[Resolved]  SBI Credit Card — no lean letter for FD from sbi credit card even after closing acc 1 year ago

Hello, My credit card was blocked 1 year ago . they said i will recieve lean letter in 1 week . its been 1 year. as credit card was taken against Fixed deposit. there is no dues in credit card and it is closed. Neither did Bank recieved any copy of Lean document nor did i. My card no is : [protected] Its been almost 1 year closing this account. Lean letter request was made twice . and neither bank nor me recieved it. Req no :[protected] When asked they are giving bogus AWP no whichi when contacted courier says this AWP no does not exist. Card is already closed 1 year ago. They even told me that they will mail me . I had called 5 times and no mail was also recieved by me. If they want to loot people why dont they come and loot like goons. This is total harassing of me from 1 year neither bank is giving me my FD ammount.
