sir/madam
i have purchase the set on 2/12/2011 but on 26 jan mobile started problem as sited above .on 2 feb i go to service center alwar ( rajasthan ) they updated my mobile software but the problem is not sorted out they told me to come after 7 days as updated software is not available , then 16 feb ones again they updated the software but still problem is not sorted out then they again told to come after 7 days as the updated software has been under test trial for this model.
and when i contact the customer care i didn't get the positive response.
we all heard that the Samsung is one of india most trusted company but it has launched the set without software testing in market

    Dear Sir,
    i bought Samsung LCD Monitor 22" 2233SW CM22HMAS709052 dated feb 2010. This product having warranty period 36 month. recently it showing the problem of blinking the monitor screen (showing 'check data cable') like a tuni bulb and sometime showing Brightness "100"...i was not able to reduce the brightness and even brightness dialog box is remains all time.
    Plz. help me to get ride of the problem

        Resp sir,

        I m a customer of samsung mobile ....i wanted to share one of my views to you that this could be the worst samsung service centre i have seen (Anna Nagar..Chennai),i have come with a problem facing in my mobile, their response were too bad, no proper system maintenance....when they took my mobile for checking..instead of rectifying the problems they multiply the problems and make our mind so vex..actually the problem was, as soon as they finished checking ...they have given my phone with an another battery which is not suitable to my phne...i asked them they simply denied and refused saying that this was ur original and came into an argument with us...but then i have no option to do leaving the service centre....you know due to that my back panel of the phone got broken in 2 days leaving a centre crack and then i purchased a new one of nokia...the same happened so many times..whenever i go to service centre, i always see a cold war between customer and technical person ...kindly please take this complaint as granted and please do not hurt our minds,i hope you will take respectful action regarding my complaint.

          me ap ki customer hu. mene apki company ka handsetSGH B220 liya tha 15.10.09 ko. lekin muje se mistake se bill gum ho gaya he. aur achank se mere hanset me koye problem aneki vajaha se handset band hogaya .sabhi show room par batene ke baad bhi koye soluction nhi nikla. paise dene ke bad bhi mera phone thik nhi horaha he ab muje ap bataye kya karna hoga. muje jald se jald revet dejiye.aise kese service he company ki. product kharidne ke baad usse koye service nhi melti. replay urgent

                I had a compliant with my DVD drive. It is not working properly. It always shows like a DVD is inside it and tries to read it , thus my computer becomes stuck. So with in the warranty period i had given it for servicing about 4 times . They returned it back and says that problem has been solved but they dint even check what the problem was. Then the last time they replaced my drive and says it is new drive in working condition. But the cheated me by giving me an old secondhand drive which is not working at all. I had brought my drive in march 2011 but the replaced drive was manufactured in 2010. So i need to return back my drive in working condition or replace it with a new one. . . . .

                    I have given my mobile Samsung monte s5620 for repairing it is hardly purchase one month back suddenly dispaly is gon after i have given for repairing they say you will give your mobile within 3 to 4 days but still it is been not resolved the problem they said mother board is gon and parts are not available still and they have not sure when it is to be available

After 6 month, the status is same.

                      I have bought a Samsung Refrgerator from TATA Croma :

                      Model : RT26FCES
                      From : TATA Croma Palam Vihar
                      Product : Samsung Refrigerator 255L

                      In the TATA croma, we selected the refrigerator with the handle strip color Silver. Refrigerator which was sent to home is having handle strip color as grey.

                      Samsung engineer is saying , handle can be replaced but TATA Croma service person is denying the same.

                      It has been tried multiple times but TATA croma is saying the model is also disconnected.

                      Please let me know if the same refrigerator is available in the display of TATA croma now also after 21 days then how it is not available .

                      TATA croma is agreeing to replace the refrigerator but they are saying that they dont have availability in their store.

                      If it is not available in their store then why they are putting the same refrigerator in the display.

                        Dear All,

                        I am in this state where I don't even know where to go, to whom to contact. I have purchased a Fridge in Colombia 4 Months ago, which presents high issues in the Refrigeration system. The representation of Samsung Colombia does not want to replace the product for a new one, they have offered me to 'fix' the same, but I find this highly irresponsible. I have purchased a Product New, I do not want to receive 'fixes' after only 4 months of purchase. I find this very unfair, I want a new product to be replaced.

                        Will appreciate if you can help me, with the contact of someone that can help providing me a solution to my situation.

