I Bought samsung laptop form Flipkart and i am not able to install windows.
Samsung service people are ready to help in this case. I tried calling the service center but they are putting the call on hold.
this is how samsung treats with the customers. Now I am not gettign what to do . Spend 30 k and a not able to use the laptop.

    Dear Sir,

    This is zeenath m.a from thrissur kerala i had bought samsung led tv 32 inch from Lulu center Qatar and transported to Kerala. After two weeks from installing it was seen problem with screen from then still now the complaint is not rectified . Two times service man has visited and identified that the problem is with panel and it has to be changed. But still now the panel has not been changed . And these service center has no response to us.Each time when i call i had to explain about my complaint no and details, but there would be no response from their side. Now it is nearly five months after i purchased tv. Ater mailing this complaint i would just wait for two days for the response, then i would go for consumer court with my problem.

      This is to inform you that I had purchased one Samsung led tv model number UA32ES6200. It is very bad expresses for me from your Customer care & your dealer.
      I haven’t got the 3d Glasses with my tv and at a time of purchase your dealer have commit me for 2 glass and if you see the online details there also 2 glasses was mentioned. Same I had complained to your Customer care they have forwarded the request to technical team same they had forwarded it to service team yesterday your service team has told me that they are not able to give the glasses and I have to follow up with my dealer a part of that parallel I am making follow up with dealer and yesterday I have got only one glass after so many call.
      In last I will say that this is my big mistake in my life to purchase that I had buy the Samsung tv.
      In last I will say that I will not purchased any Samsung product in my life.

        It is just one year and i face issue of suddenly touch screen of my phone stop functional. There was no issue in one minute before. Only unlock is possible after that no other function working. Also my USB stop working with reason Device is doing malfunction. I am not able to access all my data store in phone.
        I had use many good phone of HTC, Nokia but this is first time i face issue in phone within one year.
        Now Samsung care is asking for 5000 Rs to repair the same. What to to do?
        Other phone i am using is Galaxy S2 which is also cause problem in speaker twice in 3 moths of purchase. I am really not satisfy with the phone due to issue.

        samsung galaxy i9003 — very bad about samsung mobile

        Why ur suffering me like this.and still how many days i shd go to service center.here how iam geting irritated still camera prob..nd when other calls iam not geting call and iam not able to lift the call.take interent and solve my probs if not iam going to take in serious.just three months i purchased mobile.still now 7times i gave in service crnter.

            I bought a Samsung Galaxy S Advanced Mobile (I9070) on 24th June 2012 at RTL Mobile Pvt Ltd, Spencer Plaza, Mount Road, Chennai. I have paid 23,300 rupees through my Credit card.

            On the next day itself I have identified that the network signal is dropping every 2 or 3 minutes randomly and automatically coming up. I observed that it was showing message as "No Service". I was not able to receive incoming phone calls and unable to make outgoing calls. When I am on calls, the calls are getting disconnected as the network signal is dropping.

            As I was busy with my office work, I have taken my mobile to Samsung Service Center in Triplicane in Chennai on 30th June 2012 (Satruday). They said that the issue is with firmware and it will take 20 minutes to update. They asked me to wait for 20 minutes. I was waiting for 45 minutes, after that they said it will take another 1 hour and they asked me collect the mobile after 1 hour. I went to the serive center after 3.5 hours, but again they said it will take another 30 minutes and made me to wait for another 1 hour. After 1 hour they have given me mobile. I have identified in 30 minutes that the issue is not fixed. Immediately I went back to service center on the same day at 7.30 PM and shown them that the signal is dropping. They said they will change the antenna/receiver and asked me collect the mobile on 3rd July 2012 (Tuesday).

            I went to Service Center and collected my mobile on 3rd July evening. They said that they have changed the antenna/receiver. But I have identified that the signal is still dropping. As suggested by Service Center staff, I have taken a new SIM Card, but that did not make any difference. I have tried with 3 different SIM Cards, with all 3 SIM Cards the signal is dropping. When I insert the SIM Cards in a different mobile, they are working perfectly.

            I have taken the mobile back to the service center on 5th July 2012 (Thursday) and explained them about the issue again. They said they will be changing the board in mobile and asked me to collect it on next day which is 6th July 2012 (Friday).

