We have purchased the wardropde on 7th nov'18 and delivered on 9th nov'18
and they came for installation on next day when they open the box the mirror was broken remaining they fixed the wardrobe and they informed to the store manager.he told he will send the mirror with in two days. After two days he refused and told the reason was box was moved and the reason was mirror was broken. he didnt give any alternate solution. Please take a priority complaint to take an action

    glen gas stove 2 burner cooktop with 5 years warranty period

    We bought a glen 2 burner gas stove for rs. 4200 on sunday date: 18/11/2018.

    On tuesday morning 20/11/2018, we opened the package and started to assemble it.
    This glen gas stove has 1 high flame burner and one medium that is normal burner. The normal burner is working fine but the high flame burner is not upto the mark. Its very slow and very low flame plus we are able to smell gas all the time we started using it.br...

    Dear sir/madam,
    We have purchased a cotton shirt at porur saravana stores recently for a festival. While opening t shirt to wear at t festival time, i saw a big hole and a damaged part at below. As i have removed t bills and collor carton pad everything, i didn't take chance to return it back. Below is the details of the billings. This is the second bitter experience i am facing. Previously before a month on t occassion of ayutha pooja, i brought a saree which was tored at t first wash soon when it s scrubbed in raw hand without any brush. As it was kept it was soaked in water i didn't came to replace it. Out of confidence when i continued to purchase shirt for t next time t same thing s happening where t material itself s damaged one. What do you do for us about this. We as a usual customer of saravana stores since 2010. We r feeling very bad about your products and services for the second time. Its highly unsatisfactory.       I am writing this email with much disappointment at saravana store purasaivakam at exchange counter.

      I bought many dress for Diwali at 04/11/2018 for my kids. Unfortunately one of dress size doesn't fit and I came for exchange today(07/11/2018).

      During exchange, they rejected for exchange as the dress is little dirty at the corner. I requested that I never noticed if this is get dirty during...

      I was there on 1st nov with my wife to purchase some silver bangles for my child. When we entered the shop there was no one to receive us & to ask what we need. We voluntarily asked a staff to show some bangles but he was not interested to do it, he just spread 4 bangles and said that the collections has got over. We selected a pair of bangles, settled the bill while collecting the part the bangle has been changed instead of our selection. While we are asking this they were unable to answer about it though the staffs looking us calmly. After a long struggle they changed my product & charged some additional tax. Me & my family members liked saravana stores madurai liked a lot. From yesterday onwards we are completely dissatisfied no more visit again.

        Was completely irritated and disappointed after purchasing a wordobe from saravana stores ramanadhan street, totally disappointed! A very worst service i ever had in my life, how can a big company can have a local dealer tie up?? So product is not from saravana stores right?? I had purchased a wordobe on oct 6th been 20 days still the installation was not completed, i was hanging behind the useless persons who wrongly installed my product, i paid my blood to purchase a product and i should wait like a dog haan??? Nonsense!! Ram - no response, whenever i am calling to saravana stores furniture section he talking superb like resolving the issue, but nothing happening!! That bloody fitting office number not responding my call, why you guys sucking customers blood like this?? 20 days you need to fit the wordobe?? Useless hari talked to me on wednesday sweetly, that he i’ll resolve immediately and i will come directly to fit and all, bloody guy not responding my call from yesterday! You guys are fooling the customers like anything!!! Due to their sweet words i was very much silent for these days, after giving so much of time still the useless # are doing the same, what else you guys need?? Need money money money money??? Right!! No need of giving service right??? Would never ever recommend your furniture for anyone, the worst ever experience i ever had in my life, completely worser than worse!! Was asked for refund or to take this old # and give me a new one!! But they had sent only 1 part!! The wordobe was completely fitted with screw and nails, post finishing the portions only the fitter came to know that he did wrongly, what kind of persons you sending for installation?? Do they have brain?? Again a whole bolted person from saravana stores?? I need my refund and don’t need this useless product, was completely down and tired of calling, following up, this wordobe was completely damaged on the back due to nails and screws imparted, if again they want to remove the nails and screws to re arrange correctly in that case whole part will get damage right and who will use the damage product?           Hi,

          We bought tresemme ionic strength 580ml in padi branch and found it to be a duplicate or not 1st quality on the very first use.

          We notice the same as it didn't even wash off the hair oil content present in the hair.

          We are worried whether it will cause hair fall to us
          We completely have the bill with us

          We need a solution to get this fixed.

            Yday i searched for bay leaf but couldn't get, i asked sales girl, she has given one packet, qty is less so i want one more, i asked one more, she said 'wait'with anger, i hv taken some items and then i again went and asked her one more bay leaf, she has thrown the bag down which she is holding with anger, i did complaint to floor incharge, but no use

            Immediately I asked her why did u throw that bag down ... She replied its her wish ... When floor in charge came to ask her ... Her friends are saying to her don't worry we all will support u ..
            Since when did the gold shops start looting people for exchanging their old gold with a term called "Melting charge". I have shopped so much in so many shops and have never come across that term. Is this a govt mandate or is this exclusive for Saravana stores?

