I buyed a samsung star 3G handset from Planet M Allahabad, U.P on 12/12/2009. And after a month of its use the phone switched of by itself and then i took the phone to gyansri service center Allahabad and they told me that their is problem with the mother board and it will take them maximum of a month to fix it. Then they deposited the cell phone and said me to inform about the repairing i waited until 50 days and after that when i gone the center they told me the phone is not repaired. so i took the phone to Gorakhpur ma home town and got it repaired to S.P service center Radhika complex and after that again their was the same charging problem for which i paid 400 Rs and this problem happened 5 times more and from that day i have paid upto 1000rs and 2 days ago again thier was charging problem so i paid a sum of 350Rs for the problem to be fixed and after that the phone again got the same problem and they are saying me to give 2600 Rs. So, in all i would just say that i am the worst victim of samsung mobile and in this two years barely i have used this phone for a maximum of two months. And at personal level i would say that samsung mobile and the service is the worst type i have ever seen and want a strict action on this case.

Lately my fone was not working. I gave it to samsung service centre at Kalyan-Rambaug. They replaced the mother board and returned back after 8 days. They handed fone to my younger sister and she returned back home, as im a working person i dont hav time. On 23rd I got the fone and i saw im not getting the network. I took the fone back to samsung they said they forgot to attach antenna. And they attached the same on 24th and I came back. While on my way to office I realized the back cover of the fone was damaged from lower right side. It was a sharp and pointed cut. I immediately called the help line 32320808. They gave me the managers name and number Sunil Katare- Televideo Services, No was [protected]. I spoke to him and he said get the fone back they need to see. On 24th i gave the fone back and again my younger sis went and they said manager Sunil Katare not there come back in evening. She went back and again he was not there and not even picking up the fone. My fatheer spoke to one of your representative and he said its not samsung official shop. Its a pvt company running the same and we cannot help you. I observed there was CCTV running in the tech area. I request you to help me get the back cover replaced. Im very disappointed with your services. Run the cctv footage and check how this fone back cover damaged. I also work in same field and this is not the correct way to refuse. Help me or else ill be escalating this. My fone model is GTI9100 Galaxy SII. ITS TRUE!!

      I recently bought a samsung gt c3322 cellphone. It has a problem that none application can be downloaded on the phone.
      It always say "Invalid jar error". I also asked from samsung care i.e [protected] and i also i concerned samsung service center,even they cant solve the problem,they just upgrade your software but this problem is still there.........

        Request for Replacement of Faulty Machine.

        With reference to the cited above, this is to bring in to your kind notice and complain you that it is hardly one year since we have purchased your a/c as referenced above and till date the machine was attended at least 8 times by your local technician.

        In the second week of August’ 11 Gas was refilled in the compressor as the same was leaked due to some technical snag in the machine.

        In the first week of March’ 12 the compressor of the machine busted and was replaced by your Local Service Centre.

        In the month of April’ 12 we complained that for last 4 -5 months our main unit of A/c inside our bed room was making a lot of cracking and breaking type noises and water was dripping from its air outlet panel. We were even unable to take proper sleep because of noises that every now and then coming out of A/c Unit. On[protected] Local Service Centre Technician attended the machine He changed a part of main unit named: PCB or something and charged us Rs. 1800/- for the same but to my dismay the problem was continued. Then the Technician replaced our Stabilizer with an old one that he brought from somewhere stating that it will manage the current flow.

        Now three days back the machine once again stopped working at night. Today, it was attended by the same Local Service Centre technician. He has informed us that the compressor of the machine has been busted and need to be replaced. He has booked the complaint with service center as wide referenced above.

        Sir, this is for the second time in a year that the stabilizer of my A/c has been busted. I do not see any reasons why should we suffer because of faulty unit or incapability of your authorized Technician/Mechanic to find out the exact cause of the complains? Why should I be forced to call your Local Service Centre every now and then or why should I be forced to bear with faulty machine. Now I am not prepared to waste my time in waiting for the repairing of my machine any more.

        I request you kindly to look into the matter and instruct your Local Service Center Officials to arrange for an immediate replacement of the faulty unit without any further delay, today itself only otherwise I shall be forced to take the matter to the Forum and Internet.

