Sir, I sent a request for top up of 1000/- for my bsnl mobile no:[protected].The request was accepted for payment vide Tid=[protected]. The amount was deducted from my primary account.but I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. on 4 january 2014, , the amount was deducted without getting any balance.i complaint many times and my ticket no OM[protected] but it It was closed withot any resolution and problem through SBI feedback but there was no result from them yet. So please help me and do the needful.

    Authentication failed

    I am a Credit Card Holder of SBI and my credit card No. is [protected] and the card says it is valid up to 01/19. Whenever I tried to use the card for online transaction, the error report appeared that " Authentication failed. Your SBI Card is now blocked for 3D secure online transactions. please contact SBI Card helpline". According to this message contacted to customer care representative since three days. I am not...

    A/C:[protected] Bank: SBI Brach: TEKARI Brach code: 11807 It is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice the callousness shown by some employee of your Deptt. I had applied for “YUVA ATM Card”, but delivered “CLASSIC (VISA) ATM CARD”, why? In spite of my repeated oral complaints and your department’s oral assurances no action has been taken yet to solve this problem. complain ticket no. :CS[protected]
    I am a customer of SBI since last 25 years and currently I have an account bearing no. [protected] with Title M.A.TRADERS .The account is of type Easy Traders Loan with the branch having code 04736.

    Now the problem is that I am requesting the branch continuously from the last three years for the INB facility but, unfortunately the branch does not facilitate me after saying that there is some kind of error with my account. I have registered complaints many times ONLINE but they divert the same to the Home Branch and the same story and alas !

    I don't understand what kind of error is with my account that don't solve in three years
    I am in very need of the facility, My latest complaint ticket no with SBI greivence cell is IB[protected] which they claim to be resolved but the reality is different, they are liars and collect exchange charges on each and every interbank transactions which equals to be in thousands per year.

    The home branch staff seems to be loyal in this matter and they forward the case to their higher athourities I think 100times but they are just like villians and don't reply even a single time.

    Please help me to solve the problem.
    This is SUJEET KUMAR SINGH, having a savings account in ALLAHABAD (NAINI) Branch, IFSC Code: SBIN0000139 in UPl having account no:[protected]. 12 ago i applied for Internet banking in the above mention branch, I received pre_printed kit with id and password. Few days ago i checked it but my id and password is not working, when i checked id than i received a message that under prossesing I am a. Employee working another state of hyderabad so it is not possible to go the branch several time in a moth. I would like to request to looks after the mater such that i can get Internet banking facility as soon as possible.
    To mtnl i made two payments of Rs 974 and Rs 1050 via internet banking, (SBI)the balance was deducted from my account but not received by the merchant.
    Its been 2 days.
    Please look into this.

      Hi,

      I have been using SBI net banking facility since past 4 years. In Jan 2013 there was some problem with my netbanking password and here is when i have requested SBI - Renukoot branch to issue me a duplicate password. I was trying to follow up with the branch manager via mails/calls about the status of my request, but there was no response at all. One day luckly he received my call and i explained him about the problem and then he asked me to send an application to Renukoot branch via post. I did what ever he asked me to do. I even tracked my post online and it showed that it is delivered to the branch. I was kind of relaxed.
      After ~30 days i tried to reach bank manager to know the status and what he told me is - "you have to send a mail to head office coz we can't do anything".

      ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

      Whatever, I even sent a mail to SBI head office regarding my netbanking password. NO RESPONSE FROM THERE TOO

      Finally, I travelled all the way from Bangalore to Renukoot(2450 KM) to visit the branch and understand what is that which is stoping them to take any action on my request. Then they asked me to write an application letter requesting for duplicate password. After 3 days my password was reset.

