Seems later they have changed the rules like for foreign TV's no international warranty applicable in India. However, how can what ever TV's already sold before this decision of with a promise of warranty applicable India will also get impacted by this? It's more like Today you buy a TV with 1 Year warranty tomorrow if samsung changes only 3 Months warranty then your TV already bought will also have only 3 months warranty only. Your warranty card give no promisse to you.

    I sent u many mails regarding new Led display broken laying at Sargam electronic from last time 4 months gifted in my daughter marriage but I can't receive any conclusion from ur side. I spent Rs 61000 but I can't use my money Value even for a sec it's already very delayed I m suffering from last 4-5 months. it's my last mail reminder to u give me a reply with conclusion within 24 hrs otherwise I ha to take legal action against u file a case in consumer court.

    I look forward to hearing from u regarding a resolution of this problem.I will be waiting for a resolution, if I don't hear from u within 48 hrs I will be filling a suit against u in consumer court for led amount with 5 months interest my 5 months entertainment and for my 5 months mental harassment.       I am being exploited by the service centre moreover so called customer care & partner team of Samsung is blindly supporting this service centre. Though I register my complaint not only at Customer Care but also at CEOs desk as mention their "Samsung.com" but result was same as before. I think there is nobody to listen the customer like me. The shocking thing is there is no E-mail addresses given so that one can register his complaint to senior level.

        I was gifted a Microwave for my wedding with Model no. CE73JD October - 2014 in February 2015. After just 2 months, the oven started malfunctioning. The door would not close properly and in a single week it broke twice and the service engineers who came to fix it, did so temporarily. It malfunctioned a third time on the night of 10th May and in spite of calling your Customer Care several times since then, I am yet to receive any assistance from the Service Center. Its been 5 days since and I must say the after sales service provided by Samsung is really disappointing! I have a refrigerator and washing machine from Samsung too and I am dreading the day they start malfunctioning. PATHETIC SERVICE! I hope now at least I get a solution! Arpita Dey

            I & my family are owning total 4No of Samsung Mobile Handsets..We are Using Samsung Mobile Handsets since from 2005.I have purchased Samsung G900 Galaxy S5 Mobile Handset on Dtd.[protected].In this Mobile Handset sometimes when I make a call or receive a call the call will automatically hanging with waterary sound for few seconds & call will automatically disconnected.For this reason I have to call 2 to 3 times to the same person.In this regard I have contacted a Samsung service center @ camp Belagavi (Karnataka) but the Samsung service center people are telling that mobile handset should be sent to Bangaluru to repair for 1 period month as they could not do repair in Belagavi.Kindly resolve this problem & take my Samsung G900 Galaxy S5 mobile handset back & repay my money.

              My Refrigerator, model No.RS20NRPS5 is purchased on 6/2/2010. Was working properly and suddenly has stopped working since 13/2/2014. I have complained about the inconveniance and they have checked my refrigerator several times but the problem still exists. The service men have been operating on it since December, 2014 but i have been experiencing the same problem since then. My refrigerator just stop working suddenly at any time and all the edibles in the refrigerator get wasted. I am just fed of calling the servicemen. I want the company respond as quickly as possible.

                  Dear sir, I have purchased 32 inch LED TV last year ( 06-jan-2014), Model code : UA32F5100ARLXL, S/N : MQWG3PBDC01214N, Through Samsung employee coupon, but now the TV working condition is not good (Display not working ) we check with samsung authorised service center in kumbakonam, they said TV Board problem so have to change the board its cost worth nearly 13000/rs + service charge 1500/rs.so the samsung products only use full for warranty period.afterthat it will not work properly. i raised complaint against samsung customer care.but there no use they are not behave properly to the customer .

