I would like to bring it to your Attention regarding the Defect in the my new Refrigerator which is causing a serious inconvenience us.
We have lodged a Complaint with # [protected] on this problem 1st-May 2015, and the status still stands Unresolved.
To elaborate the issue, the problem in closing the door is there from day one, and we have identified the problem when it was getting saviour, and immediately we have reached to Bajaj Electronics where we have purchased the Refrigerator and they have asked to us to remove the rubber of door and re-fix it, despite doing that problem was continuing. Then we have called up the customer care and raised a complaint on it. Service centre engineer visited my place and advised us send with him to service centre for repair, it’s now more than 4 days our problem is still not identified. We are facing lot of inconvenience without Refrigerator at home
One more major concern to bring it to your notice is that, there was no Demonstrator visited my place to demonstrate the product and nor the installation. When asked to dealer we are told to install by our selves, however Service engineer would visit shortly. But this didn’t happen, and service engineer has not visited our place. If the Service engineer would have attended for demonstration, problem could have been detected by him and this situation would’nt arrived to this point.
Hence i urge the management to involve in resolving my issue, and i expect my Refrigerator to be replaced with new one at the earliest, failing which my case will be filed in the Consumer forum for seeking the justice.

I sent u many mails regarding new Led display broken laying at Sargam electronic from last time 4 months gifted in my daughter marriage but I can't receive any conclusion from ur side. I spent Rs 61000 but I can't use my money Value even for a sec it's already very delayed I m suffering from last 4-5 months. it's my last mail reminder to u give me a reply with conclusion within 24 hrs otherwise I ha to take legal action against u file a case in consumer court.
