I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S Advance Smart Phone in Sep 2012.Post 2 months I found that the Panel is faulty due to which there was dust forming inside the mobile.The dust was on the Camera due to which I was unable to use it.I have taken it to the Samsung Service Center and they told me that it was faulty and needs to be replaced.i told that it was only 2 months ago I had taken and that the piece sold to me was faulty. The shop where I took is not responding to my request. Please help.

      I purchased samsung led 40EH5000 from ebay.in

      (The serial no. Ua40eh5000rxzn
      Zuuz3mkca01914x)

      After receiving the led I made a call to samsung office and requested them for demo and wall mounting.

      Samsung offcial visited my house and told me that "it is made in malaysia product so it is not under warranty and you will not be getting the wall mounting stand"
      (Means "if having warranty you will be eligible for the wall mounting stand)

      After his leaving i registered my product at samsung website and got to know that it is having one year international warranty(Just opposite of what the samsung official describe to me)

      So again i contacted the samsung offices and informed them about the warranty through email and raised the service request.

      To my shock the service request was closed without any "discussion and solution" with me.

      After above incidents I wrote the complaint to samsung's ceo office.

      Today i got the call from ceo office making the conference call to me and vadodara office.

      Now adding to my shock the following solution was provided "

      1) I will be eligible for the international warranty.
      (I only told them about this, from their side they have already written it off)]

      2) Because it is having international warranty so you are not eligible for wall mounting stand.
      (Twisting the meaning of the warranty for as per their benefits)

      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

        To whom it may concern,

        This is in regards to cell phone provided by Samsung, I bought a Samsung Note N7000 on June 9th and it has been under warranty since then for 1 year. During the last week of December I faced a network issue on my cell phone that it was not catching the network properly. Signals were diminishing every 2nd minute. So at service center they told me that there is some fault in motherboard and asked me to get it replaced for Rs 10,000.
        I felt like cheated on this reply from the Samsung Service Centre based in Moti Nagar (West Delhi). Then what is warranty if there is some technical fault in the main parts of the phone. They should be replaced by Samsung. I have a copy of estimate cost i.e. service slip taken forcefully from them.

        I hereby request the Consumer Complaint Forum to help me in the this regards. Any efforts and time invested by the forum governors will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

        Samsung Mobile — POOR SERVICE & CHEATING

        I PURCHASED ONE C-160 MOBILE PHONE BRAND SAMSUNG FROM AUTHORISED DEALER ON[protected], AND SOON THEREFATER I STARTED FACING IMPROPER PERFORMANCE . WHEN WE APPROACHED THE DEALER HE JUST MADE SOME CURSORY ADJUSTMENTS AND ADVISED THAT IT WOULD WORK WELL.
        BUT IN AUGUST THE PROBLEM INCREASED AND THE MIC STOPPED FUNCTIONING COMPLETELY, (THAT IS WHAT I SPOKE COULD NOT BE HEARD BY THE CALLER).
        EVER SINCE WE APPROACHED THE SERVICE CENTER, WE HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH HELL. FIRSTLY THERE IS NO TIME DISCIPLINE. THE CENTER IS A SUBCONTRACTOR, WHO OBVIOUSLY IS NOT SO MUCH INTERESTED IN CONSUMER CARE RATHER THAN MAKING MONEY OUT OF GENUINE SAMSUNG CUSTOMERS. LISTED TIMING OF 9 TO 6 IS NOT FOLLOWED. THEY HAVE A CONVENIENT TIME OF 10:30 TO 6:30
        ON MY SECOND VISIT (WHICH MEANT TAKING A HALF DAY OFF) ON 3RD SEPT 2008, I COULD GET MY PHONE SUBMITTED, WHERE THE PERSON ON THE COUNTER OPENED THE PHONE AND VERY CRUDELY STARTED SCRATCHING THE PARTS TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM (WITHOUT THE USE OF ANY INSTRUMENTS). THAT PERSON DETERMINED IN A COUPLE MINUTES THAT MY PHONE HAD BEEN SOAKED IN WATER AND THEREFORE IT WAS NOT ADMISSIBLE UNDER WARRANTY. IN SPITE OF MY PROTESTS, THEY INSISTED ON BEING RIGHT, AND DEMANDED ME TO ACCEPT PAID SERVICE.
        HAVING NO OPTION BUT TO GET MY PHONE OPERATIVE, I SUBMITTED MY PHONE UNDER PROTEST.
        THEREAFTER, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THE SERVICE CENTER, BUT STRANGELY NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. THE ONLY WAY YOU MAY CONTACT IS BY PERSONALLY VISITING THE CENTER (BY SKIPPING OFFICE !). EVEN THE SERVICE MANAGERS (NEERAJ [protected]) & AREA SALES MANAGER (RAJEEV [protected]) PREFER TO EITHER KEEP THERE PHONES SWITCHED OFF OR NOT PICK UP THE PHONE AT ALL. AFTER CONTINUOUSLY TRYING FOR 21 DAYS, I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET THROUGH THE SERVICE CENTER AND TO MY SHOCK FOUND THAT THEY HAD PREPARED AN ESTIMATE OF APPROX Rs 2900/- FOR A PHONE THAT I BOUGHT FOR Rs 1900/- . THIS SHOWS THAT SAMSUNG SERVICE IS FOCUSSING ON BLACKMAILING CLIENTS INTO UNSCROUPOLOUS SERVICE AGENTS AND FLEECING THEM FOR MAKING EASY SERVICE MONEY. WHY ELSE DOES A BRAND NEW CELL PHONE, IN INTACT CONDITION AND USE DETERIOTE WITHIN 3-4 MONTHS, AND INSTEAD OF FEELING SHAMEFUL, THEY SHAMELESSLY DEMAND A SERVICE FEE 33% HIGHER THAN THE PHONE COST ITSELF !!