        This is to bring to your notice that I was holding a SBI Credit Card for 4-5 years now and there was not any problem in particular till 9-December-2012. On 9-december-2012 around 6 pm in the evening, I saw some fraudulent online transactions on my sbi credit card and as SMS alerts were activated on mobile, I immediately informed the credit card Company and the card was blocked immediately. Customer care staff told me that I should fill a dispute form and send the same dispute form via email which I did on 10-dec-2012. After that I contacted the customer care of SBI cards and nodal officer of the SBI card many times via phone and email and never got any response from them. Customer care have always told me that a ticket has been generated and someone will contact me soon and issue will be resolved and they have been always very arrogant. Till 13-March-2013, as a good citizen I contacted the customer care and nodal Officer Divya Dhody 7 times via email and several times via phone. On 13-March-2013 to my surprise, I get an email from Divya Dhody that I should submit the dispute form for the unauthorized transactions and shocked to see that they have not even started processing my case even after 3 months from first time I contacted them and submitted the dispute form next day itself that is on 10-dec-12 and hence I replied this to the nodal officer again as well. On 30-april-2013, that means after nearly 4 months and 20 days, I got a reply from a different Nodal officer called Amit Kalra that they are not able to credit for the above-mentioned transaction, since the time frame within which the action can be initiated on a transaction is within 60 days of the transaction, whereas the above-mentioned transaction has crossed more than 60 days and I immediately called them and replied them via email that I informed customer care staff within 15 minutes when the transactions took and sent this dispute form to the nodal officer the very next day so it is the company who is at fault who didn’t take any actions even though the consumer has informed and submitted all the documents. After that I followed up many times via phone as well as sent them emails on 24-june-13, 14-aug-13, 17-aug-13, 22-aug-13 and then I was tired of contacting them and as I told them explicitly in the month of February itself that I am not using their card and will not pay any amount which I have not spent myself as this is an online fraud and responsibility of this lies with the credit card company if the card holder informs the bank within 5 working days and I informed within 15 minutes. But The company itself took months to reply me back which shows the ill-intension of the company to loot their customers like this. Hence in all from Dec-2012, I contacted them various times through phone and I have all the recordings of the phone as well and contacted them 10-15 times via email. I have proofs of all these emails and can provide hardcopy and also recordings of all calls. Now when I was contacting them, they were not replying but now they have started calling me that I have dues pending and should pay the dues and they threat me of dire consequences like spoiling my credit rating and also threat me that they will get these dues cleared with harsh methods if I do not pay them myself. Infact now one of the person also visited my house who is actually not from SBI card company but says he is from collection agency who has been hired by SBI card and threatened me to pay the bill and when I refused then he said, they will get this recovered. Also I am getting 15-20 missed calls everyday from their call center or collection agency from some gurgaon number where they do not speak when I pick the call or they just speak for few seconds and disconnect the call in between and this has become quite irritating and wastes lots of time now. I will request you to do the needful and take prompt action against such company who thinks they can harass citizens of this country with their power and can loot money from them which they have not actually spent. If I would have spent and done these transactions myself, then I would have happily paid the bill on time as I had been doing before this incident and have used their card for 4-5 years without any problem but I will not pay any amount which I have not spent and are because of online credit card fraud. Looking forward to your help in this.

          My name is bappaditya sing. I filled an application in online for sail mtt exam and decided to pay the exam fee rs.515/- through my debit card on 21.1.2014, while the process is going, it showed me an error message. Then i tried it again but the same error ocurred, but to my suprise i found amount deducted twice on the mini statement on the date 21.1.2014.My a/c no is -[protected] is and transaction ids are[protected],[protected]
          So, kindly check the account details and recover the amount that had been deducted

            Respected Sir, I am holding Sbi Account bearing number [protected] of Naval Base Karwar branch.I had transferred my account from Mumbai SPB Branch.While in mumbai i had requested for an Atm cum Debit card and was issued State Bank Master Card(International Debit &Shoppping Card) in the month of Oct 13, however pin for the same was never recieved by me till date.I have been running from branch to branch but yet had not got any idea that when i am going to recieve the same.I would be much obliged if you assist me for the same as soon as possible so that i can continue to make a good use of the card.i hope my beleif of thinking SBI as the best bank would be continued in caseof customer satisfaction.               Dear Sir,

              With reference to my A/C no.-[protected] in your SBI Bank situated in Branch Ratanlal Nagar Kanpur.I wish to inform you that my ATM cum Debit Card got expired on 2012 due to non transaction from the account.Therefore, I applied for new ATM cum debit card on 2013 respectivily. But due to Non Issuance of card I again applied for the same in your Bank .Its the 3rd.time I have applied for it on 21/01/2014 as I have not been issued with my ATM Card yet.

              Therefore, I request you to kindly take strict action against the above said matter as soon as possible, otherwise you will lose your one of the loyal customer and further i would like to kindly request you to improve your cash deposit services by establishing new machines for easy and quick transactions of cash as it takes lot of time and creates Inconvenience for people to deposit cash .

              I hope you, will take the above matter into your consideration and will issue with my ATM card as soon as possible

              SBI Branch — Cheque returned before sbi working time

              Dear Sir,

              We are one of your customer of Rajarajeshwari Nagar SBI branch. My Account No. is [protected]

              We have issued a cheque dated 23.10.09 and it has come to our bank on 24.10.09 before rbi working time (9.30 AM) where I have deposited amount by 9.30 Am. on 24.10.09 They have returned without our knowledge on same day and debited ch. returned charges on same day.

              Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest and let us know the progress of the same

                sir.my loan ac no[protected]is quite regular.in december2013 i deposited.56% to reduce the interest rate as suggested by the bank officer.my new emi would have been rs9224 but this month rs9408 was deducted from my ac @i am again getting sms that my loan ac is irregular by rs11536.i am bit confused and irritated .please clarify me.

