I ordered pedestal fan in SBSO-12558

I received a damaged part and couldnt assemble the set.

Within an hour of delivery I tried all means to reach Sathya agencies to return the product and get a refund.

I tried calling the number that they have published on their website 91 [protected] / [protected] however no response from Sathya and a person called and asked me to call [protected]. But no one picked the other number. Such a frustrating experience

Please help in refund for the product from Sathya

Sathya customer Helpdesk team instructed to reach the nearby store to get the fan replaced and also assisted in calling the local store to provide required help to change the fan. This is resolved now

    Before a two weeks bought a lg purifier from guduvanchery sathya branch. Initially they said while explaining about the product if the pressure is in not up to the level means have to fix a motor to fix that pressure. And the technician said to fix pressure pump. I have bought the pressure pump and said him to fix it. But now he is saying have to fix pressure pump for the tank. It will costs up to 15000. And i have informed to the sathya shop from which i bought the purifier they said after a talk with that technician. The technician haven't come on next day and in shop also no one has responded me. Please do the needful or otherwise return the machine cancel my emi

      I paid Rs.23, 300 on 16/05/2017 for purchase of an Air cooler, a Mixie and a IFB Microwave Oven (MWO25BC4) by a DD in favour of Sathya Agencies Namakkal. I received the Air cooler and Mixie on the day of payment itself. But I did not receive the oven as they were out of stock and they requested me to wait and promised to deliver the product the next day.
      But I went in person and took delivery on 18/05/2017 only since they failed to deliver on 17th. Upon returning home I came to know that the Oven is a used one.
      I even found two dirty rags inside the Oven and there are a lot of scratches on the body and the control panel (Images Attached). Immediately I informed to Sathya Agencies Namakkal but they arrived only on multiple calls. The two staffs who arrived that evening recognised that the Oven is a used one and promised me that they will deliver a new IFB Microwave Oven the next day (19/05/2017) by 11 am.
      On 19th we did not receive neither the product nor any call from Sathya Agencies. Then we called them that afternoon and they replied that they will deliver that evening. We have not received any calls from them and so we called them. From then on for every single call they kept on beating around the bush.
      On Saturday (20/05/2017) evening after waiting for a while I called them to know the status and THEY TOLD ME NOT TO CALL THEM! This is Deficiency of Service which is penalizable under Consumer Law. I hope to receive a NEW IFB MICROWAVE OVEN (MWO25BC4) and also hope that I need not take this to Consumer Court.
      I am a Branch Manager of a Nationalised Bank. This is the worst service I have ever faced. If they are doing this to me, what will they do the common and the uneducated people.

        I have made a initial payment on 1st may at Tambaram Satya Agencies branch to procure a LG Airconditioner and the finance got approved on May 7th.

        May 8th went in person to collect the invoice, they said internet problem, same day i went evening and then said SAP connectivity.

        After 8th i have been continuously calling to the show room, there is no proper response from them.

        May 10th - two days they said no stock and they said they will update me back in 10 minutes, after that i've been continuously calling on 11th and 12th, they never picked up my call.

        I've tried from different number on 12th evening, they promised will deliver within 14th Night.

        May14th - I've waited whole day as usual i am calling and several followup, no one cared to picked up my call.

        May15th - I 've called from different number, they said having ready stock and invoice made (after several follows up) and promised to deliver by evening.

        May16th - Again i have started calling up losing all my work and keep calling and ended up with no response and finally some sales person spoke and the product was damaged and waiting for new product and will get back to in 10 minutes with an update..

        May17th - Their sales person never responded .

        I've got frustrated and depressed and lost all my patience.

        I wish to get a immediate refund atleast.

        Such a worse the way treating their customer.

        I strongly recommend anyone, not to buy in this show room, and i am going to forward this everyone in my friends ( I am working in IT sector) relative circles. And i will force them to publish the same in all known social media.

          I bought 3 ceiling fans before 7 months. All are having 2 Years warranty. suddenly 3 fans got fault. its not even working. I called Sathya agencies. they told they will registered complaint and they will come. But it's more than 25 days. They are not coming. I am calling them daily. they are telling they will come tomorrow, tomorrow like that.

