I purchase mobile on 22.10.2012 in croma NSG IT Park, ITI Road, Pune 411007 Phone [protected], Samasung Galaxy Note no. GT-N7000ZBAINU sERIAL nO. RF1C8AAXK8E ([protected]) which is giving a proplem on purchase date only i complaint croma, they did not rectify, also complaint to Service Centre they told me that software problem, they load fresh software, but again the problem is same that my mobile is not working. I dont know how u people, beleive that u r product is good, I say that you people selling faulty product, and fool the people who dont know, I also give Service Centre No. [protected] its name Prayag Services You take hard action, You people give only jobsheet but didnot provide solution, with in two month som many time i can complaint to you by phone Call and email.
I had email so many times but you people dont reply me properly, I call so many time on Samsung Care Cetre but they did not satisfy me.
As per Telephonic And email confirmation on 05.12.2012 at 10.45 am, I had visted Samsung Service Cente at 3.30 pm, they told me that your motherborad change and and its is not repair under process.
Again I am telling that my phone purchased with in two month you are changing my mother borad, I cannnot take it back because you change main part of mobile, I want New Handset. and also it purchased on 22.10.2012 you reload fesh software on 27.10.2012,
Once again your company had prove that you people cheated with customer and fool to every dealing and selling
I had already complaint to you that my set has problem, but you people dont beleive me, on 03.12.12 Samasung Galacy Note you change motherboard, and reload software, on 07.12.12 from u r care department had call me that here is no problem it is o.k. , I take it, aroun 4.00 clock but this time again my handset was dead on same day 7.30 pm , and this time i cannot repaire, I want only new set because this problem since start from the purchase date.and I send you a jobsheet dt. 03.12.12 at the time of what you people do and repair had done. I listen you people many time but this time listen to me
Once again 0n 08.12.2012 my set was dead, they told met that there is battery problem and take my set reaload, sotware, and once again they give me that there is no problem, I can attach job sheet of 08.12.2012. how your service centre give bad impreesion to customer, you people even dont how much complaint about Samsung Galaxy Note Problem. You people kwon that how much you can disappoin the customer. you an your service centre give bad impression every body, you people cannot identified the problem, you told first Sotware Problem, second told Mother Board Problem, Third time Tell me that battery, how many time you say like this .......
Think people abount your company future because you people face problem like how can people avoid Nokia Product and turn into Samsung, you people give chance to customer that turn or move into other product.
