Redmi 4A Gold. Still not received.

Not able to contact over customer care and not able to login using my userid and password you have provided. Whenever I call customer care I am not getting any reply or response. Money also deducted from my account for the above mobile.

Kindly look into this and arrange for early reply.

    Hello,

    I have ordered a mi 4 note from sangeetha mobiles. I have to call them 4 to 5 times a day and the make false promises of delivering the product today. Very pathetic customer service. When we call them they are not able to hear us. We have to shout and talk. They still don't hear and disconnect the call many times. If you cant deliver the product, give us the refund. Its better to order from flipkart or ebay rather than ordering from sangeetha mobiles. Very bakavas service

      These people should change their name to sangeetha chor bazaar... These people are selling redmi note 4 for 500 to 1500 more i. E.., if the mobile is 9999/- they are selling it for 10, 600/- to 11, 000 rupees. Strict action should be taken against these people or company should be permanently closed and one more thing i didn't receive a message or call from any of the concerned representative for 2 months since i complained about the rude behaviour towards customers... This is the interest they show towards customers... I told they are very rude... They are not responding to customers properly in vaninagar, malkajgiri if i don't get a reply apologising me i will directly go to police station to complain... Its not just in my case... With every customer they do the same thing... U can conduct a survey and check it by yourself... There are many shops if they continue to do the same then no one will visit so called fancy chor bazaar "sangeetha mobiles"

I have filled up the money from the internet and if the queue is not reached then I have seen all the time that the mobile will come

        I have ordered a mi 4 note from sangeetha mobiles on 13th april 2017. Today its 18th. They have still not shipped the product.           They have charged for updating my phone which is 2 months old and under warranty. They are not giving proper bill, when asked they gave hand written bill in sangeetha mobiles letterhead. Servicing person did not suggest to go to oppo service centre .so much orguement to give the proper bill for given money. Finally they gave hand written bill which is unauthorized

          They have charged me for updating my neo 7which is 2 months old and under warranty
          . They were not ready to give Bill for the charged amount. After arguing so much, they finally gave hand written bill on sangeetha mobiles Bangalore letter head and put seal on that, which is illegal.
          I buy mobile company Redmi 4A on 03/05/2017 online booking in your company. I want not mail orders number.Hence, please my mail [protected]@gmail.com.

            Sir I have bought a mobile in sangeetha store rajamundry, I have purchased 2 years extended warranty along with the mobile now my mobile automatically switched off
            I submitted my mobile at sangeetha store on march 20 today when I call them about abt status, mobile can't repair bcoz of over cost than mobile something like that, then y u are taking 1700 rupees from customers is this is the way .

              I bought this phone from sangeetha mobiles forum mall bengalooru!i actually hve got sme problem with my phone maybe some hardware problem it can be either some manufactural defect or some display problem!!and i hve already registered and obtained insurance for the phone alongside with the bill but i unfortunately lost the bill which also had insurance along with that and when i approached to the sangeetha people they suggested me to report it here saying that you will b sending my bill through mail as it is registered in your system!So please i request you to kindly mail me my bill so that i can take it out n claim for further thingz!!my fcc id is A3L SMJ710FN and IMEI code is 359473/07/312344/6

                IAM Subhash I purchased a mobile in Sangeetha mobile on 26/11/2016 at the time printer was not working so they written manually next day a they make printout that warranty is not included .Now they are saying warranty is only for mobile lost or theft now I have a manual written copy but they are giving ridiculous answer

                I purchased a mobile "mi note 3" in Sangeetha mobile on 26/11/2016 and it have insurance and warranty including for physical damage.But first they given manual receipt as the printer was not workng and next day they given printout without including physical damage.Now they are saying warranty is only for mobile lost or theft now I have a manual written copy.Now I approached then but they are giving ridiculous answer
                Pls help me what can I do

                  I purchased a samsung galaxy j7 on 06-06_16 on sangeetha mobile main showroom in madurai. At the time i'm insur[protected]. ed that mobile. In last sunday unfortunately i broken that mobile. On the same day i gave that mobile to the purchase showroom. After stillnow everyday i call the manager, he don't response and give not proper response. Hence i kindly request to you take such action to claim my phone.

