Have bought a semi automatic washing machine from saravana stores home appliances. Till the payment treated in a good manner. But once payment is done and they said floor lifting charges Rs.50/- per floor. They said it is free delivery. And I was treated badly when I went the next day asking for a person who will for a demo. They bought out of the shop. The shop manager was too rood.

Need immediate action in this issue

    Today we purchased cot, bed and washing mc etc. At the time of paying bill the bill collector told with in a hour our vehicle will start. Still now no information from there. I call them the person who attended the phone told delivery will be 10pm. Since we are in a apartment how is it possible to deliver at late night. Also he is speaking with out respect. As a brand name Saravana stores every one believe Everything be good. But this incident makes us unhappy. I think this the price for trusting .

      My Car was damaged in parking area, the parking Supervisor assured to correct and give, but he is delaying, and now saying amount is high need to get approval, no able to raise a complaint online or mail, no proper response on the no given in site,
      The customer care no is not there,
      Such a pathetic service is big chain of stores,

        Iam G.Ravidasan actually i had came to purchase the slipper in T.Nagar saravana store after i had purchased the slipper and went
        to life side the supervisor person told me to go by another way form 9th floor to Ground i had walk and came by stairs

        I am a heart patient person form 9th floor to Ground floor it had been taken more than 15 mins i had walk and came and to the Ground floor i given the
        complain to regarding this issue to on of the supervisor at 1:35 Pm.

          I Purchased a Saree worth 1225 in saravana stores located in tnagar branch and paid my bill through debit card and person at the bill counter swiped my card twice, because of this amount debited twice from my account.While I'm checking my recent transaction i found this out. Please Transact my amount i will give you bill details and bill statements for futher investigation

          We bought a 3 door wardrobe for 12250 and it did not last even for 3 months. There were termites and it spoilt other furniture in my house. They provided such a poor quality product and costed so much and for repairing it they asked another 2500. Is this the service they provide.

            I have purchased formal shoe with size 43 but left shoe is fine and right shoe is too tight.

            Executive when gave for trial it was good but when he packed he gave other set of shoes.

            Am totally disappointed by dis kind of shopping, am not able to walk also.

            please consider my complaint and give me exchange with new set of shoes.

            Please don't sell this kind of products it loses value of "SARAVANA STORES".

              Saravana Stores - Chrompet owned loaded vehicle has made an accident to my car on 10th Sep at 7:25PM at Trichy-Chennai bypass. When I spoke to one of the staff (claimed manager) of SS has agreed for compensation and asked me to come to Chrompet branch. But when I visited today he changed his stand and says the mistake is mine that I hit their vehicle. He is asking me to go to police station now. He wanted to release the vehicle from the accident spot and once he achieved that he turned back.

                Employes behaviour very wrost same person spoked wrongly i bought a 250 gift items my suggestion is if no one goto saravana store will saravana store understand customers value any time any where people goto saravana store so doesn't care for customers
                Employees behaviour is very worst. I have visited silk Saree section on 6th May 2017, tried to get the response, why their behaviour is like this, then one of the senior employee gave a lame reason, by saying that they are not getting the leaves. So they are taking the management's revenge on customers. If this continues store will face lots of losses.Hope management will take corrective actions on it.

                  Recently, myself visited velachery saravana store to purchase the some dresses.initially they will some guidance menu and it has some offer for dresses. based on the menu, we have purchased some dresses and went to the billing counter to pay the bill. while checking the shocked, because they told two leggins 199 with the offer price while collecting the dress. but in the bill they charged rs 399 (two hundreds extra). i asked the reason for supervisor in the floor, he is not ready to give the proper response. then i just came to the ground floor and searching the manager. some ladies told he is not here. so, i explained what happened in that particular floor (4th floor). they are also not ready to give the proper response. again asking the details from them, suddenly those two ladies shouting to me using some improper words.

                  I thought they don't need to cheat the people with the name of offer.

                  Here i have attached the bill and their guidance. i forget to record the sales guy and those two silly girls voices.

                  One more thing saravana store management, need to give the proper training for their employees, to treat the customer.

                    I have purchased a cot and mat on 25.6.16. Only cot has been delivered and not installed yet and mattress not yet delivered. The response from their representative is v v poor. How one can wait for 10 days upon paying the amount of rs: 33000.

