SAMSUNG service center is ready to accept that their product SAMSUNG GALAXY R (just 1 month old) not functioning because of manufacture defect in mother board but they are refusing to replace the set. reply given is their internal policy does not allow replacement after 4 days ( no were in the warranty card its mentioned).

I purchased a samsung split A/C 1.5 tonon 15/7.2010 (model no :AS18EFA).Six months passed uneventfully i noticed water leak from indoor unit service guys came and said that it is due to a faulty tray inside the unit .They rectified the problem without replacing the tray after a while the oscillation of the fan was creating an irritating noise and display stopped working .Again they came and replaced the display and corrected the noise.br...

I have bought a new Samsung Tv during March 2011 from Singapore (Musthafa stores).

i purchased samsung galaxy y,i am facing problem with battery back up.since this phone is 3g N 2g i get 4hours battery back on 3g and 5 hours on 3g.i wad informed this phone carries 12 hours battery back up.
secound concern is i sometime find no option in mobile for call end i tried several short cuts but call get stuck and it gets rectified only if i.restart my mobil.

I bought this phone on 6 January from pimpri. It was seal packed but when I opened it at home.. I found a crack in display and because of that small part of display was not working. I went to the shop from I bought the phone and told him everything them he told me to go to Samsung service center. . I went to the service center next day and told the problem about mobile but now they are not replacing it and said that the cell have to be repaired...

1) Mobile not switch off when pressing power button,It reboots once again.
2) No sound and audio after reboot
3) Frequent hangups....

2 years SAMSUNG LCD TV was working fine (bought it for around 35k)

Power Card Board was not working. So disply was not coming 9 SEP 2011.

Replaced by service center (Mylapore- Chennai) ( board + service 1200 + 400 = 1600 RS) TIPS = 150
TOTAL 1750.
BILL NO 12766

Service man gave hint that day itself. They will not replace this board if any problems comes within one months.

This is to inform you that i have purchased the above said mobile GT C6712. In sbi mobile banking in using mobile topup " Select Account to be debited " --> Option for down arow function is not operating. i checked with bank officials they said check with customer care they will inform you how to operate or software problem. pls look into and do the needful.