                    I ordered Red mi Note 4 handset on pre-order and submitted the amount also to them on Friday.
                    They asked me to collect the phone on Tuesday (3 days after).
                    When I went to them on Tuesday, I found renovation going on..
                    I looked for their number .. but did not find any..

                    Somehow, from google I managed to find out their numbers, I called them but they are disconnecting it every time.

                    Is this the customer satisfaction they are providing ?
                    They neither informed me about my phone has come or not .
                    Nor did they informed that the shop has been shifted or not ?

                    Looks like I am being thugged and cheated by them

                    Worst experience with them... will never refer them to anyone.

                      I have gone to Sangeetha mobile in Rajabakam, Chennai for screen guard of my IPhone 7. When he put guard a line to moisture comes on screen . That guy said it will go once u charge your phone but it didn't go. After that whenever I go to them they always give very weird answers like that person is out for some work or he has gone to Bangalore for meeting . Worst customer service ever.

                        I have given mobile for replacement Worth of RS 30k Samsung galaxy A7 to buy new mobile with half price as per insurance clum but store end saying approval mail was not replied due to concern person was not replied because they are busy in meeting.
                        I was very upset by this word hope concern person will get back for this problems.
                        I never seen these kind of hopeless service ever

                          Mobile has been ordered on 30th Mar 2017 with the promise that it will be delivered Saturday (1st April) without a fail. But its 3rd April today, but still they are not sure on this and still keeps giving wrong promises. This is the the way how they should behave. If its gonna take time, they should let customer know about this and get the booking instead of telling lies just for the sake of taking orders.

I have purchsed mi redmi note 3 mobile on december 2015 from sangeetha mobile shop in RR nagar, after one week i got a mesage from sangeetha mobile like you have won one selfie stike as a gift colect from sangeetha mobile shop but when i gone to sangeetha shop to ask about selfie stick... They telling soo many reasons like no one was got gift or out of stock or we wont sell selfie stick... Why they doing like this... So can u please help me...

                                I had purchased this phone on 17 March pre order and was delivered on 22nd March
                                The phone is 4gb 64gb black
                                I have been delivered a defective product the screen has dead pixels the whole screen is full of red, green, blue and white dots I have tried to contact Sangeetha but no response from them and the local shop at my location does not want anything to do with online orders please give me a refund or replacement as soon as it is possible

                                Also you are charging 500rs extra for this you don't have shame to give a defective product

                                Both the companies didn't even bother to reply I had to go to a service center about 60kms from my location to get the screen replaced thanks to Xiaomi they did it for free please don't buy phones using sangeetha online and don't use pay with amazon for any of your transaction as amazon doesn't care about these transactions its better to buy it directly from amazon itself as they are much more trust worthy

                                  At the time of buying they told that i should get cash back immediately invoice generated but on the same day the message was not come and in the shop they told it will come tomorrow.

                                      I had booked a Redmi Note 4 (Black, 64GB) on the Sangeetha mobile online site an payed immediately with a debit card and my account was duly charged.

                                      My item has still not been shipped (more than 4 days later) and there is no tracking number available from Sangeetha as of yet.

                                      In addition ALL customer support email Ids listed on the Sangeetha website are NONFUNCTIONAL and I get repeated messages saying that the IDs do not exist. I also get wrong number messages on all customer care helpline numbers.

                                      My money has been taken, so I can't even go buy the phone somewhere else. Please at least provide a tracking number for the phone. This simply not done by a company with a reputation like yours.

                                        With reference to the above subject and as discussed with you, we are doing follow-up with you & your local Sangeetha mobile store, Chitradurga last from 3 months after submitting all the necessary documents but still we are not able to get any reply OR claim. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

                                        Note: Please find necessary documents once again I am forwarding, kindly do the needful as early as possible and please improve yourself about claim process and don’t irritate customer too much.