                          Now i came to know that my IMEI number has been tracked and it is found near a village(Mehbaat) in Faridaabaad.
                          Now when i try to contact that person he is saying that i have purchased it from somewhere.

                            My name vinoth from pondicherry, i am having samsung mobile, in my mobile having charging problem so i given to service center at SRI PADMA CUSTOMER CARE near bus stand, pondicherry, Given date : 4.1.2012, Given name : dilipan they told we have to send to chennai to upload software, they had taken time 10 days, Now i am having USB connect problem, i am not satisfied with SRI PADMA CUSTOMER CARE, So i given the set to another samsung service center, NAMO TECH SOLUTIONS, M.G.ROAD PONDICHERRY. Given date : 11.2.2012 Bill no : [protected],
                            they are telling Ur set was tampered 3rd party attended, so it will come in charges basis only. But i Given in SAMSUNG AUSTHORISED SERVICE CENTER. i am totally disappointed, they are telling ur set was tampered, i need replacement. PURCHASE DATE : 10.11.2011, MOBILE NO : [protected].

                            Company Name: CELL SOLUTION, Samsung Service Center in Domulur, Bangalore.

                            I bought a Samsung S8003 mobile on 1st of Jan 2010. After one week i had constant reboot of my mobile without any user interaction. So i approached the CELL SOLUTION, Samsung Service Center in Domulur, Bangalore. They said its because of software and promised me to get the software reinstalled/upgrated in a day. But after one day, when i contacted them, they said they were not able to solve the problem and had sent it to Head Office. So it will be ready after one more day. Next day when i called them, they said even the Head Office was not able to solve the issue and they need two more days to get it done from a bigger Head Office. Disappointed by the responses that they gave, i preferred to get back my mobile and get it done from other service center. When i got the mobile back after 2 full days, i only saw the mobile in the same old state as i gave it to them. Not even a "reset setting" was done. Not even the personal setting had any change. So they had kept the mobile with them untouched for 2 days and without any proper customer response.

                            I have logged a complaint regarding my washing machine on 20/04/2015 with the complaint number [protected] and have waited two days for a response from a technical person, after repeated calls finally Samsung representative visited my home and inspected the machine on 23/04/2015. They have informed me that the problem was with the drum shaft and need to take to service centre for further service and they have checked the availability of the parts at Calicut service center (Run service Info Care Calicut ) and confirmed that the part is available including drum shaft and drum. So I brought the machine to service center on 24/04/2015 at 09.45 am, after noon I went there to take back my machine, at that time they informed me that the part that they have arranged is of different model, which I consider as a negligence from the service center and they assured they will arrange that part within two days from the company.After repeated enquiry, I have not received any positive feed back from the service centre. Finally I have got a call from chennai on 02/05/2015 from a number [protected] and informed me that they have despatched the drum from chennai 4 days before. Yesterday, 04/05/2015, I contacted the service center and they told me that the parts are not despatched yet. So kindly give me a solution for this as my parents are aged and can not be able to wash clothes without the help of a washing machine. I cannot wait too long to get that machine serviced, if it takes too much time to service that machine, please let me inform so that I can purchase another machine. If that is the case, I am sorry to say that I am totally unsatisfied with your company&#039;s response and may be you should look into this matter seriously for you to avoid the company&#039;s market value.                               On 18/6/2011 i had purchased Samsung Chat 3222.Model no. RW1B422478L ([protected]). I have been facing a consistent problem of automatic shutdown or java errors from the time i have purchased this phone. After 2 weeks of purchasing the phone its optical track-pad stopped working. I had it repaired from the Samsung service centre at Khira nagar, Santacruz in Mumbai. The new track-pad that was not as good as the previous one. Still i managed to use it for some time. The very next month a new problem arised the phones system started crashing. It also showed java errors and errors in the music player as well. So again i had to send it for servicing at the same place. The service that was provided was not at all satisfactory as the same problem arised the next month. And again i had to give it for servicing and repairs. From then this problem has arised frequently and i have been giving it for servicing almost ever month ever since. 2 months ago the optical track-pad and the phones software both became unresponsive and so i had to have them changed as well. Recently in the beginning of January the phone's camera stopped working. The camera was then replaced but again just after two weeks the same old problems started appearing. So again i had to visit there. The camera's image quality was also worst and not like the old one. On the recent side i started facing the same old problems and so had to visit the center again on 11/02/2012. Today i was informed that the motherboard is corrupted and it will be replaced by another one which i suspect will stop working again after a few weeks. The job sheet number given to me is [protected]. Overall the services i have been getting are totally unsatisfactory, disgusting and totally nonprofessional. The parts that are being used are of poor quality and mostly second hand grade.So thus as a result of all the above complaints i would like you to see in this matter and replace my phone completely.I had requested for this in my second last visit during the second camera change but the refused to do so altogether. I am a student and for having these repairs done and for the rest a lot of my time gets wasted. And considering the quality of services i am getting this is totally disgusting and unsatisfactory. Because by the number of times i have had my phone serviced i think the entire model or piece is a defected one. So i would kindly request you to look into this matter and have my phone replaced as soon as possible.

