This is to inform you that yesterday i have purchased lotus skin care white glow cream from your chrompet store and i was baffled to see that the expiry date of the product is over by 2 months. How can a store sell expired products and make money out of it. You guys don't have enough sense to take the expired products out of your store. You spent crores and crores on advertisement but don't have enough people to look into such basic things and you call yourself as giant in retail industry. Shame on you guys. This will be circulated across different social media platform.

Super store Bill no 020240 dated 20/5/18 Cycle tube air is not staying. The tube seems to be faulty. Needs replacement.

      We stand with family like thieves... For them customers are not importent... Because they have lakhs of customers so they do what ever worest experience with porur saravasa super store...

      Unfortunately i struggled in thatt...

      I went buy a lining chudidhar material with the chudidhar which was purchased a week before in the saravana itself... And it was kept in my wife's hand bag (There is no bill with me at that time for which i carried) we went to 7th floor to see shoes for my kids... We know that we should not take that chudidhar in to inside billing counter where the security stands at so that i took a covert at delivery counter and kept chudidhar submitted in tocken counter... After that we did not buy anything in that floor... I came back to tocken counter to collect my cover back... The tocken counter boy asked me a bill for that and he is not listening at all and he called the floor superviser and he also asking bill only they are not at all listening any explanation (They are looking us like we theft from there) after that they send one lady to carry that cover to meet a manager at ground floor... He is also same thing asking us to show the bill... He is also looking us like thif... They are acting like policeman... They do not care who are you... They may be uneducated so they make shame in front off all so take care.. Luckily i purchased that chudidhar by card payment so finally i shown the sms in my mobile phone so he left us... So please take care... If possible spread this msg as much as posiposs so people may avoid this kind of suitation..

        We purchased a silver plate of weight 358 g on 1st feb2018 from omr chennai branch. and did not opened the packing made by store and we noticed on 24th may, silver plate color for completely shaded. approached store and asked for replacement of new plate with out using plate, and store staff insulted and restricted to do, rather asked for 20% of total bill for exchange with other item.

        We bought 2 single bed mattresses from velachery store 30 minutes back. The sales guy told us it is 5 by 3 each. But when reached home they were small. Please provide a solution.

          Purchased furniture of cost around 36K in padi saravana stores on 3rd May 2018 and delivery date was 15 may 2018, but no response till now. Representatives are talking so carelessly without due respect to customer. Even after multiple calls, they haven't delivered the product. No proper customer care contact. Disappointed very much with their level of service

          Since when did the gold shops start looting people for exchanging their old gold with a term called "Melting charge". I have shopped so much in so many shops and have never come across that term. Is this a govt mandate or is this exclusive for Saravana stores?

            Last week 2/5/2018 i bought a hanbao glass top stove (Two burner) from saravana stores t nagar. The product is given with with two years warranty. Within a week (7//2018) the knob used for adjusting the flame, melted down. So i went to saravana stores for giving a complaint. They said once the product is sold it can not be taken for replacement. If that is in their replacement policy that is my mistake to choose saravana stores at all. But the way they have behaved is very irresponsible. They also saying even if the stove burnt up and caused any casuality that does not comes under their responsibility. I have purchased the product because of saravana store. I have asked for replacement so that i can go for any good brand. But for that also they are not bothering. Finally they made us to talk with the owner of hanbao company he said such a defect comes once in 1000 product. But he said there is no chance for replacement. If the incident gone other way will he give replacement for any lost life??. How to deal with such a kind of irresponsible human beings in this world

              Purchased furniture of cost around 40k in padi saravana stores on 28th apr and delivery date was 2nd may, but no response till now. Representatives are talking so carelessly without due respect to customer. Even after mutliple calls, they havent delivered the product. No proper customer care contact. I didnt expect this from ss.                 Purchased a teakwood cot from saravana stores, omr branch on 12/12/2018, bill no:482931 at a cost of rs 24072/-. The cot is getting cracked day by day and the same was informed to mr. Rajesh, mobile no: [protected] (Whatsapp no) a month back. But till date he has not taken any action on this issue. A photograph and a video clip is also sent to him as per his request.                 We have got delivery date is 11-05-18, but still not received, if we call, they are disconnecting, or they said that van not there, like silly reasons, please resolve this problem as early as possible, and satisfy customer.
                I purchased duroflex matress on 12th may at padi branch bill no:120518/1618 and there delivered demaged matress...then i returned demaged matreess along with bellow and routinely im complaining about issue but no response simply telling today there will deliver but 14 days has been passed till mattress is not delivered.

