I am t. Thadheus. My contact number [protected]. I purchased one new mobile lyf flame 1 at your show room located at velachery main road, salaiyur, chennai on 16.07.2016 at about 08.00 p. M at the cost of rs. 5287/-. I put power charge on night fully and took the mobile for use on next day (17.07.2016) morning. But the mobile got flickering and hanged. So i immediately contact the show room and explain the problem. The sales person told me to took that mobile to the show room for checking. So i went to the show room on yester day (17.07.2016) at about 03.30 p. M. And the sales person check my mobile and conform the problem and advice me to came on monday (18.07.2016) and also he told me that we will go to the service center located at chrompet (Because of sun day holiday). Regarding this i once again went to the show room on today (18.07.2016) and i meet the sales person and went to the service center with the sales person at about 12.30 p. M. I explain the problem in the mobile and i ask a new one. Bcause i am totally disappointed in that mobile. But the service people tottaly refused and that person told me that it is not a problem. Software updation only required to your mobile. So i have pushed to use a serviced mobile instead of a new mobile.

However since you were not satisfied with it, our customer support manager Ms Prathima has already sent an escalation to the brand and awaiting for their response.

Still I have not satisfied with that mobile and Reliance network. Because most of the time the message heard is all routes are busy.
I am T.Thadheus. My contact Number [protected]. Dear Sir

From your view the software issue is not a major issue. Because you are a seller and got benifits by selling the handset. But I am a Buyer and I gave money for buying the handset.In my view I am a looser by purchasing a problematic handset. I think that I am not able to waste of my time to contact further with you without any use to me.

    Hi,

    I had bought iphone se in april and i was told that there will be a cash back offer on that. I haven't received the money yet. Apparently i contacted customer care via email, seems the sangeetha is asking me for poc receipt prints during the billing... Luckily i had taken the photo copy of that. They are saying they can't cash back if there is no white slip... What is wrong with that? White slip is for customer, its nothing to do with sangeetha (They are not authorised to ask us) it's up to us to keep or throw it... Obviously there will be invoice bill provided during the billing, why this is not enough? Why the white poc receipt is required. This is totally ridiculous...in this era of competition you people are still escaping from the promise you made by asking customer for something they wont keep it... Need a solution for this.

    The charge slip is mandatory document to confirm the cash back offers as many times it could be instant or reversals within 90 days which will be specified on the same

    As requested the photo copy of the charge slip was shared by you late in the evening yesterday(28/June) and the same was escalated to the concerned team. Infact today(29/June) you have also confirmed that you have received a partial cash back of only Rs.2500/- instead of Rs.4400/- and the same has been further escalated to the concern team.

    Cash reversal happens within 90 days and by July 10th 90 days period will complete and we are also working on getting this processed for you at the earliest.

      I am debasish sahu. I have brought a microsoft lumia 540 in 25 jun 2015 with something like annual offer.in annual offer they told i will get one dongle and one year insurance on mobile. But till today i have not received any dongle at all. When i asked about it then they told offer is over. On the 6th months of my mobile, my mobile is broken due to accident. So i applied for insurance in sangeetha mobiles. To approve my insurance they took 4 months which could possible with in 25 days as per rule. Then after approved my insurance i repaired my mobile with 4950 rupees. Then i requested to them to give my repaired money. I sent all the documents to sangeetha mobiles as per rule. But this is again the 3rd months of requesting my money but they are not replying.

      Note: i have all the related documents.

        I bought 2 sony phones from sangeetha on 4th july 2015 while buying same time i did insurance for both the phones in one of the invoice the selling person his name was junaid dint bother to write the correct name even after saying. And i was supposed to get 2 dongels free with each phone as per offer that also i was denied saying stock is alredy over we cant give you now when i bought the phone offer was running. One of the phone was defected so i returned it on the next day i got the replace on 20th july. The shop person was supposed to link my previvous insurance with the new handset i reminded him about it he said he has done it already and the same insurance copy will be enough. Now i want to claim insurance for my both the phones but i am not able to because in one of the insurance name of the insured is not correct so id proofs are not matching. For the other phone after enquire with sangeetha i came to know that insurance was not linked with the new handset so i can not claim it. And sangeetha can not do anything about it.

        I purchased 2 phones of sony costing me around 45000/- i was supposed to get 2 dongles free 1 with each phone i dint get nothing during july for some sangeetha festival sale offer by the name junaid. He dint even bother to write correct name on invoice and now due to name issue im not able to claim my insurance and the store peoples when i went now refused to correct it laughing and saying sir it is not possible we dont have that option!
        My both phones are damaged so when i tries to claim for 2nd phone in the edelweiss site it can not find the record with the given imei and invoice no.
        Now im in complete loss of paid amount including insurance which cost me extra 3000.0/-

        The name edit for the insurance is not possible now, as customer has to get it done immediately once the bill was handed over to you.

