I've ordered wet grinder on last sat (19/10/2019). They told that free delivery not available, you have to come and get the product in store once we received new piece. I've requested not to deliver demo piece but they erased 'press' print on the grinder & done free delivered to home. If i went & ask abt this issue, they were telling story like, this piece ordered by someone else & delivered u wrongly.

    I have gone to take tv in sathya agencies in rajapalayam. I have chosen the tv and i have asked about discount the salesman is not given proper respon and he didn't give proper answer. This is my third protect in sathya agencie with in one month. Please take necessary action about this complain. And they salesman is not giving proper response for the customer and i have taken a shrap 32inch tv in rajapalayam and last 5/10/2019 i have taken sony tv in neyveli sathiya they given the proper responce for the customer but today i have gone to rajapalayam sathiya the salesman is not given a proper response and his beehiver is not satisfied

      Have ordered godrej rd eduo 270 tdi 4.2 prism blue and v guard stabilizer through sathya online on 01/10/2019. Received items on 05/10/2019. Received fridge has some damages in bottom corner of the door and backside also and stabilizer also has some issue. Need replacement on those items without any damages and i ordered from bangalore. So, instead of getting the product again from online, wish to get it from hosur branch showroom.

        worst service and attitude

        Today i approached your karaikal branch to purchase sony tv attended by sony representative i asked to call the manager to final the price show room manager not responded even he called two times worst attitude but i purchased tv from another vendor tv mixer grinder and stabilizer total worth rs.50000/-
        If your show room continues services like it will loose your good brand name

        My name is dhanasekar. I have ordered an haier ac in sathya agencies, t. Nagar on 2nd october. But still product is not yet delivered and the customer support saying unwanted reasons. Now after pooja holidays only, they are ready to deliver and install it. Very worst service... They took one week for delivery and everything.. I never seen a customer service like this.....

        I am dr. J. John arul singh residing in a village named moolachel near thuckalay at kanyakumari district and working as an asst professor in niche a deemed university in kumaracoil near thuckalay.
        Exactly 1 month before on[protected] myself visited this shop sathya agencies at thuckalay (Ph no [protected], [protected]).

        On that day i purchased a samsung washing machine and a stand of total bill rs 16286.

        But when i swiped my wife dr. Bebin sinia's atm card, shop employers debited rs 16950.

        After some time i noticed it and asked for the money[protected]=664 back. They said this and that and refused to give back money.
        When i argued politely at last an worker named mr. Merin gave his cell no [protected], and [protected] and said i will call u and give the money back.
        I have attached both bill and atm card debit customer copy. Please go through it.

        Today[protected] exactly 1 month passed haven't got my money back yet. I searched and find this place and made this complaint.

        My questions
        1. Why r u taking rs 664 more on a bill of rs16286?
        2. Why can't u settle it till now.

        Haven't expected such insults in my home town.

        Better to settle back balance as soon as possible. Listen business men's we professionals in other field have to spend our times on our professional work and not to spend time in typing complaints for getting back balance from such cheats.

        After complaint registered on 30-9-19 the next day today 1-10-19 around 7 pm said worker Merin from Sathya Thuckalay branch come to my home with money and get signed in a voucher. Thus my balance settled. Thanks for the whomsoever taken necessary steps to resolve issue

          I had purchased samsung washing machine 6.2kg at sathya agencies salem on 24.09.2019 (Tuesday). But, he delivered me that product with mismatched serial number. I requested to that shop agm for change the product with proper serial number and also he accepted to change the product but still now no response to me. He said repeatedly i delivered today today today but still now product is not delivered. I totally unsatisfied with your showroom hereafter i won't suggest your showroom to anyone thanks a lot.

            I purchased the Videocon 50inch Led tv (Model No: DDBTVVKV50FH18XAH, at Rs.49, 000) on 27th Oct 2016 with 5 years of warranty + 2 years Bajaj finserv extended warranty (at Rs.5600) in Sathya, Pondicherry. I attached the bill copy for your reference.

            Now, All of the HDMI port was stopped working on the TV. I was informed to Sathya showroom in Pondicherry around one month ago and also made a daily follow up and still, it was not resolved yet.

            I need it to be repaired asap.