          I have purchased LED 40” TV through your dealer M/S Nang Hong Sales & Service Sdn_ Bhd (40025-D) at Nilai, Malaysia during my visit to Malaysia and this TV brought it to Surat, India .This TV Install at my home and registered with your SAMSUNG, India and also call for installation check , since than system working perfectly. Now last 15-20 days when we start TV after 3-4 hrs the 1/3 upper part of TV screen picture appear slightly darker compare to other bottom part, Initially start with light dark (shed) appearance and increase with some dark green lining (top left corner) and duration of this phenomena also increase day by day from 3-8minutes then TV screen /picture normal. So call Samsung Indian counterpart, shown the problem and after investigations your SAMSUNG technical person informed that the problem in panel and it will need to replace .When we inform that this TV is under one year warranty, according to them it can be replaced by Samsung, Malaysia only, as they not having any tie-up with SAMSUNG, Malaysia .if I want to replace here in India The cost of replacement around INR[protected]RM[protected] to pay. It is not possible to send the TV for replacement to Malaysia
          I can’t understand the policy of Samsung as the company sale the product almost all over world and also having a sales and service division all over than why they not cover product warrantee.
          Presently I have Air-conditioner, Washing Machine, 3 nos. Mobile and planning to by twin door refrigerator of Samsung makes and satisfied with the product and service and also recommend to others but now I feel that if such type of problem faces ,think about the Samsung product before purchase.

          Even I had exactly same problem in 1yr 3 months after purchase. I sent my original bill details and request letter and they have promised replacement with 5k charges. But no warranty on the new panel which is worrying me...

            Hello,

            I brought samsung Galaxy R (GT-I9103) 5 months ago.It has some problem with its speaker system,If earphones are reomved
            speaker system goes off,The handsets thinks that earphones are still plugged in.Also the handset hangs sometimes.
            I visisted to samsung service center in kalyan and indicated the problem.The fiest time i visited,they have changed the display
            panel kit which also includes earphone jack.
            The problem still not resolved,again i visited to service center for the same problem now they have changd the mother board but i am
            still facing the same problems.
            When i tried complaining again they said that issue could be due to faulty earphone ,I changed the earphones but still facing the same problem.
            Later when i checked on saome blogs i found that these types of issues are found in almost all Galaxy R handset,may be because of that the production of these
            handsets are stopped.Samsung should not have sold these handsets out.here are some sample links of forum.

            Dear Sir,

            I have purchased a Samsung SCH-S379 Mobile Phone from Authorised dealer on 19.09.2010. I am facing problem of regular speech loss at both receiver as well as my end. I complained the same at Samsung Customer Care at Goregaon West, Mumbai. I handed over the instrument to them. My complaint was pretended to be taken care by their Service Engineer Mr.Sudhakar. He made me to visit his centre nearly 5-6 times and at last told problem has been set right. On my complaint about speech loss at receipt counter itself, he told it is Signal Problem. You check up later and then call me on[protected] and report if problem continues. I tried to call him 20 times but all time I got the reply from Reception that he has gone out. He is not at all attending to my complaint.

            In Mumbai it is very difficult to go and ****** a person by sitting near office of person and keeping watch at person. I feel there is some serious problem in my handset and they are not taking care of the same properly. Thus, I request your goodself to kindly take severe action against such fraudulent personnel and company who is not able to keep responsible personnels at proper place. I request you to kindly do the best to get my Mobile Handset replaced or repaired in best possible way as earliest.

            Samsung India — Faulty Mobile Handset from SAMSUNG

            Sir,

            Through this email, i would like to bring to your notice about the suffering i have faced because of the Samsung CDMA mobile (MPower 699) which i purchased on 1st Jan 2010 from Reliance Webworld for Rs 6300/-

            Since the time i have bought this mobile, i have given it in your service centres for 5 times. I have lost very important data every time i have given it in service centre which has caused me lot of problems. During warranty period also, service centre charged me Rs 280/- without even telling me what they are going to do with that amount.

            I have attached the bills and service centre reciept for your knowledge.

            In last one year i have visited your service centre for 30 times, 5 time for giving the mobile for repairing and rest 25 times for chasing with them to get my mobile back.