        Regarding the Value added service that's not tagged to your new device we have already escalated the issue to our senior manager and working towards getting this fixed.

        You are saying you are working towards it. i got a mail today that as a good will they are ready to approve 50% of my repair cost where i am supposed to get 75% of the repairing cost..what is this charity???? why should i bear extra 25% on me ???
        I bought new mobile in keelkatalai, from day I bought oppo mobile I facing mic problem if we ask mobile problem, there its not there duty see how there replaying answer, don't buy mobiles in this showroom very poor customer service, there sale only damaged pieces in the new box

          I gave my phone micromax (A300) at sangeetha mobiles in btm 2nd stage, for repairing. It was having some display problem. After a week i got my phone, display was working but phone was not getting charged. Charging issue was not there initially something went wrong in store itself (Once the repairing guy accepted also but later went to deny as matter got serious). I gave my phone back to the store. He made me to wait for long time and finally gave rs.1000 (He charged me rs.2250 initially) towards the battery and the dead phone, he said battery was not available in the market and also said except battery everything is working fine. I complained it to the customer care and after the discussion they rufunded me the whole amount saying batteri is not available in the market.
          So, atlast i have my dead phone due to sangeetha mobiles.
          I went to micromax service centre, they said there is some problem with the motherboard which will cost me rs.6000. I asked them not to proceed with repair.
          So, now i have my phone without battery and motherboard problem due to that repairing guy.
          Please help me in this regard.
          I can provide you the receipt of refund they gave at last and mail conversation.

            Dear sir,
            I brought samsung j7 from sangeetha mobiles and along with that i got some offers such as coupon code and airtel 4g and selfie stick.. Except selfie stick im not at all happy with others bcs the representative not at all giving any clarity about those offers, also no value for offers.. Gave one screen guard and cover told that it worth 800rs (Offer price satisfied). Is this the way to fool customers??

              Thank you for bringing your issue to us.

              We can certainly issue a duplicate invoice. To avail the same you need to visit the nearest store and pay Rs.100/- and share the receipt number and a copy will be mailed to the store where the print of the invoice will be shared. However we also want to clarify that the Insurance Company will not process claims with the duplicate invoice. You need to produce the original invoice issued at the time of purchase to avail your claims.

                  I hv purchased vivi y51l from palavakkam be on 05.04.2016 in no si/pal/18.
                  Sales rep mr. Vijayakumar promised me to provide flip cover free of cost. He asked me to collect the same after two days of purchase. Till now he has not provided. I believe it's the cheap tactics used to sell their products. It's very much annoying he was not even convey dis msg. Y he promised to provide something which he is not intend to. There are many retailers out in the market including online shopping, i he agreed to purchase only bcoz of promise made n now realise hw badly i became prey to the cheater.

                    I’m saravana kumar. S. I had purchased samsung galaxy grand 2 in last 17.08.2014 to my father name in our arumbakkam branch. I’m already given service for my mobile to your sangeetha mobile service team, first there lady call to me your problem was rectified sir. I asked to her motherboard was replace or not? She told to me ya sir it replaced battery only want to replace. Battery not covered under warranty so, you have pay for that. I told ok no problem i pay for that. After someone call for when you pay for battery amount. That time also i asked to him problem all rectified & motherboard replaced? He told problem was rectified sir. But, motherboard not replaced sir. I ask why you didn’t replace? Someone told replaced. Now, you are telling not replaced. Which is correct? After they checked the system data details and told to me, problems are rectified sir not necessary to replace sir. Battery only want to replace then only low charge complaint i’ll arrest sir. It l’ll charge rs.1010 or 1110 something i forgot that. I pay get my mobile & new battery.
                    I want to know who is serviced my mobile. I want to talk to him. Because, he didn’t did anything in my mobile. Simply put software update and send to the customer. Till date i didn’t open that battery seal also, my old battery was working superbly. Then why they told to buy for new battery? Customer told charging or low battery problem means you told want to buy new battery? This kind of service only you are giving to the customer? Your service people not check mobile?. And lot more complaints came now. Complaints are given below. What the solution for that? What action taking for your service team for this? I need reply for this….

