Dear Sir/ Madam,

I purchased Samsung mobile model no C3312 dated 23rd February 2012, from Dhanlaxmi mobile point at gurukul road, Ahmadabad. First two months i haven't any problem for incoming voice but after two months i have problem for incoming voice. So i went at Dhanlaxmi for that problem , there owner told me u went Samsung service center M/s. Disha services at Drive in road so i went there and i submitted my mobile Samsung c3312 , after one day they told me now its OK we done our work for softwear solution now your mobile is ready. after two days again i went there for same problem, i met there Manager Mr. Manhar he told me again we check and feedback u at evening and evening called me for jack change after that again i have same problem so i went again there i gave my mobile to them for check four- five days they told me your mobile is OK u change your Sim card and check again. But whenever i give my mobile for repairing to them that time i used my another mobile Micomax model but in that mobile i haven't any problem so how can i change my Sim card. That after i called Samsung customer care and talk with there technical department Me. Atul and he told me u go again our service center and call me from that time i talk with manager and owner so after that service center again took my mobile for checking five days they told me its ok not a single problem, i take my mobile from them and check one day again i occurred same problem so i change vodafone sim card buy from company and another new connection from Unnior company but checking after two days same incoming voice problem i have so i call to service center but that manager Mr. Manhar told me u want to replace your mobile only and u disturb us. So after that i talk customer care Mr. Atul for that incidence he usggest me u talk our area manager Mr. Hardik so i talk him and give my mobile to another service center but same problem i face right now also. So i haven't any solution for that so i written here to u.
Please give me solution for that i haven't changed that model but i have only solution and operate that model without any problem.

    Hi,

    I would like to lodge complaint against Samsung Electronics due to faulty services provided to me for repairing my television set.

    I have bought Samsung colour television set 2 years back. My television set went faulty from last 2 months due to some display problem. I reported this fault of my television test with Samsung customer care and engineer visited my place on 24th of May 2012. The engineer have taken my television set for repairing and returned back on 30/05/2012. They charged me Rs.1000/- for rectifying this fault which I've paid them in cash. My television did worked for few days after it was repaired however went again faulty on 10/06/12 with same display problem. As per Samsung service terms & conditions this problem should have covered under warranty as the same problem have reoccured.

    I again reported this problem with Samsung Service centre on 16/06/12 and engineer did attended to my service call. They have again taken my TV set on 16/06/2012 to their service centre for repairing and returned it back on 28/06/12 and the person who delivered my TV set was a driver. When I checked my TV set it was not working however the person who delivered my TV Set advised me to again file complaint with Sasmsung Service Centre.

    Now I am receiving call from their service centre who are asking me to pay 2000 Rs again so that they can repair my TV which have the same problem. When I have already paid them Rs.1000 Rs and they have not repaired my TV and again they are asking 2000 Rs for the same issue.

    Request you to please look into this matter on an urgent basis and seek relevant clarification from Samsung Electronics, as I am being harrased to get my television set repaired.

    SAMSUNG COLOUR TV — Colour changes(shade) on screen

    I have bought one SAMSUNG COLOUR TV 21 inches @ trichy. two times i registered the complaint.. they have done service also... first time @ my home on[protected] and second time @ servivce center[protected].. After the second service they said like, picture tube has gone, we just replaced it here after this thing will not occour... but after that i had same problem.. then i called to customer care( 3rd time) on[protected] and registered my complaint, but still i didnt get any reply from your side ...please make a positive solution for this problem as soon as possible..

    Samsung/Colour TV — NOT REPLACED THE FAULTY PART

    I HAVE BOUGHT A SAMSUNG COLOUR TV LAST YEAR AND RIGHT ROM THE BEGINING IT CREATES LOTE OF PROBLEM...HOWEVER I MANAGED ALL THOSE SMALL PROBLEMS AND I WAS AMAGING THE SAME SOMEHOW...2 MONTHS BACK I FOUND THAT THERE WAS SOME SPOT ON THE TV SCREEN ...I IMIDIATELY INFORMED TO THE CALL CENTER OF SAMSUNG ON 03/09/08 AND THEY HAD GIVEN ME THE COMPLAINT NO.     Samsung/Coloured Television — Coloured Patch on the Television screen

    I purchased a 9inch Samsung television in Jun'08. Within a few days i noticed a coloured patch on the right side of the screen.
    I have made several calls to the Customer Care Centre but have still not received any resolution. 3 times someone visited my house and checked this problem. Everytime they said that the picture tube will be replaced and someone will get back to me on when. Nothing has happened so far.

