Sangeetha mobiles is a cheat and the staff are cheats. They cheat customers with offers without telling about the conditions of offers. I was sold a phone with 100% cashback anniversary offer that i can buy anything from the store with monthly coupons. And now they are saying that you can purchase only mobile phones with the coupon and not any other things from the store.
For mobiles also they are now saying only 10% off will be given.

The selling agents never told these conditions and not when i am approaching them to avail my offer coupons i am being told about these conditions.

with this offer they expect someone to purchase a phone every month for 12 months. and that too a phone above 9000 or something.

Cheated while billing Samsung phone
cost 28000. Hdfc bank approval is 60000 so they are forcing to buy I phone 8.
I dnt want to take I phone n all. But they abused me n scolded me badly in the store. 5members who are working in sangeetha mobile katriguppe. I wanted to take legal action.I want to replace I phone n get SamsungA7.
Ii have lost my mibile purchase bill. To submit at service center. I need a copy of bill. Kindly provide me copy of bill. My mobile Imei No.[protected]

    Hi sangeethamobiles,
    I have a very worst experience of sanageethamobiles porur and 0% satisfaction.

    I have buy a vivo v9 mobile on july month which is have 100% cash back offer.in that time i clearly asked to them about the offer details. So far they said to me "sir sangeetha mobiles celebrating this month and we have a offer like 100% cash back for each and every mobile which is buy this month only.in this offer you can get a coupon worth of 2300 rupees in next 10 months
    Each month have 2, 300 rs. We refer you to download the sangeetha care app from playstore then you can get a coupons from that app,
    Conditions appy: this offer wont appy for samsung mobile and iphone",

    And then i buy a mobile vivo v9 worth of that month 23000. They get a money from me 23600 rupees. I asked to them why this much money you require from me bill value shows only 23000. They said that was taxes and packing charges something. Then i leave it. Pay money and buy a mobile form sangeetha mobiles. After that

    I did't get a coupon in my mobile i go and ask them "why its happening like this i did't get a coupon why?". They said "we facing a issue on sangeetha care app within a week you can get a coupon don't worry". Then i went from there i did't get a coupons also in one month later.
    In next month my friend wants to buy a another mobile which is oppo f7 worth of 21, 999 i suggest to buy a mobile with my coupon you a get a offer worth of 2, 300 rs. And then we went sangeetha care and get a mobile oppo f7 and went bill counter. I said to the manager "i have buy a vivo v9 mobile last month till now i did't get my coupons and now need to buy a another mobile so please do needful of this." that manager said "okay sir we will mail to our head office we'll redeem that coupon. If you get a coupon also you never get a 2, 300 because we have a terms and conditions we wont give you that full cash back amount. After deduction of tax and gst you can get a 1300 only for each coupons you can redeem that when buying any mobile expect samsung and iphone"

    Note:
    1st cheat is. They did't tell me that tax deduction information, and more over. That manager did't gave me offer atleast 1, 300 also they reduce only 1000 rupees

    After this incident i thought "oh we can get only 1, 300 for each one mobile for next 9 months"

    And now (09/09/2018) what happened is:

    Info: i did't get a coupons till now. This is third month, i missed one coupon because forgot to use it.

    Now i need a on 4g mobile for second use. I thought "we have a coupon worth of 1, 300 we just buy a new mobile with that coupon."

    I went a store to buy a micromax mobile worth of 3, 500. I get that mobile and went to billing counter. Told to them happen things about did't get coupons till now but need to buy this mobile using my 1, 300 coupon.

    They said now. "we wont reduce that much of amount. We offer you to only 10% which you newly buying mobile worth. If you buy a mobile worth of 23, 000 we will offer you 2, 300, other wise we wont gave a for all mobile in same prize"

    This new manager promise to me. We can give full amount of 10% to you for any mobile.

    Now thing is why old manager offer me only 1000 rs.

    And then i tell full story of previous experience with old manager. After that this new manager told me "why you accept that offer. Why you did't fight for that full offer. Why you buy that mobile" like this only that manager told me

    If i agree with this new manager. Then my question is why that old manager cheat me 1, 300rs.?

    If i agree with that old manager. Then my question is why don't you give me now 1, 300 rupees offer.?

    Why am not get a coupons till now in my mobile?

    Totally i fully cheated by sangeetha mobiles...

    So kindly do something for me. Need to now why they speaking lie. Why they wont tell this details while i buying my vivo v9 mobile.

    Is that manager cheats me they take my money? Or they cheat sangeetha mobile or sangeetha mobile cheats me?