              I have purchased prestige gas stove fifteen days back. It's defective. One of the burner is leaking. While lighting the burner it's got fired in the on off regulator also. I think there's a leakage in the stove gas pipeline. Need the replacement for the same. I cannot have such a dangerous defective product in my kitchen. Need the replacement as soon as possible.

But, i am unable to procure the same due to system and internet connection problem. Being a reputed and big showroom, it is ashamed to note such type of issue and it will affect customer satisfaction.

                  I bought an lg washing machine on 2017and got warranty for two years and they insisted me to get extended warranty for additional rs 6600 to pay to bajaj and got extended warranty services. Now my washing machine got repair and i checked with lg service centre, they said lg warranty over. Then i went to sathya agencies puducherry and complained about the issue for the past two weeks, there no proper response or support from the staffs. They are cheaters and song trust sathya agencies.

                      I have visited your showroom at gandhi nagar vellore yesterday. They have processed my loan slowly. I have given full co operate to them. Today i have visited to pay the amount and paid at this morning they have informed me that product will be delivered within one hour. But i am waiting more than 2 and 1/2 hours. They are not responding also when i call them regarding the same. I have worst experience with sathya agencies katpadi.

                      Hope the actions will take by your end.
                      And my product should be delivered another half an hour.

                      I have called many time to the showroom every time when I am calling they told me that another 10 minutes your product will be delivered like that. And I have tried to call Sathya Agencies customer care but number not valid. They have updated fake numbers. Just now again I have called the showroom they are just playing don't worry sir product will be delivered. I told u have lots of other works to do but they told you have to wait sir. Still I am waiting for the product. More over the showroom is only 6 km away. I told I'll take my product to my home. But they have compulsions to collect 200 for delivery charges. If non of the customers booking products from the same rout they are waiting until customer bookings.

                      I purchashed hair air conditioner from karaikal branch on 3rd september they are said next day delivery.But they don"t delivery in this time i have to many time call to them their is no any response.

                        I have purchased daikin ac on aug 5 in thoothukudi sathya agency (Opposite to subbaiya vidhyalaya) without seeing the product itself on a urgent basis. The sales manager has promised me to deliver the ac in the very next day and it will be installed on aug 7. But the same was not delivered on aug 6 and he informed me to deliver on aug 7. I said ok for that. But today he called me and informed that due to auditing i can not deliver on aug 7 and the same will be delivered on aug 9.

                          We went to sathya agencies in medavakkam
                          The service of the showroom manager and the executive people are very worst as they are not even interested in selling the product not giving proper details we asked for a quotation bill for a front load washing machine but they denied we went to the manager to ask some details but he was just sitting down and didn't respond properly if this situation happens regularly you will not get a single customer

                              Purchased aircondioner blue star in madipakkam, chennai. Sales person in madipakkam recommended to buy thro emi. Eventhough i have ready to pay by cash or credit card in full payment. Sales person recommended to buy thro emi because more discount is applicable. Got the signature for 9 months on emi with interest for 9 months comes to rs.4, 000/-. Raised the objection on the interest portion before signing the document. But sales person in madipakkam told that interest amount rs. 4, 000 will be refunded at the end of 9 months period by satya. Pls. Clarify whether the interest will be repaid at tne end of the period. Tried several times to call the satya compliant number. But there is no response.

                                We bought a dishwasher in sathya online in the name of antony regan, and product which is delivered to my home is damaged product, sathya showroom responded that they will change the product with the new one. It's been one week since after discussing with the team but no any response yet.

                                Sathya showroom which is located in tuticorin is not responding at all. Worst service ever. Do you want us to wait for one year? Who do this to people?

                                They're not even picking up the call. Don't you guys have a product which is working or don't you guys even check the product before you sent it to customers...

                                I have requested many times and discussed about this issue with Sathya manager and team But they are not giving any proper response.

                                  I bought a redmi 43" tv on sathya agencies (Salem meyyanur branch). We bought it on august 2nd. Now its august 10th and still they did not come for installation. If we contact them they are not responding properly. They say that they will call back in 10 mins but they never do so. We went to the shop on aug 8th and complained. They said they would do it properly but still there is no response.

Its the perfect place to enjoy and commanding place for some executive. When I purchased Haier AC (20.06.2019) the price is 34, 000. After the one week get a call from executive, that I have pending amount of Rs.1000.
