This is subba reddy. I ordered the mobile redmi 8 note on sangeetha moblie online portal on 9/05/2020. Actually they mentioned 2 hours delivery in the portal but still not yet delivered, since from 3 days i was taking to sangeetha customer care and they are not properly responding. I am so frustrated and disgusting, in this case no other option is available to send an email. Can you please let me know when will it delivered and if my order is not delivered by today, i will directly go to the cyber crime hyderabad to file a cheating case on your website.

Orders should not accepted in red zone area (Hyderabed) but they are accepting and not delivering in this case i can submit cheating case on cybercrime hyd.

    I ordered the mobile on sangeeta mobiles webesite on monday (04-may-2020) and the website has confirmed 2 hours delivery
    I understand covid19 can cause delays but today its friday and my product comes in 2 hours delivery as there promise but nothing received as off now

    I have tried contacting the customer case number atleast 20 times and have not got any proper response. All i hear is we will get back to you

    My phone is broken if they can not deliver then please do not promise. The worst part is am not able even track if my mobile will be delivered or not

    Right now am not sure if i have lost rs15k already or i will get any refund since there is no answer to my queries

      Sir actually we ordered samsung m31 mobile on sangeetha on april 21 and till now we did not got delivery when we are calling to cuatomer care they are rejecting our calls

        I am staying in cv raman nagar, bangalore and have purchased samsung galaxy m31 mobile on 03 may, 2020, for which cost is 17, 498 rs. And my order number is #san[protected]. As i understand this is not a normal situation and everyone is effected by lockdown but when i went to their site to purchase mobile i saw message that every item will be delivered in 2 hours with slightly delay in delivery in some areas but its more than 3 days and there is no update regarding the mobile set and i am not getting any satisfactory answer from customer care too and for past 3 days they are keep telling me that you will get your mobile by eod.

          Till now order has not been taken. What is the problem actually.. I pai all tha money.. Then what is the problem?? From yesterday to till today i have contacted with almost 7 customer care representative peoples. I have to explain the issue to each and every person from start to end and they simply says we will get back to you. Actually when i will receive my ordered mobile? Im so frustrated with you customer care service. No one is responding to my queries. I need the respinse immediately. I need the mobile tp be delivered by today.

            order not taken yet.. but paid full amount

            I placed a order on realme 6 @12.41 pm dated 5th of may 2020. The money was debited from my account. But till now no confirmation msg/email/order status from your end. What is this??? I paid almost 17000 in total as a single payment. But in you website during my order it showed the product is available for 2hr delivery but after payment made, still it shows order status and payment status as pending. This is not fair. I need this to be resolved...

            This is in reference to ordet no-one SAN[protected].
            I had ordered an oppo a31 from sangeetha mobile on 3 may 2020.the payment has been done from my side 2 days ago. But the website is still showing that payment is pending. I can't think of any option. I have mailed them. But reply is still awaited...

              This is my order id: san[protected]. April 12th i ordered but still they are not delivered at. I asked to cancel even their not doing cancel also. Cheating site. Dont buy any thing.. Customer service very poor they are sleep mode always.in site product is showing i payed amount on online. Now they are saying product stock not available. I said cancel the product but they are not cancling. Dont buy mobiles in this store. Fake very worst customer support. No updates nothing

                I have ordered iphone charging cable since my wire got broken, before booking called sangeeta care and asked can they deliver they said to book online and it will deliver in 2 days and i asked in chat also as it is lockdown i cant go out, now after booking they are saying me they cant deliver cable they can deliver only mobiles, when they can't deliver why they promise and take advantage of the crucial time, took the money and saying not possible to deliver and when i asked them to cancel they are saying it will attract penalty for cancelling, soi am nowhere, they are not responding to emails as well

                  Hi,

                  Have taken jio mobile, they said it will activate within 1 hr maximum 4hrs. Its been 3 days, its not activated. When i call to kelambakkam store, they are not responded properly. They dont know what is the process to activate, they dont even given any instructions to activate the sim, they not provided the number, the are taken the proper details for local ref, they have not provided the proper details during the purchase. They dont know the details to activate the sim, they spoke with some other people and got the activation details its full of messup, and no proper service. They are telling it will activate once need to visit the store. After paying money after waiting 3 days, again need to visit the store, what they are providing any free service, they took money and doing ridiculous job. I dont want any service further, i want to return the mobile and need refund for the same. Please let me know what i can do further. But strictly not required any more service looking for refund only.

                    Sangeetha Mobiles rtc x Road hyderabad, I have buyed a mobile this year starting and they gave me voucher stating that at ur next purchase they will discount amount of flat 3000/- if the mobile cost is more than 3000 and when today I had visited the place to buy mobile real me xt which values 17500 they are telling that voucher will not be valid and they are so careless about the customers and informing that some one has given wrong informative and totally it was a complete ### of buying mobile over there really unsatisfied with these response..

