ok it is nice
the offer although lucrative is a big fraud. Its been more than 4 days that i have purchased tab and yet i have not got the bluetooth and the leather case. Tried to contact the samsung customer care about the matter twice, but they just kept on trasfering my calls. The only thing that i got for free is this [protected] and [protected] these two Bp no....i regret buying it..
I brought a new samsung phone on 7-Jam-2-11 from Gopaljees The mobile shoppe, 93, Lower Bazar Shimla H.P The bill NO is GP-4975, TIN : [protected]. My phones model No. is C3200, Dark brown in colour with IMEI NO: [protected]. but they give this phone for Rs. 4000, and the rate of this mobile given by samsung company is Rs.3600. so, please give me information that why your authorized dealer take 400 Rs extra by me. please give me reason behind this. I forward this information to consumer court or forum.

    Samsung pretty much surprised everyone by announcing their own mobile platform named Bada a couple of months ago.

    Samsung Bada is going to compete against a growing number of mobile platforms in the market today.

    The company has introduced Bada to Indian mobile developers by holding a Global Developer Day.

    Samsung India said: “Consumers no longer see mobile phones as devices for voice communications. Instead, they relate to their mobiles as communication hubs – as personal gateways to communicate with friends, family and the world at large .This is the era of Smart phones and in the new Smartphone era, we are committed to making Smartphones available for everyone.”

    Rivals to Bada include Symbian, Google Android and of course Apple iOS and Windows Phone.

      Dear Sir

      I have bought a samsung LED worth Rs 55000 and facing the problem in screen of te LED since when I have purchased. The screen has been replaced by company in warranty period 3 monhs back and same problem has come again. As per their customer care executive we have to pay Rs 26000 to get it replaced now. Since the same problem has come again within three months, I are challenging the qualiy of product and not being attended by company.

      Please look ino the the matter.

        Beware of Samsung Customer Service

        I have never had a more horrible experience with after sales service as I have had with Samsung.

        I bought Samsung Refrigerator in month of March 2009, 12 months back all the side racks started breaking in pieces.. I logged the complain 9 months (May 2012) back to Samsung No act on it... When i call them in the month of Nov.2012, They said we have closed your complain without solving ???? They logged in again new complain ( Complain no. [protected]).
        They are not bother about reason of breaking all the racks.. We keep eatable items into that which can affect our body but Samsung really do not care about it.. Today again when I call them they said again you have to login new complain… Horrible they are…
        Friends this is my request, Pls never buy any Samsung product in Future
        On the other Hand, I bought LG smart TV on diwali, they have responded within 24 Hours for any issue and resolved the matter. Hats off to them for managing the customer service so well. Samsung should learn from them else shut down shop so that foolish customers like me (who buy Samsung products) stop suffering in their hands.

        I have now lost my patience and will take the matter ahead with the consumer grievance cell and the media on how I have suffered with Samsung customer service & products.

        Samsung / Refrigerator — Complaint done on 24th & not yet resolved

        Dear Sir

        I've bought one Samsung refrigerator last year in June from one of the Samsung dealer Smile store in Kanpur. When the refrigerator reached home & we checked for 2 days there was no cooling at all. The cooling of the fridge was not happening. We complained the dealer & forced him to replace the fridge. Later on he replaced the same but the similar problem we faced with another piece as well. Then on request of the dealer we allowed him to get it rectified at home only. One technician came from their side & repiared the refrigerator (Freezing part). The fan in the freezer was not functioning properly.

        Now after a year same prolblem occured. We lodged a complaint ([protected]) on 24th of this month & no one attended the same till now. On contacting local service station[protected] they asked to lodge it on helpline. Then I called up their helpline no[protected] lodged the complaint. They assured me that some one will visit you on Monday 27th but no one came. On contacting local service station they said the area where you stay doesn't come on dialy route. Technician will come only on Thursday as per his route plan. Then after I again called back many time to their helpline but they always said some one will visit you today. Its been 2 days now they are assuring me the visit of the technician but no one came.
        It is no where written in the terms & conditions of the Samsung the service will be given to customer as per the route plan of the technician.

