Hello sangeetha mobiles
I parameswaran from chennai, india purchased sony c5 ultra duos from ambattur branch 2015 sep. Within few months my mobile got damaged and i applied for insurance claim and completed all my formalities through online claim website but the staffs in ambattur are not aware what to do next can u please see through this?

    First thing to note is the device is purchased on June 2014 and theft or damage cover is provided only for the first 365 days.

      Hello Team,

      I have taken an Iphone 7 on Oct 12, 2016 from your Himayathnagar store and it turned out to be defective. I gave it for replacement but there is no proper response from your store managers.
      I believe being a branded store like this, minimum customer courtesy is needed to address the issue.

      Please consider this an escalation on the store managers. I would like my money back or get a new phone

        Hi,
        This complaint is directed towards sangeetha mobile store.
        i have given my sony xperia m4 aqua phone under externernal warranty like 35 days back. my cell was having some issue with microphone so i handover it in sangeetha mobile store kumaraswamy layout bangalore, store manager did diagnosing test and he have written on invoice just microphone is not working rest of phone is in working condition. after calling again and again for more than 30 days those guys told me my phone have some physical damage so it cant be repair under extended warranty for that i said its okay but right now i m not ready for that so i asked them to return my phone back so when i went to collect phone it was full dead it was not even turning ON.. these people gave me dead body of my phone at least they should have given it in a same condition as ive submitted .now what should i do??

        1) mobile imei no. [protected] / invoice no SI/N9/1121
        2) happiness pack / invoice no RDI/N9/379
        3) mobile submitted on (02/09/16) in working condition (mentioned by store manager on invoice)
        4) received on service center (sms 20/09/16)
        5) someone was using my phone i got some onedrive sms on (26/09/16 & 02/10/16) that means it was working til 2nd oct
        6) collected my phone in dead conditions (04/10/16) from sangeetha mobile store kumaraswamy layout

        when i called service center guy ([protected]) he said phone was dead and tempered condition when he received
        that means sangeetha mobile store people tampered n might be replaced some of components of my phone and cheated me so now i what my mobile in working condition as i have submitted or compensation.

          I bought samsung galaxy j7-6 a month back with sangeetha mobile store located in bhadravathi which belongs shimoga district. They have charged 300 rs initially for screen guard and 200 rs for a pouch. Couple of days back i visited the store regarding screen guard issue which takes air and screen looks dull for that they again charged 200 rs and replaced the screen guard. Now with the new screen guard also it is taking air inside the screen guard so the screen will looks dull and does not look a new one. I want it to be resolve this problem as soon as possible.

            I have taken oppo f1s smart phone 15days back. But they told that they give me jio sim, oppo Gift, etc I have went to sangeetha showroom 4-5 times but every time they saying me the same reason that they don't have stock & offers they committed they give me in 2day ... But if I go and ask them they are saying the bull reasons to me and not even respoing properly ... 😡

              I had bought a reliance jio mobile flame 6 from sangeeta mobiles outlet 52, purasaiwakkam high road, chennai, tamil nadu 600010 15 days back with a payment of 3200 (200 above the actual price offered by others). Its been more than 15 days that my phone is lying dead in my cupboard as its not activated even after all paper verification is done.
              Sangeetha mobile dealers taking no responsibility for the mess they have created for me and delaying to matter everyday.

              Sangeetha mobile store at abirami mall, outlet 52, purasaiwakkam high road, chennai, tamil nadu 600010 is the worst mobile store visited by me till date with completely waste staff. Manager is never available and when asked for gives excuses like in a meeting and stuff.

              I am planning to lodge a complaint regarding same and warn all of you not to buy goods from this store.

              A copy of same is attached to all major social media channels so that people are warned against such irresponsible and fake sellers.

                I have purchased Samsung J7 2016 model from Sangeetha Outlet, KPHB Colony hyderabad in mid of August. They have provided Reliance Jio Sim card in the offer pacakage. Its been more than 15 days, sim is not yet activated. If we contacted Sangeeta mobiles showroom they are giving reckless answer. Its not the behavior we are expecting from the showroom. If Showroom unable to provide perfect services then its better to shut down showrooms. They are playing with consumers and we are loosing lot of production hours due to the time to contact them.

                Really one of the waste showroom i have seen and the worst service i have experienced.

                  I took a lava mobile in dilkshuknagar branch. It was not working and I went for replacement on the same day. But the shop keeper abused me and said he won't help. I didn't expect this from such a good mobile dealer. Please address this issue. He talked to me in a rude way. It is a new mobile and I am upset over it not working. The battery is not functioning properly and getting discharged in 30minutes which is not proper.

                    I just purchased a phone vivo v3 on 29 aug 2016 in jayanagar 3rd block sangeetha mobiles...they told before buy u ll get a jio sim and go cash worth rs 15000...after the billing they told no sim stock and some network problem so u ll get urs offer 2maro ...but still i didnt get any response from the store...if i call mns they telling that no stock of sims ..u ppl are giving fake commitment to customers...service also not good, im totally disappointment with urs service ...my invoice no SI/JN3/1317

                        I spoke to area manager who is mr varada raju and area sales manager who is mr zeref who pretend to be gentlemen but turned to curplicts who are entertaining this kind of thing with sangeetha mobiles

                          I had bought the above mobile in 28.10.2014 with happiness pack499 which the store person told me that the mobile will be covered 1 year additional warranty and onsite service. But today when i called the insurance and sangeetha store, both asking to bring the mobile to store. This mobile had problem from initial days. This is the second time it fails.

