Sansui India — No Spare Parts in Store | |||
Dear Sir I have purchased a Sansui LED TV from Kalkaji near Dashahra in 2014. It used to flicker initially but I could not understand the reason for it. One fine morning of March 2015 when I was watching the world cup cricket match its screen suddenly became black, only sound was coming. On 6/03/2015 I registered a complaint at 39404040 and I received an SMS that my Complaint No. is DEL[protected], SVC Centre [protected]... After 2 days another SMS received stating that your call has been made pending for part, if no action taken in 2 days call area manager at [protected]. I am calling him, he is saying part is not available. Sir if you can not arrange a part, where I am at fault, is this my fault that I have bought a Sansui product. I am not able to see TV from last one week because of a part. Today I am going to showroom for further action and if not repaired till monday I will go to the consumer court.
