gud evening! i recently visited to repair my samsung wave 2 .the problem was -"phone was hanging only when handsfree were inserted".i believed this samsung care like nokia care chd but it was not so.Instead of my warranty of this mobile care asked me to pay rs.125 otherwise for the mother board by saying "liquid has been inserted in it" which was really a shocking news for me as i think "NO ONE OTHER THAN ME KNOWS ABOUT MY PHONE AS IT IS ALYAWS WITH ME" BUT STILL THEY WERE SAYING THE SAME. now when I inserted the other samsung's headphone,no problem was there and my phone was and is ok. "THE PROBLEM IS ONLY WITH THESE DEFAULT HEADPHONES",NO LIQUID IS THERE AND NOTHING ELSE............................ BUT I AM SURPRISED WITH THE SAMSUNG CARE 18D(DURGA COMM),IT IS REALLY SHOCKING ................samsung care is only hungry for money nothing else.they are demanding money with no reason.they dont know how to corporate with customers and HOW TO REPAIR THE PHONE.they are just the learner only.....they should learn something from nokia care.At last i wana say 'NOKIA CARE IS THE BEST" .........if they can show me the white spot in other board left after liquid insertion or can prove their wording i will be paying rupees 20000 for them as an award.     i have purchase a samsung ac 1.5 tone and samsung lcd by the seller maheshwari enterprises address: ganga complex,mall road ,morar,gwalior.
    i purchase it on date 09/12/2011 after purchase when i see the products in my home after 2 days. I see that the lcd which is 26 inch have a dead stock and the model is not prasent in samsung web site . and the ac which i see when open it is found to be that the second hand (which is already used).
    and i complent for that to the seller and he is not giving any type of response and not change the product before 2 month ..

      I was purchase Samsung (LCD) TV [32” Series -4] on 10th November, 2010 from M/S. VISHAL ENTERPRISE, AKOTA; BARODA with scheme is Air tel Digital dish is free. They are delivered my TV on 14th November, 2010. It was installed on 18th November, 2010, and Airtel Dish was installed about 20th November, 2010. In Oct 2011, I have suffering on problem in Samsung TV some horizontal black line arise, so I make complain at M/S. VISHAL ENTERPRISE on 8th Oct. 2011, after my complain engineer of Samsung is come on 14th Oct.11 and show the problem, he said problem in Penal of TV. He said we change your Penal but for it you are waiting about four to five day. I agree with him. He change may penal on 18th Oct. 2011. But for I not satisfied about penal so I will also complain at costumer car of Samsung co on 24th Oct. 2011of new penal. Samsung engineer are come and said it is ok it has not any problem but I also not satisfied for his suggestion so I call direct to engineers for come again and solve this problem. Than he said that it is new penal and we can not do anything about it. But after this within 20 day again arise problem. Problem is that picture is not come out on screen, I compliant to Service Center of Samsung co. on 19th November, 2011, engineer are come and said that again problem in Penal. And your warranty period is competed so we can not change you this penal.
      so, my compalin is running from worrantee period and company is not repair it

      I also faced similar problem. My 32 inch samsung LCD TV filed on its 14th MONTH of purchase.
      I called Samsung service engineer, who said LCD PANEL needs to be changed and it will cost Rs.16610/= and charged Rs.660/= for his visit.
      Since warranty was for 12 months, Samsung is not at all surprised on their quality and behaving as if it is a 10 year old TV. How can a person spend 16600/= on a TV which was bought 14 months back in 29400/=
      I wasted Rs.29400/= on trusting Samsung.
      i am socked about sent me estimate by samsung service centre at Rs.17094.72 for complain running from warranty period.i communicate with Customer Satisfaction team samsung, but always received reply by him is same. i give you discount on replace of penal. i ask him that why i pay charges for warranty period? at till date i can not received answer about it.

      not gat any positive solution of complain, company is not give worranty and rapair tv with payment mode.

      my complain running from warranty period but company not repair in warranty because at now warranty period is complete but for it company give my discount, it is repair at Rs. 3000/-, but company not provided any warranty of replace part, i have experience company change my LCD penal and it has arise problem within one month and company not take any responsibility of its product, so i request you to please solve my problem earlier, we are suffering form 3 months of this problem

        I have one Samsung mobile model is GTS5233S,which is purchased in 24/10/2011.But now i have network problem with in a three months.I got my mobile after software update in Samsung service center.But it is not use the problem is repeated again in my mobile.So i give the mobile again to service center which is

        I hope Samsung product is very hope well product.But now i loss my hope by this problem.I cant suggest to another people to get the Samsung product.If you cant take any action to avoid the customer satisfaction then the name is spoiled at soon.