                    [protected] naresh manager is saying this type of mistake is tend to happen if you are not interested do not buy from us. You are not a big customer for us.

                    Pls pls my dear customers do not buy products presuming it is cheap., if you struck with them that's the end.

                      We ordered Whirlpool AC on Saturday, they delivered it on Sunday and they informed installation will happen on Monday. But still installation people didn't come for installation and it is very very difficult for us to stay and that's why we ordered it immediately and we asked many times whether installation will happen on Monday or not and they said it will happen for sure. But now no response. Kindy look into it and do ASAP. REALLY IT IS VERY ANNOYING.

                        I purchased cot from Sarvanan. It started giving trouble after one month . I went to Sarvanan to change it for another cot but they refused & neither they have repaired inspite my request till date. Sarvana is not good place to purchase furniture at all. There customer care & after sale service very poor.

                          I went to store for buying cordless phone with my family.There was very poor response while asking about the rates. one boy working in the desk denied talking to us and went away laughing with another boy.I seriously dint expect this kind of service from your store.If this continues definitely you will miss many customers like me.Kindly ask them to behave well infront of the customers and be kind to them.I have heard many saying this issue.Thank you for taking your time and reading my complaint.Hope you will rectify the same.Thank you.

                            u r on wrong track this time, we will meet in consumers court soon.

                            u can not escape from responsibility. why it was not delivered before 29 Dec as claimed at the time of purchase.

                            or if it was not possible, it could have intimidated me before payment.


                            u will get legal notice soon if won't refund my money immediately.

                            this is not first time i have been harassed by Saravana stores.


                            I purchased UPS on 11 May 15 since day one its not working, I have reported repeatedly to Saravana stores, they are taking silly excuses as usewell.

                            I was asked to contact Zebronics company, but was of no result.

                            Even being in warrenty period I have not been attended by saravana Stores as well as Zebronics company and still my UPS is lying like a stone only.

                            Sarvana is after public money and there is no guarantee of and product even after full payment in well advance.

                            Don't worry friend this time you're dealing with an educated man.

                            I will fight till end of my life and trust me, will not let u enjoy with my money without requisite service as promised at the time of purchase.

                            u have two choices either u refund my hard earned and wasted money at Saravana stores, total amount 24700+1400= 26100 by 31 Dec 15 or be ready to pay me compensation as little as few lakhs under section 12 of consumers protection act 1986.

                              We took 50 rs token and parked the scooty. usually they reduce 45 rs from the parking bill. but i didnt get the dress size so i asked to reimburse the amount. but they neglected and the managers and cashiers speaks very rashly....

                                I got the same experiance. Bought school uniform in mid of may. We trial with one set of dress and purchased 5 pants of size 34. At the day the school starts, my son just wear and tried to zip the pant. The zip got broken and the cloth also tored. not one pant out of 5, 4 pant gone like that. One pant the size lable is wrong. so not able to wear it at all. Today walked to saravana and reported for replacement but they denied saying no bill. The quality of the good at saravana store going worst now a days. May the bad time started for them.

                                  I was purchase pomegranate red in purasavakkam saravana store dated 1dec 2014.In that store weight calculation section sticking the 1 kg pomegranate Rs. 110. but at the time of payment, billing section billed 1kg is 189 rupees. I was shocked and complaint to the manager, they asking to me weight section sticked yesterday price, but today price was increased. so careful to purchase of saravanna store.

                                    one Month back, I purchased dining table and tea pai table in Saravana Stores funiture at TNagar. it is glass table, 2legs came out in 4days...called them many times, one person came and fixed the same. Again the legs cameout...I went there but no proper response, they told they will send a person to fix it. worst service...i will never buy any products here

                                      recently i purchased items worth Rs.8358 from saravana stores g.m chetty road chennai and paid extra Rs.450 for home delivery. Upon receipt of the delivery, an item worth Rs.255 was missing. I have made continuos calla to their shop, delivery person, delivery manager etc, but no use. They are asking me to go in person to collect the item from their shop despite of paying extra delivery charges.The shop is very far from my place and its not easy to visit in work days.Evrytim they are taking my phone number promiding to call back, but of no use.I couldnt even get a proper response from their side.
