Hi,
I need some help from your team.
On Nov 12,2012 i have purchased Samsung 46 inch 3d LED tv model no UA46ES7500RMXL and Samsung promised to give Galaxy Tab as free offer along with the product priced around 19,900 INR during that time.

From past 6 months, i have not received the tab inspite of raising complaints to customer care team and to CEO office (support email). Every time i hear that call has been registered and someone from HO will call you. After 2-3 days, person from HO will call and will say it is under processing but cannot commit any delivery date for the same. The same is repeating from past 6 months and finally i haven't received the TAB.

In such cases, how can i go forward and escalate and get the latest tab from Samsung as compensation of delay.

Need help in this regard.

    Dear Sir,
    I am an 82 years old retired government servant. I purchased 1 pc. of split AC on[protected] from m/s Digital World, Sadar Bazar Agra cantt, Agra.Head Office been Gaurav Distribution 2/89, kotla House , Khandari, Agra vied Book No. 42, Bill No. 2060, dated[protected].
    This set started giving me trouble from day one. Though it was winter season so it was not commissioned but when electricity come it started giving prolonged abnormal bad sounds. I made several complaints and they sent their so called engineers, None of them were inter pass but they could not rectify or find any fault. By the time summer season came and when the set was put on to work, its cooling was very very feeble but all your engineers said cooling is perfect. There are about 5 to 8 other AC sets in my neighborhood, they were also shown to your representative but it was in vain. One of your engineer in chief sifted the split portion to top of the building despite my protest where it remained lying there under sun, dust and rain. Then they said winter has come and now AC is not required so I will take out part by part to my work shop and reassemble the set and put it all right. It was nothing they were marking time for warranty period.
    You must be doing that when you produce thousands of sets in your factory and out of them one or two sets may not be of the highest standers in such cases the company of good repute may not send such pcs. in market or put them on discount making it known the defect of set before hand.
    I clearly allege that I have been cheated by your distributor and put at a loss of rupees 30,000, and dose not get the cooling for a single hour. The standers of efficiency can be judged that there was gas leakage on 3 to 4 times.
    Under the circumstances I plead for mercy on an old Man and urge to kindly get my set fully operational. Thanks.An Early Reply will be appreciated.

      I procured a Samsung Galaxy mobile hand set on 30.10.12. The hand set did not function properly so sent the hand set to Samsung authorized service centre 2 times i.e. on 22.1.13 and 18.2.13 and accordingly files an complain on company’s web site. But the said hand set did not repaired properly and said problem persist continuously and I am missing lots of important call because of faulty instrument supplied by Samsung India and local mobile dealer. I once again approached company but the issue remains unresolved. Now I am requesting you raise the issue with Samsung India Ltd and do needful from your side so I can get my money refund as I am no more interesting to get any instrument from Samsung.

          i have a samsung galaxy y ro duos handset serial number;RZ1C435GS6P([protected]) which was bought from harish moble (new sama road vadodara) on 10/05/12.
          my phone is under full warranty status in that phone i have a problem that as we keep the display near our ear the is coming from that chur chur like that so gave it for repair at samsung care ( gayatri enterprise , SB 8 , saffron complex , fatehgunj , vadodara. m:[protected])
          I gave them my phone for repair on 01/04/13 bill no. [protected] at first they accepted the problem and kept the phone for repair but they gave me the phone in the same condition then again i gave them on 03/04/13 with same call number then after 5 to 6 days they call me and say that the perticular problem in each and every same handset so i asked them to either give me a new phone or give a letter stating the there is no problem in my handset authorise by samsung company.
          currently may phone is at samsung care fatehgunj and they are not solving my prob lem the on 12/04/13 i complained online at samsung website service request number [protected]. then they called me on 13/04/13 and said me that there is no solution of the perticular problem so i said them to give me DO letter for a new phone so they denied so i said them to give the letter which states that is no problem in phone my phone is there at samsung care from 13 days. last option came in my mind to complain here.

            I bought Samsung LED TV (46 inches) in 2011 for 1,20,000 Rs From Vasanth & Co ,Chennai. After waranty period(one year ) the TV getting switched off by itself. The service people came but they couldn't rectify anything. They did something and went but we faced the same problem again. I don't know service is worst or product itself is worst . My huge money got wasted. Am frustrated. I won't buy any samsung product here after.

