I purchased vivo y66 phone with a 1 year phone damage insurance. Now my mobile damaged so i went to btm sangeetha store for repair as i have insurance for phone damage. They said they will not do that because of some internal rules. I said i will do fir for fraud they said ok you can do and gave me my mobile back.
If sangeetha can not repair or give money for repair cost than what is the meaning of giving an insurance.

    I bought mi a1 mobile from sangeetha mobiles (Royappettah branch) on 8oct17, at the time of purchasing mr karthick (Store manager) was very polite with me and he said if you buy mi a1 you can get gifts like vr box, temper glass or selfie stick.
    At the time of payment he said me if you pay through hdfc credit card you will get 5% cash back and at that same time he didn't told any conditions, he told you will get cash back within 1 or 2 months thats it.
    After his kind words i trusted and purchased mobile and asked him to pack mobile with gifts then he said as of now we don't have gifts once we get i ll call you then i trusted and left from the store, after than many times i called him to ask about gifts he always said we have kept stocked in adyar branch go and get there.. I said i purchased mobile from you so you have to get it from there.. He cut the call there is no response.
    Then i visit store many times and waited for more than one hour to talk with him but mr karthick wantedly avoided me to talk and his very careless also then i fell very bad.. Now around 5 months over no proper response from mr karthick.
    Recently i visit store and asked about cash back money he is asking transaction slip they didn't inform anything about the slip in previous am totally unsatisfied and very unhappy with this type of assistance.. I request sangeetha team to please follow-up my query and refund my cash back money along with gifts..

    Am trying to attach the invoice but it's not adding more than 2mb so please find below serial no of invoice for your reference.

      Hi iam saboor from hyderabad yesterday mehdipatnam branch employee give me comment the device redmi 5a rose gold 2gb 16gb price is 5700 and til in the morning same said now when i ppurchase the device time he said 6500 why??? I don't now i was fight with legally way and i have a recordings to his comment price so help me i need that device your local head manager also told me sir today is the change price by online sir i also agree but you have to send a complaint to over complaint side...

      Hi i am saboor sorry i was mention the branch detail is wrong actually the branch name is mehdipatnam2 beside prince hotel mehdipatnam hydeeabad.yesterday on 8th march 2018 i call that branch and i asked to your branch employee Redmi 5A rose gold 2gb 16gb device price he told me sir 5700 rupees and he said sir today evening or tomorrow i will given to you sir then i was send a person to that branch on that he can't recive the amount and said sir tomorrow you given the amount and take the device said today i also called him at 12:57pm and i asked to that person is it available the device then he said sir come and collect it.When i purchase time he told me sir the price is 6500rupees i shocked why U give me a comment 5700 rupees i record his call i have a proof don't worry then he said yes sir i told you but company has change the price he said but sorry i want that device on that price only he said sir i have a mail then what U give me Comment on 5700rupees so i request U to give me the device on comment price please... take my complaint and give me the device on 5700 rupees other wise take legal action on of Your company dont worry I Have a proof so please i humble request you...Branch phone no( [protected])

        The staff at meenakshi mall sangeetha is very rude, not bothered. The guys especially at the temper glass counter are always forcibly selling expensive ones to the customers. This is my third bad experience since april 2017 when i was first there to buy a samsung handset. I was forced to buy a 500 rupee worth temper glass by talking highly of the quality and assured of a warranty. However the glass broke the very next day and when i went to question, the guy there treated me badly by being rude. The guys here have a terrible body language and facial expression when you question them about your rights. Yesterday again i was only told about the 399 worth temper glass instead of something cheaper and the guy was busy forcing me to buy it. Also, what is irritating is forcing the customers for their email address to generate a bill. I was made to wait for 15 mins just for a bill and i was told that an email address is mandatory. My question is who are they to force us to provide the email? Also, i wad told that a dumpy if would be created for customers without an i'd. This is ridiculous. Request you to. Look into it.

          I have bought a phone last year in in april month at sangeeta marathalli shop. One year is not yet over. I have spoken to sales person 2 weeks back only but there is no replacement for my phone. If people are not taking responsibility then why we should take insurance? This is not a right way to talk to respond to customer complaints. We come to sangeetha because of different options but when i am in need nobody is responding.