          Hitachi AC Split 1 ton we purchased in April month 2017, which is not giving cooling in 10/10 room. As we heard that Hitachi is a good company so we purchased it but now as we think that we have taken a wrong decision.

          Please look into as early as possible if necessary replace us.

            Hi,

            I had good will about Sathya Agencies in the past. I have been a regular customer. However, after my most recent purchase Sony R42E LED TV, I was never provided a bill as a proof of my purchase. In spite of having so many follow-ups with the sales person Rajkumar of Porur branch, I was left wondering how come an agency be so lethargic in providing a proof of purchase. I am contemplating how to redress this in consumer forums. Are you guys evading tax by not providing a proof of purchase? How come your transaction is complete without providing the customer with the proof of purchase? What happened to the gifts that are promised during the purchase? Are you guys cheating on us? The only receipt that I ever got was for Rs.500/- paid towards processing fee of Bajaj Finserv consumer loan. It's a nightmare that after paying Rs.27000/=, you do not have any proof of making a payment! I wonder their business model. Buyers, beware of this seller. Never step out of their shop without getting the receipt for payment.

            After 10 days of posting my complaint here, a representative from Sathya Agencies contacted me. She apologized for the delay in getting the invoice and gift. She offered to send the invoice and a gift voucher instead of gift. I received them. Though after the fact of complaining here, I am glad that they are responsive and took their time to follow-up and resolve this, though not ideally, but amicably.

              I have made a purchase of a orient tornado ii model and a essential screw to hold the fan head is missing. They have installed the product but it is un-usable. Also, how the parts is missing in the new product.
              The customer care is very poor and since today they are not receiving my calls.
              As, i suspect there is something they might have opened the product and then scaled back, in that process the part gone missing.

              Please, look into this issue as the product is un-usable till the screw is attached. At lest new product should be intact and not missing any component. I have paid installation and delivery changes also separately.

                I have purchased a Samsung washing machine and Haier A/C on 8/4/2017 in your perungudi branch.
                The product has been delivered but the installation has not been done. Daily they are saying that the engineer will come today, that never happened. These products are for my parents, now they are suffering in this summer. The way they are talking to us is so rude.
                i have made nearly 50 calls to 5 of your executives. nobody responded properly and making false promises everytime.
                My parents are staying at tiruporur. if you are not able to fix it please take back the products and return the money.

                    Never buy any product from this Sathya agency.
                    Very cheating, poor customer service!!
                    They will display some models but they never have it with them. We need to wait more days to get our product even after paying full money.
                    I have ordered one Haier AC and paid full amount.
                    But they billed different model which is very low cost than the amount I have paid.
                    I have shouted them out, they saying tat model is out of stock so I asked them the return of money.
                    They tried convincing me and requested me to go for other model. Because of my urgency need I too adjusted to their choice.
                    They billed with other model and promised me to deliver in two days. No response even after two days and I called them they saying tat model is also out of stock.
                    I really disappointed and went again to the store and shouted even leaving my many work. Again they asking me to change the model.
                    Very very worst!!
                    They cheating the customer. Giving false statements.
                    I decided to never buy any product from here so I demanded my money but they just returned 10k. Still 26k is pending, they asking me to come again tomorrow. I have to waste time again.

                    Never purchase anything from Sathya agency, Medavakam. Poor response.
                    They never deliver what you want to buy!!

                        Would like to bring to your notice.
                        I have booked a sumsung 43" TV on 14th Apr @ trade center with 15k initial payment . but I have not received the product till now. When I asked my financial person they pointing you don't have the stock, when I asking your one of the branch manager he pointing bajaj finance side delay. Ur branch manager name Anand banu ..medavakam branch.
                        I received the call from Samsung demo team for last four days..they are ready to come for demo but product not reached. They given invoice number too bit ur branch manager don't know that. Inv no.[protected]. Why this worst service ?. This is my first time I came to Sathya for a change. R u people thinking we are just sitting and following you for product wch also booked 15 days before. I have ordered it for one birthday gift... Birthday gone ..all you people made me to feel such a worst range in my life. I need answer from you and need the product right now.