                            Sangeetha mobile one of the showroom at mancherial they are cheated to customers. I purchased on SAMSUNG GALAXY A5 screen glass in your store. I said to him before purchasing they are said original glass. After purchased that glass quality is very poor. Store persons are irresposnible beheviour. In that store having completely third class accesseries. I said sangeetha mobile store is vey waste and fraude company. I request to you plz take action on them.

                              Asked for mobile with features of
                              5.5inches screen, 2gb ram, 16gb internal and memory card option.
                              Shown the specs of lyf wind3 and asked for same are same specs.
                              But, sangeetha, sales representative misguided and sold low end mobile,
                              I purchased lyf ls 5005

                              Phone is very basic model, which does not have memory card slot. Not supports for otg.. This phone as only 16gb internal memory which is not sufficient for my use.


                              They are not agreeing for giving replacement.
                              Jio sim is given but not activated.
                              On checking online, it is learnt that documents not submitted from sangeetha.

                                I came down to mylapore on 3.8.2016 and waited to board bus in rout no. 21g. There was heavy crowd i found it difficult to manage a get in because of my old age when i suddenly noticed suspecting because of the jolt in the crowd. I felt that i lost my cell phone by pick pocketing somebody. So immediate i gave a police compliant to the inspector of police crimes mylapore on 4.8.2016 and obtained the copy of the fir in no. 901/2016 on 05.08.2016 and preparing my claim for insurance today.

                                  I have purchased new lyf flame 2 phone in sheshadripuram store bangalore. But d new phone touch screan is not working, am requesting the sangeetha store manager to replace with the new phone, but he is not replacing, since the newly buy d phone is having problem they should replace. But he is saying its not our fault go and give to reliance customer care they ill do the needfull... How come it is possible i have payed full money for that phone.                                   Since the phone comes with the manufactures warranty we request the customer‘s to visit the authorized service centre as they check for the issue and if its defective, service centre provides a DOA certificate. It’s more effective and faster when a customer visits the service centre.

                                  Lyf is a reputed brand and you have bought it from the reputed retailers, they have there service centre placed across the city so requesting to kindly visit the service centre for further assistance.

                                    I brought lava a59 phone at your gandhi bazaar branch on 21/07/2016, that phone had a issue on while calling & automatically contact will disappear, i'm hardly hurting from this phone, can u please provide better solution for this kind of issue, i hope you can understand my problem & i'm waiting for your solution

                                    I am here attach my coupon details.Last month I was purchased vivo phone on thiruvitriyur branch. I got free coupon for KFC, till now the voucher is not working. Many times I am raised the complaints not resolve them.

                                      I am t. Thadheus. My contact number [protected]. I purchased one new mobile lyf flame 1 at your show room located at velachery main road, salaiyur, chennai on 16.07.2016 at about 08.00 p. M at the cost of rs. 5287/-. I put power charge on night fully and took the mobile for use on next day (17.07.2016) morning. But the mobile got flickering and hanged. So i immediately contact the show room and explain the problem. The sales person told me to took that mobile to the show room for checking. So i went to the show room on yester day (17.07.2016) at about 03.30 p. M. And the sales person check my mobile and conform the problem and advice me to came on monday (18.07.2016) and also he told me that we will go to the service center located at chrompet (Because of sun day holiday). Regarding this i once again went to the show room on today (18.07.2016) and i meet the sales person and went to the service center with the sales person at about 12.30 p. M. I explain the problem in the mobile and i ask a new one. Bcause i am totally disappointed in that mobile. But the service people tottaly refused and that person told me that it is not a problem. Software updation only required to your mobile. So i have pushed to use a serviced mobile instead of a new mobile.

                                      As previously informed, there was no major issues with the handset and the same was confirmed by the Authorized Service Centre there was some software issue and the same was updated and returned back to you.                                       Still I have not satisfied with that mobile and Reliance network. Because most of the time the message heard is all routes are busy.

                                      From your view the software issue is not a major issue. Because you are a seller and got benifits by selling the handset. But I am a Buyer and I gave money for buying the handset.In my view I am a looser by purchasing a problematic handset. I think that I am not able to waste of my time to contact further with you without any use to me.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had bought iphone se in april and i was told that there will be a cash back offer on that. I haven't received the money yet. Apparently i contacted customer care via email, seems the sangeetha is asking me for poc receipt prints during the billing... Luckily i had taken the photo copy of that. They are saying they can't cash back if there is no white slip... What is wrong with that? White slip is for customer, its nothing to do with sangeetha (They are not authorised to ask us) it's up to us to keep or throw it... Obviously there will be invoice bill provided during the billing, why this is not enough? Why the white poc receipt is required. This is totally ridiculous...in this era of competition you people are still escaping from the promise you made by asking customer for something they wont keep it... Need a solution for this.

                                        We're working on your issue and Ms Prathima our customer care manager is interacting with you regarding your issue.

                                        The charge slip is mandatory document to confirm the cash back offers as many times it could be instant or reversals within 90 days which will be specified on the same

                                        As requested the photo copy of the charge slip was shared by you late in the evening yesterday(28/June) and the same was escalated to the concerned team. Infact today(29/June) you have also confirmed that you have received a partial cash back of only Rs.2500/- instead of Rs.4400/- and the same has been further escalated to the concern team.

                                        Cash reversal happens within 90 days and by July 10th 90 days period will complete and we are also working on getting this processed for you at the earliest.
