Purchased haier tv 40 inches but the wall stand is not provided in the package. A 23 inches tv has both wall and table stand. But a 40 inches tv doesn't have that. And provide a valid customer care number. Many are purchasing in your store and if they have any clarification we can't easy contact your store... So provide a contact number and resolve my issue. I have seen that overall 123 complains have been raised but only 5 has resolved, don't leave my complaint as like the others...

    I have purchased kasmo maple king cot, bed, pillow, xbounce and century bed sheet all together on 14.03.2019 in padi branch. They billed and mention delivery date is 18.3.2019. but they cant delivered on that day. i called them they told today we will deliver the parts. But not done, i called again and again then they delivered the parts on 19.3.2019 night 9 pm. The bed sheet missed and the cot is slightly damaged condition so i ask the delivery boy (driver). he is taken photo and send their corresponding person and called and talk him. then i also spoke him, he told tomorrow i arrange the replacement then fixed the cot. but still they cant deliver the parts. i called more than 50 times, still they told we will arrange within today. Today date is 23.03.2019. still i can not received the missed and damaged parts and not fixed still now. while i called them they told, the manufacture will call you and we solve the issue immediately. the cot manufacturer also told like that, with in 2 hours we come and solve the issue. but still cant done.

      I have purchased 3seater senthil sofa, which was suppose to deliver on monday, i have ordered it on 11march, today is 21march but didn't get my product yet.
      I had made full payment at counter only, still they are not providing product.
      From last three days i am calling to sales person, they are just making me fool by everytime saying that your sofa is on way, you will get till afternoon, evening, nite.
      Daily i am getting same reply.

      Please managment provide my product otherwise i will come and cancel order and you have to refund full money.
      I am very disappointed with this service.

        F8c2s1/6910286, 6910232, 6910208 these are the bill numbers for the products worth ₹25, 000 which has to be delivered on 12-mar-19 and i haven't received yet. No intimation on delay in delivery, nothing conveyed to me. Kindly make sure it is delivered by today as we have house warming function by tomorrow. It was promised to deliver by today while billing and it is not done as per. Im totally disappoint for purchasing in saravana stores.

          I purchased cello steel flask 750 ml on 25.11.2018 at padi saravana stores but with in two use the flask doesn't work. I gave the flask back to saravana stores for repair / replacement as it comes under warranty period. The service number is 0910. I got the flask back in a week time and was told it was replaced by a new flask but it is shocking to me that the same day it didn't work. Again i took back the flask to sarava stores for repair / replacement on 16.02.2019 service number is 0941. Still now i didn't get the flask. When i called the saravana stores, i get the information that the flask is not ready.

            Very bad experience and poor service. They are just a vegetable and fish market kind of shop.
            I was to buy a steel cupbaord and had a poor experience of trying to talk to the sales rep, followed by 1 hour to make payments and delivery arrangements.
            I still accepted all that delay and paid but the delivery did not take place in time and for assembly no one came for more than a week.
            There is no clear reply and the delivery manager has no control on schedule arrangement. Keep blaming godrej we all waited for a week and still waiting.

              We have purchased 'varikkai necklace ' bill no : 156648 /18-19.in that 12 stone available. But they have charged gold rate for this also. About stone, not mentioned in either in product tag / bill. Unfortunately we have not noticed this when buying because the color of stone is not able to distinguish from enamel design. When asked about this, there is no correct feedback. Its a cheating. Request you to kindly take action on this

                I purchased cot in saravana furniture stores at padi 8/02/19, delivered on 15/02/19 night. My cot cost 29, 250.00 i received with defect of side supporter. I informed to ur representative he taken action as sent the person of st manufacturer, he take way both side supporters on 18th night.

                Still i am not received cot side supporters. How many days wait to utilize my cot. Very poor response. I faced very bad situation still we were facing the problem to receving the side supporters.

                  I bought dresses in saravana stores in porur yesterday i. E 13.02.2019 i bought dress, pantees etc in that 2 set child pantee is not the correct size. I went today for exchange but no response.in porur branch i asked that concern person to discuss but they didn't come at all we had waited for more than 2hours on that palpandi &viyalakshmi but they are not providing concern mobile number and concern person didn't come. After 7.30 palpandi went house but he didn't tell me anything. And i had called customercare that no is not going at all. And i called selva t. Nagar branch also [protected] he is also no response. I want to register an complaint against this.

                  I have recording also. And i didn't bring that pantees it's in saravana store porur only.

                  I have purchased a revolving chair of cost around Rs. 3200. Within two months cracks were developed and become useless. It doesn't have any brand name.
                  They are selling cheap materials with worst quality at high cost .
                  People may take care while purchasing products without any brand name

                    We here to inform you that we got new cart from saravana stores-purasawalkam on 20.1.19, but it was broken now after reworkes two times made by your service persons and my relative falling down from the cart she got injured in her hand.
                    We made complaint on saturday but still now no one gave any response from your side.
                    We requesting you to give replace the cart or refund the amount to us. We untrust of this cart whether its damaged piece delivery to us and very fearful.

                    Above material purchased through the legend new saravana store no.2 park road u.R nagar chennai-600050. A compliant logged on 09/02/2019 a portion of cot damaged on leg position.
                    Please kindly replace the cot with new one at the earliest.