                  I arvind kumar d, bought a hitachi 1.2 non inverter ac on 28 apr 2018 through credit card full payment in saravana store legend in padi.
                  When buying this product i enquired about the delivery and if possible fast installation since i am having a 1 year old baby. The shop keeper replied that it is a standard process that they will deliver the product next day of billing and installation will be done on the second day from bill payment and no alteration can be done for what so ever reason it is which i felt that the store is not flexible.
                  I got the product delivered on 29 april 2018 at 2330 hrs after my visit to store again because of non delivery of product.
                  On 30 april 2018, i received a call saying that they are calling from hitachi and they are coming for installation on 1 may 2018 which will be late for me from the promised date of installation 30 april 2018. Since season time is going on, i understood that they are facing heavy demand and supply process.
                  Today is 1 may 2018 at 1850 hrs and still i didnot get my ac installed and there is not any call or any kind of communication regarding installation of my ac.
                  I feel this a disgusting and makes me feel like i made a mistake by buying a product in saravana store legend padi who doesnt have any kind of follow up of orders which have to be delivered.
                  And there is no one who is called as incharge in your well reputed concern who could take the responsibility. I am saying this because whom so ever i call in the store for this issue says that they are just workers and they dont have any responsibility. Such a bad after sale service.
                  And now my baby is having mosquito bite marks all over his body since we kept the window open for air to come in.
                  I hope someone who sees this mail to atleast respond to this issue.

                  Yesterday i bought building blocks for my son its price is RS 450.I returned my home and i open it.I was very low quality plastic, not fixing correctly, some pieces are broken.Saravana stores toy was waste.It is not worth for RS 450.
                  New dining table bought 20 days back its chair leg is broken now when sitting and having BF pls change or do alternative remedy

                    I purchased tv on sunday 22nd april 2018 from padi the legend saravana stores, delivery date was on 23rd april 2018. When we called they said it will be delivered on 24th april 2018. Its been 3 days now. But we have not received still.
                    Calls are also not responded properly.
                    We at least want to know when will it be delivered. Please help on any contacts who can provide an update on this.

                      I have purchased the high value mattresses from saravana stores with pillow & bed covers which comes to value more than 26000/- on 27/3/2018.

                      But unfortunately what happened the size of the mattresses communicated by our carpenter was wrong hence we purchased wrong size.

                      Hence we approached saravana stores immediately and asked the replacement. The mattresses are with complete store package. But they refused to replace the mattresses and instead scolding us. Now we are helpless with the burden of marriage expense and how to adjust this money. And the mattresses is acquiring waste storage space at my home. Please can anyone help for us.

                      We advise you all don't buy anything from saravana stores from any branch. They are only money oriented not interested in customer satisfaction.

                        I have purchased in chrompet saravan on2nd april for rs.600 in cosmetic department 5th floor... And by mistake i had a key chain which i bought in the same shop on 6th floor but at the month of march... The ladies who checks the purse said that i stole the keychain and the rate of it was 20 rs i not sure why those ppl can't understand if i brought things for 600 i can even pay 20 nothing is there... But both lady shouted at me as i did some wrong thing... Okay i accept its fault some what from my side too but there is no respect for customer... And today i went there and stated the situation and asked them to verify that i can fetch the old bill but they are saying it can not be done... If once bar code is readed again how the same one is being taken i totally don't understand... I just wrote a feedback in note which they gave me... But i don't feel it may work... So frnds take care o[censored]r respect before entering chrompet saravana... As we will not get it... And from today am not going to purchase anything from there even will not suggest this shop to anyone

