i have bought samsung LED tv UA46D6000SRM about 4 months ago and its not working and have complaint about 10 days ago nothing have been done by now and there are making irrational excuses .And there is one more issue they are calling us to service center where as the services for this product are to be given onsite ... if samsung cant give onsite service then why to give such commitment.

i want it to be replaced or refund my money rather than repaired as soon as possible as it has already been delayed for too long.

    I am Garvit Haldia, a resident of Pune and employee of ICICI Bank Ltd. My cell phone was stolen a day back and need your assistance in tracking it back. Have already filed a complaint/ FIR in the local police station. However, I have been asked to track it myself.

      My name is Haresh Popatlal Sukhadiya reside at 522/2, Nandanvan Society,Nr. Gh-6 Circle,B/h Amul Parlour,Sector-22,Gandhinagar.
      I have purchased a samsung ac model AC-SAM-SPLIT-1.5 T-AS182SGD-2 from it's dealer Next Retail India Ltd at drive-in-road, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad-380015 as on[protected].The problem of this unit is as below:

      1.The delivered product was not company sealed.
      2.That time I noticed the Br. Manager about the unseled the company packing and he told me we have opened the product just to see that whether it is ok with its parts or not
      3. But at the time of installation a cooling is not well,further I compalined about the problem of cooling with the dealer as well as with the Samsung
      Co.
      4.Thereafter a engineer of company after one weak came for inspection to see what the problem for cooling,he reported for the break of cooling coil for that reason a unit can't give the cooling well.
      5. At the time I demanded to replace the unit to Naxt as well as to Samsung Co.,but they did not replace the unit,but convinced me for first of the
      repair the coil than after if the problem is not solved we will see.
      6.So I convince with their promise and I ready for the repair of coil,a engineer has welded the copper coil and get the ready this unit.
      7.I call in samsung co. on tall free no.[protected] for service o[censored]nit for low cooling as on[protected], a engineer has inspected the unit and he
      gave me the result a compressor is not working properly and its needs to be changed and he changed the compressor.

      So I completely harassed about it from begining of purchase of this unit.Because at the time of purchase I selected the Vedeocon brand Ac but on duty Br. Manager asked me to buy this product of Samsung showing me the goodness of this unit better than the vedeocon but right now I feel cheated.So I want the soltion of this, and I want to replace the unit.

      So reply me as soon as possible.

      sorry i am not agree with your reply. your representative replaced the compressor of my AC without my permission. he bluffed my wife that he is replacing the compressor right now and he will proceed the complain to the company regarding replacing the whole unit.i was against all these from the very first day when i came to know that the AC was not company sealed. it was opened by the showroom and there was something fishy.

        33 inch LED was purchased on 4th Nov 2011 from Ernakulam.
        The same was installed at my new renovated house on 4th Jan 2012.
        With in 45 days the complaint started - Lines across the Screen

        The same was reported the Dealer.
        His service engineer called and heard the complaint.
        No response after that

        The complaint was given to your service center as per Reg No.[protected].
        The person promised that the complaint will be met with in 12 hours
        4 Days over.

        If the system not replaced with in 48 hours, I will lodge Complaint in OMBUDSMAN & KERALA CONSUMER COURT.

            from my observations compared to another galaxy s2...my phone's color is having a problem of white tint and the phone is hanging up at least once a day........and i m telling you one thin for sure that i m 200% not satisfied with your product..........and this galaxy i have now is a i9100g version which i noticed as a flop thing after i had purchased it....i kindly ask you to replace my phone with a non-g version or refund my money back.............................and i notice this version has very low graphical performance.............

              My father (Dr B L Verma) have purchased Samsung mobile handset model no GTE 2370 having IMEI No [protected] vide bill no 161 dtd 14 Feb 2011 from your Dehri-on-sone (Rohtas, Bihar) retailar M/s S S Enterprises, Near Jaihind
              Cinema, Dehri On sone, Rohtas, Bihar.
              Till now I have got this set repair at your Patna as well as Dehri-On-Sone service centre five to six times for the same nature of fault.
              Every time your service centre formatted the handset and reloaded the software. I have also deposited the set to the retailer M/s SS Enterprises in Dec 2011 and requested to replace the hand set. But he is simply got the set repaired from service centre and handed over the set to me on 24 Feb 2012 (after the completion of warranty). I have also given the request for replacement of set in written on 06/02/12. But I didn't get any positive response from him as he was waiting for completion of warranty period ie 13/02/12. I have also intimate the matter to samsung costomer care throught several mail but they also didn't take any action.