            I was forced to buy another mobile because of this problem and by mistake again i bought samsung Guru 559 again from Reliance Webworld for Rs. 2000/- on 27/12/2010 and again same problems, speaker is so bad, speech loss at my and called end and this mobile doesnt work with Ear Phone.

            I dont understand how such big brand in market make such type of models where samsung says they care about Customer Satisfaction.

            This is a clear cut cheating from SAMSUNG. They must check the quality of goods they sold under their brand. Why we suffer?

            How can your customer be satisfied with such service from your side.

            I request you to do the best to get my Mobile Handset replaced at earliest and mental agony caused due to deficiency in product and services. .

            I have suffered alot and now i am really frustrated and i want to get compensated for all my sufferings, otherwise i will have to go LEGAL.

            I have purchased 2 pieces of Samsung Handset Galaxy R from Vijay Sales on 26th Jan at 9pm worth Rs 22800 each, on observation of about 4 days i realised that 1 of the piece has problem i.e. it gets heated on Charging and there is no audio either way sometimes during the call... On realising the Problem i approached the Service Center with the complaint for replacing the piece they just repaired the piece and are not ready to Replace it... since the piece is a fresh piece i insisted on Replacement but they are not entertaining and just swaying me away saying " Call Customer Care" and when i call customer Care they say It has to be done by Service Center only.. They are just making me bounce here n there... I intend to get my phone Replaced.... Please Help..... Since it is a 22.8k Phone i donot want to take a repaired piece if i had to use the repaired piece after paying 22.8k i wud have rather bought a Second Hand peice which wud have come to me for some 10k...

              I bought this phone (galaxy s advance b, model no 19070GA, lac [protected]) on 10th Aug 2012 from Anmol watches and electronics pvt ltd, sco 1043, sector 22 B, Chandigarh(Bill No: ncs14491).

              I faced problem with voice quality of outgoing call on 10-Aug-2012 itself and went back to the vendor on 11-Aug-2012 and was told I should change my SIM. I did that on 12-Aug-2012 but again faced the same problem and went back to the vendor on 17-Aug-2012 as I had to leave for my work place from 12-Aug-2012 and got back on 16-Aug-2012.

              The problem was confirmed by the vendor as a defect with the phone and I was asked to go to the Samsung Service Centre in Chandigarh. Now the problem is being confirmed by Samsung Service Centre but I am being told that my phone cannot be replaced since it can be replaced only within 4 days. I am being told that it can be repaired though.

              My requirement was that my phone should be replaced since this is a manufacturing problem which was there in the phone when I bought it. I was sold a defected phone.
              Already all this has caused me a lot of Inconvenience as I had to take leave from my work to go back to Chandigarh and show my phone to the vendor and then to Samsung Service Centre. And a lot of Inconvenience was caused while making calls as the receiver of the call is not able to understand a word because of the broken voice which is received at the other end. It was real pain as I was not able to make many important calls. Also I faced this problem on the very first day and was misguided by the vendor.

              I have already mailed on samsung portal on 17-Aug-2012 but the mail went to Singapore server of yours(Reference No:[protected]) .
              Then I mailed India system again on 19-Aug-2012 and then again on 21-Aug-2012 but received no reply.
              Then I called their helpline number on 21-Aug-2012 and got no call back.(Complaint No [protected])
              Again I mailed them and called on 22-Aug-2012 and got a call back saying that they can repair my phone but cannot replace it despite my telling him that the problem is their from the first day.

              I bought this Samsung phone on 10-Aug-2012 and have not been able to use it till now and this has been quite harassing.
              Also i have been trying to contact them and was getting no reply from their side.

              I do not trust Samsung, even if they replace my phone what is the surety that the phone will not be defected.
              If they can sell a defected piece and dont take the resposibility for it and harass the customer with their poor customer service, I will not like to use any product of theirs.
              It is mentally harassing.