            Samsung — getting switch off

            I purchased samsung SGH L700 mobile on JUN 09 and in NON'01 it gets switch-off automatically
            .Please guidewhat I have do.

            Samsung Television — NOT GETTING SWITCHED ON

            IT WAS REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE SAMSUNG SERVICES,I WOULD SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY YOUR PRODUCTS,MY FIRST COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED ON AUG/2011 BUT YOUR SERVICE ENGINEERS TOOK 8-10 DAYS TO VISIT HERE AND THEIR SUPERVISORS WERE VERY DISGUSTING, EVEN AFTER TWO VISITS OF THE ENGINEER THEY WERE UNABLE TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM,THEN THEY TOOK AWAY MY TV TO THEIR SERVICE CENTER AND RETURNED ME ON 30/SEP/2011 AND EVEN THEN THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED AFTER PAYING NEAR ABOUT 2000 RS TO THEM,AND I THINK THE PROBLEM WITH MY TV IS NOT SUCH A BIG PROBLEM TO TAKE SUCH A LONG TIME AND EVEN THEN NOT RESOLVING THE PROBLEM ,I WAS A FREQUENT CUSTOMER OF SAMSUNG BUT FROM NOW I WILL NEVER EVER GO FOR SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.SO I SUGGEST THOSE PEOPLE WHO CAN SEE THIS PAGE DON'T BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE AND ENGINEERS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL ATLAST I WILL NOT STOP MY FIGHT AGAINST SAMSUNG I WILL GO CONSUMER COURT AND I WILL SHOW THAT HOW FAKE IS THE SAMSUNG,CUSTOMER IS NOT JUST THE CUSTOMER IT IS MORE THEN CUSTOMER,

              I had purchased Samsung GT s-5830 mobile handset (having IMEI no- [protected]) on 21.04.12 in Rs 12900.00. But it is showing flowing problems
              1. Battery charging not proper.
              2. It charges very slow.
              3. It does not get fully charged anytime.
              4. After charging, the charging of battery reaches to zero % and get switched off within one hour.

              I have replaced the batter of mobile on 22.01.13, but still the problem is just going on.

              I have showed 4 times (2 times in March-2013 & 2 times in April-2013) in Samsung Service Center, Patel Nagar, New Delhi. But the problem is not solved bye the Samsung Engineers and the staff does not support to the customer after several requests & complaints.

              SAMSUNG/MOBILE — Mobile Handset Problem

              I have bought Samsung Corby TXT mobile phone from Mobile Store at Haibowal Kalan, Ludhiana on 1st March ’10 but the hand set started giving voice echoing problem from 2nd or 3rd day onwards. Have got the software re installed at Samsung authorized service center BM Services, Ghumarmandi Market, Ludhiana on 9th March but the problem is still not resolved.

              I tried again calling them & they asked me to submit the hand set for 4-5 days to get the mother board & entire internal parts changed. I have purchased Samsung set basis the quality & performance of my old set.

              My concern is its seven days old set & software re installation done for thrice but the problem is still not rsolved. As per the service centre entire internal parts needs to be replaced for the hand set which I don't want to as its brand new hand set & don't want to use the repplaced one. .


              I tired spekaing with Area Manager Samsung Mobile & his supervisor & they clearly refused to replace the set. Looking forward for your earnest help to get this hand set replaced or refund my money of Rs. 6,559/-

              i purchased samsung GT S 8300 on 14th AUG 2009 for 23,800/-from KK TELECOM thane. since day one it is not working, twice sent to service centre, still lying at the service centre. i am being harrassed by associates of samsung. i have approached CERC ahmedabad, i wish that Samsung take note of this and remedy the fault and compensate me immediately.

              Samsung Mobile — About Mobile handset

              I had purchased a Samsung Mobile (Model: SCH W 299) on December 2009 but before two months It had got problems as follows:

              1. Video Not Work
              2.Touch Screen Not Work
              3. Auto On-Off etc.

              I had visited to the dealers (Traffic Jaam, Udit Nagar, Rourkela), but as per his advice I had visited to Samsung Care, Udit Nagar. But as per service centre requirement for fullfill of mobile's problem I have deposited my mobile in the service centre. Also from the last 2 months I have visited the service centre 3 times and contacted by phone 15 to 20 times, but no results to be found up to till date. Untill my mobile is in service centre.