          I purchased a samsung refridgerator 400 ltrs from Vaishali, one and a half year back. From starting the problem is that there is always too much of cold and ice in upper portion and the lower portion is in general warm. When i reported to the company , their representative guided me to switch off the fridge for one night and then it will be OK , Yes it worked but this problem arises frequently . pl help me ,

          the Samsung peolple came to our home for repair just after the guarantee period was over, before that they always guided on telephone that i can switch off my fridge and it will be OK, it worked also but now with a view to earn money they raised the bill of around 1300 Rs and repaired, In my view they should stop this practice and may be if possible refund my money,

          for internet connection Airtel has given me a plan for Rs 999 for unlimited download
          later on some beody from them called for web making and told that it is free, after we said yes and confirmed that it is free they charged Rs 330 Rs every month for that, they are not stopping even after reminding . Tjis is rediculous and against the consumer forum, I am also a government servant and always act for the benefit of customer, Ask Airtel to refund my this extra subscription for last five to six months .

            I have a Samsung s3500 model but my s3500 model is broken so i found a new cabinet but i cant even i go to your service center which is situated in sambalpur, Orissa when i ask them i want to buy a s3500 model cabinet the he said sorry sir now not available then i ask when it will be come then he said i don't know.               i myself shoeb murad.contact no.[protected].email id; [protected]@yahoo.com have purchase galaxy y mobile on 11/11/2011.Within few days only there started complain of out going calls not responding in my handsets.when i contact above adressed service center,they explained it is manufacturing fault which will be resume by formating handset.but in this proccess my writing keypad in message counter started displaying numerical digits instead of alphabets.but for resolving this problem service center did not have software,so they told me to come after 20 days.i went back on 25th jan bt again they excused that 2day software is working very slow so come 2morrow so i went on 26th afternoon they again excused that due to govt holiday service center is close for half day.than i went again with lot of hopes,they took the complain again put on formate,by which all my saved documents again wash out,since than my mobile is not at all working properly.handset hangs itself,no pages can be opened,all calls goes fake and when i went back on 2nd feb. to mr abdul the owner he checked the mobile,put master reset and told me that it was virus in it.bt after that also the problem was not solved,neither i m using internet nor some duplicate sd card.so i demanded for new handset ,bt they started behaving as if they r the owners and myself culprite.
              so kindly request to check out the issue,ask ur dealer for creating bad impression and do justify resolving my problem.otherwise i will go in court ,,,,,,,,thanking u

                hello respect sir

                i bought a samsung mobile hand set (model No GT3752) on dated 21/11/11 ( IMEI [protected]) and m facing problem from last two months with this mobile hand set . it restart automatically and redial the last calling contact automatically . i have reported these kind of problems at samsung service care ( GAURAV COMMUNICATION , OPP PWD REST HOUSE. RAILWAY ROAD , SANGRUR-148001 (PUNJAB). But they are fail to diagnose the error and rectify it.
                When i talk about the replacement of mobile hang set than they misbehave with me and refuse to solve my problem. Last complaints was attended on dated 08/12/11 and there work order No is 4133 and currently i noted again a complaint on dated 02/02/12 complaint No.[protected]. Kindly solve my problem. I shall be very thankful to for this act of kindness.

                Dear Sir,
                I have purchased Samsung Morian SCH-B-139 Mobile Handset from Tata Indicom store at sector-18 Noida,
                dated:[protected].
                There was some problem in display occurred in Aug-2010, for the same problem I have submitted the
                handset at Samsung Service Centre at Noida, sector-29 dated: 28.08.2010.
                after many visits to service centre one month later 01.10.2010 they said company is not manufacturing this
                model therefore you will get new handset in place of this one on 5th October-2010.
                When I visited there service centre dated 06.10.2010 then they said your handset is out of warranty due
                to physical damage inside the cabinet.
                But this was first time submission of handset at service centre, and they not informed me during submission
                one month before.
                this is due to only because of Samsung, they don’t want repair my hand set.
                Sir please take some legal action against Samsung so that i future they must not repeat the same thing with
                other people.