                        After ban of plastic carry bag, the carry bag provided at subject cited store is not fit to carry the weight above five kg. Please refer today bill no. Pa/1819/6044765 dt.27.01.2019, the carry bag provided was torn off. I requested for other bag but the supervising authority decline the request. It was very painful experience ever as the carry bag carried by customer was not allowed to be inside. Further, if the carry bag was torn off, no arrangements to provide even after request. Further, the subject cited store has not provided any help centre with proper complaint register, contact no. To whom complaint to be registered for immediate resolution of the customer grievance. The attitude of all executive towards resolution of immediate grievance is totally negligence as approximately 10 supervising authority i approached to locate the complaint register, but it was not provided at all. Thus, it is requested that negligence of customers interest by such malafide behaviour may kindly be dealt vigorously. Resolution is awaited.

                          Bought berow for 12k along with other products worth 60k on 6th jan in padi furniture shop & they delivered it on 11th. Berow wasn't good one, i have been telling them to repair or exchange since 12th but they not even response for my complaints. Don't u guys check the products before delivering it to the consumers. I called to the manager & he said service person will come to repair but that guy not even picking my call what a poor kind of service. Without the good quality & service how come the customer will visit again. I[censored] r not ready to give service then better refund the amt so that we will buy the products in some other best shop

                            I purchase two track pants 23rd december at saravana stores brantamma, that product is not use for 2weeks above, i use that product is 13th january, one pants is backside tearing another pants is ok but quality is poor i plan for two is exchange or return, i go to saravana stores14th january supervisor is purchase date is too long told me i didn't use in pants i use pants 13th january i exchange time is too long i accept but this time now i'm not in use tell to supervisor and manager he is told me no exchange or return, all saravana stores cloth is worst and bad

                              Bought tv cabinet for 13k, and other items in total made a bill of 1lakh. Nobody even bothers to repair the defects.. Wierd answers, it's been 1month i bought this scrap item. No one there to turn up for the work. Pathetic, feeling anguish, cannot find the better abusive language to scold these cheaters. Called 20 times till date, begged to repair. Worst fellows

                                On 28 dec 2018 we bought a oven from the legend saravana store paadi. About 1345hrs the salesman took our address and phone number for home delivery and asks us to pay at the counter.
                                The cash counter girl called his supervisor mani for the home delivery payment. The supervisor mani said, it's took rs200 for the delivery and he concentrate on his phone.
                                We paid the delivery charge with the oven.
                                After we were waiting at the counter for his reply but he is not at the place. We already gave the delivery address to the salesman and waiting for a while and start to move from the place.
                                The supervisor mani stopped us very rudely and asked us "why you not giving me your​ address and walked away"?
                                We humbly replied we already given our address and waiting for a while nobody attend us. Mani throwing us a notebook and asked us to write our address again.
                                Noticed he behaves very rude to his customers and fail to respect and concentrate on his phone.
                                We reported the issue to the manager who wearing specs age about 50 at the ground floor.
                                He refused to take a written compliant and said will advise to the supervisor mani.

                                    The employee female in the basement floor refused to allow me inside the counter since the time was closed though my husband was inside with my baby, I was in seventh floor, i got call to take my baby though the lady in counter had no understanding on the situation and didn't allow very very bad employee services cross floors in purshavam. Please check immediately and take action on the lady worked dated 05-dec-2018 at 9.40pm in basement floor.

                                      I have purchased an index aqua lions x1 mobile phone from saravana stores, chrompet branch on a one year warranty on 13th jan 2018 for rs. 8, 650/-. Unfortunately, the handset began showing troubles the next day onwards i. E 14th jan 2018 but since the sales person was on pongal leave, i was asked to come after one week. Unfortunately, no cooperative step had been given by the mobile dealing persons. The sales person mr. Thanasekaran who i approached also showed his helplessness as he left index and took over sales rep of some other brand. Instead, they referred me to service centre of index at tambaram from where i had to get humiliation without getting any positive response.
                                      The costly handset which i hardly used is still lying idle with me as the battery attached to mobile set is having less than one month stability only.

                                      Please respond to me failing which i have no alternative than to lodge comjplaint to consumer redressal forum. I have signed warranty card issued by your firm to vindicate my justification.

                                      This activity was very painful for me...

                                        Friends, to surprise my wife i did purchase a designer saree on 15th nov 2018. I was never given a instruction on the way to wear (Single fleets, floating bla bla) a saree, but my request during purchase was very clear and they agreed to it. Unfortunately when i went back to demand the fault on sales girl that she has given a wrong direction, whole saree section team was surrounding me and they tried to convince. I took my stand and said not willing to exchange (Since it was worn once) but to change the working done to mitigate. Later after 30 mins conversation i was lead to a reception manger hiding his id (But intro'd jai ganesh). I was astonished the way he even responded to me with hard & fast rules he was mentioning. Statement was like "we are not designing any textiles, we are just retailer/reseller and we can reject the saree to manufacturer and give you a credit to purchase".

                                        I was claiming to get my refund as cash, because there was no stock for a similar one. Reception manager discarded my request stating no reseller/retailer would refund as cash and this is a mandate law in books. I showcased example like amazon and few more to my knowledge but he was asking me to connect to those ceo's, would he worth a while to talk to ceo's of such retailers.

                                        Kindly help in understanding does reseller/retailer really have a exception/mandate in judicial sections not to refund as cash to end customer.