        THIS IS A EYE OPENER FOR ALL CELL PHONE CUSTOMERS TO BE WARY OF SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AND AVOID PATRONISING SUCH UNSCRUPOLOUS BUSINESS HOUSE.
        Bingo...SOB's ... my boss's sens r40 crashed ... searching for service center in 4 big cities all i got after 5 hours of dozens of phone calls ... then in the end got all wrong address and wrong numbers, what a business house
        poor quality of products

        i got a new samsung b520 mobile i used it only for 1 and a half months, after that the mobile started to restart by its own, it will be continues ly restarting. i was fed up with the mobile. now i have given it in service center they said there is problem in board.. they also said it will take 20 + days to make it alright now i dont have a mobile. i am really fed up with samsung mobile.
        i am from coimbatore, tamil nadu.
        i think i wont get my mobile back in good condition.
        i am giving my handset to ur service centre on dated
        08oct, 2008. They said after 2 days ur handset delivers u. After 2 days i
        was gone to your service centre they ask me that we send your cell to
        our delhi service centre and give u after 15 days. then i was gone to
        your service centre after 15 days they give me my handset. On the spot
        when i check my cell it was not working. They take my cell and again
        give me my jobsheet. That time and now today time my cell is not giving
        to me. And if i Ask for my handset to your service centre they not
        respond me. They give me next date everytime. I am very irritate with
        your cervice centre. my very humble request for you that please sove my
        problem.

        I have purchased a samsung mobile model no-SGH-B210, SSN:-B210GSMH on[protected], from Sahu communications Vide bill no-1933 and have find problem in the set that the light on the screen remain continuously glowing on from 05th march-2009, after i told him about the problem they refused me to repair it and tell me that water going in to it Infact the mobile kept in proper care and nothing happned to it but the shop keeper refuse to give any kind of service.Will I go to the consumer foram for the same or any kind of service I get from the company earlier.

        SAMSUNG AC. — SERVICE RELATED / CHEATED

        I had lodged a complaint with the Samsung Electronics regarding the Windows AC spare parts which was water outlet and swing motor...I had specially requested them no one should visit my home without spares and someone should come after 5 PM only . But to my surprise first the engineer visited my home after 4 days of complaint and regular follow up and that too around 3.30 PM and without the spares. He checked the AC and said that there is a problem with it and some blah blah part need to be changed...my wife at home asked him to do it but it was not the complaint we had made...he said that he would get back the next day with the part for which we had complained took the service charges and issues the receipt and walked off...no one turned up for next few days I again had to make 20-30 calls to samsung customer care to ask someone to come up with it ..after 3-4 days i got a call regarding what is the problem again i narrated him the problem ..he said he would check with the customer care and get back..even when i had logged complaint regarding the parts i was continuously told by the exeuctive who took the complain you would hear from the service center...pls note service center never bothered to call up...I was away for 4 days due to some work and when i came i again wanted to check up from the service desk about the status of my complaint he said he would get back...No one turned up for the entire month...and again after rigourous follow up someone turned and asked me for the reciept which the engineer had issued when he came to do the repair they had charged some 500 rupees including their service charges the visiting engineer here refused to repair the ac saying that service charges need to be paid again as the one month paid has lapsed...no one visisted me whole month inspite of repeated complaints and they service guys themselves lapsed the one month period ..y should we pay again the service charges when the complaint was not rectified in the first instance..it clearly shows how Samsung works and fool the peoople with their engineers begging money from the customers...GUYS BE CAREFUL OF THIS FROM SAMSUNGN ELECTRONICS SPECIALLY THEIR SERVICE CENTRE GUYS...DO NOT SIGN ON THE COMPLAINT SLIP IF THE COMPLALINT IS NOT RECTIFIED...

