Sansui India — tv screen problem | |||||
I purchased sansui led tv model no. Sansui-led-sjx40fb on 20.11.2014 along with 1+2 year extended warranty. From some days i'm experiencing a problem in my tv screen. It is supposed to be a hardware problem cause there's a specific area of screen showing some light black spots. It is leading to make our tv experience very bad. When i lodged a complaint to sansui customer care through their sms system by sending svc on 53030. Then i got a call on my registered mobile no. And they asked about the problem in detail and i told them all the problem in detail, i also made them remember that i have 1+2 year warranty card but the customer executive told us that our engineer will visit your place and will check your tv and you will have to pay him 800 inr+ gst (18%) and that also not guarantee that your problem is under coverage or not but you have to pay the service charge. Now my question is that' "why i should pay the service charge while i have extended warranty card for 1+2 years?" i'm ready to pay the charge if the tv problem is not under coverage but it is non-constitutional paying the money even after having warranty card. I request the concerned authority to take strict action against sansui india before 20.11.2017 as my tv warranty will end on 20.11.2017. Was this information helpful? | |||||