              So, I am really frustrated and please help me. I am waiting for your kind response.

              Samsung Mobile — Mobile Problem

              I Purchase new Samsung Champ in the month of March, and Now it's Switch off automatically and Switch on automatically at least 10 times a day. I am getting irritating please solve this problem as soon as possible.
              I purched a Samsung metro GT-C3200 10 month ago. Now i face problem for capturing photos. Video capturing is possible but photo capturing is not possible.

              samsung- mobile — samsung hand set not working

              I have purchased a Samsung Mobile on 3rd August from Drive India Enterprise Solutions Limited- Siddhi Vinayak Complex, Shivranjani Cross Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad 380015.
              The mobile which i have purchased has a problem that the person on the other side is not able to listen anything. Model No. is SCH-B79.

              1) The issue that cell was not working was accelerated and mobile was given for repairing on 5th for updating software to fix the issue.
              2) Again on the request of Customer support department of Samsung i visited Service center on 11th and was first told there is some problem in Mic and after checking properly i was shocked to hear that the Circuit was not working and needs to be replaced.

              I have even mailed the issue to the General Manger of Samsung India but i am not getting any kind of support or help from Samsung to resolve the issue.

              Samsung Mobile — Problem with Handset

              I have purchased GT -S5670 on 14.08.2011 , I am facing the problem like low battery life, phone hang, voice break, voice echo , phone getting heat while attending incoming or our going calls for more than 45 minutes and also while using internet net within 25 minutes phone gets very hot and if I use the phone has modem to connect pc its getting hot in 10 minutes . my phone gets hot while charging for this your service centre people told me that all samsung phones will get heat while charging however I would like to inform you that other mobiles like nokia , LG, Motorola will not get heat while charging. When approached call centre they just updated the software and told the problem has been rectified.
              I have bought the Samsung GT –E1085F mainly to give my above said mobile for service however I am facing problem like echo and voice break. Unfortunately I gave both mobile to service on the same day. After verifying Samsung GT –E1085F they said that the phone board has the problem therefore they will replace the board after three days. I think this phone’s main requirement is only the board if that is the problem you should have replaced me with new handset. But however you customer service centre in Mandeveli is very poor.

                  Sir,
                  I purchased SAMSUNG Galaxy Ace Plus(S7500) mobile on 4th April, 2012. With regarding to that insturment, i’m having problem of network failure. For this I submittted phone to the samsung service center in my hometown,bhavnagar on 2nd April, 2013. Service station took 2 days for curing my problem and called me on 5th of April to pick up my phone. But when I inserted my sim card, the problem remain the same, no network. So asked them to solve the problem but they couldn’t done the same, instead they gave me the excuse that because your sim card is 64k this device is not configured to it and will not accept it. I explian them that i’m using the 64k sim card since I bought the phone and it worked fine since then, so then why my mobile is not accepting the 64k sim card now, and even i replaced the sim card from AIRTEL but they did not accepted my concern and argument and told me to contact their ASM, Ahmedabad (Mr. Himanshu Bhatt). So I did the same and called ASM, Ahmedabad but he also gave me the same excuse again and again. Ironically he asked me to change the service provider cause according to him AIRTEL has the problem with the S7500. But I refuse to take his argument and he asked me to lodge complain on Samsung Call Center.
                  On 5th of April I called the call center for the first time and lodge my complain regarding my phone, (my reference no.[protected]). I was asked to wait for 24 working hrs. for a call back. On 6th of April I received the call from the Call center and they executive on the other end gave me the same excuse which I already got. So I refuse to accept it then I was told I will receive senior level call from the company within 24 working hrs. but I didn’t got any call from company. So on 11th of April I called the call center and ask for my query, this time I was been refused to any kind of either repair or replacement. Instead given a new excuse by executive that my phone is a smart phone so it needs to upgrade software as well as sim card also.
                  I have been tired of getting different excuses from different people, my mobile is still with service center and yet not resolved. My point is, if my sim card was working fine with my device why it cant now and even it is working fine with other Samsung mobiles, anroid devices, and other brands. So if they are calming that its because of network or services provider or sim card problem, its not true.
                  I have tried hard to call and contact different person but they are not able to address my problem. So I would like to take your help to solve my problem with Samsung. Hope you will raise my issue with Samsung company and solve my problem