        Samsung — Cheated by service center

        I purchased a Samsung mobile in Aug 2008. Now from a few days it got a display problem. All things were OK with mobile only sometimes it was not displaying the screen. I was having incoming and outgoing calls properly. Not other problem was in mobile.

        So I went to Samsung service center. They told me it will take 450/- (250=service charges, 200=display part), and we’ll repair it within 10 mins. I told OK and started waiting. Then one person started repairing it. He was having another mobile of same model with him and he started to exchange the parts of both of the mobile and he take around 40 mins but he created other problem in my mobile. It was not switching on now. Then he again opened all part of mobile then after a 10 mins he told me that the mobile board is not OK. You have to purchase other one and it'll take of cost around 2900/-. I was shocked. B'coz my mobile was having only display problem, so how the board become damage. I told him that u damaged it while repairing. But he said that he did nothing, he's innocent.

        Now please tell me what I should do? I suspect that he has changed my mobile’s board with other mobile with him.

          Concerned Samsung Executive,

          I bought this 3D plasma TV (D490) in September 2011. The TV had to be taken to the service center within a couple of weeks as it never was able to show pop out 3D effects. I did use original Samsung 3D glasses and 3D blu ray titles. It came back from service with 3D working perfectly fine after they only flashed the firmware version again (thats what I was told). Now in Dec 2012 within 1 yr and 4 months, a horizontal line appears right in the middle and Samsung engineers promptly attended to the complaint. They checked the board which was fine and then said the PDP panel has to be replaced at a cost of 18000/-. After few repeated calls they came back with an offer of some discount on the replacement that I rejected since I cannot absorb any cost related to the panel which is the main component of the TV going burst within 16 months. The decision is still pending with the head office who now have stopped calling me back.

          Being an ardent fan of Samsung products that fill my home, Samsung are making no efforts to keep a loyal customer happy. I myself have recommended this TV to several of my friends and I feel guilty for doing so. Unless concerned senior level executives at Samsung earn back my loyalty and quickly, I intend to pursue legal action through a consumer court.

          Completely useless. Samsung do not provide warranty for more than 1 year and wont even sign up AMC for additional cost. Thats because all their flat panels are defective (LCD, LED and Plasma) as seen in various complaint forums. Somebody must sue them for dumping useless products into Indian market. LG is better. I have one for 3 years without any issue and they also sign up AMCs at additional cost.

            I had purchased the LED SAMSUNG TV 26'' ES 4000 Model from Vasanth & co Tirunevali, Last Month ,There is display problem one side right top upper corner display screen going in side from the Outer Panel scratches & , also there is Sound problem while changing the channel (speaker woofing with unwanted sound) in had register the complaint with customer care and Vasanth & co Com no : [protected] , the Samsung service people come from Tuticorin and checked the TV and they taken the photos and they made the report to HO couple of weeks before, Till now there is No action to change the TV because its a Brand new..........

            Samsung — Booming sound

            I had purchased a Samsung Fridge 315 Lt. (RT-31 ZVPR) in the month of Mar'.09. Initially we were thinking that since its new there is some sound which would die down after sometime. After two months also this sound kept coming as soon as the cooling started. I contacted their CC and was told that, since the fridge is new, initially the compressor makes such sounds and after a month or so it will gradually die down and it should be noise free. Till today the same booming sound continues from the fridge and I had called their service center and one quy came one evening and said this is normal and nothing to worry. The sound is sometimes agonising and gives me splitting headaches, since it is positioned just near the kitchen where I always keep hearing that booming sound. Well looks like there is no solution to this.