              Now finally I got the reply form customer care that they can not take any action as now warranty of the hand set is over.

              So, now I request the concerned authorities to look into my matter and take some action.

                Dear Sir,

                I have bought Samsung Galaxy SII from authorized dealer. The box reads model number : GT-I9100. When I opened it the model number in the phone is GT-I9100 G, which is having different Processor. 9100G variant has a different and inferior Processor.
                Samsung is duping the customers in India by providing the wrong information on Website and on the packaging and selling some inferior product.
                When I broght this to their support people's notice, they are just replying that "WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER" etc. I complained on Feb 08,2012 and today after amost three weeks, there is no real step for resolution of the problem by Samsung.

                    I, Mr. S. Rengaraj, has purchased 1 No. Samsung LCD type LA26B350 FILXL from M/s. Vasanth & Co. for Rs.19,333.33 vide their Bill No.17944 dated 7th November 2009.

                    As the TV set was not functioning, we contacted your Service Centre (No.24, Rajasekaran Street, Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai, Mylapore, Chennai 4) and they checked the set and gave an Estimation Confirmation on 7th February 2012 for Rs.17,259/- (including cost of spare, taxes, service charges and service tax) stating that the Mother Board is worn out and I have to replace the same.

                    I wanted to know that within a short period of 2 years, how could this happen ? The cost of the set is Rs.19,333/- and the replacement of Mother Board comes to around Rs.17,530/-. Hence, I am lodging a complaint that an inferior quality of LCD TV is being sold to me. Moreover, I suspect whether all the materials are being tested by your Quality Control Team before sending for Sales. If suppse, it happens due to fluctuations, how it is possible only for TV and not for other home appliances ?

                    I need clarifications from your end immediately and awaiting your reply for the same.

                      This refers to the subject mentioned above.

                      I hereby lodge my STRONGEST COMPLAINT for the above mentioned Fridge! Today once again the same problem have started - Defreezing !!!!

                      I have been running from pillar to post since I bought this Fridge in last April-11 from my nearest "Next Showroom" in Dombivli East (Contact Person Mr. Chand - Mobile No. [protected]) vide their Invoice No. 00876 dtd. 06.04.2011.

                      Since then I have lodged many complaints on the dates of 17th, 18th Aug., 3rd Sep., 22nd Oct-11 etc. etc.. You may please check my subject mentioned complaint number wherein you will find all the records of my complaints of this Fridge !!

                      I have strongly asked several times to the Shop for the replacement this Fridge with a better one but in vain. Your authorized Service Agent have never been cooperative and also tries not to take my signature every time giving excuses that they got the call directly from office hence could not collect the log sheet, when they service this Fridge !

                      Now i have exhausted my limited patience. I therefore, decided to once again lodge my complaint and request you to replace the Fridge at the earliest.

                        Hi i purchased Samsung Double door refrigerator RT28 HCLS on 10 JAN 2012 after receiving the product within 15 days it was started to give the problem of not giving cooling and making a loud noise i placed a complain with dealer and Samsung. Their engineer come next day but that day cooling start working automatically but i was cooling too much cooling that all the things were getting freeze in and outside freezer too. Samsung engineer just repair the temperature knob and went. After that fridge work well for more 18 days and again i face the same problem and fridge was not giving cooling at all again i call Samsung customer care and their engineer check the fridge next day but he didn't done anything only told to keep the fridge off for a day so that he will check next day and went. When he came next day he check fridge and said there are some parts which having a problem and need to be replaced.
                        I asked for replacement of fridge but he said it is not possible, so i spoke with the customer care and get in touch with Samsung service manager who told me that they will repair the fridge and it will not be get replaced and told me to that do whatever u want to do or speak to anyone but we are not going to replace the fridge it was a such a rude behavior and argumentation from them. He said they only provide warranty not guarantee on their products.
                        Samsung after sales service is so pathetic i will like to say u all don't go for Samsung products i[censored] get a problem with samsung product after purchasing, it will be the most hectic and pathetic procedure to get ur product repair or replaced. And more frustration with all your wastage of valuable time and money.

                        thiscomlaint is regarding poor service and afalce feed back to the comppny by the service center
                        My samsung fridge was out of order and was not woorking i made a complaint ref no[protected] dated 26/11/09 company rep came the very next day and told that the machine will go to work shop for repair inirply i okayed but nobody came even after 7 days and inspite of my repeateded calls to the call center..

