Such a bad experience banking with SBI specially at SBI Basirhat(code- 0030) and SBI Taki(code- 6867) branch. Issues: 1. SMS does not come after withdrawal/debit of amount. But service charges are being debited from account regularly. Complaints/applications has been submitted for several times, no result. 2. Net Banking does not work. Firstly they gave the net banking kit but did no activate it. I reported this. After a long time they activated the kit but there is no transaction rights given to the account. After contacting several times nothing has been done. 3. Spelling of account holder name is different from what is submitted in KYC application. Separate application to change name spelling has been submitted along with supported documents, but no change. Only thing I get is harassment, helplessness and total waste of time. Staffs are too arrogant and they do misbehave. They hardly give proper information and most of the time they would give wrong information. They don't mind telling lie. Even complaining issues online didn't help me. No one bothers to call me in response to the complaints. So, here is my post.

      I furnish the following details for your information and request to take action

      On 26-5-13 i have written a letter to paynet @billdesk.Com that i have remitted my credit card payment on 20-5-13vide transaction i.D.[protected] for a um of rs.4034. But i have receivd a letter from the above as detailed below.
      As requested by you please note that the following payment was declained while processing through bill desk'.

      But on verification of my s, b, a/c on that day after receipt of this letter i have notice that the debitd amount was not refunded, hence i have requested the above paynet srvice to refund the amount.

      Due to non receipt of any reply i have remind the above on 18-7-13 to rsolve my request,
      But even after my reminder i havenot received any reply from thebank authoritiesso i have lodegd a complaint vide ticket no po[protected] to sbi card division to refund my acccount
      But till date i have not received any reply or rfund of amount

      Hence i request you sir to kundly look into the matter and kindly slove my request at any early date

        Ref: PPO No.WCR/21804/2008/0090/1593 dated 02/02/2009 & 17/05/2010.
        Sir,
        I have pension account in SBI account no [protected] in your branch As per above referred PPO issued from my parent organization i.e. W.C.Railway I was getting dearness relief as per my entitlement .My dearness relief has been stopped and amount of Rs.4000/-month is being recovered by your bank since Nov 2013.
        I was in supervisor cadre i.e. Non Gazetted cadre in CDA scale Rs[protected] at basic pay Rs (16100+4600) and have taken permanent absorption in DMRC after submitting my technical resignation to my parent organisation i. e. Railway, I absorbed by DMRC in IDA scale Rs.[protected] @ bqsic pay Rs 11000/- at minimum basic pay in scale (Copy enclosed) of the post. Settlement was made by my parent organization as per DOP&PW’s OM No. 45/73/97-P&PW (G) dated 02/07/1999 circulate vide railway board letter no F(E)III/99/PN1/21 dated 05/08/1999.(Copy Enclosed).As per para 4(ii)of this letter dearness relief is admissible who satisfy the conditions referred to in para 3(a).
        It is requested that my dearness relief may be released from Nov 2013 in my account as early.

            In this month I have caught and raised this issue as compared saw every months interests and found illegal type interest added. I have wrote an email on dated 22th January 2014 for clarification because calculation is totally wrong procedure.
            2014 January Month Statement-
            Total Outstanding - 80601.21
            Purchased - 18021.56
            EMI - 1711.12
            Paid - 35000
            Interest is 2096.61
            But they have added INR 2697.69.
            However, they have each every month added manipulate intensity to all the customers.
            I have found this type of fraud, graft and illegal type manipulated interest added.
            Kindly I beg to you, please provide me justice.
            Still they have not cleared this issue and issued January Months Statement.

                  My self Shubham Srivastava and my contact no. [protected]. The bill of Rs 393.26 was generated on 15 Jan 2014 by SBI Credit Card and due date of paying bill was 04 Feb 2014
                  . After that i paid Rs 393.26 on 02 Feb 2014 via netbanking. But SBI Credit card again showing the outstanding amount of Rs 350 against my SBI Card No. [protected]. I talked two time with costumer care representative of sbi card and two answer i received from them, one is that you can't pay through netbanking if you have auto debit facilty and second said that minimum 72 hours required for settlement. Both answers are not justified. Please register my complaint and do early as possible.

                    I am a customer of SBI, AGCR Colony, Delhi branch and having a saving bank a/c No.[protected]. I went to withdraw cash of Rs.4000/- from the ATM at E-1/3, Dilshad Colony, Delhi on 09/02/2014. This ATM machine neither delivered me cash nor transaction slip in this regard, I did next transaction for withdraw Rs.3000/- this time ATM machine showed "transaction declined due to insufficient cash" but transaction slip not delivered. My account showing debited for R.4000/-in transaction no.8019 on 09/02/2014 without delivered the cash on that time, please look into the matter and re-credit my a/c. With Regards Mahesh Chandra Pant

                    You need to register written complaint with SBI.

