Sir, during diwali season, i have purchased a efex brand shirt from your chrompet branch (Size 39) and on the first wash the color of the shirt starts removing and spoils the clothes washed along with and the color of water becomes dark blue. I was shocked to see and also the condition of the shirt becomes dull and found to be old one. This is the first experience of the case. Kindly look into this seriously and pl compensate. Pl convey the same with the supplier end to take corrective action to solve the problem.

    Actually i purchased a earphone from your store which is in purasaiwalkam, chennai before three months, but just before 2 days the oneset of earphone was not working so i went to exchange but i lost the bill of that earphone, still i tried to talk with manager of 9th floor but he talked so rudely with me, he talked in tamil don't knw english too... He was showing so attitude and talked like porkies.. If he had say no without bill, we can't do anything, i would be okay only because the fault is mine i lost the bill, but the way of talking was too bad really from here after i won't shop anything from your store. Thank you for giving that much of respect to the customers

      I have purchased 4 tray plastic storage from padi saravana stores few days back. On reaching home found, no leg supports were found in pack.. Next day i rushed to padi branch, the sales girl at 8th floor asked me to bring the product. I went back and brought the product in heavy rain. But could not meet supervisor as he went for lunch. Again visited 8th floor today. Supervisor went for lunch. Waited for along.
      But supervisor refuse to give the missing leg support,.
      On frustration, i left the product with supervisor and returned.
      Kindly intervene.

        I purchased tonight a jerkin. Stitches is not proper in hand. Its teared. They oly checked the jerkin and gave. Still i not plugged out the tag and i have the bill. Now what shall i do. I purchased it for 936 rupees. Kindly help me to replace. They said no exchange. But they didnt check it properly.

          I purchased 5sarees on 11th september 2017 from saravana stores t. Nagar, chennai. But in that one saree was damaged. How can i return that saree and i have now bill also because i didn't open the cover since that day today i went to tailor for stitching then after one hour my tailor told me that one saree was damaged now what can i do for that my name is t. Yesudas my phone no. Is [protected] from guntur, andhra pradesh that saree cost is may be rs.600/- only. I am sending that saree photos also. How can we check entire saree. Please do needful for me

            Till now i went twice to saravana stores branch at south usman road, t. Nagar. Every time, it takes lot of time due to heavy crowd. First visit itself, i realized that the store won't provide any quality products. Any how we shopped for only branded items. My concerns are as below:

            1) such a big store with 7 floors and they simply operate only one lift that is also for 3rd, 5th and 7th floor. Not sure how they expect the customer...

            This is my second complaint about saravana stores.. I bought a dining table word of rs.16000 and a person came for fitting today 9th october 2017. That person didn’t fit the nail on dining table chair and the nail is about to poke if we sit... There are 3 nails like these and one of the chair is not fit correctly.. No proper response from saravana stores manager for furniture department.. The item is not able to used by us eventjough we paid money for delivery and fitting separately we are not able to use the item.

              I recently visited newly opened saravana stores at omr excepting it would be like tnagar branch but seriously this one is horrible.. No respect is shown towards customers, no responsibility towards customers purchased things when they placed at counter. The main worse thing i faced is.. I have purchased a bracelet which costs 118rps and since it doesn't contain price tag as the others with price tag having small defects like missing stones, they just billed it for 168rps. When i questioned them by bringing the bracelet with price tag, they just said it is been replaced. How come all bracelets will be replaced by other price tags? Since they r shouting and i fed up of arguing with them i left the shop but seriously this is not the way you people should treat ur customers.. Yourself can check the product price tag from tnagar branch if the same bracelet is available there.

                Good day sir,
                This is guru muthu manickam from pallavaram, chennai. We bought whirlpool washing machine on sep 30th from saravana stores in crompet. They send demo person on oct 3rd, that is today. After opening the package, we found that machine is damage (Bend in left side). That person informs to the whirlpool company about this complaint. They told us to send this complaint to the corresponding store where we purchased. So i had to inform my complaint to saravana store, crompet. But they are not properly responding. Already we were waiting for four days. They said that they can only exchange this damaged packed after ten days. They are not understand our necessity. It shows their irresponsibility. We need to recover our complaint within tomorrow. Please do our favor. Thank you.

                  Today (02/10/2017) i purchased dresses in saravana stores for the amount of rs 11500. So using my bills i went to collect extra bag which is available in thr ground floor. They are treating like we are all begger. I complained to the executive officer. He did't hear my words. I felt very bad. Could you please answer my question.in the advertisment why you people are saying customer happy is important for us?