                        The most sur prising thingis this that i recieved I recieved a message on my mobile on03/12/09 that your call has been cancelled becuase i did not aproved the cost of repairing which is completly false.
                        I HAD HIGH IMMAGE ABOUT THIS SAMSUNG CO AND WAS USING MST OF THE THINGS OF THIS CO. I WAS GOING TO BY TWO LCD TV OF THIS CO THE PRICE WAS ALSO SETTLED WITH REFRICO CANT ROAD LKO. BUT NOW WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE I AM SORRY I WILL LOOK FOR LG OR SONY.

                          I am a Nokia handphone user for the past 10 years, recently i bought Samsung Galaxy Note, hope it can meet my basic requirement but after using it, one major drawback is that the SMS message that we received, cannot be move into another folder for storing incoming message. We suggest any importance message can be stored in another folder, prefer to store into a folder in the SD card.
                          Handphone most importance basic feautures in life is to make
                          1) Call and
                          2) SMS
                          and importance SMS must able to keep and store up for future references.

                            My Name Is Kashaf Bin Shamim and i purchase samsung S8530(Wave 2) 6 months before my mobile is in warranty period.Now its Damaged i get it to samsung care.They Said That They change the motherboard and give me my mobile after 1 month It's a long time.Why they take 1 month and i can't wait one month.If i make that mobile in market they give me in 4 or 5 days but the samsung customer care take's 1 month i want that mobile in 1 week i send the mobile in samsung care on date 20/02/2012 plz do something.

                              I orddered a samsung Galaxy I9100 knowing very well that I9100G is not at par with I9100 in terms of stability and performance ; The order was delivered and before i opened the box, i made sure to check that I9100 was printed on it. I Opened the box and found I9100G inside.I called Samsung customer care who told me that there is no difference btween I9100 and I9100G except the chipset. When i asked why I9100G is not printed on box, customer care had no answer.

                              The issues which i faced with I9100G were :
                              1. The top part of phone will heat up if you make a long call around 5 minutes or play game continuously for more than 5 minutes.
                              2. Use photo editor, the phone will freeze and you need to power it off.
                              3. Start clicking photos, and after 6 or 7 photos, phone will freeze and you get “camera failed” error.
                              4. While listening to music, the song will freeze and you will hear long zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz sound until you reboot the phone.

                              Spoke with samsung customer care again who told me to go to service center with the handset and i will be provided either a I9100 or full refund.
                              Now i have handed over my I9100g to samsung service center and waiting for an update from Samsung since 11th Feb. Samsung customer care keeps saying that they are waiting for response from their internal team and they dont at all look sensitive to their customers.

                              Needless to say i am very disappointed with what samsung is doing to its customers. The most disappointing thing is that samsung is selling I9100g in boxes which has I9100 printed, I dare samsung to do it in USA and see how it is banned there.
                              Same problem is with me. Samsung is cheating the users

                                I have bought a brand new SAMSUNG mobile handset at POORVIKA Karaikal and the board is not proper within 2 months. the mobile is under warranty period and there is no proper response.

                                POORVIKA has taken my mobile for service and they didnt serviced and gave back after a week without any improvement. They are using unparlimentary words too. Kindly help.

                                POORVIKA persons told they have submitted my mobile at The Samsung Service centre in Tiruvarur . I have asked for the Job Card number but they didnt give it yet. It is obvious that they have not serviced my mobile.

                                Kindly help me in getting back my money from POORVIKA

                                  I PURCHASED SAMSUNG MOBLE C3222 (BLACK) FOR RS.54250 DATED 05.03.2011 FROM ALFA STORE ANDHERI (W) FORM THE DATE OF PURCHASE IT GETS 3 TIME REPAIRED FORM THE SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM.AND STILL NOW I GAVE MY MOBILE TO REPAIR IN SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER.

                                      I have problem on my samsung mobile of charging problem. It is not fully charged...Actually i had brought the mobile from Univercell Mobile shop in pondicherry. Two weeks before i went to said some software complaint to that shop person. They gave one authorized samsung service centre address and ask me to approach that service centre and deal your problem.. Four days before i had given my mobile to service centre with all problem i said to them. They re-installed my os software and return back to me. but they not cleared the charging problem of my mobile. Today i went to Univercell Mobile shop where i brought the mobile, they come to tomorrow we will check and clear your problem... Whether my problem to be clear or not?