                          This is harini from ambattur, i have purchased cot and mattress from padi the legend new saravana stores, with mattress 2 pillow free and 1 comfort free, they didn't deliver comfort so i called and informed immediately, delivery person was spoke rudely to collect from store then i called the store, first they said without bill they can't deliver so asked me to collect, why should i come for your mistake then later after long conversation they assured they will deliver next day on[protected] as no vehicle available in the night on[protected], on[protected] continuously i am calling from morning to till 10pm but line was busy, i dono how its busy all day then somehow got connected to other section which is mentioned in the bill but they giving many excuses that we cant connect line and trying to hung up the call, then one more guy spoke to me he saying that he will connect and i dono how its possible now, later i asked for manager but one girl tried to fool me by saying that she cant deliver without bill, then i asked for manager and she saying that he is on leave and another person went for dinner, i said i wont hung up till i get the manager on line, she sent some stupid person as a manager, he is very rude to me and he said he can't deliver today, i said that i need my product today by 10.30 pm as its only 15mins from padi, he is not ready to deliver so i got angry and said that i will put case and i return your product, he is very cool and said ok ok, he sounded like wat i can do and he bodly said that his name is kumar, this is really annoying so i am going to return back your product and get back my money, and i am going to put consumer case on store for sure

                            We purchased trolley bag in saravana store chrompet on feb 17-2018, we used the sbi debit card. The amount from sbi account got debited and the transaction was completed, but the store supervisor told me that the amount was not transferred to saravan stores.
                            We asked the bank and the bank confirmed that the transaction was successfully done and the amount transferred to merchant.

                            Though it is transferred why you are not returning back the money.

                            So please return back the debited amount or clarify what i need to do.

Nagar but it started hanging within few days but today (04/02/2018) its not working totally i paid full cash instant within 23 days its under repair your product is not good.

                                I bought 6000 rs. Worth of furniture in saravana stores omr karapakkam.

                                Customer satisfaction is zero.

                                The cashiers are not well trained and the employees gather around and enjoy discussion or busy with their mobile phones.

                                They don't care or know of any product or interested to fetch it and show it.

                                While loading the delivered goods in the car, the employees started shouting at each other and refused to park our car in the loading area. They said it is only reserved for saravana store vehicle.

                                How am i supposed to carry my wardrobe to car parking lot.

                                Then they started verifying the receipts and checking the furniture. There is no customer respect at all.

                                Look at the photos. The delivery-in-charge and the saravana store helper shouting at each other.

                                Bad bad bad service.

                                  19/1/2018 i bought roling chair. Its 5, 563. Expensive.. Quality worst. I told tht person pls remove the plastic sheet i want to check the back seat. He said... No no madam its fine. I bought and came and i saw it was small crack but i ned urgent chaair. So nw we sit nw more crack. Quality worst. Nw wht to.. Either change the piece or repair fr us..                                       First of all i suggest no one to buy electronic product in saravana stores. They have all defective and second quality items, and the rude customer service who doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I bought a titan watch on 16.12.2017 at the legend saravana store, padi to gift present my father. I gift packed it on the same day i bought. But when my father opens it was not working, after sometimes it worked and again stopped working. This irregularity happened frequently. I decided for replacement. When i approach to the floor manager he was too rude, he said "we can do only the service, we wont replace". I asked him even on the first day of purchase its not working, then how can i believe with the product?, u should have apology to me for this kind of customer disappointment, even i'm not expecting your apology just replace the product". But he was too rude and bad attitude. I tensed, wanted too break all glasses of that 7th floor. I didn't expect this kind of poor customer service from saravana stores.

                                        Charges for dismantling and fixing wardrobe on same day has been 750 rupees, whereas different days is 1000. But a female representative charged us 1000 rupees in saravana store crompet. I dont know how a single person can change the amount. Which we have been cheated and charged high.. Please do concern about customer satisfactions. This incident made us to stop shopping at saravana store furnitures.
