Dear Concern,

Here is my Detail experience which I faced after buying Samsung Mobile Galaxy S2.
Purchased Detail:
Spice Retail Ltd. (Address :- D-60, Main Vikas Marg, Lakshmi Nagar, New Delhi )
Mobile detail:-
SAMSUNG GALAXY S2
MODEL NAME – GT – I9100G
SERIAL NO. - [protected]
Service Center Detail:-
Vaishnavi Services ( Address- A-1, Acharya Niketan, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, ND-91)
I purchased mobile on 5 Feb. 2012. After 2 to 4 days I found its frequently hanging problem.
Then on 20 Feb. 2012 I personally visit to above mentioned service center and ask for DOA letter but they denied after listening my entire problem having with my mobile. Then I complained to customer care of Samsung they provided me the manager no. but when I called on that no. she is not available in office, I believe she was in her home not answered my question properly. She told me you have handover you’re mobile to service center and when we found there is some serious problem then only we will take some other action. Before this I think there is at least 30 days money back guaranty.
First I submitted my mobile to above mentioned service center on 29 Feb. 2012 and I received my mobile on same day they only updated my software. He takes 6 hrs in total. One more thing I found on that day one of the employee with his baby child in service center and all are engaged with that child, I am thinking that this is office or home so disgusting.
After receiving my mobile there is another problem starts its start hanging and rebooting frequently. They only know how to update software, nothing else.
Secondly again I submitted my mobile to above mentioned service center on 7 Feb. 2012, and he promised to give back my mobile on 9 Feb. 2012 but didn’t keep his word he replied on that day you come tomorrow at evening, but again he declined.
Today on 11 Feb. 2012 I personally went to above mentioned service center at 10:30 am but its closed, on his complain letter there is mentioned on the top (Timing 10:00 am to 6; 00 pm Monday close), I also called on the given no. ([protected])of service center but at time they switched off their mobile and tried another no. but no one responding, I wait half an hour 10:30 to 11:00 am, but no one come, then I come back to my home. I want to know one more thing they written there open timing 10 to 6 pm, today he is late I don’t know how much time they will take to open the shop, I just want to know they will extend their closing time.(to complete their actual 8 hr. working day)… I need answer for this also….why we are hampering our time.
Regarding this behavior I complained on customer care no., but they told the concerned person is not here right now we will arrange a call back for you.
I don’t know why I purchase mobile worth Rs. 30000, to keep my mobile at service center or taking services regularly from service without getting final resolution.
I don’t have so much time to keep visiting mobile service center.
I want my money back or provide me another new handset with DOA letter.

Spice D-1111 mobile handset — no proper (worse) after sales service

hello sir/madam,
i don't receive calls when i use CDMA sim in the handset.this same problem is sustaining since i took it for the first time to spice service center somewhere in January and till now its for the 6th time when i have given it again to a service center and there is no positive response from any officials of the company. i have got all the job sheets and proves against them. please get me out of all this, i don't want to use any service of spice again, because i don't have time to go their service centers again and again.
i went to consumer forum office too, somebody there asked me to spent 2-3000 Rs. for getting claim.
please guide me, i don't want to spend a single penny anymore because of this handset.
i just want to get the company punished and pay me the amount equal to my handset.

    when i m using a phone whenever i touches the anywhere there is a spots come middle in a screen...when i told about to the samsung service center to the jhansi...they told me there is a manufacturing problem...
    i wanted to replace my phone due to this problem..
    A.S.M.:mr. anubhav....told me that.we cant repalce your phone can you please tell me the reason...i have a problem in my display..on of the service center employee told me that there is a manufacturing problem i want to reaplace my phone...i have only 1 month..completed taking this phone...
    please replace my phone as soon as possible

      Sir i have submited my complaint against samsung galaxy s plus i9001 on 8 march . yesterday i got a cal from service centre stated that we cant refund your money i[censored] want give your mobile for repair . last time when i showed my mobile in the service centre gandhipuram coimbatore to manager ( Mr rajendran prasad ) he told your mobile is having hardware problem that cannot be repaired, according to samsung company rules if mobile is having defect in hardware we wil provide refund , but now he is changing his words. sir they trying to fool us. this is the worst product i have seen , they are providing defected product to customer , because no new mobile wil show battery charge , auto shut off , camera ( black display) within 10 days of purchase, such a big company but they are making customer fool by providing defected products.

