Dear Sir,
With due regards, I wish to let it come under your kind consideration, that, myself, Tushar Varma,purchased the Samsung Galaxy Pro (model-B7510, Sl.No.-RUPB386292H)dated on 12/06/2011, and unfortunately the problem arose with phone Ringer & Speaker, on yesterday, 23/01/2012.
I rushed to the Authorized Samsung Service Center--MOBILE DOT COM, addressed at G-2, Sri Ram Tower, Ashok Marg, Lucknow, logged my complaint and Handed over my cell-phone to the concerned executive, for which they did not provide me any Work-Order No., I asked for it but got some unexpected irresponsible answer.
Anyways, I handed over my cell phone and asked to check the problem, but they denied to check it now, it was ok. I asked for the delivery time and they assured me to deliver it by Today, 24/01/2012, around 04:00 PM.
Today, I visited there at 03:00 PM to take my phone, but now they asked atleast for 7 days of time, only due to the non-availability of the Ringer/Speaker in their stock, with the great attitude and misbehaviour of Mr. Rahul Jaiswal, the concerned delivery executive.
My question is, is that a way of the behaviour with the customers in SAMSUNG Service Center ?
Who is responsible for the delay in the service & delivery ?
Who is responsible for my inability to use my contact no, I use with that cell-phone ?
I am worried, after this feedback or complaint, they may corrupt my cell-phone, in many ways.
And at last I am very much annoyed with the misbehaviour of RAHUL JAISWAL, at least he must know the current stock with his service center, as this delay is only due to that, not with any technical issue.
I humbly request you to kindly look into the matter, and I will appreciate your quick and positive response with genuine customer service.
