    All you customer care nos are busy and not accessible pathetic services please refute you claims of the fastest delivery as you are not able to press your claim also I am relived to have not trusted your website and given the amount to you and rather give it in the hands of Amazon whom I trust more than you and can deal with for a refund

      I want to know my booking status of my redmi note 4 mobile through online sangeethamobiles.com, but i am unable to know the status of that product.my booking id was[protected].when will i get my product.may i know the contact number of online quarues.i have booked my product on 17mar2017.but am unable to track that one.please help me reguarding this issue.

      I have buied Samsung j7 pro in dilsukhnagar. On that day they cash back offer is 3000 or j2 mobile but I have not got any of these simply they gave me a essot PowerBank by taking 100 rs extra from me which is not at all working in have replaced it for three times all times they are giving me the worst product which is not working

        I bought 1oppo phone from your shop in pallavaram...before that your staffs told me they will provide jio sim along with phone i told them that my adharcard out of state they said its ok.. I paid around 20000 including screen guard that is not at all suite for my phone and not fully covering to display.. I asked him he said this is the only one peovided by oppo then what the damit service you doing i fed up.. With sangeetha service. For jio sim they said its not activated bcz some net prblm they told me to come next day. Next day i went and asked them they said its not possible from their side.. What the hell is this.. Ridicules service... Before buy phone they were verry friendly but aftrer your bill payment 0service...i goona share this in social media soon... Wait and see..

          Dear Sir/Madam

          This mail is in reference to the purchase of iPhone 5S from Sangeetha Store, Koramangala, Bangalore, attached bills/documents for your ready reference.

          We were attracted to Sangeetha's offer of giving INR 4000 Rs cashback using CITI bank Credit card on purchase of iPhone and we bought model 5s. We specifically mentioned that we wanted to go for the offer before billing, we were told by the staff that the same is processed and the cash back will be credited within few months.

          It is almost an year and it is really unfortunate that still the cash back is not credited. We paid a visit to the Store were we bought the mobile, and we came to know that it could be a human error by the sales rep of Sangeetha who swiped the card, who might have picked the wrong option.

          We are just paying Credit Card interest on the balance amount since 10 months.

          Request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and revert back ASAP.

            sir i bought a samsung z2 phone at three month ago.it can finely working at 3 month but since last 3 to4 days it show that no sim card inserted in first slot. i done my mobile reset but there are no benefit.
            then i go to the samsung service centre but they can refuse to repair my mobile.
            and do not give me any type of solution
            so, sir please help me i am in a lot of trouble.

              I had taken mobile...( i.. e...vivo v3 max on the date of 26/jun/2016) @ sangeetha store in hydernagar... hyderabad..my mobile has...display problem..at the time of mobile purchase they are forced to...take mobile...the sales persons are not having good explaining skills...they don't know even simple caluculations and the manger also don't hve team work ...his behaviour is worst with customers...His name is bhanu kumar...and the sales person are...sai...n vijay...I vl complaint inconsumer forum...they don't knoe how to behave withlady customers...and Icompletely lost my 24000..rs...@ this store for my mobile

                I have never seen such a bad behavior with customers till date and in this compitativ market. What kind of service you guys provide??? It's strictly no no to criticizes a customer for something. I am highly educated girl and i know the things better than a sales person. I recently bought a vivo phone and availed some kind of so called cash back offer. Later told that i can avail only within 2 day where as i was being told the day before buying phone is somthingelse. Then to provide a tempered glass they told it's out of stock. Real tradegy happen when i purchased the phone on sunday which is 12/02/2017 an till date i have not received my receipt from 'sangeetha mobiles' which is in 'btm 2nd stage. And i have been told to get it collect from other sangeetha stores in the city. Can you believe it? Why the #### i will go to other stores for the same. Is this how someone behaves with customers? I want to take a strict action against them and i'm not a kid and he have no rights to behave like this way... He is the store manager or someone who was there in the counter. And the sales person who put me into dark and manipulateded is aamir. Do revert me back and i request you to provide me my receipt asap are you getting it?

                  I'm glad that I'm still alive...Is it believable if someone shouts at customers, criticizes them and still be able to run the business then...you are hearing me right, I'm speaking about a mobile shop called 'Sangeetha Mobiles' which is in 'vaninagar' beside 'Hotchips'. I went there today to enquire about 'Redmi note4' but the persons turned towards me like a DON and started shouting 'idhar kuch nahi milega' I repeated once again and he stoodup and started glaring at me and said 'ek baar bathaya toh samaj mein nahi aata..nahi hai bola na.Now I went away silently and then after 30 min I visited the store again this time I asked him to show some other mobiles he is not looking at me and throwing the mobiles at me and some other guy came and explained me...this time I just went yo observe him. Is this how someone behaves with customers? I want to take a strict action against them and I'm not a kid I'm 24 and he is behaving this way... I want him to get terminated but unfortunetely I didn't ask his name...so I want these peoplentonget punished and know there mistakes. Thank you

                  No response from sangeetha mobiles not even a call from them...this is so ludicrous...I think such companies should not be entertained and should be closed...I will collect the proof this time and will ensure that these people are taken to bars. I will not sleep till the I teach these people a lesson because we are not their product, they are our product if we stop purchasing then they will have to close their business. They have to remember that.