      Sir why are you trying to fool us ???????? why you are not giving an appropriate solution
      to problem ?????? In this way itself you wil extend the problem for months & years but its truely very bad on your part & your company too. its just a way of cheating the customers by selling defective piece in market .samsung company is realy having a bad name all because of these mischiefs.

        i have purchased a samsung mobile E2232 in sangeetha mobile store with mobile insurance for 1year and have lost my mobile when was walking on roadside it was fallen from my pocket and now they are asking me to provide letter from police station saying that the mobile was theft or stolen which could not happen and given from police department it cannot be given mentioning that it was theft in letter they said it is not at all possible ..sangeetha mobile store, dilsukhnagar what we cannot get they are asking those documents to be produced , to get mobile insurance , unnecessarily they are giving mobile insurance while purchasing new mobile handset and creating an expectation that the customer will get insurance of lost mobile and also they are wasting customer valuable time which is of no use to get insurance and i have mobile insurance now but am not getting insurance of my lost mobile.my mail id is [protected]@live.com and my contact number is [protected]

        What does the fine print on the insurance document say?
        Coverage when owner loses it or only when stolen by third party?
        You can take them to court just for fun if the words are improper and they will settle out of court with a lumpsum of cash to avoid further legal fees.

          Dear Sir, i recently bought Samsung Galaxy Note Mobile Billed On 11 jan 2012.(Rs.31500/-) after 4-5 days it starts to do HANG, Auto Restart, Network Fading, and a one more Major fault LCD DISPLAY PIXEL FAULT, i went to the service center and talk about these faults, and request for Replacing the handset, but they denied it and they opened it and replaced the LCD (i dont know they replaced or repaired) but they leave the screw driver mark on back and bottom of mobile. after 3-4 days mobile again starts the problems like network fading,auto restarting,wrong battery info etc..i went again service center and they said about software issue,i leave the phone in service center and they cal me after approx 10 days to receive the mobile then i went and i recieve but after 1 days it again gives the problem..service center manager and area manager are not giving the right response to replace,,they are not trying to solve the problem with replacement.. and i m totally un satisfied with their service .please help me bcoz this is not a cheep mobile which could i ignore ..please Help..yours faith fully:- Baljinder singh,resident of 163,Ashok nagar, Nandan Pur Road,Maqsudan,Jalandhar,PB Contact No-[protected],[protected], email: [protected]@gmail.com ....Office: Babbu wood works,Nagra Road, Opp Police station,Maqsudan, Jalandhar, PB

            Hi,

            I had bought samsung wave phone for 18k sometime back for Rs. 18,000. Now the problem with this phone is that it required bada 2.0(a new update which is not available on my wave 1) to run even the basic apps. Most of the apps on the app store now require bada 2.0 and they dont run on my phone. Even google maps refuses to connect on my phone. I cant use simple chatting apps such as chat on which is even available for 4k phones such as champ. I believe samsung has duped the customers and intentionally not providing the update so that their wave 3 sells well. I seriously hate samsung for this. I am waiting for bada 2.0 update since like 5 months and samsungs refuses to comment on when will they provide an update for my phone. Samsung should be booked for this act. Please help.

            same here ... i had written many time to samsung the same complaint that if my phone doesn't support the 2.0 app why the are selected by the app store for my phone.. they say beat with us, but the how much more time they will take ? they have released the upgrade in many countries and now even china had bada 2.0 upgrade, they have announced the release couple of months ago and we are waiting for it yet,

            I agree completely. It has been almost a year since I have been without google maps. I have a data plan, and literally this is all I ever wanted it for. Samsung has neglected me and all Canadians! I actually feel like I should be given a replacement phone that WORKS, not some half assed phone that I'm stuck with for 3 years. This phone should never have been sold if its not FUNCTIONAL. I will personally make certain that none of my friends, family, and pretty much everyone to stay away from samsung.
            cant down load any thing from samsung application store since months
            Free Download Talking Tom Cat Software For Samsung Wave Y Gt S5380k not available why ?
            Me too ...I am seriously hate samsung mobile. Because its software problems .

              Sir, I lost my SAMSUNG C 6712 STAR II DUOS (NOBLE BLACK) mobile on[protected],through pick pocketing
              and,i registered a complaint on L.B.NAGAR police station, HYDERABAD.During the time of mobile
              Purchase they said that with in 15 days you will get Mobile Insurance upto 80-90%.I lost my mobile
              with in ten days from the purchase date.

                I need to do lot of follow up on this & I am litterly tired of their call. Realizing why I bought Samsung product & I feel I made a big mistake.