    SAMSUNG COLOUR TV — Not working

    My samsung colour TV has not even completed the warranty period and the TV is not working and the costumer care personnel visited twice and then again the TV is not working. Horrible service and they should not hesitate to replace the TV with new one.
    Same problem here. We have TWO of these televisions and BOTH are doing the same thing. Samsung does not care. Acknowledged to me there is a serious problem, with televisions dying after 2-3 years of service, but warranty only covers first year. Problem I am told is with the inverter failing. Not very accomodating or nice. Would NEVER buy another Samsung product.

    SAMSUNG COLOUR TV — TV not repair till Now Date of Complaint : 7/7/10

    I have purchased a Samsung color TV(1 Year Warrenty) from Haridwar Dealer.on Dated 22/Jan/2010. It is 2nd time that my TV is not working properly and I has been made a complaint for that on Dated 07.07.2010 complaint No. : [protected] but till today(17/07/2010 time 11:26 AM) I did not get any Satisfactory Answer from Samsung.

    Samsung — Not repairing of TV set

    I had lodged a complaint with the Sumsung vide BP no. [protected] on 08.11.2010 for repairing of TV set purchased in the year 1998 . After three day,an engineer was visited and advised that two parts will be replaced & rest is OK .I agreed for replacing the parts as suggested . on constant follow-up, TV set was takenon 01.12.2010 for repairing the same by the M/S Boscos,Service provider against Claim no [protected]. Despite regular follow-up with the Samsung complaint& representatives of the M/s Boscos the matter is still pending, nobody is replying about the latest status of the TV set.I am very old customer of the M/s Samsung since 1998 having Freedge, TV,Washing Machine ,LCD etc.I become completely fed up with the regular calls on various dates but all are doing hallucination.
    Kindly take up the matter with the concerns.

      Washing Machine — NON ATTENDANCE TO SERVICE

      I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT No 2465305 ON 26/11/2008 AND HAVE FOLLOWED IT ON 29/11/2008, I WAS PROMISED SOMEBODY WILL COME TO ATTAND TODAY 01/12/2008. BUT TILL DATE NOBODY HAS TURNED UP.         I bought the phone around the new year. since then the motherboard has been replaced twice, other than that, the phone has been to the service center two more times for some or the other problem. When there is so much problem why cant it be replaced. I am sick and tired of requesting them but no use. I had to stay without the phone for approx a month in all.

        I am really upset with the phone. I wanted a phone replacement but again I have been asked to give my phone at the service center.
        The phone has been to the service center fourth time in the warranty period, this is actually a harassment to the customer. Go long way to the service center, stand in the long queues submit the phone, stay without any contact, without phone for days, go back to the service center and again waste time.....
        This process is repeated so many times....I regret buying the phone.
        I just dont understand why cant it be replaced.

          Mobile bought in feb 2012 has been repaired thrice ..original problem still not resolved I cannot hear the voice of person i have dailed.Charging problem continues.Incapable ,staff at service centre keeps on trying

          Phone in warranty but its of no use.last repair they took 4 working days ,but my phones all functions have got mixed up after that.its not charging goes in emergency mode ,call dropping,distubance

            I bought a samsung GT-s6102 2 months back.. While calling on certain numbers I always face Voice echo during calls.. But it does not happen in every calls.. So I am not sure if this is a problem with the phone or something else.. Cetainly it is not a network issue as i have already checked by trying calling on different numbers (operators)..

                Sir,

                I had purchased a Samsung LED TV 32 inches just a month back. On 16th morning when i switched on the TV. It appeared to be a ghost line image. When called the Samsung customer care. An executive came to my residence and checked on the same. He said that there seems to be a water trace. I wonder how can be a water trace when we do not have any contact of water in that room. Also, How bad a tv is manufactured without even a basic water resistant proof. Also, No one called me for wall mounting feature after i bought the TV.

                I reported to the Unit Manager named Dinesh, which did not fetch me any help except a lame excuse, which was unacceptable from true customer service deliverance. Customer service is pathetic. Take it or leave it kind of attitude.

                So I wanted this issue to be escalated to the corporate level authority. I spent nearly 30,000+ (Thirty Thousand) by purchasing this TV when I have a widespread option in the market. At this point I regret to be your customer or to promote your products anymore. I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH SAMSUNG AND WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND A SAMSUNG PRODUCT. This kind of instances only maligns the image of the company. Its only 1 month since I purchased the LED TV and was informed will not be able to get a replacement.

                I kindly request you to take an initiative in replacing my television.