        I would like the company to bear the loss & pay me the same. As without refrigerator I have to dispose many things which got wasted.Also If possible I would like to get my money refunded I wasted on Samsung refrigerator.

        Kindly do the needful

        Samsung Refrigerator — lack of proper response from samsung pune

        Dear Sir,
        After repeated complaints, and assurances, we have not been attended to. The product we have bought is high end refrigerator, double door, with water and ice dispensors, in tune of @ 1.25 to 1.5 Lakh. Better service form reputed companies is expected. Hope we do not have to reort to consumer forums..

          sir i haved buyed a phone on 03/05/12 which is on guarantee the phone name is samsung galaxy y pro duos but on 09/01/13 the phone display was getting dim so i refused that problem an but on 10/01/13 the phone automatically gets switched off an i tried too many times t switched on the phone the phone display was blank so i submitted on 11/01/13the phone to samsung customer care but they are asking a huge amount of money for repairing the phone .so i put a complain on samsung customer care in internet but they are not responding to any my request so sir i beg that please respond to my request as fast as u can.my phone no is [protected] an my hne serial no is RZ1C41RYQ0K([protected]).sir please respond to my request....as fast as u can

            i got samsung galaxy duos on 3rd Feb,2013.the very 1st day i started using, hands free were not working.then next day, it started working.but the phone gets heated up while talking if continuously 15mins...it becomes very hot,now i have to rush to service centre for this unknowingly, if it will b replaced. or its the problem with the handset only.

              Recurring problem in our LCD TV Model No.32D450 Sr No.MP2R3PBBB02982 before and after the Warranty Period. As we are fed up of complaining again and again about the TV it has just completed around 1 year and 1 month (DOP:25/12/2011). The engineer said there is a problem in motherboard which is the main part of a TV, if within a short span of time this things happen it feels really ashamed to be part of SAMSUNG family and not to recommend other to join Samsung brand wagon. Currently I am Owner of Samsung (Refrigerator, LCD TV and Mobile) was thinking to purchase a washing machine of Samsung brand but it is deteriorating as I am loosing faith from Samsung brand.

              Lets hope after reading my complaint I will surely get a favourable response from your side.

                Dear,

                This is to inform you that, I bought the prestigious Samsung 40 inch LCD TV (model no: LA40B530P7RMXL and Sr no: 12313ZES902899F) from Pantaloons Retail India Ltd. (Address: South City Mall, 375 Prince Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata - 700068) on 06/10/2009. Unfortunately from last month (Dec 2012) VERTICAL LINES started appearing on the screen with sound. Currently the picture is not coming at all and the TV is in unusable condition. This causing difficulty for my family members. I am currently located out of India for my company assignment and trying to contact Samsung company service to help me out.

                As per my complaint number [protected], the technician said that it is the problem with PANEL which can only be rectified by replacement of the panel and it is a very expensive affair. The cost estimation is given approx. Rs.21,000/-. This is most unfortunate, since post buying, this television has just completed 3 years and I am facing a major fault with the TV set which involves changing of complete viewing panel.

                On further telephone discussions with different customer services personalities of SAMSUNG INDIA, the replacement charge/cost was reduced to INR 18,000/-. Now, to my belief this kind of scenario is not very general / frequent. I have purchased a product from a world renowned organization like SAMSUNG who works with so much diversification in so many fields from delicate Electronics to Heavy Industries, and I expect in return, much longer output and relation, not only for the television but all kind of other products of SAMSUNG. I do not blame any body or SAMSUNG for this damage, but I consider it is a very unusual occurrence in which again unfortunately I am the owner of the Item under discussion.

                After multiple follow up with Samsung India and emails to Samsung head office in Korea, regarding Unfortunate PANEL problem with Samsung 40 inch LCD Television, sent on 21st Jan 2013, I have not received any reply so far from SAMSUNG side. However, I have received a call from Mr. Indranil Mukherjee (Eastern Zonal Executive) of Samsung Electronics India, for an offer of INR 14,000/- for the replacement of the said Panel.

