Hi,
Have taken jio mobile, they said it will activate within 1 hr maximum 4hrs. Its been 3 days, its not activated. When i call to kelambakkam store, they are not responded properly. They dont know what is the process to activate, they dont even given any instructions to activate the sim, they not provided the number, the are taken the proper details for local ref, they have not provided the proper details during the purchase. They dont know the details to activate the sim, they spoke with some other people and got the activation details its full of messup, and no proper service. They are telling it will activate once need to visit the store. After paying money after waiting 3 days, again need to visit the store, what they are providing any free service, they took money and doing ridiculous job. I dont want any service further, i want to return the mobile and need refund for the same. Please let me know what i can do further. But strictly not required any more service looking for refund only.
