I had surrendered the Landline Number 28381131 and had requested for the refund of the deposit placed with MTNL. We have been following up with the MIDC, Andheri, Mumbai office of MTNL since over 6 months now, but no response. In fact the officials have been misguiding us saying that the deposit has been adjusted against some charges not known to us or even the MTNL Official.
Request you to please take up the matter with MTNL and help in recovery of the deposit, the proof of which can be seen in the MTNL bill attached in which I have been receiving interest on deposit on an yearly basis.