                To my belief spending another INR 14,000/- is very expensive within 3 years of purchasing a premium product that also from Samsung Electronics. This kind of scenario is a very SPECIAL CASE and does not happen frequently. I have also purchased other appliances from SAMSUNG e.g. Air-conditioner, Refrigerator, Mobile phone, DVD-Player, Washing-machine etc. and I am using all these appliances till date without any problem. As a customer, I expect in return, much longer output and happy relation with SAMSUNG.

                On this above context, I am requesting / appealing to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS to take up this as very special / exceptional case and replace the PANEL at minimum cost. I can bear the expenses up to INR 7,000/- to get the PANEL replaced. It is my expectation from you, to look into this and show a way out, to solve the issue cordially so that the customer satisfaction is highly appreciated.

                I am writing this post with lots of hope and a proper judgment from SAMSUNG side.

                samsung India ltd, lcd television — no demo or fault rectification

                I purchased lcd television on 21 oct 09 and I was told that demo would be done next day, soon after installing the tv colours were not coming. I lodged a complaint for which I was given BP no [protected] with a promice that the service engineer would come by 8 pm on 21 oct. It has been 2 days now and even after repeated calls on customer care no nobody has comeand this speaks volumes about after sales service of your reputated company

                This has further ref to my communication to you on 25/10/2009 . I repeat the same.

                I had puchased LCD TV fr Panaji Goa on[protected] for Rs 30000 . on[protected] it stopped showing picture . Your company technician checked on[protected] and said Panel is faulty and to be replaced. they have given me estimate of Rs 18442 .

                I am retired senior citizen ,. When i retired I decided that i should have good TV from reputed company like SAMSUNG. I puchased it fr 30000. and now to spend Rs 18442 has created lot
                of anxiety . How I will solve this.

                I would like you to help me in solving this problem. I will be able to pay only nominal charges which i would like you to suggest.

                SAMSUNG LCD TV — lcd tv not working from 3 years

                i have purched a lcd tv on oct 2006.this tv was not working from march 2008.
                i have lodged many complaint to samsung customer care but no satsfactory reply was given by samsung. one technecian came and he said the video panel is replaced and the cost is around Rs 4000 after 4 ays he said on phone that the part is not available so please wait some time. After some time another technecion came and he said panel is replaced and cost will around rs 21000. after some time he say that the part is not available so go for replacement of lcd tv.after some time the same technicion said ,your complaint is drooped so lodge fresh complaint.after fresh complaint on 18.04.2010 there is no response from samsung side till date.

                Samsung /LCD TV — Panel fault

                I have made the big mistake of buying the 32 inch LCD TV (LA32R81B) from Samsung. After 2 years (2009 November) the panels went bad. Till now they are able to replace/repair it. There is no response to the complaint. My Complaint reference no is [protected] filed from Bangalore.

                Samsung-LCD TV — Panel gone after 2 years

                I had purchased Samsung LCD TV in February 2008he. Recenty, I was being told that the panel of TV has gone and we need to repalce the same. On enquiry we were being told that the same would cost 14000 INR. It is a sorry state of affairs that the customers are not informed of the same at the time of purchasing and late they are duped the same by charging exorbitatn prices. Further, we aere told that there was no reason for panel getting damaged. I would never suggest anyone to buy LCD of Samsung as the Company is not transparent. I have been a patron csutomer of Samsung having LCDs, AC among few. But this would be my last purchse from Samsung. Atleast the Company could have sought some way of repairing the panel or getting the same replaced at nominal prices.

                Samsung — non working of LCD TV

                I have purchaed SAMSUNG LCD MODEL NO.37B530 on 30.04.2010. but not working properly. pl. send your authorised representative at the earliest. I have contaced your service care center but no body can respond.

                  I bought new samsung S3 but it started crackling and when crackles mp3, video, and calling facility do not work at all. No sound on receiving or calling calls. you cant here any thing it just goes dead.

                  This started after only 2 days after puchasing, when i took it back to the shopkeeper he sent it to the service centre and after servicing it crackles again within two days. There is no improvement. I think its a hardware problem and the set must be replaced.

                  Its not my fault to buy this product. If the product has a glitch and collapse its service just after two days Samsung should replace my handset.

                  Instead of replacing they are again sending to service centre. I have to wait couple of weeks to get the handset back.