                I have purchased Samsung Mobile on date 13/02/2012 from NOBILE MOBILE SHOPEEE Shop no.45, Jagat farm, Gamma 1st, greater noida (bill number-750, mob-[protected]). Since starting I am facing restarting & hanging problem. I have given this mobile for repairing to TECHNOCARE service center sec-18, Noida on following dates :-

                Now network is not coming in my mobile and auto restart problem to be checked.

                samsung mobile(galaxy s5360) — phone not working

                i have purchased my phone on[protected] from spice ,yusuf sarai.......from last 1 month its not working at all, ihave already been to samsung service center 3 times but there is waiting for atleast 4 hrs and no customer is so stupid that he/she will wait for 4 hrs there...........
                i would like u to look at this matter as soon as possible
                i would also suggest that plz dont buy any mobile phones from spice....its a request to every one

                  There is a company named Samsung Engineering Co Ltd, based in Dahej Sez Area, which has more then 110 South Koreans working for a project in Sez Industrial Zone, there is a Korea Company who supply food for koreans since 2009, but till date no taxes has been paid from their end to our government and they print fake bills and prepare cash vouchers and do the payment, kindly look into this matter.

                  Many south koreans working for Samsung Engineering at Dahej SEZ area have come on business visa and work in the plant area, they are not paying tax to our govt and even dont register at the local police station, kindly look into this matter at this is going on since 2009.

                    i am samsung mobile user which i had buyied on 14 April and from 2nd day onwords only i am receiving problem for which i had complaint them many times as from that day onwords only its mother bord is damaged which i had come to know at their service center and then i had refused to take my set back. but .after when revert mail of their ceo has came to me e from their ceo,s office and then i had talked to their service manager who had promised me that take the set and after words if any problems arises regarding this you may not take your set back and i will return it .

                    thinking that their manager is responsible person i had trust them and taken my set back after that two times my set has gone for checkup and once my battery was replaced and he had my signature on the paper i attached at that time also i am not sure that my mobile set was fine and i had even not checked at all he told me that you have to sign before taking the set and as i am not very sure about this paper and its merits and demerits and signed

                    as he had said that it is compulsory

                    now the condition is that same problems were arising as before ( or to say more than before ) as that much problem is their that i am even unable to say all my problems to them

                    now pls solved my problem and keep your service men's promise

                    and it is final decision that i am going to take my set this time as it is the second time

                    Sir, please interchange ourselves and pls think that although i not so much rich to lose those mobiles and it first time i had buyied this set sir, i had not invested my valuable money for keeping my set in their service center

                    and sir my relative had buyied this type of multimedia set and after once its mother board changes it had been 6 times its changed

                    Samsung Mobile — Damaged set given

                    I bought a Samsung X650 model on January 2007 & since then I haven't used this set continuously even for a month as after every 15 days the cell is dead.there no network, battery heating up while charging etc.Inspite of repetitive complain, no action was taken.Every time they make a false promise that they have changed all the parts of the cell & this problem would not crop up any more.But things reoccur after 15-20 days.I asked them to take back the cell & provide a new one as the fault was from their side, but I was never answered by them.I would request you not to buy Samsung product and also seek help in this matter as how can I solve this particular problem of fine.
                    i have purchase one samsung mobile model no j150 after sixth months his loudspeaker is not working properly when we visit to samsung mobile service center they are saying that physical damage and we have to charge rs 2500/- the mobile is already in warranty period .
                    if we compare samsung mobile with nokia when nokia is thrown from upper height its is not broken
                    and samsung mobile is thrown from height only one time its loud speaker is not working properly how it is possible the samsung which are only selling in the market the shopkeeper are making fools to customer tell me the suggestion as soon as possible.and take the necessery action as soon as possible its urgent otherwise we visit to consumer court.

                    Hello Sir, I am Satyendra yadav and i am a student. I purchased a samsung E2152 mobile and after only half and a month the mobile give problem. It was repaired in Samsung service center.But just only 2 weeks i was used the mobile and again it give me problems. I was go to samsung service centre then service centre executives said me to repair the, 1400Rs should be charge. But my mobile is in warranty and it is second time my mobile was crashed. The cost of my mobile is only 2800Rs .