                    samsung service centre in 4 roads branch in salem has a horrible customer care service..the employees there shout at the customers i[censored] ask them any doubt regarding ur problem. a lady employee there started a fight when i just asked her whats the procedure to get back the phone which i gave for service.i kindly request the samsung dealers to seriously look into the matter.it is because of such employees that the brand name gets spoilt.
                    i hope to recieve a positive feedback

                      I'm using Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus that was bought by my cousin from Calcutta, India.I was using this phone for last 4 months. Yesterday i was trying to shift the operating system from gingerbread to Jelly Bean. I switched off my phone after installing firmware (atomic rom) but it was taking more time to switch off than normal. So, i pulled out the battery to switch off my phone. Then when i want to switch on my phone the switch on/restart button is not working. I can not switch on my phone. Is my phone dead?? Is there any procedure to switch on my phone???

                        I bought two Split Air Conditioners from Samsung in July 2009. Just after one year both of them had problems. One finally got rectified after spending about Rs. 5000 last year. Hopefully this year it will function OK.

                        But second one is brilliant case of callous behaviour of Samsung. It started having having problems in 2011. Till date the problem of water dripping from the Indoor unit has not got rectified. I have been complaing every month during the season and they rectify it with some excuse or the other and the problem reoccurs within a month and the process starts all over again.

                        And the icing on the cake of Samsung's callous and farce customer service is that I have been complaining to the CEO by email which is mentioned on their site. So even the CEO of the company is not bothered or it is probably a marketing gimmick to have an email id of CEO on the site which may be eventually handled by their service department rather than anybody senior, because i must have complained at least 6-7 times on that email address.

                          This washing machine was delivered by Solitaire Samsung(Bangalore) on 30-March-2013. The very next day(31-March) a Samsung authorized installation guy came down to my place to set it up and declared it to be faulty. We immediately registered a complaint by calling up at the call center[protected] on the same day. The next day(1-April) another authorized service guy came down to our place and declared the the machine to be faulty again. He also assured that the machine would either be replaced or we'd be refunded the amount. On 2-April the Bangalore service center guys asked us for relevant documents and photos of the washing machine which we provided to them on 3-April. It has been a never ending wait ever since then. Every day we've been calling up the call center and the so-called Service Center guy(Gauri Shankar) who keeps on assuring us that we'll receive a new equipment very soon or at least a refund. Nothing has moved so far that elusive 'tomorrow' never seems to be anywhere near. Moreover all these guys(Gauri Shankar from the Service Centre, Sonali Thakkar from the call center and Anuj Goyal from the Internet Complaints section) are utterly rude while communicating and have no respect for either the time or money of Samsung's customers. So this is the real story behind the mammoth Samsung brand - an organization full of cheats. Right now it's been almost two weeks since the delivery and I have no hope of getting either a refund or a new working washing machine and these guys have obviously robbed me of my money. So guys please beware of buying any Samsung equipment. If you have money to spare, donate it to charity but not to these cheats.

                          Samsung A/C and washing machine — washing machine not working and refund for A/C

                          We launched a complaint for washing machine on 16/04 informing customer care executives that machine is draining all the water and is not able to store it for washing clothes.Also we bought a new A/C on 10/04 and there wad no cooling, rather the capacitor was not working at all. When discussed with the helpline was promised that the amount for A/C will be refunded through check within a 10 days as they do not have same model for A/C and hence it can't be replaced, so will refund the amount in total.we received no call on same after the confirmation and also no refund is given till date. We are speaking with helpline people every day, we were promised that their engineers will come and get the washing machine fixed but no one turn up.This is the most pathetic service experience we have had with SAM SUNG and we make sure that we will not purchase any other electronics items from SAMSUNG in future ever again. We also want this to be taken seriously and immediate action is expected. Hope to receive a response on this soon.