                          These guys have taken money of 42000rs on 15th April by saying I will get my voltas 1.5ton inverter ac within 2days. I was waiting for 2 days I didn't got any call for status update when I called them guy said he will come back to me within 2min but there is no response I tried calling him he didn't picked the call again I tried to call through landline they picked in 4th call said voltas launching new inverter model so I need to wait for another 2 days I again wait another 2 days when I went to shop another 2 days because sathya staff not attending the call once I went there they intimated that there is no they convincing me for other brand I said I want only voltas he asked to give 2 days Time in between he called me convinced for LG ac but no stock for LG also more than 3 days when I went there shouted they didn't respond me properly one of staff asking call tomorrow at 10. 30 I said I need a solution he asked me to wait for last one day I have for another one day also when iam asking for refund he said again I need to wait for another 3 days when I shouted again he said I will get confirmation call today without fail I didn't got any call today there is no customer service they don't have one product more than 15 days I won't suggest anyone to Sathya agencies I will update in face book also not to go with sathyA

                            I just regret to have visited this trade centre on 16 april 2017, eventually ordered a sony led 32r302e - bill no 4577 - 16.04.2017 (Bill attached) for a disastrous sake. Till date, there is no response or even a delay information conveyed to the customer from the so called electronic sales giant of south india. They just think they don't have to be bothered about the customers who call them since the numbers provided are not picked or if in case they do, they happily say without any second thoughts 'if you want your advance amount just come here and take it' - as informed to me by one mr. Yoga - staff at the mentioned outlet (+[protected] when asked why is that you don’t pick up calls from customer, i got an amazing reply from the same person saying ‘there is no charge in the phone, we cant be answering all the calls since we have work’

                            I am just delighted to hear something like this from a company which sells consumer products, how on earth can you even talk like that to a customer?? Are you selling something which nobody has? How can someone be that rude when they are just trading something? A godforsaken customer care no: +[protected] which just says you will be called back, when?? After 2 years??

                            I strictly say, its chennai trade center who is committing a mistake by allowing these third rated companies to host exhibitions and cheat on customers. Or not sure if trade center officials have some under the table dealings to allow and fraud customers and be a cause for this.

                            You can just see the complaints below especially concerned to the particular dates as it totally reflects the fraud which is taking place by sathya agencies with the mighty help of event organizers and trade center officials.

                                I have bought washing machine on 26.04.17 at vadapalani, chennai. The product supposed to be delivered on 27.04.17 evening, the material not yet come. If i called the store always busy, even one staff gave the no. That also busy. My house is back to the sathya agencies at vadapalani. (Just 1/2 km) still the material not yet come, there is no resoponse from the store due to delay. Last week also i bought one washing machine and refrigerator. I planned to bought 3 ac for my office also. But the service is worst,. Now i plannned to get back my money

                                  Till today we are unable to trace out our ac through your helpline numbers.
                                  No response very bad feed backs and if some one lifts call they say the invoice number is wrong.

The problem has been resolved immediately after my complaint filed in your web site regarding supply & installation of purchased 1.5Ton AC Blue star from M/s.Sathya Agencies, Chennai on16/04/2017.. I filed my complaint on 27/04/2017 and by 29/04/2017 the AC unit package has arrived by evening and got SMS from Blue star Help line for installation before 02/05/2017. But today(01/05/2017) the installation person came completed the job to my satisfaction. Also received a call from M/s.Sathya Agencies CRM #99528 00985.enquiring the same. All these satifactory things happened only because of your timely help and intervention. I once again Thank the Indian consumer team for their efforts. Thanks & Regards, G.B.BHAT

                                        I ordered a panasonic microwave owen at chennai trade centre on 15. Apr-2017.
                                        But still not delivered. I paid the amount fully...
                                        It has been more than 12 days...
                                        Initially customer support responded it will be delivered soon.. And said it will be delivered from arumbakkam.. But still not deliverd.
                                        I tried customer care several times.. But every time it says our executive will atend u shortly.. But still no one called me... Pathetic. And poor service.
