Dear sir i have purchased the samsung galaxy s2 few months back.i am facing problems in my cell so i have already submittwd twice in the service centre but now my cell has stopped working without charger. the battery is not getting charged at all and the handset is heating very badly i am afraid tht it might create a severw problem in near future because of this heat. so i request u to plz give me a replacement as soon as possible.i am waiting...

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S2 in the month of November 2011, which is still in warranty. I am having problem with its display as it was showing black spots in grey color background and battery draining issue in idle mode with minimu
m brightness also. So, i specified these problems to the authorized Samsung service center and they told that they will reset the software so that battery issue will get solved and change the display....

I have purchased samsung galaxy pop i559 cdma handetset on 25 december 2011.there is problem in this handset (very low battery backup) ,i got repaired my handset three times but than too same problem is coming.i m not getting any satifactory response from any person belongs to Samsung.if holds responsiblity please help.

It has been a really a pathetic experience for me with a new Samsung 55 inch 3D LED smart TV (6200 model) that I purchased in January 2012. 3D was not working once the installation was completed. I raised a complaint on 3rd January for the same and was told that a certain component had to be replaced and it will take atleast 1 to 2 weeks. After that - there was no update and then they told me that they will get the TV replaced as the component...

I purchased Samsung Galaxy fit Model No. S on 15/11/2012. i.e 3 months back. At present its speakers stopped working and the mic is not audible at receiver's end. The mobile is working with head phones on....

I have purchased the said LED TV from Bangkok ( Thailand ) on 20-Oct-2011 from INDRA SOUND shop in INDRA SQUARE MARKET there. I have brought the TV to INDIA for use at my home.

With due regards, I wish to let it come under your kind consideration, that, myself, Tushar Varma,purchased the Samsung Galaxy Pro (model-B7510, Sl.No.-RUPB386292H)dated on 12/06/2011, and unfortunately the problem arose with phone Ringer & Speaker, on yesterday, 23/01/2012.
I rushed to the Authorized Samsung Service...

i have had problems with drawer leaking. aslo the drawers inside the refrigerator are all discolored with a black color. the a&w factory warranty have not been helpful at all. they failed to show up on one day in DEC. 2011. Also they said my problems are cosmeted. lol the technician called it that. 2,700.00 and not even a year old. i am very dissapointed. if anyone knows what i can do please let me know what to do....

me 10 din se alag alag logo se bat karta hu mera 400 rupeka mobile bill aaya he par muje kuch jawab nahi mila.

I purchased a Samsung Nexus S mobile from authorized vendor in Surat, approx 4-5 months back.. The Samsung handset turned out to be a faulty piece. Upon my request the vendor took my office person to Samsung authorized service station in Surat for technical verification. After few days the report came the piece is faulty and the vendor replaced the handset with a fresh one. Very soon the second piece also turned out to be a faulty handset....