                    Hi team,

                    I am really dis-satisfied by the service I got at Sector-16, Faridabad Service center. I went there with my Samsung Galaxy NOTE with the following issues :
                    1). The voice of the caller was echoing,
                    2). The memory card - when put into the phone - used to sometimes display the apps and sometimes, because of the loose fit - used to display the Icons.
                    3). The 3G speed on my phone was quite slow.

                    I was told that everything will be taken care of and the following was done on my phone :
                    1). The Mic of the phone was cleaned with a stapler pin.
                    2). The Android O.S was re- installed.

                    The support reps said that everything was taken care of. I am still and have been facing this issue since day 1. Sir/ Madam, I am a support professional and have to work long hours. I do not get time to go to the service center time and again. The Service that I am getting from my Galaxy Note is really bad. This is my first Samsung phone and with this service, I am not buying any other Samsung device. I know it hardly matters with over a Billion customers, but this is what I will spread to everyone I know or get in touch with.

                    I am really dis-satisfied with the issue on my SAMSUNG NOTE. Not able to handle memory card, no 3G speed - why do I need an overpriced so called - SMART phone that gives me a 3G speed of not more than 70 kbps where in another phone, with the same SIM, I am getting more than 1.2 Mbps. Really un-tollerable.

                    I get an email from the CEO's desk. I find my Facebook comment deleted. No issues... I can post it again. Tried getting the issue resolved from NIT branch as Sector 16 branch was closed "BECAUSE OF TECHNICAL REASONS".

                    My phone has been down since quite some time. EITHER YOU REPLACE THIS OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ! I do not want to go to and fro to the Service center.

                    i purchased samsung mobile c5130 from patna. I take bill with its. but i am in bulandshar(up) now.
                    and my phone is not working. i purchased it 3 month ago.
                    I went to samsung service center and left mobile their for 1 month but they did not cheking it...and asking to left it for more 10 daays...
                    sir suggest me what sould i do..
                    Samsung Memoir T929 touch has suddenly stopped working. I purchased it from Chicago in 2009. Can any one tell me where can I find service center to repair it in Pune, India?

                      wrong commitment given by vijay sales borivali west mobile section, I have purchase samsung galaxy note 1 from vijay sales, on 01/01/2013 at that time the flip cover was not available in the stock so they ask me to wait for the cover, they were suppose to call me, so i requested them to give white flip cover but the sales person assure me that we will able to give black flip cover, still after a month i didnt receive any call from them so visited at that branch for enquire, that time Mr saif store incharge again commited that we are trying for black cover and provide you the same, yesterday (01/02/2013 ) i receive a call from them that they have got the cover pls come and collect it from the branch, when visited to branch they tried to hand over orange color flip cover which was not at all accepted by me, on that Mr Saif said if you want to complian please go ahead and complain against us.

                              Sub : Complaint for my Refrigerator which was in non working condition.

                              Ref: As confirmed by your service engineer compressor which was under warranty
                              is not working due to which my refrigerator is not in working condition.

                              I had purchased Samsung Single Door Refrigerator Model No RA19WBPS from M/s Priya Associates Pimpri Pune: 411018 (Maharashtra) vide Invoice No.38882 dated 28.09.2009 which was working well since 08.01.2013 morning. After some time we noticed that cooling effect of the same has been gone but lights in fridge were on.

                              I had made complaint to M/s. Priya Associates & I have been informed by the madam sitting in office of M/s. Priya Electronic that she will inform the complaint to their Service centre & engineer will visit my home, check up the fault & will inform
                              Me the charges payable by me. But I will have to pay Rs.225/- towards his visit charges.

                              Accordingly, engineer from M/s.Elegent, Akurdi (Authorized Service centre of Samsung)
                              Has visited & checked my Refrigerator & informed me over phone (since I was not at my home) that compressor of my Refrigerator has been blocked & will have to replace the same with new compressor. Since compressor was under warranty period he told me over mobile that the will replaces at free of cost but I will have to pay the charges for gas filling approx amounting to Rs.1500/-. I asked him why we will have to fill gas. He told me that when compressor is replaced without filling gas we neither can nor replace the compressor. Then I asked him when there is fault in compressor which is under warranty period why I will have to pay the charges of gas filling since gas will leak due to fault in compressor since it is connected with compressor. He left my home without any further discussion. This all happened on 11.01.2012 meantime I had also made complaint your Customer Harassment Centre since many of customer like me has been taken an experience of you customer care centre which is not customer care centre but it should be renamed as Customer Harassment Centre. From the following points you will also agree for the same.