            The counter salesperson (Mr. Vinay) acknowledged his act of cheating and pleaded me that he will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

            After submitting my grievance in this forum, the resolution process was expedited. Mr. Asif has confirmed that he has taken initiative on his own to get this resolved. Asif also promised that by today, amount will be credited. On his words, I am closing this issue and marking as resolved. Thanks to Mr. Asif, it is because of him only this issue was resoled, if we could have contacted him earlier it would have been resolved long back. Sangeetha should be proud of such dedication of Mr. Asif towards consumer support.

              Purchased on 29-jan-18. Memory card not working properly.
              Memory card working for few hours after that it is not deducted automatically. I have checked it for 3 memory cards. But the same problem exist.
              I have taken it to the showroom for to solve the problem. They are not responding properly. They told need to take service center. I am asking why i need to go still it is new phone take only 4 hours.
              I told to replace the mobile still it is under 1week warranty.

              The mobile price is 1200, but i spent 120 now for transport.
              We come for sangeetha for trust.
              The branch manager told that they are only for sale after sale we wont take care. Very worst shop.
              Need a quick resolve.

                did not receive my refund amount

                I bought redmi 5a 3gb ram, 32gb rom variant at a price of rs. 7499/- through online sangeetha mobiles store but i did not get my phone and when contacted they said that the phone was out of stock. So i've canceled it but it's been a month and i didn't get my amount back. When i've contacted them during the time of cancelation they said that i will be receiving my refund amount within 3 days but it's been a month....

                I had purchased lenovo k6 power 6 months back from sangeeta mangalore. After 6 months my mobile was not getting charged completely so i showed to sangeeta but they told that there must be board problem, battery problem etc n gave to service centre. After a week i received my cell phone but within 2 days my cell got switched off by itself n it's not switching on. So when i showed it again to sangeeta and asked them to replace me with a new cell phone, they are not ready to give a new mobile. It as got 1 year warranty also. I want my cell phone to be replaced by a new mobile phone. Sangeeta mobiles mangalore as given a defective mobile.

                I am bajaji Emi card customers I not purchased mobile phones from Chennai chrompet branch 44. but my bajaji emi swiped and taken otp. Rs11688 taken in my card. Transaction id. Was generated. Kindly cancel and return my wallet money to bajaj.
                I also bought Xiaomi 11 i from Sangeetha 10 days ago and the phone is having problems, when I asked for replacement they saying to go to service centre, it's just 10 days I took that phone and why should I repair when it's just taken, I had to run here and there but no response or support from Sangeetha very bad

                  Sangeetha branch in Sircilla said that they will receive the mobile return if we bring back. Now they say that they are not responsible for this. They have given wrong promise. Please take action immediately. They should be responsible to exchange the mobile. It was returned within a week because of the lack of features in that phone. New phone is proposed to be taken in behalf of that.

                    I purchased gionees6s at sangeetha mobiles, kamareddy last february... The salesperson informed me that i will be given with new phone in case of any damage within an year if i buy it with insurance of rs.900 with half the phones cost on the day of exchange..
                    I got my phone insured too... Now when i approached them about this issue the store manager (New person) is soo ignorant.. He says that he is not responsible for what the previous store manager has told... Please fix!

                      credit card cash back not yet received

                      I bought a mobile from sangeetha mobiles at velecheri main road, ralakilpakkam branch tambarm chennai on 23rd of sep 2017 by using my hdfc credit card under the 5% cash back offer.

                      But as on date this cash back offer is not yet credited to my account. I was contacted your mobile shop and they said it will credit after 90 days. But as of now 98 days over and it will not be credited.

                      By any chance sangeetha mobiles bangalore team is mad? I called to track about my mobile order. I spoke to a lady called kavya yesterday i. E. 22 dec 17, and she confirmed my order and they would deliver today.
                      To reach her and to track my order it took me whole day. Because of their ignorant team. Today i called them to check the delivery status. Some lady answered and i request her to transfer the call to kavya. But without a word, she hung up on me. Since than no one is answering the call. Same thing happened even yesterday.                           I purchased moto5s mobile from sangeetha mobiles 17th main, marenahalli, vijayanagar on 23rd november 2017 evening at 6 pm but the mobile was with some problems in speaker and net work catching etc., so immediately after 1 hour i called back to the sales representitive and went there to change my set, but the sales personal told that they will return after deducting rs. 6, 000 (14, 200-8, 000) ie i paid rs. 14, 200 but they told that they will return only rs. 8, 000. Kindly do the needful.