                                t.v'fanel fold is gone.you willhave to spent lot of money.therefore i cannot fford this amount of money.this should be repaird

But Now my brother t.v was Same technical proplem in appear lines and whiten the screen.and also i immedialty imformed to the customer service centre in Chennai. by Toll free number by phone.i got the reply in that service centre, they said your TV problem in Panel board is gone, on that stage of warranty time was expire (ie 13 the month )in one month passed, so they asked me the technical officer to a service centre told me TV panel Board is gone.you will have to spent lot of money.therefore i cannot effort this amount of money.that should be repairs by the samsung product company.i bought this t.v because of their advertisements, it is said samsung company's product is good and also our Home electronic products are also all are Sam sung only, and genuine.Now it is worse also nobody repair this.so the company should take the responsiblety to repair this t.v. if not i will have to publish this through the paper reporter finally i will file cause for my lost in the consumer court to refund to me by the samsung t.v company or rectify that problem .expecting your early reply.

                                  My wife Manju Goswami bought a Samsung Washing machine model 82 v5 GEC vide invoice no SR/08-09/1158 dt 23.02.2009 from M/S Patowari Bros. of Dispur Guwahati. On 02.02.2012, she lodged a complaint to service center vide complaint no[protected] dt. 02.02.2012 about the machine's spinning problem.One man came and replaced the drain motor with a new one for Rs.728.15,and the machine did not work. On further complaint ,a new man came, he replaced the PCB (?) for Rs.1905.00 and then the programmes were malfunctioning.
                                  Kindly do something as early as possible.

                                  SAMSUNG WASHING M/C — HORRIBLE SERVICE

                                  HI!

                                  I had called for m/c service on 12th April, one mechanic turned on 13th April..and confirmed that pipe had to be replaced and bought from company.

                                  For 5 days we followed him, and on 19th April he said he has left the job, after that called customer care several times, called the Karampur aservice center ICARE, 5 times somebody by the name o[censored]mesh promises quick response but no result.

                                  It is very frustating, I really regret buying Samsung machine and will make sure never ever to use any samsung product.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have visited/enquired/telephone all the 'Samsung Premium stores' and the numerous 'Samsung Plaza Stores' in Bangalore; in regards to the TV accessory Wireless USB Adaptor model number WIS09ABGN. It appears Samsung is selling TV products saying it is SmartTV, but not providing easily available accessories. It appears all of the stores are hoarding this accessory and selling it at a premium price.

                                    This is an important accessory in order to make the TV connected to the Internet.

                                    When enquired with the Samsung premium store in Mantri Mall in Bangalore, I was quoted a price of Rs4500, which is a whopping Rs1500 more than the MRP price of Rs3000 as quoted on the samsung India website. Also, the sales personnel say that they get it from outside sources and through Samsung this product is not available.

                                    This clearly to me is a nexus between the company and the franchises/store owners to take consumers for a ride. To simply create a demand by the shop-owners themselves hoarding it and fleecing innocent customers for it.

                                    I have sent email to samsung customer care and tweeted them as well, but of no avail.

                                    Hopefully someone takes note of this and resolves the issue of availability of this product and stoppage of hoarding by these shop-owners.

                                    I too am facing the same problem. I bought my TV more than One year back and till now I could not this accessory. If samsung India wish to provide honest services to their customers, they should offer this unit alongwith the TV at extra cost, and make it optional. Alternatively they can update the motherboard software itself by charging etc for which customers are ready to pay. Samsung India is more interested in selling the basic products without providing spares or accessories. I dont know how an international firm behaves like this. The company should act immediately and make some spares and accessories available for sale on line atleast, so that their dealers behave with responsibility!

                                        I purchased Samsung Galaxy Ace on 7-Feb-2012. I have to frequently charge the battery as it looses its charge very often . The battery charge stays for maximum 4 - 6 hours. It also gets heated up while talking over the phone. Can you please get my handset replaced with a high capacity battery at the earliest ?
