the cell to our nearest SAMSUNG service centre, SOLOUTION PLAZA B-37/309, Nirmal nagar Canal road Dugri Ludhiana-2 (Phone #[protected], 2504204 on 25th September 2008

      Until 06.11.2008 i have not received the Mobile set from your service centre and i contact again in above said service centre they says your set is not repairable and you return the following equipments i.e. set with box, charger, Box, headphone and battery then we will return your money with in fifteen days from the date submission of all the balance equipment.

      so we handover all the things related above said items to your service centre on 06.11.2008.Sir, no body can bothered they dont attend to me you are requested to please refund the amount Rs.4700.00 to me immediately.
      in case you will failed then i will refer the case to Consumer court. so please help me and solve my complain.

      I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAIN ON 09/06/2009 (COMPLAIN NO.[protected]) THAT MY 1 TON SPLIT AC IS NOT WORKING.
      AFTER 1 WEEK THEIR ENGINEER CAME AND HE TOLD ME THAT PCV IS DAMAGED AND ALSO GAS PROBLEM THAN I TOLD HIM TO CHANGE IT BUT HE TOOK ALMOST 15 DAYS TO CHANGE IT.AND HE CHARGED ME RS 2250/. AGAIN FROM THE NEXT DAY AC WAS NOT WORKING I TOLD HIM .
      THIS TIME ALSO HE CAME AFTER 4 DAYS AND HE TOLD ME THAT COMPRESSOR IS NOT WORKING AND IT WILL BE REPLACED BY THE COMPANY AS IT IS IN THE GURRANTEE PERIOD.
      THIS TIME HE TOOK AROUND 18 DAYS TO REPLACE IT. NOW THE MACHINE IS REPLACED AND ALSO 5 DAYS HAS PASSED BUT NOBODY CAME TO INSTALL IT. EVERYBODY I AM GIVING CALL IN THE SERVICE STATION AND THEIR ANSWER IS TODAY ENGINEER WILL COME BUT NOBODY TILL NOW HAS COME.
      KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION SO THAT NOBODY GETS HARRASHMENT LIKE ME.

      samsung dvdplayer writemaster cannot play any dvd disc?

      Samsung — Very poor service

      There are very poor service in samsung company .My complain is one month old .My complain no.[protected] dated9.11.2009. It is very samefull.
      Yeah! its very true that only Samsung have the poorest services ever in india, coz i have give a printer model no. ML2010 in April 2009 but till date (after 8 (eight) months letter) i haven't receive the printer nor getting any response from the service center after i regular call or go to the service center.

      I have also call on[protected] customer care several times but they also haven't take any action nor reply any thing.
      I had given AC service request on 27th march 2k10 BP# [protected]
      I was assured service Engineer will be visiting on 29th March..since than I have called customer service 10 times and each time I got response that service agency will contact within one hour. I have not received a single call from samsung service center till now.
      It has been 1 week now, Still no response from service center.
      I believe Samsung is worst in providing services for their sold goods.
      Also Customer Care representatives are non-cooperating, each time I called Customer Care, got the same answer without any reference to history(They even said we are just Customer Care and are helpless If Service Center people are not willing to come) .
      With this kind of service I would never buy a samsung product in future.

      Samsung — Poor Service from Service Centre

      I had bought a Samsung 17" Monitor last year, 2 yrs of warranty period is still left. For the last one month, It's not working. I have registered a complain regarding it with Samsung on 5th Sep. 2010, the complain no. is [protected]. But, even after 23 days, it has not been repaired. The service centre at Kanpur, on 9th Sep, 2010, when I went to their office in person, said that they'll have to arrange some parts of it and after that they'll make it working. In this matter I have also contacted Mr. Surendra from Kanpur (Mob. [protected]) and Mr. Santosh from Lucknow, but with no results. I had not expected such a bad response from Samsung. It is very disheartening.

      Sir,
      I have problem with samsung on street service. My TV is off from last 4 months, I also call the samsungcare so many time & still it is in 'warranty period'.
      And now his technician reply ," YOUR PART IS UNAVAILABLE & I CANT GIVE YOU SERVICE".
      I am acomman man what can I do.