                hi ihave purchase a samsung corby gts 3653 on 28/10/2010 after one month the back button keys was not working properly so i have went to the samsung authorised service center they repair the button but they destroy my mic so am unable to pick up the calls due to the mic was not working so kindly take the serious action on the manager of samsung sudheer his adress was beside shanbagh hotel basheer bagh hyderabad now they saying they wont replace the mic , if they action will not takenthen i will go the consumer court and file a sue my contact number is [protected] & email [protected]@yahoo.com
                we want our problem should be solve with new mobile handset
                Hi, this is bhavanisathish i am writing this complaint for my handset. Has it was gifted to me by my husband we dont have the bill copy with us as we didnt realise that the branded mobile goes dead within eleven & half month time o[censored]sage. if the mobile is a low cost mobile we can leave like that but during the purchase it was Rs.9000 its a hard earned money so we cant leave like dat. we have approached samsung people and after so many follow ups & discussion the final answer they are giving the handset is out of warrenty but as the end user i am telling its going to be one year old.as the problem with the hanset is mother board wen we enquired the service for it the cost is around Rs.4000.you can very well check the mobile you will not find any defect or scratch in it.We already had a problem with the samsung product that was a fridge but at that time it was a failure model the same way we were in same trap without knowing we have purchased the failure model handset this was the statement which we have received fro one of the service people.
                My humble request is to arrange for the replacement mobile or to replace the mother board at free of cost or reimburse my 50% of the money.

                  This is ankita i am facing a problem related to my mobile .I am mentioning all the details below.The service centre people they are trying to fool me they had changed my new mother board with old mother board which was having problem ,now they wantd me to pay2750 rs for there mistake they are not ready to accept their mistake.I called to theit chennai customer care also but they are not listening me they are telling that problem is from your side.not from my side so please help me against this issue.No body is ready to accpt their mistake problem is this that in my first step itself i don;t want to compromise otherwise it will become in my habit to compromise.

                  Money is not a matter,matter is that why should i compromise for other's mistake,especially mobile company mistakes.

                  I hope you will help me in this matter ,i am pasting the mail which i forwarded to samsung service centre .Do you know the service centre people are telling that they ar not able to understand my problem .So please help me out here.

                  This Is ankita .I got your mail if from your customer care supervisor. I need to register a complaint for Samsung service centre jayanagar ,bangalore.
                  Problem:
                  I purchased a samsung CDMA mobile from mobile ZOne bangalore on 20.06.2011.My phone was working properly,but after 2 month i faced a mike problem in my phone.I was able to call to any number by using headphone ,apart from that i was not facing any problem my phone was working awesome.
                  I gave my phone for servicing in R.K.R infocom no102,ground floor,7th main bangalore. in between 15- 20 august 2011.They said to me that your phone is having mother board problem. We need to replace the mother board.it will take 2-3 days for replacement.At that time i said ok no problem then for some personal reason i need to go out of station then i went back to service center and i asked them to return my mobile ( AS I MENTIONED EARLIER I WAS ABLE MAKE CALL THROUGH HEAD PHONE AND ALL THE FEATURES WERE RUNNING PROPERLY).Then they return my phone and they said that still your motherboard has not came it will take time then i said after coming back to bangalore i will give u my mobile for servicing.When i was trying to switch on my phone in service centre they said mam its charged,please charge it then switch it on.They said ok.then i kept my phone and came back to my home.
                  After coming to my home i charged it and trying to on it but i was not able yo on my mobile,after few hours it was automatically start ,then i was very surprised i am seeing somebody else photograph, messages contacts and every thing and after 10 minutes phone was automatically switch off .then i tried to call the service centre in bangalore continuously but they were not picking the phone call.
                  When i came back to bangalore , again i went to samsung service centre .then i was totally surprised they took my phone on[protected] and they are telling that your phone is having a water log problem and you need to pay 2750 rs for mother board.I asked that you had replaced the old mother board then why should i pay??/its your problem then that lady she was not ready to accept she is saying no its a problem from your side .
                  Continuously she is changing her statements and she is trying to make me fool if somebody will say you so many problem then anybody will get confused she is saying that my manager is on leave when he will come then i will rectify your problem, pay 2750rs.she was trying to make me fool from 20 days
                  Then i called up to customer care executive in chennai. I was really surprised first of all your chennai supervisor she had heard my problem then,she called up to jayanagar service centre and that service centre lady she is telling to your supervisor that ankita is ready to pay 2750 rs She had accepted that problem is from her side not from samsung service centre side.
                  I need to ask a question with you personally that if samsung will send a motherboard then is that mother board will contain old conatcts ,photograph??????????????IPlease reply for this question?????
                  And i asked with your chennai supervisor her answer was no.and she was telling that she had send the new mother board that was blank .I am mentioning my mobile details below:

                  I am not getting why you people are proving so bad authorized service centre, Instead of taking favour of tour service centre try to solve my problem otherwise like this only you will lost so many customers..........

