My Name is T.N.Blessin, I am a SBI credit card user since February 2012, My Card no. is [protected]. I have taken an encash loan of Rs.3, 03, 000. for 46 months and I have taken this loan by October 2012 and I have paid 11 emi at the rate of Rs.9860/per month. This 11th month falled in my September month bill and I have paid fully. My statement date is 15th of every month. So before October 15th I called up the SBI customer care and asked to close my encash loan. For the balance 37 EMI, the principle amount pending in my card is 256444.51 for that 3% foreclosure charges is 7693.34, service tax 12.36% for the foreclosure charges is 950.9. So adding all these it comes 2, 65, 089. I have taken a Jewel Loan and paid the following amounts.
The reason for 5 days delay after the first payment is due to the diwali festival and bank holiday.

And since the payment crossed the statement generation date. You have generated the 12th month EMI and an amount of Rs.4749 is been shown extra in the October month Statement.
I have been writing to your SBI customer care and nodal officer since September month end and still they haven't listen to my concern. They keep on sending me a mail stating that they have charged correctly and I have to make the payment. Now the November month statement is also been generated with an interest on the interest as Rs.5696.
Am I done a wrong thing using your credit card?. In anyway have I tried to cheat you?. Then why you are pressurizing me with the extra interest on me without considering customers issues and after I have paid the entire amount without any dues.
After all my mails for the 2 months follow up. I got a reply stating that, you can not reach me and you are cancelling my CARD and asked me to make the payment. For your kind information, I will not switched off my mobile any time nor my mobile will go to not-reachable state.
Is this all about customer care. Please dont say that you care for customer. There is no care for customers. You all work as a machine. Where the frauds can make use of you to the most not the genuine customers.
If you can do me a favor please activate my card and cancel the available outstanding of Rs.5696, which is nothing but the interest which is been levied on my card.