                    I had requested for linking my existing 3 accounts so that I can access all of them through a single netbanking login id which is existing for one of the accounts. I had requested dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in via email on 17th June 2013 to which I did not receive any response. Later on I sent one more email on 5th Nov 2013 marking chairmansbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in and got a response in which the mail was forwarded to agmcustomer.[protected]@sbi.co.in for doing the neeful. I got a call from the Branch Manager in couple of days to fill in the form in physical. I went to the branch and filled the form and submitted the same in the 2nd week of November 2013. The Branch Manager himself validated the filled form also. However, post that there is no update on the same. I have called branch multiple times, but get a response that they will look into. Later on, i sent email reminder also using the mail trail / chain on 3rd Jan 2014, however, there is no response to it. Today I have sent one more reminder again marking chairmansbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in

And it also says "Enter valid account no. and branch name" whenever i try to lodge an online complaint in the "Trouble logging in" section..                           I had a SBI credit card in 2001 with a limit of 85000. I was paying the repayment regularly. In 2001 I lost job and could not continue repayment. I worked in different parts of the country as a typist in private firms and 6 years in Saudi as labour. Due to recent saudi laws I lost job and had to return to India. Now I am working in Bangalore on a salary of Rs.20000/- but have to manage my aged in laws as well as my wife who is a heart patient and daughter who is studying. The SBI recovery agent somehow has traced me and making threatening calls. On enquiry he informed that my credit card due has gone upto 14.50 lakhs and I have to pay immediately or have to come for settlement for 1.65 lacs. Due to no permanent job and health problems I am not in a position to even pay a single rupee. But in my absence has has visited my office and enquired about me. He has also asked for my Director and HR Management phone numbers to complain against me. Due to this I am mentally upset and my wife has again fallen sick. I request somebody to help me or guide me on how to come out of this problem.

                            i am following from oct 2013 to till date there is no revert and investigation from SBI and daily getting calls for the payment litrsly they frustrate not listen and one time i got accident because of the same, and they never reply for the email please suggest me what to do please . Dear Team, please look into this every day i m getting more than 5 to 1 0 calls in a day and i got frustrate now so i request you i have not use this amount i told to do proper investigation check the signatures and transaction done in petrol pump you can check in cctv cameras please i will not pay this amount as i have not did and same time i have given blocking request you can check there is matter of minuets when i was on IVR check the locations from where i have given blocking request and where my transaction happen it should includes in investigation if without doing investigation hos come you can ask me same amount and every day using bad words to me from your collection dept and when i was travel and in hospital use to get calls one time because of your call got my accident and i told so many time to your customer care and collection team not to call please investigate and settle my amount as this is not done from me and stop calling me please if you want to see my accident Dr bills i can show you, and i have draft so many mail there is no reply from you or investigation report so i request you kindly look into this stopp calling me and settal my account and deactivate my credit card whatever i use i paid the amount, Thanks and Regards Bhagoji yedage [protected]

My trancaction was failed with error reason we are unable to process our transaction. But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account so what should I do now ?                                   I had taken Housing loan (ac no.[protected]) from SBI Hilsa(code 03587) in May'2008. At the time of its sanction I had given to SBI Hilsa NSC of Rs. 50, 000.00 duly pledged by GPO Nawadah(PIN -805110). Numbers of NSC were 68EE775858, 68EE775859.68EE775860 68EE775861 & 68EE775862 each of Rs.10000.00 Dated 21.12.2006.having registeration no 7421. These NSC matured on 22.12.2012 and matured amount was Rs 80050.00. But even after one year of their maturity, the amount not credited in my loan account. on asking to Branch Manger he each time replies that he had sent the NSC to GPO, Nawadah but not came back. this is from last one year. on asking to POst Master, GPO, Nawadah, he replies after sseing the file that these NSC had been discharged in Feb'2013. I am puzzled what should I do. I am paying interest which would have reduced if these amount credited on time one year back in my loan account. please enquire and justify who is responsible for my financial loss.

                                    dear sir my home branch is singanallur branch i was deposite a cheque as on date 13.12.2014
                                    i request an officer to put on a seal on my aqunoledge ment copy. he says we are not doing like this i[censored] ask one more i will crush the cheque and thro on the road. and he hurshed me and my family on very dirty words i was so embracing but i dont know the irresponsable officer name i hope for your action as soon as possible

                                      I have received an E-mail from [protected]@onlinesbi.com on 8 Jan 2014 regarding up-dation of details (Copy of E-mail along-with preferred link attached for your ready reference). I have entered all details including my ATM Card No & Pin No through preferred link mentioned in the E-mail (www.onlinesbi.com) on 9 Jan 2014 (Copies step wise up-dation attd). My ATM Card No.[protected]. On checking transaction details through Net banking, I found that Rs. 40, 000/- (Rs. 20000/- twice) had been deducted from my account and details shown as ATM WDL ATM 6965 SHILP CHO MUMBAI IN Rs. 20000/- & ATM WDL ATM 6966 SHILP CHOWK MUMBAI IN Rs. 20000/-. (Copy of bank statement attd)
                                      However, I have posses the Original ATM Card, but as per above transaction details ATM WDL Rs. 20000/- twice withdrawn from my account. I have contacted Customer Care of SBI, but they did not responded well. Hence your are requested to kindly examine the matter and do the needful, so that I can avoid huge financial hardship.