                    MY CELL PHONE DOESN'T SUPPORT APPLICATION LIKE MIG AND E-BUDDY. WHY THIS HANDSET WITH WI-FI FACILITY DOESN'T SUPPORT THOSE SOFTWARES AND CHAT IS NOT POSSIBLE. YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IN KATHMANDU, NEPAL IS NOT EFFICIENT AS THEY MOST OF THE TIME MISLEAD THE CUSTOMER .                       Here is Mohit Dave from Vasai West, Thane. Actually this 26 Jan, 2012,
                      one coincidence happens with me at my home. Any unidentified person/
                      thief had stolen my Samsung Galaxy Note from my home between 11:30 am
                      to 1 pm.
                      I had brought it just before one day (25 Jan, 2012) so I was unable to
                      activated mobile tracker.
                      Here I am sharing with you few required details to trace it or help me
                      to find out my stolen cell phone. Kindly go through below shared
                      details, taken steps and required help in few cases,

                      Taken Steps by me-
                      01) I had register police complain at nearest police station on 26
                      January, 2012.
                      02) I had also attached both required documents (Police complain copy
                      & Mobile bill copy) for your reference.
                      03) I had also visited at local Samsung gallery and I had given IMEI
                      no to them, incase if stolen mobile will come to their center for
                      repairing or will come for buy a new mobile charger for it, they will
                      take care IMEI no and hope, it will work.

                      Now, please go through below concerns and guide me to solve my problem,

                      01) Can you block my stolen Mobile phone through shared IMEI No?
                      02) Can you help Police as well me to trace my stolen mobile phone?
                      03) Can you mail me any other preferred solution to trace my mobile phone?
                      04) Can you inform to your entire authorized gallery stores across
                      India with IMEI no to trace my cell phone, incase it will reach to any
                      of Samsung gallery for repairing or buy its new charger from there;
                      they will take it in their charge and pass it to me?

                      I hope, you will take this situation in your priority list and support
                      me and police to trace my stolen cell phone.

                          My self is Mohd Nazim Bepari from Belgaum (Karnataka) I had purchase two Samsung wave 1

                          GT-S8500 (Mobile) from local dealer.on 15/03/2011 and second on 21/04/2011. I had submitted

                          my both mobile to Belgaum Samsung authorized service center called Apex Refrigeration.

                          on 19/01/2012 with respective complaint no [protected]. & [protected]. I have given my both mobile with the

                          issue of Internet slow and hanging.

                          IN BRIEF. When i was purchase the mobile it was perfect no dot.

                          Along with that i am able to record the call (Call Recording option) was available.

                          Then i activated 3G Internet speed i am not getting upto the mark, it was slow and hanging.I was not Satisfied

                          with the speed.so i submitted to service center they told me they will update new version so i can get better

                          speed.

                          I agree for the same and submitted the both set.They have done the software with new version which i am

                          getting Internet speed fast but no call recording option on new version software which i was very disappointed.

                          on old software there is Call recording option available but Internet slow on New software Internet fast but No

                          Call Recording option.

                          While selling time Samsung Representative will tel lot of thing all further are available.Before taking the mobile

                          i was asked for the option Internet and call recording.The Samsung Representative told me it is available in

                          Wave 1 model on there word i had taken two mobile of same model.Samsung Representative committing means

                          samsung is committing.

                          I am very much disappointed with the Samsung product the same option i am getting in other brand.

                          Thinking Samsung is great company i had purchase but i was wrong.I am totally dissatisfied with the model.

                          and i launch a complaint to the General Manager (Mr Rajiv ganju) of samsung.on 30/01/2012 but there

                          supporting staff called me and try to convince.Even they don't have solution.They are unable to answer my

                          quire.The worst service from samsung.

                          I am very much dissatisfied with the product and i will tell all my nearest and dearest not to buy samsung product.