          My self Rahul Sagar I have received one number from Quikr classified. i.e Telecoindia and number is [protected], and Mr shamim ahmad Placed my order and tell him tha you have to 8000 Rs, advance so he can placed order. and I have paid 8000 Rs in State Bank Of India account no. [protected] on 16 Jan 2013 and he committed me to that the Mobile set delivered in my home address on 20th Jan 2013. But till now I cannot received any kind of mobile than I tried that mobile no and mobile is switched off. I have also mail his mailing address. he cannot replied any.
          and the website is www.telecoindia.com. and I have complain in consumer forum on telephone please help me and gave me better suggestion so we can received my money. I have also attach the bank slip.

          Samsung Shop — Samsung Shop

          This a complaint against your poor service at Samsung shop, Ballugunge.
          For your information, I had visited your shop on Aug 15, 2008 for the purchase of Microwave Oven and selected model CE1031LFB.
          I choose to purchase by your Finance and filled the form with all the information required by them.

          But didn't found any response from the shop.

          Again, I had visited the samsung shop on August 18, 2008 and the shop executive misplaced my form. So I filled up a form again and the shop official informed me that they will update with the informations.

          Now I am regularly calling the samsung shop[protected] and seldom find their finance executive.
          Totally agree, salesman doesn't turned up.

            Dear Sir,
            We have taken a SAMSUNG Refrigerator model RT26GCRR1/CTL/2012 in March 2012 in Tirupathi. After exacatly 1 year , its got problem and its not cooling. We have called Samsung service center on 8th April 2013 , They said they will send their agents to repair the fridge and nearly 10 ~ 15 times we called to customer care and the same story from them.

            Our service request no: [protected] registered on 8th April and no visit till now..

            As per the company warranty policy, " Comprehensive - 1 Year , Compressor - 5 Years " ,
            We dont know why the company not sending anyone to visit customer home and How SAMSUNG Has got best customer believable products in INDIA ..

            Please suggest us how to proceed for this problem..

              I am using Samsung galaxy ace duos mobile, I purchased lost 7 months back, now i am facing a battery charging problem. Some time battery not get charge. After recovery the phone it will be get charge. I already recover my phone minimum time in 7 month's regarding same issue. I not able to recovery my phone any time for this issue. So kindly fix this issue on priority ..

                Sir,
                I had purchased Samsung LCD TV on 14/04/2012,model no LA32D450 and model no MPZR3PBB900852Z. in the month of now i saw there is a crack in the panel so i lodge a complaint in customer care so they send technician but the technician told that the reason for crack in panel due to transportation problem so he changed the panel frame and we paid the money of rupees 1008 for the frame in the warranty period. but again the same complaint is araised when we saw during cleaning the TV so i complained to customer care on April 2013, so again the technician came and check the Frame and he told due to panel over heating so there is a crack in the crystal panel frame and he told its a manufacture defect. please consider my complaint and give replacement or 100% repayemt for me and do needful for me.

                    The TV had no label showing Manufacturing date (required by Indian law)
                    The dealer sold to me an ex display TV manufactured in September 2011 in July 2012
                    The TV was extensively used by the dealer for over 9 months.
                    The LED screen of the TV failed within 6 months
                    Samsung refuses to recognize that due to its negligence of not placing MFD label on TV
                    its exclusive dealer was able to cheat me by selling to to me an old TV as new.
                    Samsung refuses to replace my TV and I will not permit Samsung to repair.

                    Samsung has violated Indian laws by not placing manufacturing date and MRP label on the
                    TV.
                    Should have realized that Samsung is a thief company, it has been convicted by the US Courts of Law
                    Advise every body to be very careful when dealing with Samsung

                      Hi ,
                      I got a Samsung Galaxy Note in July'2012 ,so according to the company my phone is in warranty period ,as it have not yet completed a year .Recently , I started facing a problem in the phone i.e.a key shtopped working ,so when when to there Patel nagar Samsung service station ,they checked it and told me that for the repair I would have to pay them a amount of 9000/- as it have got some liquid damage , so I took my phone back , now I am not getting ny answers from the customer care deptt. as in why do I have to pay any amount of my phone is in warranty .Kindly help me with the same .

                        I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand on 23 Feb 2013 and since 3rd day I had started facing problem with mobile screen. Mobile screen flicks and colour fades any time during the use of it. Also 3-4 times the phone has shut down when it is kept idle. I lodged complaint over phone to customer care and they asked me to visit service center. Then I visited service center thrice.

                        Below are details of what service center did during all visits:

                        1st Visit:

                        They said that this is a software problem and needs to be updated, so I deposited my phone and they formatted it and returned saying that now problem is solved. Also they mentioned not to update phone at home (don’t know why) if I can’t update phone then what is the use of so called smart phone. But same day I started facing same problem, means on solution.

