[Resolved] Sansui India — sansui tv not functioning - parts not found in market | |||
Hi sir/madam, I had brought a 42 inch sansui tv worth rs.24990 during flipkart's big billion offer 1 year ago (Warranty period over now). 2 months ago, the tv was not functioning properly; for which the mother board and the panel was changed. But still we are not getting a clear picture and getting a shadow. The repair person said that the model is not found now. My grievance is already 4000 rupees have been spent from my side for repairing the sansui tv, although the tv is not functioning properly. Moreover, the model is said to be not found in market now! Why sell such a tv which cannot be repaired! If this is at the end of the day neither the seller nor the buyer wants to get cheated. We expect better service and models from high profile companies like sansui. Hence, requesting you to kindly look into this matter with priority and let me know if i can assist you in any way to solve this issue. The sansui tv invoice has been attached for your reference.