            When I went to Service Center on 6th July 2012 (Friday), they said they didnot receive the spare motherboard and asked me to collect it on next day which is 7th July 2012 (Saturday) at morning 10 AM. They promised me a callback at 10AM which I didnot receive and there was no answer when I call the service center number. I went to the Service Center at 1PM, they gave the same reason that they didnot receive the board and told me that they will be calling at 6PM in the evening. I got a call from them at 6 PM (First time got call from them) and asked me collect the mobile at 7PM. When I went to the service center at 7PM they said they didnot recieve the board and told that they will be calling me on 9th July 2012 evening at 6PM so that I can collect the mobile, But I didnot receive any call from them. I have called them on 10th July 2012 at 2PM, they said the engineer is in lunch break and they will call me in 30 minutes. There was no call from them. I have called them after 1 hour and again they gave me the same reason that they didnot receive spare board. They said today evening they may receive the board (This is the same promise from day one). Again they asked me to collect the mobile at 7:30PM on 10th July 2012 (Monday).

            This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. There is no proper information at any time. They don't know how to fix the issue. They don't know what is the solution for the issue. For any issue, they are saying firmware problem and restoring the firmware and giving it back without even checking it. They don't know when they will receive the spare parts. They don't know how to update the customer with right information. They don't know how to make proper followups and give right information to customer. As a result I am wasting my time everyday by visiting them and by making phone calls again and again.

            I lost my patience and I cannot waste my time everyday to go there and get the same reason again and again. Kindly help me in getting my money refund, I don't need that mobile. When I went to samsung website to post a complaint in Submit Feedback, that page is not opening and showing an error message. I don't have any clue, how to get my mobile back or how to get my money refund. Kindly help me please. There is no reponse from the service center. Everytime the same answer, they didnot receive the spare and they will ask me to come on the next day.

            Highlight in the entire story : I have given them a different mobile 9Samsung Galaxy S I9003 which was completely dead. They fixed in 4 days and returned it, because I

            paid them 5434 /- for changing the board in the same week. But they are least bothered as the new mobile is in warranty and they don't get paid.

            This is a wonderful lesson for me and I will never buy any of the samsung products. I will make sure none of my family members, friends and relatives buy samsung prodcuts.

            Even I was bought Samsung Galaxy ACE Duos - GT-68002, The handset was not working properly since beginning, Call was disconnected automatically even goes switched off frequently. i was bought by 19th June from The Mobile Store - Shahibaug - Ahmedabad.

            Now by 4th July i was handover the phone to Samsung Service Station (ALLIED ELECTRONICS - PANJIM, GOA) now after six days there is no any revert from there side, they said will repair and give you back, see how pathetic they are.

            I send lots of reminders, mail, calls even send couple of mails to CEO - ASIA PACIFIC-Samsung but no any satisfactary reply i get.

            If i will not get new one as a replacement then i will go for consumer forem for reimbursement.

            To be very honest, i am using all Samsung products at my home (I.e - TV, REFRIGRATOR, WASHING MACHINE, PHONE ect...) now i have to thing hundred time before buying samsung product in future.

              Hello,

              I'm facing problems with my Galaxy S Advance.

              I bought my phone about 2 weeks back from Croma, Juhu and from the very next day, I'm facing the issue of phone losing network connectivity.

              Phone loses network occasionally ( it happens atleast 2-3 times a day) and I'm unable to make/receive calls or send SMS. The network gets restored after 5-10 mins.

              I was using a galaxy ace before this and i upgraded to galaxy s advance, thinking it to be a better device.

              Also, I'm on Vodafone network and my Sim card was working fine with my Galaxy Ace & also it worked fine with a Galaxy Note so their is no issue of Sim or Vodafone.

              The quality control of Samsung has gone really downhill with a 23000/- phone causing problem with the very basic thing it should do, retain network!!
              facing same problem...did you get in touch with service center or samsung ? what was the response ?

                  My Samsung 21" Colour TV is not working fine, its picture and volume is having some problem and when I complaint the customer care team of samsung they send the engineer at my place and engineer repaired the TV take 1000 Rs from me and when he instal the TV it was not working fine, I asked him to take it back and repair again he said , I will come again tomorrow because right now I do not have the care to take the TV. and its being 2 months no engineer visited my place, I am complaing every day at the samsung customer care and they are making me fool everyday.

                  Kindly let me know if something can be done, or refund the money which I have pay for the services which has not been provided to me, so that I can repair my TV outside.