                              Details of worst experiences of your customer care.

                              Ask any query they don’t know the information.
                              They will ask us to talk with technical team or service centre
                              If we ask them let me talk with any senior person answer will be I will
                              Check whether the said person is available or not & will ask us to hold the call.
                              After long period holding call they will say the person is not available or he will call
                              Later
                              They are caring their official more than care of customer.
                              There is “n” number of points but I don’t want to spend your precious time for such
                              a small thing.

                              Sir, for this my small complaint I am constantly taking follow up with your customer care, service centre, dealer, company & junior & senior officials. But result was zero. The some name of persons I talked is as below.
                              M/s.Rajeev,Sukhvinder,Puja Madam,Siddharh,Shivkumarji Mishra,Santosh,Abhishek Anurag etc of your company/customer care M/s.Shaheed,Sohail & Krishna from your Service Centre.Mr Sanjay & some madam from your dealer & so on.

                              My main point was as below.

                              I had got the warranty of my refrigerator for one year & compressor for five years.
                              If my compressor is under warranty period company is going to replace it but I had been asked to pay the charges of gas filling which is linked with compressor or inner part of compressor. It means company gives me the warranty for my hand, legs or any part of my body but I will have to pay the charges for bones, blood or meat etc.The same example was given to your Mr.Santosh (ASM) but he cant explain me the reason for paying gas filling charges & answered me that the said charges I will have to pay because of your company policy. The I had asked all your officials & Mr. Shaheed that if compressor is under warranty person issue me the same. I will fill the gas with my own expenses. I don’t want want to fill the gas from company since the charges are higher than markets. They denied & told me that we cannot issue the compressor without gas filling. I asked the reason & answer was same as its company policy.Sir,I would like to ask you whether this is company policy or official are lying & if this is company policy how the company like Samsung make such a foolish policy. Sir, I am the customers who always use your all consumable products & mobiles. Today I & my family members are having 28 Mobiles of Samsung, but now because of above incidence I don’t have faith on your company.

                              Sir, due to your compressor problem I had lost my 10 injections amounting to Rs.47500/- The said possibility of the same was already informed time to time in advance from 12.01.2013 to 17.01.2013 to your above officials. & recording of the same is with me & your customer care. In addition to this I have been mentally harassed from your customer care centres,service centre & dealer for above reason which I cannot work out the cost in monetary term but which may be Rs.50000/-

                              Further, I had also informed your officers the urgency of the same but the same was not attended in time. I had already paid Rs.225/- as Labor & Service amount Rs.200/- & Service Tax thereon of Rs.25/- on 12.01.20013 vide receipt no.10690/12.01.2013 & Dryer replaced-Rs.86/- & Gas charging done – Rs.1275/- on VAT on the same Rs.170/ less discount – Rs.31/- vide receipt no.10487/21.01.2013 ( Total Rs.225/- + Rs.1500/- = Rs.1725/-).As already informed from 12 to 20th Jan 2013 to your all above official, service centre & dealer the said charges are being paid by me UNDER PROTEST” to avoid my/your further losses.

                              Now, I request to arrange to reimburse me an amount of Rs.47500/- + Rs.50000/- + Rs.1725/- Total Rs.99225/-) towards above losses immediately within two days otherwise I will have no option but to knock the doors of consumer forum...

                              Please treat this as most urgent.

                              Refregerator Samsung — Over charge during warranty

                              I had purchased the samsung refrigerator from M/s Sunil Enterprises, Abu Road (Raj) in the month of June/July 2008.
                              Recently on 17/12/2009 the equipment stopped functioning and while attending complaint by the representative of authorized service centre, it was found that the compressor was not functioning. Under guarantee the faulty compressor was replaced with the other one. The refrigerator is now in working condition.
                              However the following are the concerns;

                              • The bill (Scanned copy attached) contains no details of defects or change of compressor.
                              • No other document regarding the change of compressor have been given to me.
                              • A total amount of Rs 1050/- have been charged from me including the gas charging amount of Rs 700/-. This head have not clearly mentioned on the bill.