                          sir, Myself joseph joy christopher I purchased samsung hero e2232 model before 6 months which recently poses lot of problems it not getting charging but shows that it has been charging so, i reached your authorized service center in coimbatore s.j.n electronics they told me to come after 5 day to collect my mobile i got it back and again the problem presists and till now i visited your service center for more than 7 times. no proper response they can't solve my issue. for this small handset your company can't able to provide proper service means how can i believe your company for samsung galaxy etc... i have been using nokia for about 8 years till now no problem but i purchased samsung mobile e2232 within 3months this problem happen... no response from your customer care[protected] they will talk thats all no action is taken till now so, i request your authority to solve my issue in my samsung mobile e2232 which is under warranty as early as possible...

                            We always have a very good image about Samsung Products and their Services. But the incident happened to us as narrated below, have brought us bad image about Samsung and that too for High end 55 Inches LED Product & Customer Service.

                            With reference to the subject cited above, I had purchased Samsung LED TV (Model No & Serial Number of TV as mentioned above) from E-Zone, Alwarpet, Chennai (Tamil Nadu) dt.4th Feb’2012, under Exchange Scheme for Rs.2,05,000/-

                            We are happy to watch our new LED TV till 10th July’2012 . Later on problem arise (within a short span of five months from the date of purchase) on 11th July’2012. When we switched on LED TV it was not switched on. We thought it might because of loose connection of wire. We tried but still not able to switch on the TV. Then we lodged a complaint No.[protected] with Samsung Service Centre on 12/7/2012 and one of the Service Engineer (Mr.Tyagarajan, Mobile No. [protected] from Kodugaiyur Branch, Chennai) had attended the problem and took the Photograph. On next day, from Kodungaiyur branch, Replacement Incharge Ms.Monisha, has confirmed that it’s difficult to solve the problem and informed that she has recommended for money will be refunded. (That time our LED model TV was not available for replacement). Based on which, we accepted for refund of money and in this regard, Service Engineer Mr.Tyagarajan has got signature from my spouse in the form and informed us we will be getting the money refund in 15 – 20 days’ time. Based on the confirmation from Samsung, we had ordered for a Samsung another high end LED TV (for which we made an advance of Rs.40,000/- with same E-Zone, Alwarpet, Chennai).

                            From the date of Compliant lodged (i.e.12th July’2012) to till date, my spouse has been constantly following up with Customer Service (almost for the past 38 days) till date no action has been initiated on refund of money (Rs.2,05,000/-) to us. Initially Customer Service has confirmed, the papers have gone for an approval to Head Office, Noida and we will get the refund amount in 15 – 20 days. After some days, my spouse has followed up with the Customer Service, they had confirmed that the paper has not reached the Head Office, since they have not forwarded the papers (fault of Customer Service Personnel).

                            Subsequently, she has been following with the Customer Service and they had informed, initial photograph taken was not good and they will send an another Customer Service Engineer to take the Photograph of LED TV (2nd time). Another Customer Service Engineer has taken the photograph during the month of August’2012. We made a call to the Kodungaiyur branch to confirm on our status with Ms.Monisha (Replacement Incharge – whom we dealt with our initial communication) and one of the Customer Service employee respond that Ms.Monisha had resigned the job and we got an approval and promised we will get the cheque in another 10 days time.

                            We are really sick and tired (almost 38 days has gone) in following up on the subject for getting refund of our big money (Rs.2,05,000/-). But till date we have not received any positive results on the subject.

                            Because of the renowned image and the confidence we had with Samsung till time, we had ordered for another Samsung LED TV.

                            By investing already huge sum of money for Rs.2.05 Lacs (which we are yet to get refund) and an another advance we had made for Rs.40,000/- for purchase of new Samsung LED 55 TV (SMART TV), we are under huge pressure on the subject and mental aggression. We never expect such a poor Service from the renowned Samsung.

                            Would request your good office to take an immediate action on the subject to get refund of our money.

                                Samsung — t.v fault

                                sir, i buy samsung tv model no.21A551M on 25.10.2009.in this month on 7/7/09, tv auto closed, i call on service center, a engineer came & change the part, tv work one day, another day its closed, i complait agien three day after a engineer came, changed the same part, within hour th part is damageed. after that i am calling on servise center from 17/7/09 for repair the tv, but the company persons are attending the complaint.