                        2nd Visit:

                        This time they said that there is a problem with my SIM card, which does not make sense but on their suggestion I did change my SIM card (after wasting 2 hours), but again on solution to the problem.

                        3rd Visit:

                        They took my phone for 3-4 days and after that they mentioned that there is some issue with screen therefore screen needs to be replaced.

                        Now, my concern is that since I had paid for new mobile phone then I why I should get/ settle defective / damaged phone. I had various telephonic and e-mail conversations with Samsung customer care team and they are insisting on getting phone repaired. My contention is either I should get a replacement of phone or my money back.

                        They are saying that is one of the same thing if they repair it. My argument is that, in this sense they can always sell defective/damaged goods and then ask customers to get it repaired. No one would like to get defective/ damaged goods when buying a new one.

                        It is my humble request to you to please help me in getting my money back or replacement. I have been following up at my end but not getting satisfying solution, and now need your help.

                        They are not even sharing details of their higher management / grievance cell, which I have been asking them in e-mails.

                        I have attached e-mail conversation, copy of purchased bill and screen shots of the faded screen for your easy reference.

                        Now a days there is stiff competition among various mobile manufacturing companies to launch cheap smart phones to induce buyers.
                        Doing so they forget to test and improve product's quality as a result of it faulty and unproven products are being launched which creates dissatisfaction among customers. Being aware customer you must fight and ask for money back rather than asking replacement of product.

                        I had compared two such devices.from that I had understood that
                        Galaxy grand with low maximum brightness level have
                        No such screen colour problems!

                          This is very disappointing experience with such big knowned Brand that I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 in India bangalore there was an offer going on free Bluetooth. I've ordered the same online with all the details like IMEI no, Purchase date scanned copy of the bill but still i didnt get my offer product. And its already been 2 Months and I did lots of mail to SAMSUNG Tab2 Team.

                          With reference to my below mail & repeated reminders, I wish to inform you that am really frustrated due to the lack of response from your front office.
                          It is almost 2 weeks since I have received the Samsung Galaxy Tablet, However as advertised by you I am yet to receive the Bluetooth headset till date & more horrible is the response that am getting from your front office.

                          Further am deeply shocked to note that the prices of the Samsung Galaxy Tab-II has been reduced by almost Rs 4000/- just 2 days after the receipt of the consignment at my end.
                          It would have been professional from your end incase the proposed price reductions were announced in your website earlier, so that the ordering could have been done accordingly.
                          In this case the sentiments of middle class working professionals has been completely ignored resulting in further disgust in the products being offered by Samsung.

                          Request the immediate attention of some Senior Executive from Samsung to address my genuine concerns & make an immediate arrangement to dispatch the Bluetooth headset as advertised in your Promo offer (or) arrange to collect the Galaxy Tab-II set & arrange for a complete refund of my payment made in this regard.

                          Once again i wish to convey my deep dissatisfaction over the Galaxy Tab-II set that has been sent to me & the lack of response from Samsung front office regarding customer compliants.

                            Hello Sir/Madam,
                            Few weeks back i bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Yesterday when i was trying to insert a SD Card for first time, it was not getting locked inside. Today i went to Samsung Service Center and there was told i have to pay for it as it will not be replaced under warrenty. I bought mobile after paying some US 800$ for it. Its only few weeks old and still under warrenty. Hope you people will be helpful to me.

                              Samsung — software error

                              I had purchase one samsung galaxy Ace cell phone from mobile store in Ahmedabad. Within 2-3 months it started showing wifi and bluetooth error. I went to the service center twice and get repaired my cell phone but still the problem arises again and again. Service center staff has denied to replace the cell phone. please help me..

                                    I had purchased Samsung galaxy S III mobile phone dated 2/7/2012.
                                    My mobile phone's screen got damaged with a hair line crack while my phone was inside my pocket.
                                    If these phones tend to damage with such less amount of pressure then where is the quality of Samsung phone for which company is known.
                                    This is very sad to see such kind of damage in the phone and all the craftsmen ship is under suspect for which the Samsung meant for.
                                    i had visited two different service center and the cost of the repair is also different when i asked the guy one IS saying it will cost 7500 while other is saying it will cost 6500.
                                    i have earlier also raise the complant for the same and the complaint no is [protected]. but till now i have not got any luck with this regard.