                      Inv no : csi/ btm/113 dtd 9th jan 2016 - purchased lenovo k3 note (Sl no [protected]) in sangeetha mobiles pvt ltd, # 847/c, 10th main, 7th cross, mico layout, btm 2nd stage, bangalore -76. Facing serious problem of n/w. Changed airetel 4g sim 2 times. Still problem not resolved. Same sim working in other mobile sets.in a day only 1- 2 hrs getting n/w & missing alomost 80% of calls. Also durinmg calls, it becomes not audible to caller & call gets abrup[t end. On 3rd april 2016- went to ssame store. Response very bad right from the cash counter person who bluntly told to get it rectified with airrtel. Same sale persson who had convinced me to buy lenova instead of samsung now was very indifferent & telling bangalore @ most of places n/w pronblem is there. The flex ad on the walls like "national award for excellence in customer service" & "your phone will be serviced & delivered at your place" literally make mockery of customers. Finally after making me to wait as in b/w new customers coming in, some body told me get the sofware rectified with lenova service center. Left store very disappointed but vowed not come to this store ever

                        I brought a new mobile last month showroom give me a 10% cash back offer sales man says come after one month have the 5% as well as 2 months..I got a msg from snageetha mobile store go and get the off but the guy are tell the off is over

                          Hi guys!!
                          Recently i have bough new samsung j7 in adv company have mentioned that assures 10%cash back on any mobile purchase. Executive informed that i will get cash back after finishing converting my purchase into emi sangeetha executive is telling that cask back will be given if v purchase another mobile that too above 5000.

                          Guys though i am a marketing professional. The brand sangeetha is cheating public in the name of cash back. That's not cash back thats the assured discount in next purchase

                            But i came to know they taking more price than market price.
                            They said they will give 15% cashback. So i bought that product.
                            But after bought its 10days over, till i didn't get cashback.
                            Now they saying buy another mobile, then only they will adjust this cashback.
                            This is called sangeetha mobile. Great...

                              Yesterday i had purchased samsung j7 mobile at the cost of 15, 100 inr. actually on 1st visiting sangeetha showroom i had purchased lenovo a7000 turbo (11, 100 inr) due to heating issue i returned the mobile with in 12 hours and i asked them to i will buy diffrent mobile instead of this and i said i will pay remaining amount for samsung j7 for that they accepted and they asked me to pay 4000 more. i asked them while swiping 4000 is emi option is there or not like that, they said we dont have emi for 4000 in sangeetha stores, for emi min amount should be = 9000 inr. today i called to customer care they said that 4000 is eligible for emi, then why those sangeetha store guys gave me wrong info/cheated me though i paid.

                                I've purchased apple iphone 5s 16gb in month of december 26/12/2015
                                In tyagarajanagar sangeetha mobile store and,
                                I had cashback of 15% on zopper but ive recived only 10% cashback
                                When i spoke to the sangeetha mobile regards this and they are telling
                                5%cashback had already been deducted in the time of purchase
                                Nobody informed me during the purchase now i called and ask they have al new story to tel m not satifyed with service the store manager dint responed properly to me and he was very rude to me on this note

                                    I had a terrible experience after buying a i phone 6s plus from sangeetha mobiles hsr layout branch. I bought this phone on 15th december for 72000 and was offered a price protection plan for another 100 rs. I had checked the prices at other sites like flipkart where the phone was available at a way cheaper price however still opted to buy from sangeetha as i wanted to use my bajaj finserv card. Immediately a day or two after buying the phone i read it on the news that apple has slashed the prices in india market. I went to sangeetha people and asked them how much they are selling it for now, to which they said its 67000. I asked them about the price protection plan they had offered me but they kept on postponing it for days and asked me to come back later. Finally they gave me a ridiculous reason that the price slash is announced by sangeetha and not officially by apple... I feel cheated... I went to imagine store and they also confirmed that the prices have been slashed. I am extremely annoyed by this experience and will never shop from sangeetha again. I would like to reach out to the highest authority at sangeetha mobiles and would like to highlight this fooling business they are into. The guys i dealt with at sangeetha were highly unprofessional, sarvesh and ramesh at hsr layout. -abhishek [protected]

                                      My mobile sony xperia zl is getting hanged and with the additional warranty i gave it for repair to sangeetha mobiles ameerpet branch on november 15th 2015, and today is january 11th 2016, its been almost 2 months and we still didn't get any positive response. The manager asked 20 days time and now he is ignoring. We want the handset in a week orelse we need to take strict legal action. Kindly please help.

                                        Hi i am very disappointed write this review against sangeetha mobiles I bought samsung j7 on 20/12/2015 While purchasing this product represantative has offered that i will get the 10%cashback voucher in next48 hours since i dint get the any kind of voucher when i enquired this that guy has to told me to download zopper app with ur ny details i wil get the voucher since 4dys over no voucher has not came to inbox it seems that sangeetha mobile always cheating me by showing tricky offers totally i am not with the service even i am also a manager but i dont appreciate this kind of service