                  I purchase Samsung Galaxy Y (MODEL NO: Gt-s5360 ) (IME: [protected]) on 06/14/2012.My phone was dead in less then a month from the date of purchase, I hardly used it for 3days during this period. I shocked with the performance of Samsung mobile service center, as I approached Samsung service center they first informed me that there is a problem with software on 10th july 2012. I was filled complaint against my mobile with Samsung service center with complaint no:[protected] & Bill no:[protected] (IME: [protected]) at MOBI SERVE , Shop No F1 , !st Floor,Elephant House,Ameerpet X Roads, Hyderabad-500016. Phone No:[protected]
                  On the next day I came to know that there is a major problem with the board they promised to change the board and they said that this problem will not arise again. I brought my phone back on 17th july 2012,but to my surprise the same problem has been arise on the same day of delivery(i.e., on 17th july 2012). Next day as I approached the service center they are not in a situation to explain the cause of failure. So I demanded to replace with new mobile they are not in situation to replace my mobile with new mobile, But i want my cell phone to be replaced by new set since it is a major problem it may repeat the same problem even after service . I was filled the second complaint against my mobile with Samsung service center with complaint no:[protected] (IME: [protected]) at MOBI SERVE , Shop No F1 , !st Floor,Elephant House,Ameerpet X Roads, Hyderabad-500016. Phone No:[protected]
                  I will appreciate the urgent action regarding the same complaint to replace of the Handset as there is production or manufacturing defect in the handset.

                  Kindly take the action in the same matter and arrange to change my handset

                    dear sir i purchased fridge of samsung company on[protected]. and this is my problem which i have mailed to thir ceo , which is given below:
                    dear sir, i have mailed your ceo as well as send registered letter to your gurgaon office for the problems which i faced after buying your product which is double door refrigerator, which gave us electric shock and we got admitted in hospital. and its cooling is not upto the mark which is tested by your engineers .
                    it is damaged piece which is being found by your engineers. as well as your customer care people made us mentally harassed on being waited on phone for 20- 30 mins.. so i fill the complaint yesterday in consumer care ( RTI) bearing complaint no is 387903. and compaint is also registed with your customer care department bearing [protected] as complaint number on[protected]. so i am mailing you because you people should also know how your customer is getting affected from your negliance support. now i want my full amount refundable with FULL COMPENSATION, or else i have to take proper legal action against you.

                    dear sir this mail has been send to the company about 15 days back but they didnt give satisfactory response for it and they said that higher management is going to solve this problem and they will contact you sonn but from last 15 days no one contacted me from their side, please help me

                        Hello my name is MR Rishi Shinde . I had bought a samsung led tv 46b6000 from kohinoor electronics Mumbai dadar . In the year 2009. I am having problem with the screen and the company technician had visited to check. he said we will have to change the panel and the cost for the same would be rs 50000/- . We have been using the tv just for the past three years.if an expensive electronic item like this gets spoilt so soon for no apparent reason, we would like the company to look in the matter and suggest us the best way out.

                        Samsung — Pink Background

                        Warranty period of my Samsung LCD 26" TV has expired on
                        30-Apr-08. Although the problem that I have come across now (i.e. three pink straps on the screen) is not due to negligence of handling or due to faulty placement. Technician on his visit informed that the panel of TV is gone and will cost me
                        Rs. 25, 455/- to repair it.
                        The price at which I bought this TV was Rs. 37, 500/-
                        I sent a request to the company to look into this matter and have the TV replaced but the Delhi office rolled me over to Mumbai office and Mumbai office was firm on asking me to shell out

                            I want to tell you about my samsung wave 2 problems my wave 2 lcd touch is not working properly it is very very difficult to operate any application in my wave 2 lcd touch my wave 2 IMEI NO IS *355082/04/970713/5 which i bought from daksh communication auth it partener:samsung 25 college road chippi tank near tanya automobile,meerut. i am not satisfy with samsung wave 2. I hope will you help me about wave 2 touch change with new brand lcd touch other wise i will go to the consumer court and definitely I will be go to take further action .I bought wave2 15000 thousand other wise samsung mobile company will refund my RS 15000 so as your choice.In your samsung service center working is not goodly lots of time i gone there but no solution .service centre employed said that the lcd touch out of stock but how can this possible the samsung is huge branded company but how is possible.the company should contact me because it is very urgent kindly contact on my mobile no [protected].

                              Samsung Plasma — No Proper support

                              We regularly buy Samsung PLasma's from Distributors, the service support from Samsung is not Hopeless but Horrible dealing with their product is like a nightmare, I would definitely not recommend anybody to buy Samsung products...

                              The Service Provider Mark Electronics at Domlur is the worst of all.,

                                Dear Sir:

                                I considered my self a Samsung Fan but it seems that all of this will Change.I have a Samsung TV and Notebook and recently bought S3 mobile.Unfortunately i had an accident and the Mobile's LCD was broken.I contact union group in Cairo Egypt as per the warranty in my Phone's package and they took the phone with a promise to finish this in 3 days.when i contacted the customer service they informed me that the spare parts are not available and that it is Samsung's fault that they are not providing them with the required parts and that it will take them till 14 DAYS TO FIX MY PHONE!!!!!!!

