This is to inform you that i have purchased samsung j7pro at Sangeetha store, Jpnagar 5th phase branch in Bangalore.

As i have purchased on 21st April 2018 and price of 20k along with i have taken extra cover option called 6months damage protection and 3 months price challenge. And i have paid extra amount of 1100rs.

Now mobile price got reduced to around 17k so i have visited...

I had purchased a New Iphone 6 32 GB Space Grey - Apple with IMA number [protected] on 12 Feb 2018 from Sarjapur branch Bangalore - Invoice number - SI/SAR/2909 for INR 26, 990 with an ongoing offer of INR 7000 as cash back. I paid for the phone via my HDFC credit card. However, I am yet to receive the cash back which was due 90 days from the date of purchase.

I have already checked with my bank and they have confirmed...

Sir i buy the vivo y 69 handset on[protected]. But still this handset shows some internal problems like on camera. Soo this feels unhappy soo kindly say to replace this handset.. When i say this problem in ur branch on tiptur there shows careless on customer while after buy those company handsets this made customer angry... So kindly inform u fr change my handset.

I brought new mobile today (24th june).
The model is vivo y71.
I could see the configuration on the box mentioned as 32gb rom.
And the sell guy also explained and shown on the box the same.
But i checked it now actually i got 16gb rom model.
How can i exchange the model?
I took it in kamakshipalya but i can't go to there till next week. Can you suggest me a place near...

I bought oppo f7 mobil in sangetha show room on 22nd may 2018, after 15 days mobile display stopped working, so i took back to sangeetha show room, and i asked them for replacement of new mobile, so they advised me to go for oppo service center, so i have been to oppo service center and they have checked and even they couldn't repair it hence they gave me form with the issue and advised me to show this form in sangeetha...

I purchased jio mobile at kanchipuram show room already I purchased so many mobile in our show room this time that manager approach is very bad and iritating, no proper response, because I purchased basic mobile that is the reason . I have exchanged my phone and brought a new phone by paying some amount.

The store manager said that they do not have bill format for exchange of phones and gave me a written letter and told me that he will send me the bill to my email or phone number along with the money which they haven't settled me when i exchanged my old phone.

Whenever i call the store some salesman answers it and gives a reckless answer....

Today i went to sangeetha showroom to purchase redmi note 5 pro there is a such bad responce... Manager talk bad words 'otha' tamil word in front of the customer its very bad conversation with them... I ask redmi note 5 pro but the responce he simply telling don't no (Therila) tamil word... He insult me in front of my friend so kindly take the action...

I am from mahabubnagar, i preordered redmi note 5pro in sangeetha store in mahabubnagar last month 12th, and i also paid 2000 in advance, they said it may deliver with in 10 days, but still now i didnt get any information. When i recently called to store, they said ordered mobile is not available, u can collect your money.
What the worst kind your behavining with your customers....

When i was purchased on that time the promoter who was introduced nokia mobile he was said that this mobile having 30 days of damage protection so i thought it will be good.

I purchased vivo y66 phone with a 1 year phone damage insurance. Now my mobile damaged so i went to btm sangeetha store for repair as i have insurance for phone damage. They said they will not do that because of some internal rules. I said i will do fir for fraud they said ok you can do and gave me my mobile back.
If sangeetha can not repair or give money for repair cost than what is the meaning of giving an insurance....

I bought mi a1 mobile from sangeetha mobiles (Royappettah branch) on 8oct17, at the time of purchasing mr karthick (Store manager) was very polite with me and he said if you buy mi a1 you can get gifts like vr box, temper glass or selfie stick.
At the time of payment he said me if you pay through hdfc credit card you will get 5% cash back and at that same time he didn't told any conditions, he told you will get cash back...

The staff at meenakshi mall sangeetha is very rude, not bothered. The guys especially at the temper glass counter are always forcibly selling expensive ones to the customers. This is my third bad experience since april 2017 when i was first there to buy a samsung handset. I have bought a phone last year in in april month at sangeeta marathalli shop. One year is not yet over. I have spoken to sales person 2 weeks back only but there is no replacement for my phone. If people are not taking responsibility then why we should take insurance? This is not a right way to talk to respond to customer complaints.