                    Samsung Management, I would like to bring it to your Attention regarding the Defect in the my new Refrigerator which is causing a serious inconvenience us. We have lodged a Complaint with # [protected] on this problem 1st-May 2015, and the status still stands Unresolved. To elaborate the issue, the problem in closing the door is there from day one, and we have identified the problem when it was getting saviour, and immediately we have reached to Bajaj Electronics where we have purchased the Refrigerator and they have asked to us to remove the rubber of door and re-fix it, despite doing that problem was continuing. Then we have called up the customer care and raised a complaint on it. Service centre engineer visited my place and advised us send with him to service centre for repair, it’s now more than 4 days our problem is still not identified. We are facing lot of inconvenience without Refrigerator at home One more major concern to bring it to your notice is that, there was no Demonstrator visited my place to demonstrate the product and nor the installation. When asked to dealer we are told to install by our selves, however Service engineer would visit shortly. But this didn’t happen, and service engineer has not visited our place. If the Service engineer would have attended for demonstration, problem could have been detected by him and this situation would’nt arrived to this point. Hence i urge the management to involve in resolving my issue, and i expect my Refrigerator to be replaced with new one at the earliest, failing which my case will be filed in the Consumer forum for seeking the justice.                         Dear sir/Madam I have given my Handset to R-LOGIC TECHONOLOGY SERVICE P LTD (Address: Show room no 01, Ground Floor, Pride, Bangalore-560027) on Saturday (Date: 9/05/2015) with the compliant of "Heating issue and Touch Malfunction", I have taken in home service. Today I got the to my place, where in which when I received the Hand Set I had observed many starch marks and dent in the Hand set, I had a starch in the Left Hand side of the frame little below the Volume Down Key. But I see the dent in the Left Hand bottom Corner of the hand set and I can see the Starch in the right hand side bottom Corner and many small starch in the entire right hand oh the Frame. I have attached the images below, in the second image I have marked my dent which was Made by me and the Red color marks are done by service center persons. Please do look in the problem and contact to me as soon as possible.

Please help me confirm the authenticity of this message.

                            With due respect I purchased two LEDTv of40"&32"respectively in the month of December because I have heard a great deal about Samsung company but my all aspiration were shattered down and I was very much disappointed by the poor service of the company. My 32" LEdTv was installed well in time but as far as 40"tv is not installed till date. The worst is that we have been asked to pay Rs1700 for its installation as it is already installed in their record. When we complain service centre they assure us it would be installed within days but this hide and seek is still going on for last couple of months. Now my latest reference number is [protected].                               REF- COMPLAINT REF. NO. [protected] DATED 09/05/2015, AND CLAIM NO. [protected]. Sir/s I have purchased split A.C 1.5 turn, of your company in the year 2006. The said AC is maintained by your company personal who come and do the necessary maintenance work almost every year. As such the A.C is under continuous maintenance by you. On 09/05/2015 at 2.30 A.M the outer unit of the said A.C caught fire. Luckily as there is MCB the same got cut off and the fire was restricted to the outer unit only and casualty to life was averted. My two small children were sleeping in the bed room where the said split A.C is installed. Immediately on 09/05/2015 I have lodged the complaint with your company vide complaint ref. no. [protected]. Thereafter on Saturday your company engineer visited my house and inspected the outer unit of the said A.C and took photographs. He further said that the said photos will be sent to the company and thereafter we will let you know how to proceed with the case. Accordingly today I have received phone call from your Pune service centre and I was told that as the A.C is out of warranty period the same shall be repaired at my cost. I say that the A.C outer unit caught fire not because of my mistake but because of some inherent mistake in design of the circuit of the said unit. Outer unit catching fire is not a common phenomenon and instead of considering my complaint seriously and tendering apology, you have taken the same casually and lightly. I am totally unsatisfied with the approach shown by you in this behalf. Further said fire has caused because of your company’s manufacturing defect and your company is solely responsible for the incidence of fire in the A..C outer Unit. It seems that now your company is trying to shed off the responsibility under false pretext of warranty period. As such I request you to kindly look into the matter and replace the burnt circuit board of the outer unit, to replace the Outer unit and to do all the necessary things and to restart the A.C at your cost at the earliest. Further I want you to remove the said A.C to other room as I do not want to keep the defective A.C in my children’s bed room any more. Failing which I will have to initiate necessary action against you in consumer forum and other court of law at your risk as to cost and consequences thereof. Hoping for immediate action on your part.                                 I had purchased a SAMSUNG LED UA65HU9000R television from M/s Devi International, No.12/New No.22, 10th Main, 2nd Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore 560011 (Tel No.[protected] on 7th May, 2015 vide their challan No.6045. In case of non-HD channels, there is inconsistency in clarity as it. The picture attains reasonably good quality, and then turns blurred and it repeats. It was reported the very next day and an engineer was promptly deputed by the company. The engineer who visited without listening to the customer, said that it is a GENERAL ISSUE and nothing can be done and that only HD channels can be watched good. The engineer showing no courtesy to listen to the client immediately left the place. And the problem still persists. If only HD channels can be viewed good on this pricey television set, it should have been LOUDLY mentioned by the seller or the dealer, as in India most of the channels are not HD. I request SAMSUNG to act quickly if it is a technical issue. Or else, arrange to take back the set and return the money. Thanks R Nambiar