                      I have purchased a dbt-99 wireless neckband detel (Head phone bluetooth) on 04-aug-2019. And got warrant six months, but after one month we got sound problem.                         Whomever it may concern,

                        I ramona joy paul bought a phone at sangeetha mobiles, opposite brigade towers, bangalore on the 29th of september 2019.
                        I started using the phone on monday and i noticed on tuesday that there was a small hairline crack/ scratch on the camera lens. I immediately contacted the store i bought the phone from and i was asked to contact the i care.
                        I contacted them and scheduled an appointment at the maple store, kamraj road, bangalore for today i. E., the 3rd of october at 2.20pm.

                        Upon visiting the store, i was asked to submit the phone to them for a day or two and they would completely diagnose the problem by opening the phone. Post which they will decide if the replacement could be done or not - or i might have to end up using the same phone which has been dismantled and re - assembled.

                        I have paid nearly 60 thousand rupees for this phone and there has been no action taken, and i was asked to contact i care again, to whom i mentioned i do not want my phone to opened and not considered and given back to me.in that case, i would have bought a refurbished phone. However, to mention asif along with pratheek's at maple store confirmed that the damage was not done externally and it was present earlier.

                        Having trusted sangeetha and buying all our products from sangeetha this is the kind of situation i have to be dealing with. I was told by i care representative paras that i will have to ask sangeetha to replace the phone. I understand this is a very rare case and it doesn't really happen but unfortunately it has happened with me. I would a replacement, otherwise i will have to post my concern over social media and file a consumer complaint for the same.

                        I did not pay so much for the phone to be opened and diagnosed (Not knowing whether the phone will be replaced or i should be using the same phone). I really need a replacement, it was all the money i saved to buy my dream phone. I care told me that they send bulk orders to sangeetha and this should be able to be resolved by sangeetha by replacement.

                        I need a replacement, i am not allowing my phone to be opened - i have not paid nearly 60k for the same.

I purchased 2 mobiles I should get 6000 cash back I never got 6000 when asked store manager, he kept on dragging. One day I went to shop asked them for accessories worth 6000 as per there promise. But now the real game begins they say you can redeem...

                            I purchased a Redmi Note 7 pro 64 gb mobile from sangeetha store in anna nagar. The price was quite high compared to online store.
                            Sales rep promised me that there is an offer 45th Anniversary by installing our mobile application in 5 working days, you will receive an offer to have more than 3000 rupee.
                            I trusted the sales rep head words and purchased the mobile.
                            I bought the mobile on 22/06/2019. but still now i couldn't find the offer for the phone purchase.
                            I came frequently to sangeetha store but they said me to wait for it & uninstall & reinstall the mobile application
                            I waited patiently for many days but now when i checked the mobile i couldn't find any offers except a thank you message. I am frustrated

                            Its a great cheating happened to me. i wasted my time & money to this.

                            I need necessary action to be taken and give back the 3000 offer money as been promised by Sales rep of sangeetha.

                              I bought Mi A2 mobile on 12th June 2109 from Sangeetha store near Marathahalli Bride, Banglore. While buying they said that Rs 3000 cash back will be done, in which Rs 500 can be redeemed at any Sangeetha store for any item(s). Today (i.e., on 7th July 2019) when I went Sangeetha store at Mangeera mall, Hyderabad, they say that it is applicable which are bought on or before 7th of June 2019.
                              Yesterday (i.e., on 6th July 2019), the store management at Mangeera mall had discussion in front of me with the central Sangeetha team. After which they told me that there was a system problem, due to which they are not able to redeem. And asked me to come today (i.e., on 7th July 2019) and the above happened. They said they need to discuss about what they promised and did not even say when it gets resolved or when to get back to them. The offer expires on 12th July 2019, and I think they are planing to drag till then and after which they can legally refuge the cash back.
                              I request you to take proper action against them, so that the store gives what they promised and no one in future conceived by the store in future.

                                I have purchased a vivo y15 mobile on 21st june 2019. I went to sangeetha to purchase redmi note 7 pro and the sales person convinced me to buy vivo y15. But now when i use this phone i found that there is no notification light for this phone which is required for me to identify missed call and messages and the camera also not so good. How can exchange this phone?

                                  I have purchased Vivo V15pro mobile in your store because your store people told me that if you purchase here you will get 3000 rupees cashback in that cash anything you can purchase from our store and also that 3000 amount will be credit in 5 to 6 days and also they have told something something and they washed my brain nicely after that i have purchased redmi 7 pro mobile, after 10 days (today)again I visited your store your store people's behaved like (I didn't purchased any phone and snageetha store not offered any offer like 3000 cash back offer etc) and even store people not having proper information about what offer they are providing how that offer will work, so please suggest further action plan and how I can get my 3000 cashback