            Samsung — POWER ISSUE AND AUDIO PROB

            Hello Sir,

            Myself Sachin Vacher from Delhi. I have purchase SAMSUNG 32" LCD (Model LA32B480) last year from M/S HARI OM ELECTRONICS, ASHOK VIHAR, ON 18-SEPT-2009 vide bill no 27606, Its nearly more than 11th months old story, whereas i have warranty on this product for 12 months. Suddenly it stop working last month, then i launched an complaint regarding the same with your helpline. Its my first complaint), as a result your engineer visit my home and done the needful. Now within the one month of that complain suddenly it showing me sound problem, then i again launched a complaint regarding this (its my second complaint). Now, when your engineer done his job, electricity was not there, he was getting late, so as a result we trust him and didn’t check his work but when electricity came then only we came to know that LCD is having same problem. I again launched complain for the same (Its my third complaint) As a customer, I am scared about this product because i have less then one month valid warranty left for this Samsung LCD. This is first time I am facing challenges with any branded product like Samsung, at the same time its really raising question mark against the brand like Samsung. Can you please do me favor by replacing my piece, because it’s clearly showing manufacturing fault or extended warranty for the same,

            Samsung — alert tone

            in samsung s3310i i cound not turn off the alert tone which comes after each cal and msg. wat is the use of the volume control then? it is frustrating that a small feature is not available.

              I have purchased SAMSUNG 3D/LED TV from M/s Laxmi Electronics, G3/4, Manek Centre, Amber Cinema Road, PN Marg Jamnagar (Gujarat), along with 3D-LEDTV i received two nos. 3D Glasses, apart from that i have asked dealer to provide me (On payment basis) two more 3D glasses on the same of purchase of my TV (Dt.02.10.2012) , After that i have requested / reminded him several times by phone and atleast 05-06 times personally visited and reminded but still he is not able to provide the same.

              Can i request you to suggest me to punish such irresponsible dealer ?

              please help me out in highlighting such dealer and to get punished for not providing good service (even on paid basis).

                I am not sure which department i am contacting. But i just want to let you know that you(Samsung) are about to loose customers who are using your products for more then 15 years.
                I purchased 2 galaxy s duos mobiles in September and recently one of that gone bad, i went to Samsung repair station (Nehru place, Delhi) and received no help, because they said "it might" be a water damage.
                So here's the description if issue: my phone takes lot of time to start, it hangs frequently, and when i dial number the screen goes black, even though i can make call and listen but nothing is on display. so for this i went to repair because i thought i got warranty.
                But no help received, all they want is more money (6100.00 INR) for repair.
                I am really very disappointed with this, so i am not begging for help here all i want to say is years after using Samsung Refrigerators, TVs, Washing machines, Mobiles etc all we are receiving is this from you, there is no goodwill gestures.
                So i will write mail to Samsung CEO also and i will start uploading my reviews on social media telling and bewaring them that don't go for Samsung appliances because their warranty its fake, when you gonna have some issues they start giving to excused like this/that is not covered, no one tells you about that at the time of purchase. i'll never recommend Samsung again to someone.

                    To whomsoever this concerns,
                    I bought a Samsung galaxy s3 on October 9th 2012. It really WAS one of the good phones in the market and probably even the best but since I updated it last time ( I've updated the operating system twice now) it keeps crashing frequently even though I haven't installed anything new. Moreover even though it appears to have been made to be faster it takes loads of time to open simple applicationi Oh and even before all of this started the usb cable you've issued with the device was defective and stopped working within a month and I had to go and buy a new usb if I wanted to keep my phone charged......all in all THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY EXPERIENCE WITH WHAT I CONSIDERED ONE OF THE BEST PHONES....it would've been better if you'd atleast bothered to check the updated interface before releasing it.......

                        Samsung — TV Repairing

                        I purchase a new Samsung LCD TV from Metro mall In kolkata. Only 1month past TV is not on. So we call samsung customer care and they receive a complaintof this on 19th October. But they d'not respond. On 23rd October I call again and they said that our executive call you later. but nothing happend. Atlast we call samsung service center on 29th october they said that "our executive will reach there before evening. But nothing happend till date. What should I do. Plz help.

                            i have purchased samsung monte 10 months ago
                            it was working fine but since few days its not getting 3g i trid a lot But 3g mode is not working and calls are auto disconnecting in automatic network mode , also touch is so poor.
                            i also went to samsung care centre but they are so rude that they didnt help me even phone is in warranty period

                            i havent expected from samsung
                            that worlds leading smartphone company will give such type of product and services.