                    As per RBI guidelines, they have to return your money within 7 days. If the bank fails to return your money in 7 days, they are liable to pay compensation of Rs 100 per day, provided you have lodged complaint with the bank within 30 days of "failed transaction" incident. Keep interacting with the bank IN WRITING regarding resolution of your problem reminding the bank that the money is yet to be returned.

                    SBI comes under RTI. If the bank has not returned the money in spite of your all possible efforts, send them queries under RTI like what action they took on receipt of your complaint, how they concluded that the money was dispensed... etc etc. You can even ask for copy of ATM replenishing log book/register.

                      SBI ATMs have only the 500/- and 1000/- Rs notes with very dirty look and not acceptable in the market. I am very disappointed with this type of dirty notes. I withdrew 7 notes for 1000/- from SBI ATMs related to Sec 2 Noida and all of the notes was not good in look and today I have found a 1000 note with dot pen inks. I have attached an image regarding to explain my complaint.

                        Hello Sir, I'm using my SBI ATM cum Debit card for my online payments from since 2 years. Recently I had changed my 3D Secure code unfortunately I forget my 3D Security Code. So when I'm trying to change my 3D Security Password with the instructions in the website "https://acs.onlinesbi.com/sbi/enrollment/enroll_welcome.jsp" after that the website is giving message that "your card is blocked on ACS it will be automatically unblocked on today midnight". This message is irritating me from since 1 month I also called CC of SBI on[protected] and I had spoken with Mr.Vinod Kumar who is senior in that even that person don't know what had happen regarding this issue he even don't know what is the meaning of ACS showing in the website and they kept me in hold for 13 Minutes. Finally they are saying to go to your SBI branch. I request the SBI Technical team to go through this matter and solve it ASAP. Thank You.

                            Dear Sir, I am account holder in State bank of india, vasant vihar branch, Indore (M.P) Firstly, SBI debit card didnt work on 19/01/2014, shopkeeper swiped card first time but cancelled it because it was taking too much time, then swiped again and transaction completed and slip came out of machine.Transaction was for Rs.205. BUT Rs.205 debited from account two times. POS[protected] MPIN txn#[protected]. for Rs.205. POS[protected] MPIN txn#[protected] for Rs.205. Secondly, on 08/02/2014 I again used SBI debit card on dominos pizza, machine showed transaction camcelled but again Rs.108 debited from my account, slip didnt come from machine. POS[protected] IND txn #[protected] Thirdly, After this huge mistakes I got SMS on 10/02/2014. that my account has debited Rs.168.54. I took mini statement from ATM, It only showing Rs.168.54 DEBIT.                             Sbi customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            regarding Rs.168 debit from account happens here in Goa from my friends ac . Also from my Sister ac Rs.80/- . same with my brother . I have to check my account statement tomorrow. all above debit comes on 10.02.2014.
                            Even from my account, Rs 168.54 is deducted on 10/2/2014 and in mini statement its just showing 168.54 DEBIT.

Ticket was not issued but the Amount of Rs. 1762.47 was debited to my SBI Rail Card (VISA) No. [protected] of SWARUPA KAKANI. 2). I have booked ONLINE (www.makemytrip.com) One Flight Ticket (Round Trip) from Bangalore to Vishakapatnam and back by Jetkonnect Flight on 6th February 2014 around 21.30 hrs. Details are given below. For One Woman Passenger - From Bangalore to Vishakapatnam and back (Round Trip) in Economy Class by Jetkonnect Flight Nos.9W-2370 / Dep: 06.50 hrs on 09/03/14 & Return by Flight No. 9W- 2366 / Dep: 17.30 hrs. on 10/03/14. Tickets are not issued but the Amount of Rs. 7376.00 was debited to my above mentioned SBI Rail Card.                                         sir i had visited to SBI ATM -(04292 center ATM Gorakhpur ATM ID:txn NO S10I[protected]:3017) to withdraw Rs 1000 dated on 30 nov 2013, i had tried to get my amt from that ATM two time but due to some error, process didn't get success.

                                        for the same i was also tried for next ATM, but again due to some error i didnt success,





                                        but i got two sms form sbi - my a/c got debited by Rs 3000 and Rs 10000 after few minuets and on same date my pin of my ATM



                                        got blocked by bank, i complaint the same on SBI help line, but they informed me there is no any error and

                                        debited amt is withdraw by me only .





                                        sir i am 101 % sure there is some fault, and Bank is not ready to do any thing for the same .



                                        so this is my request to you plz take some necessary action for the same and check CCTV cam recording for the same to try to know actual fault and help me to get my money Rs 13000.