      Me purchased in sangeeta mobile store chintal branch on the date od 15th june 2018 when i am purchased mobile this people r talking very nicely and co-oprated that time they are given some monthly coupons claim to every month 10% discount

      So me visited the same branch on 6ty august 2018 me intrested to purchase samsung j6 mobile phone so this time that people are said no that coupons is not eligible this phone they are saying and all lye

      Note:- dear coustomers please don't visit sangeeta mobile stores they are putting a schemes only that people only but that not suitable for customers they are putting a scheme attracting people only but once we r purchasing any mobile ofter that they are saying that coupons not suitable for this phone { it vmeans we r selected any brand mobile that people are saying i am sorry that coupons not suiteble for this make

      Once we r selected samsung that persons has told sorry and agin one person has been come & selected in nokia same problem they are explaining not only samsung not only nokia which phone are we r selected that phone is not suiteble simply saying

        Recently i bought mobile from sangeetha mobiles in chenna,,,, i retteri branch,,,, the branch workers didn't not give the bill for the mobile,,, irresponsible service of the branch,,, i am very disappointed by the service,,, i want the bill of my phone,, suppose if any issue how can i claim warranty without bill nokia and lava... Worst service

          Last month i purchased vivo y71 from sangeetha mobiles rajapalayam branch on the day of shop inauguration. the information provided by the showroom person was wrong about the mobile is wrong. specifically speaking instead of 16 GB space shop person told that it is 32 GB in built memory and believing in that i asked that person to uncover the package of the mobile. and after paying the money they told the bill will not be provided now because of the server issue. and i told its fine then kindly send me the bill by courier or post to my address and even i given my current address in written form. still i did not received the bill and i am using the mobile as such. even i called once they will told they will dispatched the bill but i not yet received.

            last month we had been to sangeetha to buy a phone rang of 5 - 6k they convenced and made us to buy 13600rs opo A83, and its was sangeetha anniversary sale 100% cash back.. evey month we ll get 10% cash back.approx 1100rs inthat u can buy basic phone or Assessaries . this month we went & ashed for 10% cash back they are telling us if you buy a 10000 rs and above u ll get a 10% cash back or else no.

              In jayanagar 3rd block sangeetha No one caring and no one intrested to attend the customer all are keeping mobiles in hand so I'm bad experience with this store I'm asking HDB finance is there or not but these people's are miss guiding me finance guy is not there, he is comming half an hour I'm waiting all most 2 days for reply but no use in this counter i requesting you who's this authorities please take an actions immediately

                This is to inform you that i have purchased samsung j7pro at Sangeetha store, Jpnagar 5th phase branch in Bangalore.

                As i have purchased on 21st April 2018 and price of 20k along with i have taken extra cover option called 6months damage protection and 3 months price challenge. And i have paid extra amount of 1100rs.

                Now mobile price got reduced to around 17k so i have visited store asked about difference amount pay back as they promised earlier but now they are telling that different story that we sent email to concerned team but they haven't got approval?

                So i have very bad experience with sangeetha mobile store people and they won't provide proper communication and giving us false promises?

                So kindly do the needful for the same.

                  I had purchased a New Iphone 6 32 GB Space Grey - Apple with IMA number [protected] on 12 Feb 2018 from Sarjapur branch Bangalore - Invoice number - SI/SAR/2909 for INR 26, 990 with an ongoing offer of INR 7000 as cash back. I paid for the phone via my HDFC credit card. However, I am yet to receive the cash back which was due 90 days from the date of purchase.

                  I have already checked with my bank and they have confirmed that they have not received the cash back and asked me to contact the merchant.
                  I have spoken to the merchant multiple times but my problem is yet to be solved. Please note that the cash back was due by 12-13 May 2018. I have been on mails with the Sangeetha Mobiles customer care for the past 15 days but they said that if you do not have the charge slip we cannot do anything. I told them that i had lost the charge slip but have the invoice and asked them to share the transaction id by which they would have processed the other cash backs. But they just kept on avoiding the issue. They are harassing the customer and do not even have a helping attitude. Plus when I call them they avoid calls. Its a cash back for 7000. Can any of you help me here?

                      I brought new mobile today (24th june).
                      The model is vivo y71.
                      I could see the configuration on the box mentioned as 32gb rom.
                      And the sell guy also explained and shown on the box the same.
                      But i checked it now actually i got 16gb rom model.
                      How can i exchange the model?
                      I took it in kamakshipalya but i can't go to there till next week. Can you suggest me a place near to marathalli for exchange?