                    I purchased a galaxy s7 edge mobile phone today the 23rd of january 2017 from sangeetha mobile store in koramangala 7th block in bangalore (opposite to airtel office). i was charged around 67000.00 for the phone and was assured that they will exchange my old phone a galaxy note 4 and give me rs 10, 000 in exchange, prior to me buying the new phone they checked the old phone and confirmed they will pay me the 10 k but after i purchased the new phone they again did some more inspection on the phone and said they will not take my old phone and refused to give me 10k back, they said that phone kept restarting and had technical problems due to which they cannot take it, though they had checked the phone before and assured me the 10k exchange. i protested and called them out for their malpractice upon which employeed at the store ganged up on me and threw me out. this was a nightmarish experience and i am going to consumer court due to unproffesional and rude behaviour from them.

                      As I went for purchasing mobile i saw the unethical behaviour of all the sales person as i enquired about 3G handset they started thinking on and started giving worst services as if we ask the cost they say us to go to cash counter and ask the cashier and the cashier says system not working so couldn't tell price or generate bill for it but in front o[censored]s they started laughing at each other make is feel embarrassed...I will never visit sangeetha mobiles and even will share this among all corporates so all should come to know the worst services of sangeetha mobiles stating pioneer now providing best services is impossible by them ...worst part on sangeetha mobiles

                          I got lava arc 105 phone from sangeetha stores vidyaranyapura today. I had specifically instructed the sale guy and store manager not give carry bag and not charge extra for the carry bag. But after billing i could see the i have been charged for the carry bag. When i asked the store manager behavior is where rude and was not ready to accept the mistake. This a very bad service which i dint expect from sangeetha store. Kindly don't charge for thing which is not required by the customer. When i asked i was told to wait. Also i was told it is mandatory to buy cover for any purchase. Don't cheat customer.

                              I had booked a mobile on 16th of November 2016 for 47 minutes delivery option even after 30 hours still I have not received my mobile to my delivery address. If I contact customer care. They it been already delivered. It one of the hopeless customer care and delivery service. No information on the tracking of the order booked online. No response for customer care.

                                On saturday 08.11.2016 i have purchased le eco 1s mobile after purchasing the mobile they have opened the seal and tried to on the mobile but for more than 3 hours its not got oned they told we will send it service center. A new mobile going to service center is not a good thing. After that they called me and told your mobile is ready then i used the mobile while charging it got heated very much i asked them they told is like that only no problem will come. After a day i used internet the 100% charge was get down within 2 hrs, i called and asked for that they are saying we can;t do anything!                                   I bought a mobile in ur show room at singaperumal kovil branch on 27th oct 2016. For that ur company gave a 600rs gift voucher. I asked that sales man 16gb memory card for that gift voucher. But he said 'no stock'. I gave my gift voucher code to shop incharge and he asked to come after 2 days. From that day i went ur shop more than 4 times but still i not get my memiry card.. still ur peoples are saying NO STOCK. I am not happy with sangeetha mobiles to care of customers because second time i am facing this issue.

                                    I had a very unpleasant experience of a phone order with Sangeetha Mobiles. My youngest son - wanted to surprise us for Diwali, and had ordered online with Cash-On-Delivery option. On Thursday, 26th October 2016 two people (one person who said his name was Mohammed Ismail) came over to my house at about 1 pm in the afternoon with the mobiles, and were called my son out of the house to "deliver" the mobiles. My son is a school student of 9th standard, and did not know that they were planning to cheat him. He carried Rs. 22000 /- of cash that he had taken from the cash at home + his savings, and went out to meet these people. Both the delivery persons took the money and just ran away. When I complained to the management of Sangeetha Mobile, they concluded the investigation saying that they have asked their HR to be cautious of the two sales persons, with no redressal of my complaint.

                                        I had purchased a mobile nokia xl in sangeetha mobiles on 18/JUN/2014

                                        Bought for 11, 000rs and they said no police complaint is needed for claiming insurance
                                        they said they will provide insurance and if lost or any damage occurs they will provide money but now they are not responding me please take action on this, please help me sir

                                        First thing to note is the device is purchased on June 2014 and theft or damage cover is provided only for the first 365 days.

                                        Now you have crossed the claim period and we will not be able to provide any support.