                            I had purchased a Samsung split AC 1.5 ton from a “Next” Showroom, Mayur Vihar (Delhi) on 8th May 2011 which I got installed in the same week at my residence in Laxmi Nagar. Next year in August (i.e. Aug’12) since I had to relocate to Kota (Rajasthan) I called up Samsung customer care to get my AC dismantled. The service guy told me that its advisable that you get installation and uninstallation done by company service team only because if you get it done locally there is a chance that you may lose the gas as local service guys generally don’t take much precautions. I had all my original packaging boxes with me so I asked the service guys to pack the AC as it was supposed to travel to Kota. The service guy told me that he has restored the gas and that there would be no problem. For added precaution I myself ferried the AC from Delhi to Kota in my car, after which I got busy and didn’t got time to get it installed. I called up Samsung Customer Care on 4th April 2013 to get the installation done, after the installation got over and we were to switch on our AC, the service guy informed me that there is no gas in compressor and that I would need to shell out another Rs. 1600/- for the gas.
                            Now I don’t understand that if the gas was restored properly in Delhi how can there be no gas in the compressor. I could have easily got installation and uninstallation done at half the price of what Samsung people charged me if I had known that their service guys are equally technically illiterate but I believe in trusting the brand and their people. I spoke to the customer care people several times since then but to no avail, initially they kept saying that I must have played with the AC which caused the gas leakage and that I have no option but to pay the amount for gas refill. They only softened their stand when I told them that I am 32 yrs old educated person (Mech Engg and MBA) and we have no kid in our house who would have played with such a machine. The customer care people then took their service centre person on concall with me and asked him to resolve the issue at the earliest. However its the 9th day today since I registered my complaint but no one bothered to visit to my place or even call me to figure out if the issue got resolved or not. From the last 2 days an even strange thing is happening whenever I call customer care people after just talking a few seconds the call gets disconnected. Now I don’t understand how will the issue get resolved if I will not be able to speak to anyone in Samsung.
                            I have now started getting the feeling that the customer care people knows its peak summer and that if they stop responding me for a few days I would be left with no option but to get the gas refilled.
                            I am however quite stubborn on my stand as when at each level the work was done by Samsung specialists how can they ask me to pay for mistake which I have not committed at all. If someone in Samsung do care about their customers please check below details and resolve the issue asap. I am frankly very disappointed with the behaviour of your service staff and I had been a fan of Samsung products but considering the service treatment I have received this time sincerely I would not recommend any single product of Samsung to any of my known people.

                                Though I dont own a samsung mobile i have heard of numerous complaints about samsung galaxy grand mobiles from my friends / colleagues who are facing problems even with new instruments. I understand that they are being charged for service / defects despite the instrument being covered under warranty. Such experiences from others makes me hesitant to go for a samsung product

                                  I ,Mr. Saubhagya ku. nayak,using SAMSUNG , GT-5360 .Till now i have a good faith on your service,and thats why i used to use and referring my friends to use the products of SAMSUNG.

                                  But today i visited to your customer service center at jamshedpur regarding unlocking my mobile which was locked by mishandling of pattern unlock system . I know this a minor problem,but the people there charged me RS 300 /- only and issued me a invoice which has no vat reg. no.
                                  and the amount charged there for "SW UPGRADE" (Pls find the attachment).But there are no sw upgrade done in my mobile by them.

                                  My request is that if pattern unlocking system isn't a problem related to SW UPGRADE,then why they charged amount for that .If its related to SW UPGRADE,then why they didn't upgrade my mobile sw.and issued me a false invoice .

                                  Pls look at my problem being a faithful service provider,take possible action on this matter ,money isn't a matter.I need faithful service .

                                  SAMSUNG service center — regarding mobile unlocking

                                  DEAR SIR,
                                  THE SERVICE CENTER OF SAMSUNG MOBILE IN CENTER POINT,NEAR RAILWAY ROAD, ALIGARH IS SO WORST AS IREACHED THERE TO UNLOCKED MY PHONE NETWORK ,I SAW ALL MOSTLY WORKERS WERE SURFING MOVIES AND GAMES ON NET INSIDE THE CABIN AND REFUSED TO TAKE THE JOB.
                                  PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR THESE TYPES OF SERVICE CENTERS AS THESE CENTERS ARE DEGRADING THE REPUTATION OF COMPANY ALSO.