                                This is totally unacceptable as both ways are wrong:
                                1-either Union group is not honest or slow performers which means that Samsung chose a wrong company to support the brand in Egypt or
                                2-The spare parts are really not available and this means that my expectations from your company was not met and that i have to switch to another company that values its customers and their time

                                Note:i totally admit that the accident is my fault and i was ready to pay the amount they mentioned with no negotiations but i expected a better communication and customer awareness

                                  I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Note on 15th April (within offer period) from the SPICE outlet in Mahagun Metro Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. and when I tried to redeem this offer on 26 May, I get a message that this offer has already been availed for this IMEI No. and if you have not availed this offer then provide the scanned copy of your invoice to claim this offer.

                                  I have immediately sent the copy of my invoice and after some days have also got a confirmation mail from Samsung that I would be receiving this offer by 15th June. After following up so many times, I came to know (that too by mistake of a customer care rep) that my offer has been redeemed by some guy whose name is Pradeep (contact no. - [protected] , lives near Anand Vihar ISBT) !!! When I asked for the complete address of this person where they delivered the offer, he refused to tell the address !!

                                  I am very surprised to know that how can Samsung deliver this offer to some other person while the invoice is in my name (Please see attached copy of invoice). Is this my fault that they gave this offer to some wrong person? And I am 100% sure that somebody from that SPICE outlet have redeemed this offer. I have never imagined that SPICE has appointed such theives in their outlets !!

                                  Since then I have following up with their Customer Care team and every time I am hearing that we have forwarded your issue to the concerned department and will provide the status as soon as possible.

                                  This is really pathetic customer service from Samsung and SPICE !!

                                  I want to tell that I had Purchase the Samsung galaxy note Handset on 26th April 2012 with offer (free Flip - cover and sennheiser) from authorized dealer Varun jodhpur. and i had send the invoice scan copy to [protected]@samsungpromo.in on 2 may 2012 , 9 may 2012 & 20 may
                                  2012.because it was not registered online the screen shot of error is attached with this email. Refer it .On 23 may 2012 Mr, rajeev kakkar regional manger north india jaipur area &Mr. Hitler jodhpur Rajasthan told me that my the handset was purchased by dealer before 12 April 2012 so i am not valid for this offer .

                                  But sir I had had Purchase the Handset on 26th April 2012 from the authorized dealer varun jodhpur according to the Samsung advertisement.

                                  As per Samsung advertisement the offer is valid on purchase from April 12 , 2012 - May 31,2012. There is no dealer purchased is given.sennheiser under this offer.

                                  Sir Please forward the above case to your seniors for the quick respose.I think Samsung will send me (free sennheiser). ASAP.

                                      I had purchased a Samsung Monitor on 11/07/2012. it was not working from 23 jun 2012. I complained to Samsung customer care on 30.06.2012 ,
                                      They sent an engineer to my home. He checked and said that we will repair it in 2-3 days.and take my monitor to thie service center. till date i.e 18/07/2012 they did'nt give me any response. then I had make call to service center and ask what is exact condition they said we waiting for your monitor part which is fault.till then I am calling them regular but they are not pick up phone..

                                      I have called to customer care many time its about 8-10 times regarding this. every time they said we are sending your complaint to technical department and service centers and higher level. but there is no resolution of my complaint.

                                      due to poor service of Samsung Company, i am facing big loss, please help me to recovered this loss by the company.

                                      Now i thought why i purchased of samsung product. In future i will never purchase samsung product

                                      please help me what should i do for this...................

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                                        I was lodged a complain at your service centre to repair my refrigerator while my refrigerator's PCB card got damaged. You have sent a skilled engineer from your authorised service centre which is located at at vasundhara, ghaziabad.

                                        The indicator light which shows that refrigrator is switched -on, is not working since last 1.1/2 month back, after getting repaired the PCB card by your skilled Engineer. This has occured while changing the PCB card by your engineer (from authorised service centre ) who has visited at my house. I have paid his service charges and PCB price as per his billing. Same time he assured me that he would come next day and repair/resolve this small issue. But till date he not visited again and the indicator light is not working at all. In this regard i have made several calls at his mobile no. [protected] and he always commited to come on next day and not visited yet.

                                        One day a guest visited at my home when i opened my refrigerator to get a cold water he suddenly asked me that is your refrigerator is working ? I said "Yes" . Again he asked but the indicator light is not working. Then I have expalined him all story as above.

                                        This is a very small thing at first sight to get resolve the issue which has done by your skilled engineer but he is not enteraining .At last I have decided to lodge this complain against your engineer's valuable commitment which they could not fulfilled. Hope you will look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                                        Now could you please assure me that by when my refrigerator's indicator light will be get onn without paying money.