                              I protest at this stage that the gas have been refilled due to replacement of compressor. It should not be recovered from the customer as the refill of gas was required due to replacement of faulty compressor.

                              I had requested to M/s Samsung to ;
                              1. Give me the detail of the service carried out.
                              2. Pay me the sum of Rs 700 which have been taken as the cost of gas refill.
                              But they are palying a foul play. I have not been given any written reply to my complaint though i had requested for the same.

                                first of all i purchase the refrigrator model no-FF RT-24 bdms1 in 28/may 2010 . and the product is not working good from the date when i purchase it .FIRST THE FRIDGE HAS BASE PROBLEM THAN THE RELLY PROBLE AND ALL DAY THE FRIDGE GET NOISE SOUND ALL THE DAY AND AGAIN 29 JAN 2013 THE SAME GAS LEAKED AND RELLY PROBLEM . if i m not wrong ur company samsung product is like chinese product which we repair every year and ur company said u we are provide 1 no product is that type of no-1 u have which people repaired every year. i have purchase this refrigrator rs14000 with my hard work earning income . not free of cost . i also spend 1080 towards gas repairing and really reparing . and again the regfritaor not working . its my humble reqest to u that plz provide me solution . inspite of that ur r using same product but ur product is working fine . only one resolution i want from ur company that plz take ur bad product to ur company and refund my money back with interst .that all .                                 Samsung India — malfunction of refrigerator

                                Sub: Complaint against a multinational company

                                A new refrigerator with multinational Brand Name of Samsung was purchased in the year July 2004 for about Rs.28000/-. During the last 3 and half years, there were more than 4 time break down of the refrigerator.

                                Two times the gas has been filled. On one occasion there was break down of defroster. These complaints were rectified after making huge payments to the company's Service Center.

                                Now the refrigerator has starting problem since April 8, 2008.

                                Despite repeated follow up with the Company Service centers for about 9 days, the repair has not been rectified. Now the company is conveying that PCB Card is not available with them and the same is to received in Delhi from Chennai and the same is going to take another 10 days.

                                Purchasing a multinational brand refrigerator for Rs.28000/ in normal circumstances should assure trouble free working for a good number of years.. However, in the particular piece purchased by me there is one problem or other almost every year and despite paying huge amount of repair charges, the fault is not timely rectified. Is this brand image of multinational company Samsung.

                                Also there is no price for mental agony suffered by me during the previous nine days and loss of time as I being a working lady, who has to ensure that somebody is present in the house to attend to the engineer

                                In these circumstances, I expect that the company should immediately replace the above faulty piece so that the problem should not continue further. Not only this, the company should also compensate for the loss of time and repair charges paid to the company's service center.

                                my father-in- law presented me with a samsund refridgerator which was purchased for Rs.16250/- on[protected] from Q R S, thiruvananthapuram. The fridge is not working properly. the problem is gas leaking. I have already spent more than Rs.2400/-for repairing on 2 occasions.                                         I had purchased Samsung 32" LCD TV last year about 1 months back but headphone jack of the LCD's are not working. I thought that Samsung is one of the best companies & that's why only I buy all the LCD's from Samsung only.
                                        Many times I called at your customer care to make them aware of the problem, every time they assured me that the engineer will come to look out the problem. But I never found any of them at my door.

                                        Purchased LCD last year, still under warrenty period. Side Button frame got problem. reported problem last year only. Engineer from Samsung solder the frame with some old one. Got defected again, in a week time, reported problem again in Jan 2008. Service told me that frame is not available, need to be replaced. Called all days in whole week, no call back and no service till today.....
                                        See the confidence of Samsung service team, I did a mistake by investing 60K which I have a regret now.... what to do??? Can anyone help me in getting the details of Consumer Forum in Noida/Ghaziabad.

                                        I have bought the samsung LCD 32 inches last year(less than 12 months). The tv started giving problem and unable to turn on.
