Hi.
My led TV has audio issue and it is automatically goes to 0 .if I try to turn up the volume by pressing the + button on the remote, the volume goes up, but as soon as I release the button the sound goes to 0 again.
so iam trying to contact customer care as it is in still warranty.
But no one is responding.
Can you pls provide me a customer care number to resolve the issue.

My sansui led tv 32" are offing in running time. And audio is very clearly running. Please record a complain and give solusion. Current is under warrinty.