                        I bought oppo f7 mobil in sangetha show room on 22nd may 2018, after 15 days mobile display stopped working, so i took back to sangeetha show room, and i asked them for replacement of new mobile, so they advised me to go for oppo service center, so i have been to oppo service center and they have checked and even they couldn't repair it hence they gave me form with the issue and advised me to show this form in sangeetha show room you will get new phone.

                        Again i came to sangeetha show room with the form, they told me this issue we have to raise it oppo mobile company and we have to get an approval from oppo then only we can given you the new mobile. I have been waited one day and i asked sangeetha show room when i will get a new phone so they said still we haven't received any approval from oppo untill we get approval from oppo we couldn't give you new mobil.

                        I advise not buy oppo mobile, because of the worst servise from oppo and sangeetha show room. Totally disappointed with oppo mobile and servise which they are providing to customers.

I purchased jio mobile at kanchipuram show room already I purchased so many mobile in our show room this time that manager approach is very bad and iritating, no proper response, because I purchased basic mobile that is the reason . Manager approach differ from basic mobile to android mobile so I hope to take an action to that manager to stop that kind of attitude sangeetha mobiles is good name in market so kindly change that manager attitude if No change that attitude customers will change to move on Next show room

                            I want to buy iphone 8 and in return want to give in exchange old iphone 6 so visited sangeetha mobile and they given offer for new phone 59000/- and old phone buyback at 11000/-. All the final quote their salesperson written one one small piece of paper along with their name and mobile number given. Reason given that today stock is not available so visit showroom after two days. Then yesterday i visited the showroom, sales manager of forum value mall whitefield said pls wait for 15 min as delivery boy is coming and finally they delivery boy reached after one hour. Then suddenly one of their manager start saying that this phone cannot take at 11k so i want to reduce further. Then i came out from showroom due to some personal work and meantime call the person who quoted my old phone price. Again he requested that forum value mall manager is not good. Advised me to come at marrathali showroom so i will settle as agreed earlier deal. I went after long traffic jam. Once i reached he again started same story that i will pay old phone 6k instead of 11k.

                            I feel these all sales guys made nexus to loot customers & they wasted my important time & money. There should be strict action against such bad sellers in the market

                              I have exchanged my phone and brought a new phone by paying some amount.

                              The store manager said that they do not have bill format for exchange of phones and gave me a written letter and told me that he will send me the bill to my email or phone number along with the money which they haven't settled me when i exchanged my old phone.

                              Whenever i call the store some salesman answers it and gives a reckless answer. Manager won't come to line to speak.

                              When i went to store today, to ask my bill and money which they owe me, it came to my understanding that they were thinking they had lost the phone which i they gave me without any proper bill.

                              When i requested for prompt change, the person on cash counter was so rude to give me change, me and my friend want to complain on rude behavior towards customer (Me), i was polite to them.

Manager talk bad words 'otha' tamil word in front of the customer its very bad conversation with them... I ask redmi note 5 pro but the responce he simply telling don't no (Therila) tamil word...                                   This is srikanth from mahabubnagar. I am from mahabubnagar, i preordered redmi note 5pro in sangeetha store in mahabubnagar last month 12th, and i also paid 2000 in advance, they said it may deliver with in 10 days, but still now i didnt get any information. When i recently called to store, they said ordered mobile is not available, u can collect your money.

                                    I purchased nokia 5 om 16 october so my phone suddenly stops working and it gets switch off and i won't get on for 10-20min and it is hanging very much and if i open any amazon ot opens con this is the big problem. And i went to hosakote service center 3 times but still i am facing the same problem and now on 30/3/2018 i went to sangeetha mobile stor and said this so they said to update the phone i updated the tk same problem is there so please i request u to take any action and i[censored] make my phone ready i will be thankful to u and this is second time i am complainting so plz

                                      My self shreenivas and i purchased a mobile at sangeetha koramangala...
                                      When i was purchased on that time the promoter who was introduced nokia mobile he was said that this mobile having 30 days of damage protection so i thought it will be good.
                                      Introduced days only my mobile display got cracked
                                      So i thought how every i have damage protection so i can claim it
                                      But surprisingly they saying that we can t claim because it was discounted on the time of selling he was not said all these things
                                      I don't need any replacement and all but i need justice he should be punished
                                      I took this mobile on hand loan with too much love with sangeetha but now i hate sangeetha like any things
                                      I hate sangeetha

                                      Mudigere branch head is cheating peoples by misguiding them and also fooling everyone by his cheap tricks, normally village peoples and old peoples are facing lot of problem and receiving extra money without giving recipts