                    Dear Patrons,

                    I would like to start with "DON'T BUY SAMSUNG PHONES NO MORE" not because their product is not good, but because their after sales service sucks. Their service centers are the sickest of all and your grievances will never be addressed, they will just make you run about to their center 101 times giving lousy reasons until the warranty period of 1 year is over and then there is you with the faulty handset in your hand which you can neither use nor sell it to anybody or even throw for that matter coz you have paid big sums of money to buy these smart phones. One such service center is the SAMSUNG INDIA ELECTRONICS LTD. authorized service center "Cell Solution" located in Domlur Layout, on Old Airport Road, Bangalore, whose manager is not as smart as their smart phones, a dumb-headed lady, Kanchana, who doesn't know what is what of cell phones or at least is aware of the operating system of that phone, the only thing she keeps saying is "software update madidhivi, nim phone eega sari idhe" (we have updated the software and everything seems fine on your phone now). I have gone up and down to their center with my faulty phone more than 5 times over a period of 6-8 months, which has to be replaced by Sumsung Electronics, but to no avail until now. I later lodged a complaint with the Samsung Customer Care and they threw me a complaint number, and have not taken any action yet, and also gave me the name and number of that center head Ajit Singh, [protected], who doesn't seem to pick the call at all. The sad part is, there are 3 other smart phones with my folks at home, 2 Galaxy S2s, and a Wave I, and they seem to be working fine and I've got this MANUFACTURING DEFECT PIECE which am not able to do anything with, and my folks are also worried what if they have to visit the Samsung Service Center for any such problems in the future and how will they be treated?? I guess the same way I am being treated, my 16000 down the drain. I am determined to sue Samsung Electronics in the Consumer Court under Consumer Protection Act, 1986; please advise.

                      I have visited the samsung service centre at Sahid Nagar Bhubaneswar ,Odisha on 03.03.2012 Saturday,bill no:- [protected]. My complaint was my phone search navigator was not functioning properly.I was told the software will be updated and was told to take the handset evening .When I went to the service centre at evening and waited for 1 hour.,after that I was told it cannot be done on monday by 11am we will imform you about it. When I called on 12pm i was told the software download is in progress and by 3pm we will let you know..At 4m I rang back again I was told due to new set the software cannot be downloaded and you came and take the handset back and again we will let you know.
                      Please provide me the solution what to do and how my hand set will work properly.

                          I have purchased a Samsung mobile phone, model no Galaxy s-II i9100 on February 25, 2012 from Spice Retail Limited. Within two days of purchase, the phone has proved to be of immense disappointed and is getting hanged. Specifically, while listening music, out of nowhere the phone starts throwing a harsh sound and automatically the screen turns blank, requiring immediate reboot. Also, while on call, the line automatically gets disconnected and the phone needs immediate restart.

                          On visit to the vendor (Spice retail), he has requested to obtain a document from samsung service centre for exchange of phone.

                          It is my sincere request to accept this complaint and please do the needful to enable the vendor (Spice Retail) exchange my phone with any other phone (other than Samsung Galaxy s-II).

                            I have Samsung 2 door refrigerator which i am using for the last 6 years.Its first complaint came on 1st january 2012 as it stopped working.As per the first diagnosis by the Samsung support team, Compressor had failed and they replaced them.Since then my fridge doesn't work more than 2days.Samsung team is constantly attending the problem, changing parts continuously,and have become most visited person to our house.the refrigerator was taken twice to their service station.it works for just couple of days and deteriorates in function and finally stops.As per the samsung team,they have changed every thing in my refrigerator except the cover.Now also they are continuing to attend the problem

                            At this juncture i like to share my thought about samsung.Samsung products are really reliable?will they work for just a little over 5 years?30 years back, fridges used to work for more than 20 years.20 years back, it has come down to 10 years.now even less than 10 years?consumers are being cheated nowadays?

                            I believed that Korean companies were improving over the years and were competing with japanese in their approach towards customer focus.But now i understand i think Samsung philosophy is how to cheat customers effectively and efficiently .Instead of creating a win win situation for customer and supplier , it fallen to a deadly web of cheating and deceit.How better are their corporate team to the thugs in their philosophies?

                            If any of the responsible member of the team happen to read this mail,hope you can reflect upon some thoughts on this.

                              i want to exchange my handset of samsung. model gt-b7722
                              because it has too much software problem.
                              its irrited me when i am using it.
                              I, (Balwant Singh Ghugtyal), resident of House no. 219, Paschimabad, JNU, New Delhi-110067 purchased a Samsung mobile model no. GT S3310 (IMEI No. [protected]) from Hotspot mobile store, Munirka, Bill no. 5599 dated 06th May, 2010. Unfortunately, since the date of purchase, I am experiencing some problem in the Settings – Display and Light settings - dialing display – Font type. In font type, only two options are working properly i.e., Normal 1 & 2. By selecting the other options in Font type, the font size, font color and Background color options in Dialling display becomes inactivated (cursor is not selecting downstream options).
                              In order to rectify the same, I have already visited the Hotspot and confirmed from there they have the same problem in other same mobile sets also probably due to the defect in software/program. They advised me to write a complaint to Samsung customer service directly in written. So, keeping in view your customer satisfaction motto, I am expecting a permanent solution to my above-mentioned problem as early as possible.

