This is harini from ambattur, i have purchased cot and mattress from padi the legend new saravana stores, with mattress 2 pillow free and 1 comfort free, they didn't deliver comfort so i called and informed immediately, delivery person was spoke rudely to collect from store then i called the store, first they said without bill they can't deliver so asked me to collect, why should i come for your mistake then later after long conversation they assured they will deliver next day on[protected] as no vehicle available in the night on[protected], on[protected] continuously i am calling from morning to till 10pm but line was busy, i dono how its busy all day then somehow got connected to other section which is mentioned in the bill but they giving many excuses that we cant connect line and trying to hung up the call, then one more guy spoke to me he saying that he will connect and i dono how its possible now, later i asked for manager but one girl tried to fool me by saying that she cant deliver without bill, then i asked for manager and she saying that he is on leave and another person went for dinner, i said i wont hung up till i get the manager on line, she sent some stupid person as a manager, he is very rude to me and he said he can't deliver today, i said that i need my product today by 10.30 pm as its only 15mins from padi, he is not ready to deliver so i got angry and said that i will put case and i return your product, he is very cool and said ok ok, he sounded like wat i can do and he bodly said that his name is kumar, this is really annoying so i am going to return back your product and get back my money, and i am going to put consumer case on store for sure
Saravana Stores customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Super store Bill no 020240 dated 20/5/18 Cycle tube air is not staying. The tube seems to be faulty. Needs replacement.