                                    Bad experience withe Sam sung Customer care and Sam sung Service Center: -
                                    a) My Sam sung Washing machine power board has some problem, i gave complaint by March monthe end. The service engineer came and attended from thee Tiruvallur center (Sri Meenakshi Electrical - Sam sung Dealers) and theey have not fixed thee problem properly. but taken thee full material cost and labour cost, so i called to theat owner within thee day. but he doesn't know how to speak to thee customer. Shouted on me and i requested him to send thee person immediate on 29the March but theey sent person on April 4the. Again theat person said thee new board is not proper we will place order for anotheer board to replace it. but till now my issue were not solved. VERY BAD SERVICE I GOT.

                                    b) Sam sung customer care is giving false commitments. what ever theey are committing is not happening in thee real time. Very delay in process.

                                    If i asked Sam sung, theey are telling Service center is send thee person, your problem will be solved. If i ask thee Sri Meenakshi Electrical, theey are telling call Sam sung customer care. so bothe are making me fool till not my problem wasn't solved. i registered my complaint on 27the march.

                                    Samsung — Equipment trouble

                                    I wish to seek your guidance for getting a complaint redressed against Samsung India, from whom I bought an AC in 2002. The equipment started giving trouble from the day-1 of installation after it was found having high noise and vibrations. Immediately on purchase, I was declined any support by the dealer and referred to Service Center. I would ring up The Service Center dozens of time. They came a couple of times and could not sort out the problem. I continued to live up with the defect piece in the hope that it might get rectified over a period of time and noise would lessen. I have a record of the problem since 2005. Now the compressor of the said AC is not working and company is declining to rectify the problem, saying that I would have to pay the entire compressor price. The problem in compressor has occurred over a period of time due to vibration etc. The company has only been assuring and not doing the needful, putting us to great inconvenience all along. In view of this, it is my request to please guide me as to how I can take up the case as the company��s representative has told that they can't further give name of any other senior person in the company. I have high hopes that my case has a merit and hope that I will be accorded the due attention by the company. Please guide me on my further course of action. Regards.

                                      I, Dr. Harsiddh Thaker bought Samsung fully automatic washing machine from Patel sales , sec 21 , Gandhinagar on 4th April 2013. The delivery was given after 6:30 pm. There was no demonstration on 4th and 5th till 12 noon. So I made call to the Samsung customer care at 12 noon. They told me that there was not any request done for my washing machine. Till 2:00 pm no one came, so my wife went to Patel sales and asked about the demonstration. They told that it will be done in 30 to 45 minutes. But no one came till 3 pm . So I made call to the Patel sales and got the same answer. I made call at 4 and 4:30 pm. but got the same answer. At 4:40 a man came and gave demonstration. I wrote complaint in his VISITING PAPER. He told me not do so because I have to take service from them for next 2 years as warranty. I gave them 24 hours time for apology. But they haven't call me yet. So I want to complain against Patel sales or Samsung who so ever is responsible.

                                      16th may paid cah memo with me till date no one has come for demo ,inspite of several phone calls and repeadly giving my adress.
                                      the staff at reliance are not competent enough as they have not taken to this complaint seriously.

                                      since i bought this on a auspicious day of akshaytrithi i am still awaiting to use

                                        I purchased a phone with the model number of Samsung&#039;&#039;s 7562. He walks very slowly and Touch screen handset works slow. Samsung service center, J and I often get phone&#039;&#039;ve been missed but right now she does not.04.19.2013 22 days have elapsed since the date of the service center is set. And is not his problem solution.When I spoke to members of the service center Service Center I can not cut so dizzy Give me back my money, he loses the money back I will not let you do that.
                                        Take whatever you want means we will not return your money.please take any action against service centre. My case incharge is Mr.gaurav .he speaks from the side of the service center manager. I talked to him today, he told me just half an hour, we suggest you call.So I called the Samsung Care May of the report revealed he will call two or three days visiting the service center.But this report is false.please take any action against service centre and mr. gaurav.