                            Sir/madam,
                            3 month ago I give prieroty to samsung over nokia and purchase. First time a samsung smart phone model samsung galaxy i 5510. But after day. Letter I found that it has audio jack problem, I give it to service center , they give me a slip for new set. Dealer give me. A new st after 2.5 month letter, unfortunatly after one week letter I found that this divice also have a serious problem . It never show my all applications . I give it to again service center . They update it,s software and return it to me. But after 2 day letter I found anathor problem that it never charging, when I reset it it charge again , when it not charge I rest it ,but now it not charge after rechare also and never show my all applications. I ired up and thinkking that throw it front of a road roaller.
                            most of the time its dealers failure. they are just trying to escape out of the responsibility and not even communicating the consumer problem to the manufacture. Manufactures also will try to push deffective items in combi offers as a result customer has tosuffer.
                            i have purchased one Samsung TV . I find its qulity was very low .

                              Hi, I bought this box called samsung wave 533 in april 2011. after six months of buying this phone its giving me a tough time. It swsitches off automatically when you need it either for reading the messages or attending the call. I have got it repaired twice but its not working out. It was just a week before when i went out to get it rrepaired. and now its switched off and m unable to turn it off. cant buy the new one or get it repair as i dont have time because of my work for next 7 days. Samsung guys please tell me what do i do?

                              Samsung Wave 533 — Pathetic Product

                              Hi All,


                              The phone is not a phone it is a box which gives me anger whenever i see it.


                              1. There is no battery back up ( imagine only 1/2 an hour0

                              2. The browser you cannnot use (because it suddenly gets vibrate and gets off)

                              3. People try my phone several times to reach (beacuse the phone is not reachable often)



                              The phone is not worth buying !!



                              I got the mobile repaired/serviced twice at Samsung Authorised Faridabad service centre (in 6 months of pruchasing). Previously I have used Nokia & Blackberrry and never faced this kind of problem.



                              I have written mails ot higher mgt. in samsung still they are not interested to serve their customer better, I was planning to buy Samsung Tab but now have dropped off my idea forever to buy any samsung product.





                              Never buy this phone.

                              Samsung Wave 533 — touch screen not working

                              my touch screen is not working moment after the cell fell down , there are no scratches on the screen and the os is also working fine , what could be the reason non responsiveness of the screen,
                              do i have to replace the whole screen ..

                                this is reference to the Refrigerator model no(RR2015BBL/2012) that I had purchased from Vaibhav electronics,Santacruz (east) on 11th Nov. 2012 in the name of Krittika Gurav. On 12th Dec. 2012 We noticed that the Refrigerator was not cooling and we put in a complain to the service center. The engineer came and inspected the appliance an 13th Dec and told that the compressor had failed.

                                I had told the Samsung people that I wanted the defective pce to be replaced with a new one and was given the assurance that the same would be replaced. After constant reminders from my side I was told that a new unit would not be given, The service center had given the option to refund my money. Again I was assured that my money would be refunded and all the necessary documents were taken from me.

                                Today when I called Mr. Atul from samsung, I was told that the same unit will be repaired for which I flatly refused.

                                  one month ago i bought a samsung laser printer model scx-3200. after 300 pages of printed text the the toner cartridge stopped working. today i went to buy a replacement, and was told none was available. went to their webpage and a search of their products there came up null for my printer. then attempted to email them from their site...after submitting all the required info i realized there was no submit button. last time samsung...i hope apple continues to sue the pants off you. do the world a favor go out of business!!!

                                      I had purchased 12 nos. of Samsung Laser Printers ML2161/XIP on 5th Oct. 2012. Out of 12 printers my 7 printers stopped working within 3 months with same type of problem where its Printed Board Assembly needed to be replaced. Samsung replaced this Printed Board Assembly in 3 printers but within 2 days it again stopped working with same problem. Now we demanded for replacement of printers but they are neither attending nor providing any solution for such printers.

                                        Bought a new Samsung Galaxy S3 which costs about 35k INR, this is my first expensive gadget ever...!!! And i did not even get it to work for a month!!!

                                        I noticed it too be very slow, the proximity sensor also did not work properly (Auto brightness adjustment) Also found that the battery would not last even for 4 hrs (Note even if i did not... not not not at all use the phone) and more over I noticed even after charging for more than 12 hrs the battery was only charged for 85% and would not charge 100%.

                                        I thought since this is a high rage product Samsung would really value customers satisfaction and I would get a replacement if I take it to service center....!!!! But no really!! no...! They found the issue to be with motherboard... it has been a week and they are still fixing it!!!!

                                        This is ridiculous!!! I am completely frustrated and not at all happy... no satisfaction at all!!!!
