I bought redmi 5a 3gb ram, 32gb rom variant at a price of rs. 7499/- through online sangeetha mobiles store but i did not get my phone and when contacted they said that the phone was out of stock. So i've canceled it but it's been a month and i didn't get my amount back. When i've contacted them during the time of cancelation they said that i will be receiving my refund amount within 3 days but it's been a month....

I went at bellari shop and discused to shop manager he not ready to replace within a day and also they told we don't have a same model stock after i called and discuss with customer care then the manger told we have same mobile stock in gold colour and same also be take 2days for claiming hence i'm requesting please replace my mobile if same model not available in stock replace...

I bought nokia 3 mobile i unbox the mobile on the toosame day i went to the showroom and told them touch is not working. They told update the software today and check on tomorrow if the problem persist go to the service center.

I am take a mobile at srikakulam sangeethamobiles shop. It is not working. Request them to change it. But they don't respond anything. I take low cost mobile. If i take costly mobile; they behaving samely wats my condition. The voice and the pronounce of shop manager is very poor. We are high expectations for sangeetha mobile shops.
