Dear Sir, i recently bought Samsung Galaxy Note Mobile Billed On 11 jan 2012.(Rs.31500/-) after 4-5 days it starts to do HANG, Auto Restart, Network Fading, and a one more Major fault LCD DISPLAY PIXEL FAULT, i went to the service center and talk about these faults, and request for Replacing the handset, but they denied it and they opened it and replaced the LCD (i dont know they replaced or repaired) but they leave the screw driver mark on back and bottom of mobile. after 3-4 days mobile again starts the problems like network fading,auto restarting,wrong battery info etc..i went again service center and they said about software issue,i leave the phone in service center and they cal me after approx 10 days to receive the mobile then i went and i recieve but after 1 days it again gives the problem..service center manager and area manager are not giving the right response to replace,,they are not trying to solve the problem with replacement.. and i m totally un satisfied with their service .please help me bcoz this is not a cheep mobile which could i ignore ..please Help..yours faith fully:- Baljinder singh,resident of 163,Ashok nagar, Nandan Pur Road,Maqsudan,Jalandhar,PB Contact No-[protected],[protected], email: [protected]@gmail.com ....Office: Babbu wood works,Nagra Road, Opp Police station,Maqsudan, Jalandhar, PB

Spice D-1111 mobile handset — no proper (worse) after sales service
hello sir/madam,i don't receive calls when i use CDMA sim in the handset.this same problem is sustaining since i took it for the first time to spice service center somewhere in January and till now its for the 6th time when i have given it again to a service center and there is no positive response from any officials of the company. i have got all the job sheets and proves against them. please get me out of all this, i don't want to use any service of spice again, because i don't have time to go their service centers again and again.
i went to consumer forum office too, somebody there asked me to spent 2-3000 Rs. for getting claim.
please guide me, i don't want to spend a single penny anymore because of this handset.
i just want to get the company punished and pay me the amount equal to my handset.