                    My samsung mobile handset model is touch screen S5233 & S/N RW9B254406N. Now the set is discomfort with touch mode and i went for repair at authorised samsung service centre thanjavur. there i was advised for new touch panel which will cost around rs.1220/-, and have to wait for 3 more days and asked me to pay rs. 1000/- in advance. but i paid rs.500/-., receipt of this amount they gave me rough written paper without any seal or signature. is it correct procedure?

                      i hv got samsung galaxy ace duos mobile on 18june2012 for 14000 with v-care pack 2yrsliquid warranty frm MOVE AND TALK DELHI D-114 jail road, tilak nagar but it was faulty frm first day.It had restart problem,its card was crrupt and its mother board is also faulty .It had takes us 2-4days to relise that phone is faulty as it had restart problem and camera and other softwares were not working.But as i go to athorized centre they refused to replace my mobile instead they had taken my mobile to change its motherboard.It feels if i would hv taken a second hand repaired mobile at the cost of new one.Its cheating by a big name like samsung.contact-rinkudolly.[protected]@gmail.com

                        In 2008 August i have bought Samsung refrigerator frm Vijay Sales Borivali Branch Mumbai, it is giving me problem continuesously and I have logged complains many times their technician comes for the formalities but the problem is as it is. the company is neither giving me proper services at all and not replacing the product. customer care department ignoring my problem since last year in this hot weather where living with not working a refrigerator is horrible.
                        I just want my refrigerator replaced as soon as possible though my refrigerator is still in guarantee warrantee period.
                        Pls help me out company has not left any further way for me

                        I purchased Samsung 340 LTR refrigerator on 17.05.2009. Within a week of its purchase it developed snag and syopped working. After making several calls to Complaint Centre the defect was rectified. Subsequent in the current summer it again stopped cooling. We made a compaint on 12.05.2010 and it was not resolved. Again a complaint was made on 29.05.2010 which is still to be resolved.

                        I had bought Samsung L.E.D model no. L19 from M/s Neel Kamal's, near Prabhat Chowk, Civil Hospital road, Hoshiarpur vide bill no. 2007 dated 29.9.2014. We regret tto inform you that it not working. I have visited many times to the dealer but they are not paying any heed to my complaint, As my son living in abroad (canada), so I am facing difficulty in contact with him on web cam. I have given my LED alongwith adoptor for rectification as It is in the warranty period, but they did not response properly. They say it is not our fault. I am in a fix what should I do. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful, otherwise I have no other option to take legal action against you.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am feeling very regret to certified you the most cheater company in whole India.
                          If you will see my concern carefully that is still not resolved despite of this you guys are passing out my concern to ASC to solve… who had cheated with lot of people .
                          Again you guys added reference of our telephonic discussion and advised to your ASC to manage it. What do you mean by this sentence, Now I am little afraid to hear about. Doesn’t it mean that you guys are warned me if I got met with something wrong happening. It might be another way to shut customer’s concern. Than sorry, Please be sure I am not like that….
                          I need only solution either from you or consumer forum.
                          Are the SAMSUNG higher authorities handicapped ???? So they look forwarded to ASC for customer satisfaction.
                          It is very disgusting for an Korean Company.

                              I ordered a Samsung Bluetooth headset on INFIBEAM which i received after 16 days. since i had to go out of town in between when i returned back and checked the baggage i was shocked to see that the baggage don't have Bluetooth headset, It only contains the charger. when i complaint about that in customer care they initially said that we will forward your complaint to concerned department. after 2-3 days when i called back they replied that they check every product before before dispatching and concerned dept reported that they dispatched the product box with all items intact. I think this is not the valid answer since what i received was an empty box with a stupid charger worth Rs.3000.

                                Hi,

                                I had purchased the AC in the month of April 2012.name of Rishu Chaurasia.
                                I was buy AC from Asha & sons company.I have complained this shop but he also get a no any response.
                                My stopped cooling this summers in few days after routine servicing.
                                Samsung Service is also get a no any response.

                                After checking it was observed that the Gas is leaked. The Samsung officials took the Ac to workshop and got the leakage repaired.
                                At the time of transit some other part got broken and cooling is not working since then.

                                We have tried to follow up with the Samsung care officials on weekly basis, still no action is taken. After every visit, its explained that we shall get the Ac repaired at workshop and call you to get the Ac picked up.

                                NO ACTION IS TAKEN TILL DATE. Its really frustrating to follow up this every week, with no action as a resultant.
                                I had not observed such careless behavior in past.I want to replace New AC.

                                I would cordially request you to get the Ac replaced.

                                  My Greetings to all who read this!