                                  I have purchased one Samsung Split AC Model No AR18JC3HATPNN from M/s Kabir Electronics, SCF 91, Phase VII, Mohali (Punjab) vide bill no KER-255 dated 08.05.2015 in the name of Mohit Modi Flat No 66B, Aman City Kharar Punjab. Kabir electronics does not mention Serial Number of the unit on the Invoice. Same day I requested Kabir Electronics for Installation of AC and the same was forwarded to Samsung Agency by Kabir electronics and mobile number of Agency was given to me. After waiting for whole day I contacted Agency for Installation but no one attended the call. After repeating calls to Vendor and Samsung Agency two boys deputed on 11.05.2015 for installation i.e after 3 days, Both of them took almost whole day for installation and at the end of the day the result was, improper Installation. Indoor unit installed uneven almost 2.5 inch away from the wall. In Out door unit Pipes and Wires are lying open and not properly tied and covered. Somehow your trained engineers managed to Switch ON the AC and left the place immediately. No proper demonstration was given by them. No Installation and Warranty card signed by them. On consulting the operational manual I came to know that AC was not properly installed as one Error LED was glowing on the Indoor unit. Continuously from the time of Installation till writing this mail no body attended my call and responded properly to rectify the above. Kabir electronics sold this unit with assurance of 5 Year complete warranty and best after sale support but regret to say that after installation they explain the warranty for the complete unit only for 1 year. I am not at all satisfied with this purchase and request you to replace the unit as this is the faulty unit supplied to me. I do not want to carry on with this samsung AC. I Request you to instruct Kabir Electronics to remove this AC from my home and return the Amount paid. For five times I have been taking it to your Service Centres at Ambala City as well as at Ambala Cantt. But the problem still persists. Recently Mr Rajnish -a senior engineer of your Ambala Cantt office got it deposited with them for four days and they claim to have updated the software and have even changed the board.But unfortunately I am facing the said problem even after that. At the seller's advice Today I even got my (Airtel) SIM also changed but of no avail.                                       Sir, I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Grand -2 IMEI no. [protected] on[protected] from your retailer for Rs.20500/-. I am residing at Bathinda and doing wholesale cloth business. My business sales totally depend on my touring and phone calls. After 3-4 months of purchasing the phone I saw a problem of DOT ON DISPLAY. And this small dot started enlarging day by day. About 4 months ago, I went to both the Service centers at Bathinda. But both service centres denied repairing, because the LCD was not in their stock. On[protected] I visited your Service Centre (CELL WORLD) at Abohar and got LCD replaced from there. Job sheet no. [protected]. About 1 month ago the display got white. I visited Shri Ram Teleservices (service centre) at Bathinda. They replied that the LCD is not in their stock and it will not be available for next 10 days because their limit was blocked and the parts will not be billed to them. I was in tension. My business was also suffering. On[protected], on my visit to Barnala, I went to your Service Centre at Barnala. They replaced the LCD. Job sheet no. [protected]. After 2-3 days touch stopped working properly and the phone was hanging. I talked to customer care. They suggested installing SMART TUTOR on the phone to solve the problem. I installed it, but the technician was unable to solve the problem. He advised me to go the service centre. I visited Bala JI service centre at Bathinda. They updated the software. Job sheet no. [protected] dated[protected]. After 3-4 days, again the touch was not working properly and hanging problem started. Now I am fed up with the phone. I will not like to get it repaired. I want my money back. I have wasted my time and money after buying the Samsung phone. I have also lost my precious business time in visiting your service centers so many times. Please tell me the procedure to Issue me the refund so that I may not go into the Consumer Court. This will save your extra harassment and advocate+penalty charges. Reply urgently.