                              My mobile buy in 8 month before but my mobile samsungapps softwer is propolly problem plz give a message , what do me?
                              I am srushti v yengul, purchased tab 2 4 mnths back ... i hav incurred software prob many a times .. being visited samsung gallery i hav processed my tab .. it works for 15 days n then again it hangs out . when i open whatsapp i am nt able to download any images, audios . while i can chat on it. evn when i open playstore the net stops . i dnt want such tym of problems . please i want reimbursement . i want replacement of this tab or cashback.. i will surely complain in TRAI. I will stay away from samsung now ...

                                This is Rajaraman from Chennai. There was a gas leakage on my split AC. i made a complaint and the Samsung service dealer done the service on 15-Oct-2011.when i got the unit back after service, the enclosure got damaged and the service was not done properly. i gave this feedback when i got service feedback call from Samsung. Also the service person told me that this gas filling has 6 months warranty.Now last 3 month we have not used the AC due to winter season. when i switch on now 2 weeks back the gas was fully leaked out and the AC was not cooling at all. Again i made a complaint on 25-Feb-12, the service person came from Samsung and told me that the gas filling to be done again and the previous warranty was only for 3 months not 6 months. I spoke to Samsung customer care, there were also telling the same thing, it has only 3 month warranty and they asked me to contact there service dealer directly for this issue.

                                how this issue can be resolved.

                                  Samsung gt S 3310 — Worst service

                                  I purchased a Samsung GT S 3310 i entered mobile tracker passsword and I forgot it, so I went to service centre they need keep mobile for 5 days and will be charged for 275 Rs so I did that after 5 days i went they said phone is not redy come tomorrow, when I said I want my mobile back said wait for 20 minutes and your mobilw will be given to you after resolving problem, after a week I realise a new problem in mobile. The camera of my mobile is not working and wh en I asked about it said cant help it need to keep mobile for repair for another one week. I cant keep my mobile switch off for a week.

On 27/02/12 at 8:00 pm i went to Samsung showroom in Chandigarh ( The Electroage, SCO 363, Sec 35-B). There was two guy working in the showroom (Mr. Rajesh & Mr. Jatin) i have decided to purchase LCD 22” model no. LA22D400 which have USB(audio and picture) feature. but mr. Jatin said that we don’t have this model. And he suggested me to purchase LCD 22” model no. LA22D404 which have USB(audio, video and picture) this feature. And Mr. Jatin told me that both price are same so better to purchase this one(LA22D404). Bzo i want all these feature. But i don’t like the model(LA22d404) bzo i like the model(LA22D400). Only bzo of Mr.jatin suggested me so i purchased LCD 22” LA22D404. When the persom come from the Samsung for installation that time they told me that sir this model don’t have USB video feature and that same time i called up Mr. Rajesh (+91-[protected]) He said we have passed the wrong information regarding the product and he said that if you want USB(Audio, picture & video) all these features then you have to pay more 1000 rupees. I told them this is very wrong how you passing the wrong information to the customer after he used very wrong word “jo tv diya hai usei ko dekh lo” And he cut the phone. This is totally unacceptable from the Samsung employees bzo i am using so many products of Samsung and before i like Samsung but now i hate Samsung company. So either you will do something or i would go to consumer forum.

                                      I had purchased a semi automatic washing machine from Samsung in June 2007. At present, the dryer stopped working which was attended to by a service engineer from Samsung Service Franchisee. He informed us that the dryer lid is broken and we have to replace with new lid. After one week, we were informed that the lid is not available anywhere in India as Samsung has stopped manufacturign this model. Instead, they offerred to give me a refund after depreciation provided I give them the original invoice.

                                      As the washing machine is out of warranty, I saw no reason to keep the original bill safely and could not find it at my house. But all the details are entered in Samsung product registration at the time of purchase by me. Still they are insisting on original bill. Is it my mistake that they have phased out the model without keeping any spares. Is this the reason why we buy samsung machines.

                                      I request you to forward my complaint to Samsung so that they can give me the lid or the refund.

                                        i bought SAMSUNG WAVE 525 just 3 months ago and started facing problems in it ! Some time my mobile get switch off automatically and time gets change and run 1 hr Faster then the real time disgusting ! Went to service center but utterly don't know how they give up service offer to a third party who don't even offer a quality service waiting for a long time and no one was available for address me !

                                        Some one please advice what can be done !