                                  Issue: Faulty Samsung Galaxy S2 handset.
                                  IMEI: [protected].
                                  Purchased date: 5th june 2011
                                  Extended warranty by Hypercity for 12 months after manufacturer warranty expires.
                                  Symptoms of faulty handset: Freezing/Restarts/Heating up so severe that you cant touch the phone/Does not charge at times/Automatically goes into driving mode/ displays charging when not connected to the charger/ Screen image not clear.
                                  In all these event I have lost data where I was forced to do reset where data back up was not an option at times.
                                  I have submitted the Faulty handset to the samsung service centre ( lokhandwalla) Three times.
                                  It takes more than a month to come back in my hands.
                                  The motherboard was replaced once.
                                  Frequent visits to the service centre where they update the same job no.
                                  Finally now the handset is with Hypercity in the second extended warranty claim.
                                  I have requested for replacement to a new piece as Cannot go to the same torture again.
                                  i have deposited the handset on 10th june 2012.
                                  again another month without a phone.
                                  Coincidentally my birthday is on 10th july !

                                  I am very disappointed by Samsung and Hypercity!

                                  Don't feel that I will buy any more samsung products or pay patronage to Hypercity.

                                  They should look after their customers who have paid a high sum to buy an expensive product Rs 29,999/-

                                  These established companies I feel do not deliver service that the customer deserves.

                                  I am still without my smartphone which I miss dearly.

                                    Bought a Samsung smartphone (GT-I9001) early June 2012. Due to some issue in the phone the apps would not download. I called the Samsung Service number and my god they are horrible. Spoke to people who dint even know how to speak in English, spoke to Rajesh (Supervisor) and god they are soooo dum and horrible. Instead of analysing the problem, they would just say "Just reset your phone and it will work" or "just go to our service centre". Then why the hell are they there on the phone?????? to tell the customer to go the service centre????? the customer is that dum??????. I guess they dont even know what that means, they just read it out from the lines of answers they should tell when customer calls.
                                    Very bad service and horrible experience. I have been a smartphone user for a very long time and this time Indian Samsung Service has diappointed me to the core.

                                      I had registered a complaint about my Samsung TV (model CS-29Z40MV)problem on 1st August at Samsung toll free number. My complaint was registered and engineer Mr. Ahirkar from Samsung Service Centre Nagpur (Chankya Enterprises) visited on 2nd August. He checked the TV and told me that zigzag IC is damaged and it is not available anywhere and TV need to be replaced. When I told him that this is not the solution to the problem. He said that he will carry the PCB of TV with him and check the availability of Zigzag IC. When i asked whats the point in carrying PCB with u to check the availability of Zigzag IC? He kept the PCB and left saying that he will revert back to me in 1 day with ststus of zigzg ic. When i asked him his and his seniors contact number, he did not share. I failed to understand why did he want to carry PCB with him? (Probabely to replace the good PCB parts). Also he charged Rs. 150 as visit charge.
                                      He did not get back to me till date.
                                      I called on call center number 4 to5 timesand every time they told me that somebody senior will get back to me with solution. Nobody called me for my problem.
                                      Today when i called i was told that my complaint is closed as IC is not available. Nobody haad informed me about the same.
                                      I am suprised and puzzled by such poor services by Samsung. If spare part is not available its not my problem. why should i suffer because of Samsung poor services.
                                      I want the IC to be replaced by Monday or else i will escalate the matter to the highest level. Pl understand my situatiuon. How much would have i been suffered as i am writing such a mail.
                                      I expect a revert from Samsung team by tomorrow followed by apology and replacement of IC.
                                      Expecting quick revert and action.

                                        now i want to share about the feature and specifications of A.C., it is clearly mention on this it will work without stabilizer from 135-290 voltage, but from the next day after the instalation its creating problem and working as a blower,
                                        i spend 32990.00 for AC and 1472.51 as instalation charges after spnding appoximate 35000 me and my family facing problems in this peak summer.
                                        after complaining in reliance and samsung till date 5 times engineers has vigited my home and asking that voltage fluctuation is there and it is 160-180 voltage , and in this case u have to install astabilizer.
                                        nw my question is this, i spend 35000 for a particular model which is stabiliser free then why reliance and samsung representatives now asking me for a stabiliser.
                                        when i was purchasing AC, reliance sales persone speciaaly asked me sir take this model this is stabilizer free and it will work without stabilizer and there is no need for stabilizer.
                                        i m feeling reliance and samsung both misguided me as a consumer by making false statement ki this will work properly in 135-290 voltage.
                                        if it is not working in the given specification then why samsung company giving false statement and labling on theier product.
                                        kindly take some displinary action on the same.