                            Good wishes

                            Let me introduce myself as a regular customer with sangeetha mobiles, annanagar, chennai 40 for more than 9 years. I have continously purchased about 10 mobile phones and did services also with them with high level of satisfaction.

                            We have purchased a mobile a5-2016 with damage protection scheme for 1 year.
                            Purchase price on 8.3.17 is rs.20783/- basic price.

                            As on date the price of the same mobile (New piece) is rs.14100/- (Including all taxes)

                            We have now come for a claim with annanagar sangeetha mobiles on damage protection scheme. Now they are asking 12, 884/- for replacing the same whereas the market price of the same mobile phone today is only rs.14100/-

                            I also prefer to get another model of any price for which i agree to pay the difference amount.

                            Request you to kindly look into this issue on merit of the case and approve me with getting any other model in samsung

                            Since there is not so fair response from your side... I have writtten again today...
                            Dear sir

                            We understood your explanation..

                            But the following points were agreed by your retail sales officer, mr. Ranjith, mob. No.[protected],[protected], sangeetha mobiles, annanagar, chennai - 600040 at the time of purchase

                            1. The mobile handset covers a 50% damage cover policy for 1 year from the date of purchase
                            2. Any damages caused to the mobile will be supported with 50% value from your side for the same model handset during the 1 year period
                            3. The current market value of the mobile handset at the time of exchange for damage will be considered for the exchange under damage protection scheme
                            In my case i am allowed rs.10396/- as 50% value by your annanagar showroom (They wanted me to pay rs.12884/- incl taxes for getting the mobile exchanged with a new piece) whereas the new mobile itself is only rs.14100 (Incl all taxes). I have also paid rs.1399/- in extra for the damage protection scheme at the time of purchase

                            There are 2 options which i prefer...
                            1. Please exchange the handset with new piece at the current market price as agreed at the time of purchase
                            (Or)
                            2. Please exchange the handset with some other model an adjust the 50% value of rs.10396/-

                            Kindly look into the genuine issue and the agreement had at the time of purchase and please do the needful

                            The complaint is not yet resolved. Rather trying to solve the issue, they are pointing fingers against each other between the salesman, manager and customercare executive. The price is nw even lower than 50% value of the bill. They need to solve my problem. Else, we have to personally acceed legal action against both Sangeetha Mobiles for the Fraudulance in Promise and the officer concerned for the illegitimate functioning. Let me prepare for the legal battle..

                              When i habe purchased samung j7 pro the mobile cost was rs20900+200 & rs200 for sangeetha offer. But in a month the mobile price has come down to 19900 i. E rs1000 down. As per sangeetha price challenge if any mobile is getting price down in a month they will provide difference amount products in sangetha. Also i have checked in sangetha store today samsung j7 pro cost isrs19900. So please look into it and provide resolution foe same i. E difference amount.

                              I had bought a mobile from sangeeta and after few months it didn't work properly so I had given it for services but they spoiled it more and now it isn't working only. Then told them to give new mobile or repair it properly and give instead they are bribing and not taking any action towards it and didn't repair it also
                              Purchased a Samsung J7 Max mobile from Sangeetha in Bangalore . Is there any official site from Sangeetha where I can check the price drops for the next 30 days.?

                                A sum of rs 11656 has been debited from my account... And the amount has been done void... On 19th october 2017... The sangeetha mobile at indiranagar told that amount will credited to my account in 2 working days... But it's almost 14 days now... Amount not yet credited to my account...

                                  I went at bellari shop and discused to shop manager he not ready to replace within a day and also they told we don't have a same model stock after i called and discuss with customer care then the manger told we have same mobile stock in gold colour and same also be take 2days for claiming hence i'm requesting please replace my mobile if same model not available in stock replace with some other model i'll pay the remaining amount.

                                    I bought nokia 3 mobile i unbox the mobile on the toosame day i went to the showroom and told them touch is not working. They told update the software today and check on tomorrow if the problem persist go to the service center.
                                    If you it to us we it will take one week to resolve the problem.
                                    They told i am responsible for all the problem before i bought that mobile with i one day they cheat me

                                    I feel too bad i bought that mobile for my mom to see my kids photos but this people sold we the scrap and cheat me like any thing. Please take necessary action