                            Dear sir i have purchased the samsung galaxy s2 few months back.i am facing problems in my cell so i have already submittwd twice in the service centre but now my cell has stopped working without charger. the battery is not getting charged at all and the handset is heating very badly i am afraid tht it might create a severw problem in near future because of this heat. so i request u to plz give me a replacement as soon as possible.i am waiting for the reply.

                            I have purchased a samsung s plus i9001 mobile on january26/2012 from Reliance digital, kukatpally, Hyderabad .But within 5 days it was getting stuck up while operating . when contacted dealer, they asked us to give the mobile to Samsung service center in Kukatpally, hyderabad. To my surprise they informed that motherboard has some problem, need to replace. so it proves that without even a mere quality check Samsung electronics are coming into market. And I have been contacting service center, but they r saying it take some time to get it repaired !!! Requesting u to give me a replacement or refund the amount which I had spent.

                                  I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S2 in the month of November 2011, which is still in warranty. I am having problem with its display as it was showing black spots in grey color background and battery draining issue in idle mode with minimu

So, i specified these problems to the authorized Samsung service center and they told that they will reset the software so that battery issue will get solved and change the display. But still there is same battery problem and the display which they had changed, it shows white and brown lines in grey color background, means that the problem is not solved, and now they are telling that they will have to submit my handset to Surat for further investigation since they cannot get the mistake which i told them, but i requested them that i want the handset to be replaced as its in warranty and i have paid full amount to the Samsung to purchase this handset so I want my handset perfect as per the value, but they denying that they cannot replace the handset. So i am very dissatisfied with the Samsung company service center. Waiting for your reply asap.

                                    I have purchased samsung galaxy pop i559 cdma handetset on 25 december 2011.there is problem in this handset (very low battery backup) ,i got repaired my handset three times but than too same problem is coming.i m not getting any satifactory response from any person belongs to Samsung.if holds responsiblity please help.

                                      I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG C3303 (CHAMP) ON 10/7/2011 AND STARTED FACING PROBLEM WITH IT WITH 3 MONTHS AND APPROACHED THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE M/S GAYATRI ENT. - FETAGUNJ, VADODARA FOR REPAIR THEY TOOK THE MOBILE AND UPLOADED SOFTWARE IN IT AND THE SAME THING CONTINUED FOUR TIMES THEN FINALLY IN FEB I WAS FED UP AND TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME A PERMANENT SOLUTION FOR THE SAME, THEY TOOK THE MOBILE AND KEPT IT FOR 3 MONTHS SAYING I WILL RECEIVE THE REPLACEMENT SOON AFTER 3 MONTHS I RECEIVED A NEW MODEL C3303i IN THE MONTH OF JUNE 2011 HOWEVER I AGAIN STARTED FACING PROBLEM THE AGAIN AND WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AGAIN THEY TOOK THE MOBILE AGAIN FOR 1 MONTH AND THEN THEY TOLD ME THE COMPANY CANNOT GIVE REPLACEMENT AS I HAVE ALREADY BEEN GIVEN REPLACEMENT ONCE HOWEVER THEY CHANGED THE PCB FOR ME AND GAVE ME THE ITEM BACK IT WAS JULY 2011 AND THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR THE MOBILE ENDED AND NOW I AM FACING THE SAME PROBLEM THAT MY PHONE MEMORY IS AUTOMATICALLY BEING ERASED AND THE SAME IS WITH THE MEMORY IN THE MEMORY CARD....

                                      SAMSUNG INDIA HEAD FOR GUJARAT TOLD ME THROUGH A TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION THAT WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING AS YOU HAVE PURCHASED THE ITEM YOU HAVE TO BEAR IT.. THE COMPANY DOES NT OFFER WARRANTY ON ITEMS THAT ARE GIVEN AS REPLACEMENT

                                      I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW WARRANTY CANNOT BE OFFERED FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE GIVEN AS REPLACEMENT AND MY 4 MONTHS OF WARRANTY WERE IN THE S/C OF THE COMPANY

                                        i am a owner of galaxy y .This phone had created a problem for .this is the first time i had purchased a s a m sung phone and what brand image this phone had setup in my mind is worst ever .it hangs a lot it delete my application automatically without any notification it has created a problem for before this i had already got it repaired it service center at that time it has almost same problems.

                                        now i want company to refund me my money back so that i can look for a better brand like blackberry,etc..