              Hi,
              I have came to shop on today for diwali purchase. And i have bring the laptop bag with me. I have gone to ground floor and asked to keep in token. They have said that laptop bag you can keep with you. They have not informed about the tag. And i have gone to lift. The lift person stopped me and put for tag. I have gone to the tag place. The person checked my bag and told that one zip is available. I asked pls give some other option to keep the bag. He told to take the front zip materials to main zip and i kept it. While kepting i have told to my father that they are irritating us. Thats sol. The tag person started shouting at me. I asked the person to stop and speak gently. He is using rubbish words to the customer. I ever seen like this person in saravana stores. He is using harsh words to the customer. Really worried about this incident. Atleast give a moral advice to that person that pls be gentle to the customer.
              Note that i have spoke to my dad only not to that person also. I am a regular customer to your shop. But this incident makes me very angry on your shop because of the tag person. Really disappointed about the incident happened. Pls guide him atleast here after how to treat a customer in a gentle way. Or otherwise your shop name will get worse name more. Sorry to say this because the person irritated me a lot by worst words. Really sorry for this complaint. Because i have no other option.

                I've been trying for online payment of my scheme but its not happening it is not showing any option for payments. I tried calling customer care but the people always pick the phone up and never say anything else they are not picking up at all. Please guide me with the online Payment of the scheme else mail me the whole process and account details. This is highly frustating not to get any response from customer care. Kindly take actions against the same.

                    I have purchased 4 tray plastic storage from padi saravana stores few days back. On reaching home found, no leg supports were found in pack.. Next day i rushed to padi branch, the sales girl at 8th floor asked me to bring the product. I went back and brought the product in heavy rain. But could not meet supervisor as he went for lunch. Again visited 8th floor today. Supervisor went for lunch. Waited for along.
                    But supervisor refuse to give the missing leg support, .
                    On frustration, i left the product with supervisor and returned.
                    Kindly intervene.

                        Day before yesterday we brought the new lg 1ton ac from saravana stores, tirunelveli with the cost 32, 700 (Fixed price). While buying they promise this cost is included with the installation at home.

                        Today service men from lg came for installation they are asking for the installation cost of 1300. We contact the store manager they replied it was unknowingly said by sales department and you should pay the installation fees.

                        Really an worst experience with their behaviour and attitude because of their mistakes we are getting suffer now. Without having the proper knowledge about the product they are simply telling the fake promises.

                          Invoice no 006264 dt 17/08/2018, whereas i bought 3 trousers, 2 for a friend and 1 livein jeans pant. This was a cash paid transaction but i also made another purchase vide invoice 006757 and 007037 as well. The quality of jeans is so poor that when i planned to use it, before wearing, cloth is torn during handling. Shocked.
                          It is worth for reporting so you chrck product and quality better way. Its matter of credibility of brand name suvarna. I am from bhubaneswar had a better opinion about suvarna stores.
                          How do you want me to return this material.

                            Very worst customer attending... Chocolate counter some staff behave like a #... So i complaint supervisor he couldn't responding... Plz take action at immediately... Anytime i see he watching only mobile... Don't respond at customer i said at i need that product where is that... The counter staff not responding... Its hurting me why not attending customer...                               On[protected] purchased Chimney from Saravnana stores T.Nagar Ranganathan street shop. The product sold informing to us it is on the discount but during delivery we noticed the product box was open and the chimney is in damaged condition.

                              While contacting the sales manager he refusing to provide good product and speaking rudely to customer on phone. We want to return this product and get our money back.

                                Sofaset delivered with broken frame. Order number : 1819 /628690. Delivered on 4th june 2018. Purchased from saravana the crown mall, omr rd. Till date they haven't replaced. The vendor person is bala. Saravana store taking no responsibility and warding off by saying it's the vendor related issue contact the vendor. Vendor kept on saying will replace for sure. It's almost a month. So please careful while purchasing from these names. This complaint will be posted in all forums and to all apartment associations.

                                  The chair was delivered yesterday
                                  While unloading from the truck the wheel part fell down with severe impact on the road.
                                  The delivery boy came and kept on the hall when asked why did it fall off he just smiled
                                  Then he pressed the seating cushion with his knee and told it's ok
                                  Is it the way the chair has to be delivered why undue care is not taken while handling these things totally upset don't know when will this will break .
                                  Totally unprofessional approach.

                                  Hai last month 25th I purchased one dinning table in that product have some issue after that I follow last 10 days but still I am not get proper Response now what to do for that kindly guide me your people are very lazy irresponsible people I never see this kind of people

                                    We took geenchef branded tawa, pressure cooker, kodai etc from saravana stores, chrompet, chennai. Within the warranty period, defects found on items and we called geenchef customercare. They told us to returned those items to saravana stores and they will take it up. After that they told after 2-3 days, those items will be replaced. After 6 days, we contacted and they told there is no stock. We contacted after 1 day of this (7th day), they told tomorrow, you come to store in evening time, you will get your new items for sure. On 8th day when we contacted they are telling there is no stock. When items will come, you will get.

                                    We have ordered sofa on 28th Jul from Crown mall near shollinganallur..today is 5th August ..delivery didn't happen...person sold it to us is Mr. moorthy..He is not giving enough information and more over none of them are able to speak in English..Receipt No.3400