                                Samsung — Faulty samsung TV

                                I had purchased a Samsung LCD TV 26 inches from dealer based at Vasco Goa, India at a total cost of Rs. 27,500/- on 29.12.2008. The warranty of the piece has been expired. Recently at the end of June 2012 we detected some imminent defect in the TV which has the effect on picture and colour.

                                When we have opted out for a product by relying on advertisement and goodwill of the company we had very high hopes that company is a reputed company offering the TV to the customers as per the assurances and promises given to the customer through offer.

                                I called customer care and lodged a complaint No. [protected] on 03.07.2012 bringing out to their notice the emergent effect. The TV technician reported on the other day and stated that the Panel of the TV is faulty and requires replacement. On 5th we received a phone call from Samsung Gallery, Goa stating that the panel of the TV is costing Rs. 12,000/-and asked to place the order as soon as possible. We had asked for some time asked whether they can give us some discount on the spare part. But they denied for any discount on the spare parts and told to speak with the Boss, but the boss didn’t picked up the phone nor called back, may be he was very busy. It is rather surprising to know that even after replacing the spare part, there is no guarantee of smooth working of TV as spare part is having warranty of only One month. Which mean if anything happens to the spare part after one month it will cost us another 12,000/-, which is not a fair and just practise by any standard. Moreover the present cost of the same TV is around Rs. 22,000/-. How a common man can afford to spend money only for TV again and again. Since, we had purchased it thinking it is the BEST.

                                TV is just 3 and 1/2 year old and if I'm compelled to invest another Rs. 12,000/- within this sphere of time it will only speak about the bad quality of brand which may have some reputation on sale prospects of the company.

                                    Meself Ravindra Vaishnao purchased SAMSUNG Handset from Spice Retail Ltd. situated at Shop No. 6, 110-B, Krishna Plaza Garh Road Meerut at 19th August 2012 and within 30 days from the purchase of that Handset the handset is creating problem as the speaker sound is automatically shut off may be speaker of handset was crashed or something else any whatever it is but the retail shop employees are not interested to listen complaint even they they told now this is the matter between you and Samsung. Now I think Samsung send the defected piece to the spice retail to sell. As I suffered so much because of that and I think I will not do any deal with Spice retail Ltd. and not even suggest to any one.

                                        I have purchased Samsung Galaxy R on 02 Jan'12. I am facing issue from the same date that it gets hang & I need to jack it out the battery & jack it again. It happens 2-3 times a day & on a regular basis.
                                        However I tried to manage it & not come to your service centre as due to lack of time & my business requirement.

                                        But when the cell started creating more problems then I visited your service centre outlet at south city-1 GGN in April & your engg just updated the software without knowing the route cause of the issue.
                                        It works fine only for 2-3 days & started creating problem again. Then I was out of India due to meetings with my clients/customer for 2 months. And on 19 June (not sure for exact date) I again given my handset on the same service centre & your guys again done a reload of software. But it worked for 1 week only & the same issue arrives.

                                        After that I visited your service centre again on 26 july & again same story repeated but ended without any result. Everytime your guys reset the whole phone & everytime my so important data like contacts/documents/files/pics etc is erased. For which I have to much exercise to get back.

                                        I am really really fed up by visiting your service centers & not getting a proper assurance of exact fault.
                                        Have I purchased such an expensive set from SAMSUNG to get such kind of services from very first day?
                                        Are your service centre guys handle your customer without knowing the fault. Means they just know only update software & reset of phone.

                                        I am not going to tolerate this kind of services from you & need a surety that it will not happen again in future otherwise I will move to consumer court to use my rights.

                                        Also I need the exact reason that is this set a defective one or what can be done to resolve the problem so that no one will be suffered again in future.

                                        Samsung Star — Problem with Motherboard,Software should be reloaded

                                        I am G. vijaya Ganesh.I Purchased samsung Star mobile on 17 th july 2009 at e-zone Bangalore.My phone model no is Sgh -2533A, Samsung Star. .The problem with the phone is totally mother board has to be replaced with the New one and the software should be reloaded once again.
                                        Kindly let me know whether my handshet would be replaced with the new one .I can approach consumer court.as samsung is not ready to replace the instrument as well as ezone also.