                      I have purchased a Wooden Table in The Legend Saravana Stores Padi.It was delivered to home very lately.Then it was observed that Wooden Table edges were bulgded & some cracking Sound hered while touching on the table.immediately I called to them to replace the new item instead the worst quality of Table which was delivered to my home.
                      I have been follow up with store super wiser and sales woman to return back the new table.But they are very poor response . Finally I have met directly to meet Super wiser, he assured to me send the new table to my home with in a day.still it wasn't reached to my home.
                      So, I decided that Hereafter I will never go to Saravana Store Pad and I will inform, advice to my friend & relative that Shopping in Saravana Store not worth with poor quality of items.

                        I am drafting this complaint with the hope of getting a reply for this, so i will get a satisfaction that this wouldn't occur again.

                        I purchased few furniture items in saravana store furniture and home appliances, chromepet on 26th august 2017 afternoon.
                        After purchasing, i was requested to provide my address details. There they asked me to pay an amount for transport charges for the delivery including a separate charge i. E. 200 rs. (Since my home is on the first floor). Previously i was told that only 50 rs should be paid for that. But they asked me 200 rs. So i asked the reason for that. The female employee/supervisor spoke rudely (In a harsh manner) to her fellow employee saying to reduce the charge and to place the furniture on the ground floor itself, so we should carry it ourselves to our home.

                        What kind of a behaviour is this? Are the store employees taught to speak with the customers in this manner?

                        I was taken aback for her way of speaking.

                        Then, i told them to take only 100 rs, because only two items are heavy and 50 rs for each item. So the other light weight items will be carried by ourselves.

                          Dear sir,
                          First of all i don't know whether i will get a relief to my satisfaction. But still i write this mail your enterprise will do something in order to keep people's trust remains intact about saravana stores.
                          I ordered a wooden cot at gn chetty road saravana stores furnitures& home appliances on 30/07/2017 vide voucher (Yellow colour) no. 1231 with the promised date of delivery on 5th august. The date has been constantly postponed and today i was informed that the cot is damaged in the rain and and sought another date of delivery as 10th august.
                          It is noticed that customer's concerns matters least and none bothered to meet the commitment.
                          I now leave everything to your discretion/consideration, if at all you want to do something for customers concerns. (By the way i am one of ss loyal customer so far)

                          I went to saravana stores madurai and there is no floor manager and we are restricted from using escalators and the lift service is also not provided for the customers and i couldn't meet the manager to complaint because there is no manager to serve the customers worst experience in madurai

                              I have made a booking of 3 seater sofa on 4th june at padi saravana store. They are promised me to handed over the sofa to home on 12th june but i have not received any communication from your end and vendor side.

                              I got a vendor number which i was paid receipt in backside. However that number is not reachable.
                              I called and inform to your show room no one is give a good response. Let me know the delivery date. This is not a good way to handle a customer.

                              I have purchased repose mattress from saravana store and they delivered only the mattress and they not delivered other free items (repose pillows is being provided by repose not by saravana store). it very shame on saravana store...guys dont purchase here..Person in saravana store is also not responding...

                                Purchased a double cot teak wood for 27k and they given one year warranty and free service. They delivered damaged cot. And we called them for service. No proper response. Due to multiple calls and repeated shop visits, finally they came and took it for service. Then again no response for another month. Again visited their shop repeatedly to get again damaged product. Finally they told we are not providing service. For a item which have warranty for one year?? Finally i asked then to take return give my money back or else provide service or provide replacement with new cot. But saravana store management didn't respond on my query. I really helpless. Plz help me.27k cot wasted.

                                  The very very worst store. Shirt fitting are not good I tried many times but the fitting is very worst. I went to exchange they are asking saravana store price tag. Before exchange I call to customer car no one given the information regarding price tag... Y they can't fix some other way without their price tag... The best word all the worst items we will get in this story waste for mony...

                                  We bought a fridge and washing machine from saravana stores Padi branch on 4th June 2017. It was delivered to my home on 5th June. Afterthat nobody came to install that we tried to contact the branch but both the numbers mentioned in the voucher is not working. I want to know when will be the person come to install the above mentioned machines.

                                    Have bought a semi automatic washing machine from saravana stores home appliances. Till the payment treated in a good manner. But once payment is done and they said floor lifting charges Rs.50/- per floor. They said it is free delivery. And I was treated badly when I went the next day asking for a person who will for a demo. They bought out of the shop. The shop manager was too rood.

                                      Today we purchased cot, bed and washing mc etc. At the time of paying bill the bill collector told with in a hour our vehicle will start. Still now no information from there. I call them the person who attended the phone told delivery will be 10pm. Since we are in a apartment how is it possible to deliver at late night. Also he is speaking with out respect. As a brand name Saravana stores every one believe Everything be good. But this incident makes us unhappy. I think this the price for trusting .