                                    Samsung — Damaged Mobile Phone

                                    I had purchased a mobile phone of sumsung .soon i come to know that mic of this mobile is not working properly then i went to Samsung service centre CC-28 , nehru enclave kalkaji delhi samsung service centre my complaint no was WA[protected] of dated 26.3.2010 .after one week of compalint they had told me it will take one more week. Than i want to know that how much time is neccessory to repair a mobile phone mike.it was such a worst experiance of my life with samsung so guys i suggest you to please don't go with any samsung product.

                                      With refer to above, I,Mukul Khater, purchased a new samsung mobile, Galaxy Young Duos, on 13th April,2013. From S.R.Telematics,kolkata,samsung Dealer (copy of bill Enclosed).
                                      After going to home, next day, I tried to operate the internet in my newly purchased hand set but I could not do so.
                                      Then I went as on 18-04-13 to my nearest samsung service centre to know how the internet will function in this hand set, which is situted at 430,G.T.Road, Bally,Howrah(Time N Service) but that day there was electricty problem in service centre ,I returned from there,then I went the next day to the above said service centre.
                                      They first kept me waiting for about 2 hours then said that they were having some server problems so retained my phone and issued a receipt for the same. I had to revisit the centre two more times in the same day to bring back my mobile. They said that at present our man did not know this new handset function in proper manner,so they are unable to tell me how it internet system will operate,becuase the phone as it has been newly launched,and no update or latest information regard this handset was available but without informing to me they made the jobsheet in the record , for this hand set and my sign also taken while he returned the handset without any thing doing. They told me it is our internal process done when any set is taken and given to customer.
                                      Thereafter I went to S.R.Telecom as on 20-04-13 and told my problem then he told me to give him my set with all Acessories and purchase bill they will send it to the service centre for sorting out the problem or how to operate and other function will work or not properly. That day was Saturday then he told me that today is Saturday,so he will send this hand set to Monday at service centre and as per talk with me the S.R.Telecom send the hand set to Karuna Management Service Centre pvt Ltd,207 C.R.Avenue,Meridian Plaza, Kolkata-6.(copy of Service request [protected] dt.22-04-13 Enclose).
                                      I recd a call on my cell phone(at 6.45pm) from service Centre ,they told me there was circuit board problem in the handset therefore internet function was not working and it will take a long time to change the circuit Board because it is newly launched model and that such handset circuit board are not avilable at present then I told over phone that why will it be changed or repaired as it is a manufacuring defect so pl.give new handset against this but they did not listen my request then I told him that I will come tommorrow at the service centre.
                                      I went next day at karuna office (at 10 am) my token no.2 and met someone in the centre who attend the token no. 2 he told me the same problem and told it will take time ,then I told him pl. replace my set and it is manufacturing defective set then why wont you may replace it and its also in warranty period.
                                      But he refused my request and voice and told me it cannot be replaced as per company rule then I told him pl.mention in the service bill that it is a manufacturing defect and asked him to write the approx date when my problem will be solved and my hand set will be returned in the service request then he replied that he cannot give anything in written to me .
                                      It means I am purley cheated by samsung Group(which people faith & Turst in this Brand) and my money Rs.8300/-is fully blocked since 13-04-13 and I don’t know when I will get the set or not or when I will use the said set.i do not know if the samsung Group has cheated anyone else in the same type also or not, if it is true then it is very harmful for the company’s name & brand.
                                      I urge you to look into the matter at your end and resolve my problem and replace my handset within 7 days otherwise I will be bound to take legal action agaisnst your company and all cost of legal action will be borne by you.

                                      Nokia Model 5233 — Fraud & Cheating

                                      I had purchased a brand New Nokia model 5233 IME NO [protected] vide invoice no 49866 dated 21/05/2010 from M/s S . R . Telecom Inc ( NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER). Address Shop No 4, Kadri Park building, S . V . Road, Irla Vileparle (W) Mumbai – 400056 and made full payment for the same by credit card invoice no 000994 dated 21/05/2010 immediately.
                                      Subsequently I have come to know that the handset is a 2nd hand & sold to me as a fresh piece model also am charged as per the current market rate as there are 20 messages in the template folder & the original Template folder is totally empty. The messages in the folder belongs to the previous owner which were not erased from the memory. Also the date of manufacture on the box is of April 2010 while the software update in the mobile is of January 2010.
                                      How can you solve the prob as i dont want other normal people to be CHEATED henceforth.

Through Nokia Bangalore I have come to know that S R Telecom is not a Nokia Priority Dealer but his Hoarding potrays as a Nokia Priority Dealer. Also the carry bag given by him has this logo of NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER.
